HOWARD NEMAIZER, LIAR FROM THE PIT OF HELL

In my view, there is nothing worse than a liar. A false witness who speaks lies, especially in self-serving attempts to cover up his own wrongdoing, at the expense of the Target of his unscrupulous actions.

Howard Nemaizer aka Howard Nema is just such an odious liar, who, over a period of the last seven years (since 2013), has done extreme, inestimable (and in some cases, irreparable) damages to Barbara Hartwell.

In his flagrant aggression and naked worldly ambition, in efforts to make a name for himself, Nemaizer foolishly thought he could latch on to a legitimate CIA whistleblower, to exploit my name for his own unscrupulous ends. When his efforts failed, after I expressed my righteous outrage and indignation at his utterly reprehensible behavior, by exposing the truth about his many misdeeds, in defense of my good name, and of the truth, he did what self-serving liars always do: He tried to shift the blame to his Target for his own wrongdoing, and went on a rampage of lying and defamation, thinking he could cover up his own egregious behavior by promoting outrageous falsehoods to destroy the reputation of a person who had done him no wrong.

Make no mistake: For me, this is all about JUSTICE. As far as I am concerned, it is always about JUSTICE. I expose the truth about my enemies, and let the chips fall where they may. Howard Nemaizer is only one of many such characters, seeking public attention, at the expense of legitimate persons, thinking he can reap rewards he has not earned, off the blood, sweat and tears of those he seeks to exploit. I will not allow it, as God is my witness.

Being a disabled senior citizen who has been driven to live in dire poverty, a result of many years of retaliatory persecution of a whistleblower by the government, resulting in massive losses and damages, I do not have the resources to sue Howard Nemaizer, though I have multiple grounds to take such an action.

Howard Nemaizer has shown himself to be entirely unrepentant, and has continued his injurious actions, to the present day, by repeatedly disregarding all directives to CEASE & DESIST, and to REMOVE all defamatory falsehoods he has published against Barbara Hartwell from any public sites which he uses (including, but not limited to, “Howard Nema dot com”, “TRUTH TALK NEWS”, Facebook, You Tube). He and his wife, one Maureen Nemaizer, have also continued to increase the damages by libeling and slandering Barbara Hartwell, including by spreading malicious gossip on social media, and even by using social media to harass members of my family with their lies against Barbara Hartwell.

I have thus far had no way to stop these individuals from their rampage of gross exploitation and defamation, including that which has been perpetrated by a number of accomplices (some of whom are criminals) whose names are known to me.

However, even being that to date, no legal remedy has been available to me, I will not allow these despicable liars to prevail, not while I am able to expose their evil deeds for the public record, documenting the facts and evidence I have collected, so that at least the truth will be available for anyone who chooses to search for it; and so that it serves as a warning to those who might fall prey to the schemes of these evildoers.

KNOWN ACCOMPLICES OF HOWARD NEMAIZER

This list includes those who have promoted, endorsed or supported Howard Nemaizer in any way (including promoting his websites and/or videos), and/or who have defamed the name of Barbara Hartwell in connection with Howard Nemaizer. Some of these characters had high-traffic, commercial websites, (including Todd Brendan Fahey and Ken Adachi, both deceased) who promoted Nemaizer's outrageous lies, as an addition to their decades-long defamation campaigns against Barbara Hartwell, for which Howard Nemaizer will surely be held accountable for the additional massive damages to me. These vile websites are still online, so the permanent damage to my name is done and there is no way to have the defamatory falsehoods removed, including those contributed by Howard Nemaizer. Some are gossips on social media, with no better use for their time than to spread malicious lies against Barbara Hartwell, incited by the likes of Howard and Maureen Nemaizer, their "good friend", Janet Phelan and accomplices.

Mark my words: Not a one of them will escape the consequences of their actions.

I would never have said any of this on the air, as it would have been extremely inappropriate, and I did not want Sherri's memorial tribute to be ruined, but for the record I find it necessary to say it after the fact, as it has been bothering me ever since.

