RAMOLA DHARMARAJ IN TINFOIL HAT
As tiresome as it is, I find this report to be absolutely necessary, in defense of my good name, in defense of my honor, and most importantly, in defense of the truth. I've always been all about setting the record straight. Stating the facts, substantiated by evidence.
In my long history of being assailed by aggressive liars, fraudsters, charlatans, all seeking to exploit my name (one way or another), each for their own agenda, I have developed very specific policies, effective in dealing with these unscrupulous characters.
When they publicly promote false information in connection with my name, I will always refute the falsehoods. I will issue a warning for the offender to stop, to cease and desist. After that, there is nothing much I can do but to continue to expose them, and counter their defamation with the truth, based on facts.
The truth matters, for without it, justice can never be served. And in all my work as a journalist and CIA whistleblower, it is justice that I seek above all else.
Ramola Dharmaraj aka Ramola D boasts, long and loud, that she is a “Truth Journalist”. On the contrary, from my observations, and more significantly, from my personal and professional experience involving Ramola Dharmaraj, she is a person with little regard for the truth, except those parts of it which serve her own interests. As for justice, she appears to have no clue as to the meaning of the word.
In order for justice to be served, there must be, first and foremost, respect for the individual rights of others. These rights include the right to privacy, the right to determine one's own personal boundaries, and so to be free from aggression, intrusion, invasion.
Ramola Dharmaraj showed no respect whatsoever for these rights. Rather, her aggression knew no bounds. She tried to force her way into the private lives of others (including me), and when confronted, instead of admitting her offenses, doubled down and made false accusations against those she had targeted.
The timing of this report was determined by the notice posted by Ramola Dharmaraj on her website, The Everyday Concerned Citizen, on March 18, 2026.
Before that time, there had been no new articles published since November 2, 2025. Based on what I knew to be happening, I surmised that Ramola had been apprehended by the police for violating the Harassment Prevention Order, and had probably been remanded to a psych ward, as had happened in the past. This was proven to be correct when she acknowledged that this was the case.
Now, she has come back online with a notice to her readers, trying to make it appear that she has been falsely accused of the charges. But I know for a fact that nothing could be further from the truth.
Not only was Ramola harassing her neighbors, falsely accusing them of being CIA, and of hitting her with weapons, and libeling them on her website, but she was also accusing me, Barbara Hartwell, of being in collusion with these neighbors, claiming that I am CIA, so that she was making false accusations, defaming me along with her neighbors, most notably the Mazzeos.
For the record, I do not know the Mazzeos. I have never had any contact with them, except for a letter I sent to them to document and warn them about the lies Ramola was publishing, and her false accusations. I received no response, which I did not expect. I simply issued a warning to those who were also falsely accused. I did what I could, and pursued the matter no further.
She was also exploiting my name, in a notice she had posted on her site, and all over social media, which I had not authorized, and which misrepresented my name. She had trespassed on the property of her neighbors, posting this notice on their doors, which falsely implicated me in her schemes of harassing her neighbors. I made it clear, in a letter to the Quincy Police Department, along with reports on my site, that I am not involved, nor ever have been, in her harassment of neighbors, nor do I support or condone her outrageous lies.
To this day, this notice is still posted prominently on her site. She is still exploiting my name, under false pretenses. Thus, by so doing, she is making it appear that I support her, and all that she is promoting, which I absolutely do not. For the record, I denounce it. It is posted against my wishes, which she well knows.
Now, she has come back online and has scrubbed much of the content from her site, clearly in attempts to absolve herself of the offenses against others, including Barbara Hartwell. But I have documented these offenses in my reports, listed at the bottom of this report.
In order to counter her defamation campaign against me, I added the following disclaimer to all my previous reports where her name was mentioned.

This disclaimer is being added to every report which addresses my former association with Ramola Dharmaraj. Rather than delete the reports, I have left most of them up, as evidence, and as an opportunity to expose the truth.
