I am so very tired of having to address this unscrupulous, aggressive whackjob, Ramola Dharmaraj.
But I saw this coming. Of course I did. After 6 months of involuntary commitment in a psych ward (from my observations of her aggressive, aberrant behavior, bizarre false accusations (defamation) and harassment against her neighbors, her own family, and others, making her a public nuisance –an unavoidable outcome) Ramola Dharmaraj has reverted to the same old pattern: putting out reams of rambling, fact-free, evidence-free “information” (her so-called “crucial work”), by publishing documents available to anyone under FOIA (nothing new, nothing exclusive), and then misrepresenting the content by wrapping them in a package consisting of nothing but her own subjective opinions and delusional, self-referencing imaginings.
Just one example of her delusions of her own importance for “ALL”.

Let me count the ways...
Because, even after the multiple public warnings I have issued, Ramola Dharmaraj is still exploiting my name, Barbara Hartwell (as she has been for years) on her yellow journalism/tabloid-style/gossip column website to promote false information, which not only does damage to me, but to many others who are seeking truthful, factual information on the subject matter she addresses.
As has been my policy for decades, on principle and in defense of my good name, I will not stand idly by and allow this woman to continue her outrageous false accusations (slander, libel and diabolical calumny) against me. She has been warned repeatedly and has disregarded the warnings.
In the worst case, she has co-opted my name to grossly exploit it in this banner, which she titles:

I have copied these statements from the flyer because they are too small to read.
And speaking for myself, the issues she lists are her issues, not mine. I have done my own work (nothing to do with her or her "targeted individual" nonsense). And she had no business using my name here as a promotion. She misrepresents me entirely by making it appear that I endorse or support what she is doing on her stupid website. I don't, and never have done.
For the record, she created and published this flyer without my knowledge or consent. She distributed it widely, including on social media. I have never at any time endorsed the statements used in the flyer, nor do I agree with them. By using my name, she is trying to put words in my mouth, and grossly misrepresenting me and my professional work.
But worst of all, Ramola was trespassing on the property of her neighbors, and posting this flyer on their doors, in aggressive attempts to force her views on them. And, she was exploiting MY NAME to pursue her civil offenses (trespassing, harassment and invasions of privacy) against others.
The neighbors, outraged at her aggression (including accusing them of hitting her with weapons), rightfully called the police. And eventually she was arrested and taken into custody for violating a “Harassment Prevention Order.”
She was not "wrongfully arrested", as she later claimed. No, her arrest was no doubt warranted. She refused to STOP her harassment of her neighbors. Just as she has refused to heed my warnings to STOP exploiting my name.
And for the record, her husband (along with the neighbors) was involved in having her committed to the psych ward. He plainly said so in public commentaries and e-mails. It wasn't "the CIA", nor any other government entity that was involved in having her committed, and calling her "mentally ill", because she reported the use of weapons. That is pure nonsense.
Her husband divorced her, though she lied about that as well. She claimed "the CIA" removed him from their home, along with her daughter, and that there were later "clones" of them who visited her. All this delusional craziness has since been scrubbed from her site. But check the links to my reports below, where you may find her own words, making these ridiculous claims.
From my observations over years, nothing she says can be believed. She is not a truthful person, aside from her mental instability and delusions. And her false accusations against others (including Barbara Hartwell) clearly show her lack of integrity and honor. She is a person of low moral character, to make such false claims against people who have done her no wrong.
After her arrest, she was then remanded to a psych ward, where she spent 6 months. Now, she says she is “back home”.
And she is still exploiting my name, on this flyer, placed prominently on the front page of her website, making it appear that I support her, her website, and her crackpot conspiracy theories, where she plays a central role, as she has claimed to be “The World's PreEminent Journalist” with her “crucial work” for “ALL”.
None of the crap she spews has anything whatsoever to do with me. I won't stand for this! What she has done to me by exploiting my name, slandering and libeling me, accusing me of being CIA, is outrageous beyond belief.
When I exposed her, she twisted it to falsely accuse me of “slander and libel”, when all I have ever done is defend myself against the aggression of this narcissistic whackjob.
Mark my words: She will be held accountable for her unscrupulous, dishonorable actions. By me, even if by no one else. And I don't think she can fathom what that means.
Some people may be critical of me for being "harsh" to a "poor mentally ill woman". So let me make myself clear. I am not hard-hearted. But I am also not willing to allow anyone to do this kind of damage to my reputation, while she arrogantly refuses to remove the false promotions exploiting my name. What she is doing is not only wrongful, to lie and slander me, but malicious. And malice is evil. And I have zero tolerance for evil. Period.

