Sunday,
May 26 was the first day of the Equal Justice Tour. Christians,
Veterans and liberty-loving Patriots gathered for a tour of Chappaqua
and surrounding area, including at the crime scene, the home of Bill
and Hillary Clinton.
Though I had not planned to attend, I
was fortunate and honored to be able to be there, thanks to an
invitation from those who organized the event, who contacted me after
I posted a notice on my website to promote it. They even kindly
provided transportation (thank you Matt, Coach Dave, Victor and
friends), since I am unable to drive long distances due to
disability. I live in Rhinebeck, New York, which is more than 70
miles from Chappaqua.
They
also added my website, Barbara Hartwell Vs. CIA, to The Equal Justice
Tour Affiliates, for which I thank them from the bottom of my heart.
God willing, I hope to be able to attend future events as well.
I
greatly enjoyed the event and felt blessed by meeting everyone,
including Coach Dave Daubenmire, Doug Hagmann, and more than 50
people who traveled from around the country to be there.
I
will be reporting further in greater detail, including photos,
when I am able, but for now here are some videos, following this
article by Doug Hagmann.
Please
distribute these links, to spread the message of The Equal Justice
Tour far and wide.
Thank
you.

Report
"We CAN succeed and bring justice back to America, but we must show up in sufficient numbers that our legitimate demands cannot be ignored. The success of our mission depends upon each of us – each of you – to join together to restore our country. It is no longer enough to talk about the problem or wait for someone else to act. It is up to us, and the time is now."
– Doug Hagmann
"So many Christians and Conservatives are frustrated at the perceived failure of our justice system, especially as it relates to those who have eluded justice despite the ostensible severity of their crimes. We have grown frustrated by the two-tiered system of justice, or perhaps injustice, as it applies to “regular” people like us versus the application of the law to former and current government officials.
Perhaps the most visibly egregious example is that of Hillary Clinton, the former First Lady, New York senator, presidential candidate and then Secretary of State under Barack Hussein Obama. She served as Secretary of State from 2009 through 2013, during which time we saw many “scandals” discovered relating to her professional conduct. Upon closer scrutiny, her conduct appears to have risen to the level of criminal activity, specifically as it pertains to her possessing top secret, classified information on her personal unsecured server in direct violation of US State Department protocol. The discovery of her personal server was the result of the hearings about the attack on the CIA compound in Benghazi, Libya, where four Americans were murdered, including a US Ambassador.
A year-long “investigation” by the FBI under former Director James Comey was conducted, which culminated in a bizarre and nearly incomprehensible news conference conducted by Comey on July 5, 2016. During that news conference, the former FBI Director detailed much evidence of very specific crimes committed by Hillary Clinton, although refused to refer her case to the US Department of Justice as required by US law.
The crimes cited by Comey were severe in nature and scope, including but not limited to the undisputed finding that Hillary Clinton repeatedly violated US law by storing 110 classified emails on her unsecured private server in her home without authorization. Her failure to protect America’s most sensitive information jeopardized national security, according to Comey. “We assess that it is possible that hostile actors gained access to Secretary Clinton’s personal email account,” stated Comey during that news conference.
It is now nearly three years since these investigative disclosures were made by former FBI Director James Comey, yet Hillary Clinton has not been held to account for her actions. We, the people, want to know why. We, the people, deserve and demand to know why.
After years of waiting for equal justice as promised under the US Constitution, we refuse to wait any longer as justice delayed is indeed justice denied. Furthermore, our ability to keep this issue at the forefront of national conversation is being systematically prohibited by big tech censorship at the hands of Facebook, Twitter, and other similar venues. Our voices are being silenced and our ability to seek redress of our grievances, as delineated by the US Constitution, is being taken from us. So many people have been asking, “What can we do to bring justice back to America?” From this question, a plan has been developed, but it depends on all of us, working together lawfully, peaceably and under the rights granted to us under the Constitution to succeed.
A group of patriots has joined together to launch “Equal Justice Under The Law,” which is a grassroots organization made up of ordinary citizens to take our grievances to the doorsteps of those who have appeared to elude justice despite the weight of evidence against them. The first case is that of Hillary Rodham Clinton, as hers is arguably the most visible and perhaps the most flagrantly illustrative of our duplicitous system of justice.
Our purpose is simple and straightforward. We are calling on all patriots to peaceably assemble outside of the home of Hillary Clinton, one of the most significant crime scenes in the US, on Sunday, May 26, 2019, at 2:00 PM ET to demand Equal Justice Under the Law. By our presence, we must show the government, the media, and all law abiding citizens that we cannot and will not be silenced or ignored. We seek only equal justice – nothing more and nothing less.
We CAN succeed and bring justice back to America, but we must show up in sufficient numbers that our legitimate demands cannot be ignored. The success of our mission depends upon each of us – each of you – to join together to restore our country. It is no longer enough to talk about the problem or wait for someone else to act. It is up to us, and the time is now."
To be clear, we are asking for ALL concerned citizens to peaceably assemble in Chappaqua, NY on Sunday, May 26, 2019, at 2:00 PM ET. Together, we can make a difference.
More information will be forthcoming. Please see: Equal Justice Tour– bookmark and watch for updates and further information.