There was one very serious problem with this radio program, as far as I am concerned. A person named Vincent Blasone gate-crashed the show. “Vinny” aka “VinnyBdaTruth” (how idiotic!) as he calls himself, is a long-time accomplice of one Howard Nemaizer. Nemaizer is a pathological liar, extremely aggressive busybody, petty criminal, government stooge and all around despicable reprobate of the lowest order, who is responsible for massive losses and damages to Barbara Hartwell. A long list of Nemaizer's civil and criminal offenses against me have been published in reports on this site.

Late Night in the Midlands, hosted by Michael Vara, is a live, call-in program. Normally my policy is not to do live radio with audience participation (without fail, there are always hecklers and COINTELPRO stooges calling to disrupt my interviews), but I made an exception because this was for my dear friend, Sherri Kane, and because Michael Vara and Len Horowitz are also friends and colleagues whom I had worked with in radio for over a decade. But the last thing I expected was to receive such a call, from an accomplice of Howard Nemaizer, the enemy of Barbara Hartwell and Sherri Kane. Nemaizer himself, coward and liar that he is, would never have dared to call in to a show where I was on the air.

Some background for clarification: About a decade ago Nemaizer started a little amateur podcast which he called TRUTH TALK NEWS. In reality, more like TRASH TALK NEWS, where he simply parroted crackpot conspiracy theories he found on the Internet. He also scavenged material from legitimate people (including Barbara Hartwell, Len Horowitz and Sherri Kane), but exploited our names for self-serving purposes, and added his own embellishments and hyperbole. He is a coattail-rider and gate-crasher, attempting to make a name for himself by latching on to genuine whistleblowers and professional journalists. 

 

Characters of Nemaizer's ilk are a dime-a-dozen and have inflicted massive damages with their aggressive interference, defaming my name and in attempts to discredit my work.

Len and Sherri called in to one of his programs where Nemaizer was interviewing a very well known government shill, the late Anthony Hilder. Hilder was a crony of the late FBI Chief and COINTELPRO Kingpin, Ted L. Gunderson. Hilder and Gunderson promoted prolific slander against Barbara Hartwell over the airwaves, and later also targeted Horowitz and Kane after he and Gunderson were exposed as counterintelligence agents in our reports.

Len and Sherri called to inform Nemaizer that Hilder was anything but legitimate, but rather a large-scale promoter of government-sponsored disinformation, of which Nemaizer was totally ignorant (naturally).

As it happened, “Vinny” was Nemaizer's co-host on their amateur hour podcast run by these two buffoons. When he called in to Michael Vara's program, he failed to mention this glaring truth and tried to cover his dishonesty and complicity with referring to Nemaizer only as “my partner”. He would not have dared to name him, for if he had, I would not have been able to restrain myself from calling him out on the air.

Vincent Blasone was well aware that Nemaizer had been publicly denounced by Barbara Hartwell, and later by Sherri Kane and Len Horowitz, for his outrageous lies and libelous, injurious falsehoods against Barbara Hartwell, spread all over the Internet by his like-minded government stooges and criminals. But did he care? Absolutely not.

Nemaizer had promoted a slander fest on Facebook, against Barbara Hartwell, in which a mob of busybodies and gossips took part, including Vincent Blasone. When Sherri Kane stood up in my defense and exposed Nemaizer for the liar and fraud he is, Nemaizer maliciously attacked Sherri, accusing her of being COINTELPRO, and calling her “COINTELPRO girl”, adding a string of obscenities to his tirade of invective...F--- you! And so on and so forth...

So make no mistake: Vincent Blasone knew all about this debacle. I don't know if he called in to Sherri's tribute, put up to it by Nemaizer, or if he decided on his own that, as the unscrupulous opportunist he is, he would just barge in to add his irrelevant comments, seeking publicity for himself. He claimed Sherri had been a “friend” of his. And misrepresented the situation entirely under false pretenses, and purposely omitting the truth. Vincent Blasone had never had any part whatsoever in the investigative work or journalism of the hosts, or guests, which we discussed on the program, any more than had Howard Nemaizer, both being rank amateurs.