FOR THE RECORD:
I had an association with Ramola Dharmaraj (aka Ramola D) from 2018 to 2021. I had been invited as a regular guest on her podcast, and she promoted my work on her website, The Every Day Concerned Citizen.
I broke off the association in mid-2021, for cause. She showed herself to be an extremely aggressive busybody, who meddled in my business, appointed herself as an unwanted intermediary (with both total strangers and my friends – now former friends due to her gossip and meddling), and I realized that she was exploiting my name in efforts to make a name for herself.
I quietly walked away, after I saw that she had no respect whatsoever for my privacy and personal boundaries, and after she disregarded my polite requests that she mind her own business and stop interfering in mine.
She then started pursuing me, and when I ignored her attempts to contact me, she began to send defamatory messages to my (then) friends, behind my back, in attempts to recruit them as allies against me.
Finally, she began publicly slandering me on her website and on social media, even after I issued a public warning that there would be consequences for her unscrupulous, dishonorable actions.
Ramola D has proved herself to be a habitual liar, a hypocrite, a self-serving grandstander, boasting with her self-aggrandizing, preposterous claims, and fabricating libelous falsehoods, accusing me of being paid by CIA, and of “slandering” her. Nothing could be further from the truth!
My concern is only that she continues, in her malicious attempts to discredit me, and to destroy my good name, with idiotic, wild accusations with no basis in fact.
For the record, I ask that my readers disregard anything connected to the name of Barbara Hartwell, which comes from the mouth of this dishonorable woman.

A NOTE TO MY READERS

"On November 7th, 2025, I was wrongfully arrested in a dramatic and needless arrest by a Quincy Police Department SWAT Team at my home, held at the Quincy District Courthouse, subjected to a court hearing, then jailed at a Boston Jail (South Bay/ Suffolk County Sheriff’s Authority Jail) in a Psych Ward for 12 days, then removed to a Psych State Hospital in Central Massachusetts called the Worcester Recovery Center and Hospital where I have recently learned I have been “committed” for 6 months, to conclude in mid-June, after which I’ll have to address any remaining claims of “violation of a Harassment Prevention Order” brought against me by a neighbor, who made claims of my having filmed him one Sunday morning in September 2024 when I had stepped onto the porch to make a private journalistic report, nothing to do with him–and then claimed violations of this HPO I did not know about when I was outside raking leaves and watering my plants in my front yard, not knowing any of this."
This statement is ridiculous, considering that Ramola was in fact harassing her neighbors, not only by trespassing on their property, posting her NOTICES (which were exploiting my name), but also by her verbal abuse, making unfounded accusations, as well as invading their privacy by recording them on her phone. Snooping and snitching, she was then publishing photos of them on her website, along with their private street addresses.
"I have previously reported a great deal of neighborhood harassment–and to think that neighbors can involve police and courts and jails and asylums in this fashion has come as a great shock to me. I have written 55 Notices here, one to the Sheriffs and the rest to the Admin and Legal departments at Worcester and not been released."
BH: It is very clear, based on her prolific slander of these neighbors, ongoing for years, that she was the one harassing them, not the other way around. They called the police in attempts to get relief from this delusional lunatic who was accusing them of hitting her with weapons and of being CIA. And this, she claims, is shocking to her?
"All I can do currently in continue talking to the psychiatrists here to assure them I am not in the slightest bit “mentally ill” or “delusional” but a long-term investigative and human-rights-focused science and technology journalist who has sought to publish information of value to the world, while also assuring the court-appointed Defense attorney I have no intentions of harm or harassment to this neighbor or any other neighbor, that I am a raised-Christian, practicing Christian and Buddhist and Hindu-inclined mother who has the best of intentions toward all in her community and world, and that the neighbors have nothing whatsoever to fear from me."
BH: For anyone who wants to know if she is mentally ill, please read my reports, links to which are listed here. There is enough evidence, by her own documented words, to support that conclusion. She exhibits narcissistic delusions of grandeur, while falsely accusing and demonizing others who have done nothing except disagree with her idiotic notions and crackpot conspiracy theories.
