It's a classic delusion: the self-aggrandizing fantasy that one is being persecuted by CIA. The so-called “Truth Journalist”, Ramola D, is a typical case study.
This loudmouth false accuser has, in very typical fashion, publicly proclaimed that Barbara Hartwell is CIA. Typical, because such characters do it all the time. It's the old last resort, the fallback plan, when they have no factual information, and certainly not a scintilla of evidence (and they never do) to support their desperate attempts to discredit a legitimate individual.
Desperate, because they have been exposed. Exposed as liars, as frauds, as busybodies, as grandstanders... or whatever other unscrupulous types they may be.
When attempting to discredit Barbara Hartwell, Ramola D has nothing factual, accurate , or truthful to present.

Ramola was meddling in my business, gossiping about me behind my back, and exploiting my name in her public articles and podcasts. This, after I had made it crystal clear I was not seeking publicity.]

Again, she boasts about “donations”, which I never asked her for. Nor did I ever request she do any “fundraising”. Of course, I appreciated it at the time, but that is not the point.
Donations are not quid pro quo. I only accept donations which are given free and clear, no questions asked, no strings attached, as Christian charity or gifts. She is no exception and I owe her nothing. So why mention it?]

There is no
cloak-and-dagger intrigue involved. Nobody from CIA could give a damn

case running amok. There are plenty of her kind badgering government agencies with their delusional complaints. The letters come in by the bagful...she is no exception, certainly not "one of a kind", but rather one of a dime a dozen.
I have only one thing left to say (at least in this report):