He took up an inordinate amount of time on the broadcast, given that he hardly knew Sherri, even way back when, and to my knowledge, there was nothing even close to that which could be called a friendship. Add to this that Sherri knew all about Blasone's “partnership” with Nemaizer and did not approve in the slightest, given what she knew about the grievous wrongs Nemaizer had done to me.

In fact, both Len and Sherri have publicly denounced Howard Nemaizer for his gross misdeeds.

 

I never said a word to the interloper, Vincent Blasone, nor did I respond to any of his remarks, even when he had the effrontery to use my name. I ignored him, biting my tongue, though my blood was boiling with outrage.

It is very important that I make it clear that Len Horowitz or Michael Vara are in no way to blame for the gate-crashing and promotion of false information by Vincent Blasone. They were gracious to everyone, and after all, this was a memorial tribute, not meant to turn into a brawl. I must admit, had I been the host of the show, I would have simply hit the DELETE button, thrown this clown off the air without a word, and let the chips fall where they may.

But I want it on the record, that the truth should be known, that any friend/accomplice of Howard Nemaizer should be shunned and publicly denounced for his part in the outrageously wrongful and wicked behavior of Nemaizer, by promoting, supporting or endorsing the reprobate Nemaizer in any way. By my standards, the friend of my enemy is my enemy, for any part they play in injurious offenses against me or my friends and allies.

To this day, Howard Nemaizer and Vincent Blasone are still accomplices in spreading false information and crackpot nonsense on the infamous sites, Howard Nema dot com and TRUTH TALK NEWS.

I focused mostly on the personal aspects of my friendship with Sherri, how she stood up for me, defended me and supported me personally, especially at times when I felt most alone, and was besieged on every side by evildoers, the enemies whose intent was to discredit my work, silence me by any means they could find, and ultimately to neutralize me by their classic CIA Psy Ops/counterintelligence formula of Isolation, Alienation, Deprivation.

But I cannot in good conscience let that be the full extent of my tribute to Sherri. She deserves to be recognized and honored for so much more. This report focuses on the neutralization campaigns by the many evildoers, the criminal psychopaths who plotted against the patriots, activists, journalists and whistleblowers dedicated to defending Liberty, exposing the truth about rampant government corruption, and willing to fight to the death to see justice served.

Upon reading my tribute to Sherri, Len Horowitz sent me this letter, which I am humbled and honored to receive. And because he published it in his newsletter, along with my tribute, I now feel free to share it with my readers.

My Beloved Barbara,

Your “Tribute to Sherri ” has me sobbing, Your reflection has inspired streams of tears falling from the windows of my soul.

The love and respect Sherri had for you was transcendent.

Sherri could not get over, neglect, nor permit our enemies to damage us anymore.

So she brilliantly researched, wrote, and asserted herself in our defense on radio, videos, films, at conferences, and to every ear that would listen.

She advocated for us as kindred spirits fearlessly, selflessly, powerfully, and very often most effectively.

One-by-one Sherri blew our nemeses away. She did that for you, for me, for God and country. Never for herself.

One by one, working with you, Michael Vara, and others, Sherri’s pen, and video personality, exposed, neutralized, and often celebrated the demise of the criminal psychopaths we knew were women rapers and child killers.

You and Sherri, with your combined love for Jesus, out-shined the Justice Department, the courts, and all law enforcers across America better than any private citizen has ever done.

The bravery and heroism that the two of you consistently demonstrated is beyond measure and description.

You are both LEGENDARY. You are both my HEROES.

I pray that one day, in the Messianic Age of Peace soon to come, you and Sherri will be honored to the fullest and finest extend you both deserve.

I can tell you this, Sherri and I never met in person, yet she was like a sister to me.