And just so it's clear, you cannot be a “practicing Christian” if you are “Buddhist and Hindu inclined”. You are either a Christian, or not. Ramola is no Christian. She promotes the worship of demonic entities, as multiple “gods”.
Jesus Christ is the Way, the Truth and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through Him.
And now, I must comment on a section of her website which she calls SWANS AGAINST SLANDER.
Who was the primary target of this idiotic scheme?
Barbara Hartwell, that's who.

It is regrettable that Barbara has taken this route, and also regrettable that she has not posted the email (not a public complaint launch) referenced in full, which would enlighten readers as to the real subject/s it covered. This email is posted below for reference, along with pdfs of the referenced posts Barbara has made earlier apparently seeking to slander this writer (inexplicable all round).
Other matters referenced in Barbara’s articles PDF’d here from her website have to do with previous publications and emails referencing “targeted individuals,” a serious subject on which this writer and Barbara Hartwell do not share the same views. Regardless, this writer has never engaged in actions of scurrilous gossip or slander against Barbara Hartwell as implied. Vital to note that this writer does not appreciate the language of misrepresentation, false accusation, and veiled threat concluding Barbara’s post against her (“I can guarantee there will be consequences, most certainly not to her liking”) and wishes to keep this matter public for her own protection–while concluding it fully from her own end with this acknowledgment. Any further publication if any from Barbara Hartwell misrepresenting, falsely-accusing, or/and slandering Ramola D will be ignored.
However, the very serious issue of journalism to surface political persecution and crimes against humanity covered by this writer and journalist must be addressed.
This writer would like to note that, in her view, in no way does this matter affect her serious journalism which includes Barbara Hartwell’s testimonials as former CIA Counterintelligence and Psychological Operations officer and journalist herself, nor does it invalidate the many interviews, podcasts, and panels this writer has conducted which have included her. Nor indeed does it affect the memories of the warm friendship, support, and collegiateship this writer has shared, over the phone, and in emails, with Barbara Hartwell, from the time that Geral Sosbee, FBI whistleblower made her aware of Barbara’s coverage of his case, many years ago.
This writer has increasingly been made aware over the years of the extreme strangeness of the so-called “Intelligence Community” in the USA through her interactions with and journalistic coverage of whistleblowers from various prestigiously-named agencies which apparently all seem to actually be filled with people idly entertaining themselves and others with various covers, stories, and lies. Regardless, this writer wishes to wish Barbara Hartwell the very best as she regretfully notes the sad decline evident herein. No doubt one day the full truth of what the more than ignoble “IC” is all about will be fully revealed and be known to one and all.
Until then, and beyond, this writer rightfully claims more-than-copyright ownership of all podcasts, articles, panels, videos, audios, text featuring any of her guests, including “IC” whistleblowers, as also previously noted here and here, and assures her readership and viewership that the many years of work in truth-journalism including featuring “IC” whistleblowers she has accomplished–in conditions of absolute warfare against her really–ensures, in her view, the continued importance of her reportage, as per the historic record and as contextually needed. In no way should this writing be seen to detract from the great importance of all extant genuine whistleblower reportage, from both government, military and civilian whistleblowers as surfaced by any and all journalists including this writer; their voices are needed and must be cherished, supported, and upheld. BH: This is the only defamatory article she has left on the site, having removed all the others. All this is pure nonsense. I have never, at any time, slandered Ramola Dharmaraj. I have only made it clear that this aggressive busybody should learn to mind her own business, and stop interfering in mine, and defended myself against her very stupid false accusations.
And although in my view, based on much evidence, Ramola Dharmaraj is in fact mentally ill, that is no excuse for the tremendous harm she has done to me, to my reputation.
This speaks to character, and in my opinion, she is a woman of low moral character, because no matter how delusional she may be, it does not in any way justify the injurious lies she has promoted, and is now trying to cover up in order to rehabilitate herself in the eyes of the public.
The fact remains that nothing she has said in her malicious efforts to discredit me has any basis in fact or truth. Her character assassination against Barbara Hartwell is only a testament to her own lack of honor and integrity.