As I have stated in previous reports, I deeply regret ever having been a guest on her podcast, as that opened the door for her attempts to latch on to me and my credentials, which she entirely lacks. My very bad experiences with this pretentious poseur have unfortunately happened with other talk hosts of her ilk, claiming to be “journalists”, when they are only ambitious amateurs looking to exploit legitimate former intelligence professionals and government whistleblowers, thinking they can latch on and make a name for themselves.
Then, the hordes of busybodies and hecklers, who are invited to comment, taint the subject matter and destroy the integrity of the program.
For this reason, I have mostly given up doing podcast interviews. It's just not worth my time, there is no benefit to me, and brings only a world of trouble. Most podcasters have live chat functions for the audience to comment simultaneously, or after the program. This has become the standard practice for podcasts and is now the nearly universal Internet/social media culture.
It's a free-for-all! The more the merrier! But, as far as I am concerned, it degrades and waters down the content. Engagement is how they make money and how they rise in ratings, which is what most podcasters seek.
My work is not in any way motivated by making money. It is totally non-commercial. I am entirely independent and make nothing from my work. Nor have I any concern with 'ratings'. It is not my concern what people think of me or my work, there is no reason for me to care. But I do care very much about preserving the integrity of my work, and that means sticking to the truth and the facts – evidently a rare concept these days.
Since my policy is no engagement with the public, and since I am not a part of this Internet/social media culture, this is a deal-breaker for me. I do not invite commentary on my website, nor on my radio appearances. The discussion is solely between me and the host.
I made all this clear to Ramola from the first podcast. But instead of respecting my wishes, she went hog wild, exploiting my name and inviting everyone and her sister to chime in where she knew they were not wanted – not by me, anyway.
In her aggressive seeking of public acclaim, she has exploited the names of any number of former intelligence professionals, mine among them.
Aside from her pursuit of fame on false pretenses (which has failed), her obsession is the same as it has always been: to clear her name from the stigma of being “mentally ill”. How many times has she vehemently protested: “I am not mentally ill!”
I beg to differ. Had she not recently scrubbed her archives of her long-winded deranged tirades, her crazy rantings, anyone could have found a plethora of evidence of mental illness just by visiting her website. But for those interested, I have saved much of this material, published in my reports (see links below).
To my knowledge this is the only archive left on the Internet exposing Ramola Dharmaraj as the unscrupulous whackjob she is. Nobody cares, and I don't blame them. But I care, because the damage she has done to me is so extensive that I can't let it go. Exposing the truth is the only remedy for her lies.
In her column, Swans Against Slander, where she featured Barbara Hartwell as Public Slanderer Number One, I was falsely accused of all manner of dastardly deeds.
She has since deleted all the articles, but I saved all the content, and in addition, the lies she was telling to others, behind my back, as well as openly on her website.

And I must state for the record, just as I have done numerous times, that there is not one statement made by Ramola Dharmaraj which is based on facts, or which is truthful. Every statement, every accusation, made by this crazy, malicious woman is a lie.
THE LATEST FALSEHOODS PROMOTED BY RAMOLA DHARMARAJ IN CONNECTION WITH FOIA DOCUMENTS
This is the latest, as she tries to deceive her readers that she is “not mentally ill”.
I won't even bother to refute her claims. I've already done that in so many of my previous reports. (See links below.)
I will only say that nothing she says here has anything whatsoever to do with what was given in the FOIA documents. Go to her website and see for yourself. Most people will not take the time to read the actual documents, but only credulous fools would take Ramola seriously as a source of any truth.
According to Ramola, it is all about the “trafficking” of “targeted individuals”. Being obsessed with CIA, she blames them for everything, even when there is no evidence that they are involved.
Note how she continually harps on denying being “mentally ill”. She speculates endlessly on CIA, but that is all it is. She presents no facts, no evidence.

And now this. She speculates about “Special Projects” and accuses a new neighbor (see bold type below) of nefarious activity. How long before he too will be calling the police when he realizes that this 007-wannabe whackjob is snooping on him and videotaping him?