Sherri loved you so much, Len and Barbara. She always spoke highly of you.

Sherri & Len have become such wonderful friends and incredible allies over the years. And if not for Sherri, I may not even be on the air today.

Sherri came to my defense so many times when it was so crucial. I remember in 2014 when I had my heart attack, and was laid up in the hospital when COINTELPRO took down my life’s work, Sherri came to my and my wife’s rescue. My website, my radio show archives, my very way to feed my family, Sherri not only got my website back up, she hired people to do it, and literally saved my life.

I can not tell you what she meant to the truth movement and how badly she will be missed.

Sherri may be gone in the physical, but she will never be forgotten. She may not be here in the physical, but she is here in spirit.

Heaven needed this warrior for the spiritual battle that is in front of us. I promise you Sherri is still fighting for all of us on the other side, because that is the friend, guest, ally and spiritual warrior I came to know over the last 13 years.

In this report, I will provide links to the previous reports (going back to 2010) I consider the most significant in exposing the evildoers who slandered, harassed, threatened and menaced us all, not only in massive defamation campaigns, but in egregious (and often criminal) actions designed to destroy every area of our lives.

But first, I must address the most important issue which I left unspoken in my tribute to Sherri Kane. Having been privy to many of the details (as well as the overview) of the long, brutal ordeal of persecution endured by Len Horowitz and Sherri Kane, I have to state for the record, in my capacity as an intelligence analyst and counterintelligence expert, that I believe Sherri was murdered. I don't have the evidence, I was not present, and in any case, it is not my story to tell. But the story has been told, in part by the documentation of Sherri herself, and at the end, by Len Horowitz, who witnessed it all firsthand.

In 2019, Len, Sherri and I were guests on a radio broadcast, Late Night in the Midlands. This particular program was not hosted by Michael Vara, as at the time he was recovering from surgery, but was hosted by a friend of the program.

I have been collaborating with Len and Sherri since 2010 to expose crimes and corruption in government. We have each independently identified many of the same individuals and groups of evildoers and demonic liars, intent on destroying our lives and the lives of our friends and colleagues.

If there is an overarching theme to the mindset and character of these reprobates, it is HATE. Many were misogynists who hated women, and who called us vile names, simply by virtue of our gender. They were Jew-haters, who promoted outrageous propaganda and who actually held up as icons unadulterated incarnations of evil such as Adolf Hitler. All the while claiming to be Christians, “Bible-believers” and righteous expositors of truth.

Aside from that, most of these characters, connected in a loose-knit network, were mere pawns, run by the dark overlords who orchestrated the operations. They were seeking public attention, fame and fortune, at the expense of legitimate whistleblowers, journalists and activists, and sincere patriots.

Some were career criminals, who made a deal with corrupt feds for a get-out-of-jail-free card, in exchange for harassing, stalking, slandering and threatening the Targets whose lives they were hell-bent on destroying.

Some were involved in the anti-Christ, heavy-metal, devil-worship culture of pornographic filth, death, and destruction.

Some were involved in Satanism.

Some were drug-traffickers.

Some were porno-mongers, pedophiles and pedophile protectors.

Many were rank amateurs, who in their naked ambition, their ignorance and arrogance, mistakenly thought they could latch on to the genuine whistleblowers and make a name for themselves, by exploiting our names, by poaching our work, and attempting to take undeserved credit for what we had earned by blood, sweat and tears.

All were extremely aggressive, with a total lack of respect for the privacy, personal boundaries and fundamental rights of those they targeted for their reprehensible campaigns to discredit the truth and destroy reputations. 

Reflecting on all this, it sometimes seems hard to believe, even to those of us who actually lived through the years of brutal persecution, many of whom (including Len, Sherri and me) lost our homes, most of our property, and were driven to bankruptcy or destitution. Sherri Kane paid the ultimate price. She lost her life, fighting the evil.

