It
has recently come to my attention that some opportunistic scavengers
have pirated copies of a TV program I hosted and produced during the
1990s and posted them on You Tube.
Whoever
has done this thing had no permission from me. No release was signed
by me. This was done without my knowledge or consent. NO PERMISSION GRANTED.
I
demand that the anonymous coward(s) who posted these videos
IMMEDIATELY REMOVE THEM.
This
exploitation, misrepresentation and theft has happened many times,
including when TV interviews were used without my permission, and
when the perps actually SOLD the videos, later posting them on the
Internet; also when the websites and individuals were soliciting
donations, including through the fraudulent misrepresentations and/or
theft of my name and work.

are many others who have been complicit, but they are hiding behind
screen names or pseudonyms.
Any
radio or video programs on which I have appeared, and which are
posted on the Internet, BY MY PERMISSION, by agreement with the host(s)/producer(s) are not the problem. Anyone
who wants to promote these programs is free to do so, as long as they
are not violating copyright of the producer/host.
However,
the same does not apply to programs which are pirated, in which no
release for use was signed by me, no permission given.
This
is a formal warning to CEASE & DESIST.
