Just as I predicted in my last report, and in another before that, Tracy Krawitt has resorted to lying again, this time in making false accusations against Barbara Hartwell to the landlord who owns and manages the property.
Following a complaint I made against Tracy Krawitt to Dog Control on February 15, 2023, on February 16, I received a call from a representative of my landlord's office letting me know that “other tenants” (who were not named) had made complaints against me. I told the associate that I knew the complaint had to come from Tracy Krawitt, and that it was absolutely false. She admitted to me that Krawitt was involved, but no other names were given.
When I asked the nature of the complaint, I was told that I had been accused of being on the property rented by Tracy Krawitt. Another absolute lie from Krawitt & accomplices.
The way the property is set up, each cottage has a separate, clearly designated yard as part of the rental. The tenants are free to use these separate yards as they see fit, to have a garden, or place lawn ornaments, furniture, etc.
There is a common driveway (the only common area) around which the cottages are situated, the front of each facing the driveway.
At the time of the incident of February 15, when I made a complaint to Dog Control about the howling of Krawitt's dog, I went outside to phone the Dog Control officer, as she had asked me to do. The fact of the matter is this: The entire time I was standing in the common driveway, at least 25 feet from Krawitt's house. At no time did I leave the driveway, nor set foot in the yard.
Since Krawitt was not on the property at the time of this incident, it is clear that the liar who was responsible for making the false report to the landlord was the aggressive woman (name unknown) who accosted and harassed me in the driveway, whom I never spoke to, but ignored. I do not know if this woman is a tenant on the property, only that she is a liar and an accomplice of Krawitt. Until that day I had never seen her before.
The person I spoke to from the landlord's office was given false information from one or more liars (including Krawitt). I tried to explain the facts of the matter, but was told that I was being informed that I needed to “stay on my side” of the property.
I explained that I had never, at any time, walked into another tenant's yard uninvited, including Krawitt. I have never, at any time, been anywhere near her house.
I am well within my rights, as a tenant on this property, to access the common driveway, as is every tenant. Which is exactly what I did, and no more, in an attempt to provide the requested evidence to the Dog Control officer of the howling dog, disturbing the peace on the property.
I have now been falsely accused by the landlord's office, based only on a false report from a known liar, Tracy Krawitt and at least one accomplice. I will not allow that false accusation to stand. The landlord's office should be apprised that if any action whatsoever is taken against me, based on the false accusations of Tracy Krawitt and accomplices, I will pursue legal action in defense of my rights (including, but not limited to, as a tenant).
In point of fact, Krawitt, a tenant on the property, has been the only aggressor, the only offender, against Barbara Hartwell, on multiple occasions.
That I, as the injured party, have suffered various damages, since 2019, as a result of Krawitt's harassment, false witness, false police reports, slander and defamation of my good name to various parties (to date the police and the landlord), and disturbances on the property, for which she is solely responsible and for which she will be held liable.
Furthermore, the landlord is responsible for the quality of the environment on the property which provides the tenants their right to quiet enjoyment of the rental property for which they are paying.
Tracy Krawitt has repeatedly disrupted that environment and turned it into a loud, ugly, hostile place. She has certainly prevented me personally from the quiet enjoyment to which I am entitled.
Even though it is a rental property, it is also my home, for more than 9 years. I have invested time, effort and money in my home. And I will defend my rights against any and all who would violate them.
For the record:
I intend to pursue every lawful and ethical means available to me to expose this malicious liar, Tracy Krawitt, to hold her accountable for her offenses, and to see justice served.