And so I ask that my readers thoughtfully and prayerfully consider the documentation in the following reports, which expose the counterintelligence operations which destroy lives, and which have been responsible in large measure for the destruction of our Constitutional Republic, and the principles and values for which our Founders fought and died.

My prayer, as always, is for God's swift and terrible Justice to be visited upon them all.

I've no doubt that Justice will be served, in God's time, in His way. It is up to us to work for it, pray for it and to engage in Supernatural warfare, using all the Gifts of the Spirit He bestowed on us, as His children.

In Loving Memory of Sherri Kane: Tribute to a Warrior for Justice

I am terribly saddened to learn that my dear friend, Sherri Kane, has passed away, on January 7, 2021.

Sherri was the bravest woman I ever knew. As a journalist, she was a prominent voice for Justice against evildoers, especially the bad guys who promoted pornography, raped women and children, and abused animals. She was an advocate for many who could not speak for themselves, as well as a strong supporter of those persons who shared her principles, including me.

 

I first came into contact with Sherri Kane in 2010. Sherri had been reading my reports on the criminal cabal of COINTELPRO, run by former FBI Chief Ted Gunderson, who was Hoover's right hand man in FBI counterintelligence operations, and my professional colleague from 1997-2000.

Sherri wanted to contact me because her partner, Dr. Leonard Horowitz, as she had discovered, had been targeted by the same group of COINTELPRO operatives and their minions, who had targeted me since 2000, at which time I broke off my association with Gunderson, after I discovered his criminal activities, while still in FBI service, and afterward, as he continued to target former intelligence professionals, military personnel, government whistleblowers and journalists who were exposing the truth about government corruption.

Len Horowitz had known Gunderson for many years, as I had, and was shocked when he learned that he too, had become a Target of COINTELPRO, run by a person he had considered a friend. It was Sherri who first made Len aware of this campaign against him.

I had first met Len Horowitz in 1997, at a conference where we were both speakers. We had not kept in touch, and I did not have contact with him again until 2010, when Sherri contacted me. From that time, Len and Sherri became my trusted colleagues and cherished friends.

Working together, we exposed the counterintelligence operations which had targeted us all, which had destroyed our families, and driven some of us to destitution and even homelessness.

It was Sherri to whom I first gave my evidence, a letter from Ted Gunderson to me, in 1998, which documented his marriage to Diana Rively, ex-wife of Anton LaVey, founder of the Church of Satan. Sherri was the first to publish it, with my permission.

It was Sherri who always came openly to my defense when I was under attack by government goons, and who was the only person to support me and stand up for me when a mob of malicious busybodies conducted a witch hunt against me on Facebook, promoting outrageous lies.

It was Sherri who was the only person who actually helped me when I was driven to total destitution and homelessness in 2013, and wired me money when I ended up stranded in a dungeon, with my elderly cat, Kyra, in a brutally cold winter, in the home of people whom, I learned after the fact, were devil worshipers, with no place to go after being thrown into the street.

And that is only a very short version of the many acts of kindness and heroism by my friend, Sherri Kane...

The first, and last, time I saw Sherri was in 2018, when she and Len came to visit me in Rhinebeck, NY. I had never met her in person until that time, though we had spent many hours on the phone, done many radio interviews together, and worked together for years. I hadn't seen Len in 20 years.

Sherri made instant friends with my cat, Angel, who is not disposed to trust strangers. She made an exception for Sherri, as animals will do when they know who loves them. Sherri later told me on the phone that she was looking forward to getting to know Angel better, but sadly, as I write this through tears, it is not to be.

On that evening in August, Len and Sherri took me out to dinner, and brought me a gift, a beautiful white round stone from Greece, which I placed in my rock garden, where it remains today, a reminder of the love of my dear friends.

Sherri Kane was the best and brightest among us. She was beautiful, inside and out. She was a dedicated activist, crusading journalist, patriot and true hero, a warrior for Justice, who gave the bad guys hell, but was motivated by a great-hearted love for the people and animals she worked tirelessly to help. I will miss her more than I can say.
