NOTE: Yesterday, October 7, I received a forwarded message from Michael Herzog. The message was sent by Aaron James, to Michael Herzog, Charles Giuliani (Truth Hertz Radio-RBN) and Tim Wingate. I have given the message here in its entirety.

I find it very necessary and a matter of urgency, to comment on this situation, as my name has now been maligned in connection to this atrocity/targeting of Aaron James, and it is clear that 'someone' is trying to implicate me in matters that have absolutely nothing to do with me.

First, let me state that I will only address the aspect of all this where my name has been brought up in connection with this situation, as I do not have enough information about the details of Aaron James's case to comment further.

1) I state for the record that I am not a CIA agent/operative/asset, nor do I have any dealings with this agency, its affiliates, proprietaries, etc.; nor with any other government entities.

2) I do not know, nor have had any contact with, at any time, any of the people mentioned in this message who are alleged to be targeting Aaron James.

3) I had absolutely nothing to do with the sabotage of Aaron James's website nor with any other crimes/ transgressions/violations which may have been committed against him.

4) Aaron James mentions Tim White, as the source of "information" about Barbara Hartwell. I do not know what was said by Tim White to Aaron James; I do not know if Tim White spoke to Aaron James by telephone; if there was communication by e-mail; or both.

However, I do know (as do many others) that Tim White is a predicate felon and government shill/stooge who has, over a period of the past seven (7) years been disseminating malicious lies about Barbara Hartwell -- most notably that I am CIA. White has published this lie all over the Internet. All anyone needs to do is run a search with my name and that of Tim White and they may see this for themselves. They may also see my reports exposing the crimes of Tim White; and exposing his accomplices.

Tim White has also been involved in harassing, stalking, threatening (including DEATH THREATS) a number of government whistleblowers/activists/expositors of government corruption (including myself); and including (but not limited to) constitutional activist Rick Stanley; ex-FBI agent/whistleblower Geral Sosbee; investigative journalist Janet Phelan.

At least two women that I know of, Doreen Bishop (Colorado) and Janet Phelan (now in Canada) had to file restraining orders against Tim White for threats of violence and stalking; and that still did not stop Tim White in his crimes against these persons.

Lastly, I find it despicable and appalling that Tim White would target Aaron James --a man who is clearly under siege and has good reason to fear for his life-- with completely bogus "information" about Barbara Hartwell, in attempts to set me up as a scapegoat.

TIMELINE OF EVENTS

Now, some background on the events (as related to Barbara Hartwell) described by Aaron James.

I first heard the Aaron James story on a radio program hosted by John Stadtmiller (RBN). This was either in December, 2007 or January, 2008; I do not remember the precise date. I called in to the program, and all I said at that time was that I empathize with Aaron James, as I also have been a target of political persecution for many years. (I don't know if that show is archived, but if so would provide corroboration of my statement here.)

Moving forward in time to Wednesday, October 1, 2008. I was listening to Michael Herzog's show, The American Awakening, on WTPN. Aaron James was Michael's guest. I did not tune in until the show was underway, but shortly after, I heard Michael Herzog mention my name. He was saying that I had "disappeared", but that he had recently heard that I had been "located."

I had not been in contact with Michael since the previous winter. In fact, I was not in contact with anyone (except a few family members) for months. To protect my privacy, I will only say that I was forced to leave my home for a period of time and go to a "safe house" in another state due to circumstances of a life-threatening nature; I will not elaborate further.

But since Michael was clearly concerned about me, and since he mentioned my name on the air, I decided to call in to the show. I said hello to Michael and Aaron; expressed my empathy for Aaron James's plight and told him I would pray for him and his mother. I also stated that I would be happy to put a link on my website for his Aaron James Story --which I fully intended to do-- and would have done, except for the fact that the website was taken down before I could post the link.

The next day, Thursday, October 2, 2008, I tuned in to Truth Hertz Radio on RBN, to hear Charles Giuliani's program, which I listen to on a regular basis. The guest, again, was Aaron James. I had no idea who the guest would be until I heard Charlie announce this.

Within a few minutes of the beginning of the show, Aaron James mentioned my name, describing me as "a CIA agent, Barbara Hartwell." He stated that I had called in to Michael Herzog's program the day before on the other network. He then expressed his concern that CIA might be "listening to the radio programs".

From Aaron's comments, it seemed obvious that he believed I am CIA, rather than EX-CIA. Needless to say, I found this distressing, so I called in to Charlie's show to set the record straight. I stated the fact that I am not CIA, and told Aaron I did not blame him for what appeared to be his misunderstanding. I didn't stay on air long, as I didn't want to take up time on the show re Aaron's case. Once again, I expressed my empathy with Aaron James about the injustices and atrocities he has been targeted for.

Subsequently, I sent Charles Giuliani an e-mail, for the purpose of further explanation and clarification.

Given the fact that much disinformation/COINTELPRO black propaganda is being disseminated about me, I was hoping that I might nip this in the bud, at least as regards what I saw as a simple misunderstanding (related to CIA) on the part of Aaron James.

The next thing I know, I received this message (above.)

I e-mailed Michael and Charlie, stating that I was distressed about all this, and stating (once again) for the record: I am not a CIA agent, and had nothing to do with any of this re Aaron James's website, etc.

Michael responded to me, saying:

"I have full faith in what you say (always have). I never thought for a second that you had anything to do with this......"

In summary, both Michael Herzog and Charles Giuliani can corroborate at least this much: That all that I have stated here (in connection to my calls in to their radio shows, respectively) is the truth.

As for Aaron James, I wish him and his mother nothing but the best. I deeply empathize with them and will continue to pray for them to be delivered from the atrocious crimes being perpetrated against them.

And I pray, as always, for God's swift justice against all criminal perpetrators who target innocent people.

Eric Phelps Endorses Predicate Felon, Criminal Stalker, Tim White

NOTE: Here is a letter from Eric Phelps, an endorsement of Tim White. My comments, in brackets, follow the letter.

Further, it was because of the work of Tim White that I was introduced to Greg Szymanksi and Dr. Bill Deagle. These two men, although we differ on some topics, have given me complete liberty to speak on the Jesuits many, many times on their shows.

Therefore, I will continue to consult the opinion of Tim White on topics I may be unfamiliar with. He has a total recall memory and thus is a walking encyclopedia. Just look at the people who are using White as a flunky: Ted Gunderson and John DeCamp, who claim they have been "investigating" the disappearance of Johnny Gosch "for decades". Does anyone think it was just a "coincidence" that these photos --lo and behold!-- suddenly turned up and were somehow handed to Tim White on a silver platter?

Saying that the pedophile ring was "exposed" by Tim White is preposterous. White was merely used as a messenger boy and town crier by DeCamp and Gunderson. He plastered the "100% Confirmation" that Gannon is Gosch nonsense all over the Internet. Why was this task given to Tim White? Who is Tim White but a G-Man wannabe, a name-dropper who revels in claiming criminal government/"former" government operatives as his "personal friends", a boast he has made repeatedly about Ted Gunderson; John DeCamp; Mark Hostlaw (FBI) and others too numerous to mention.]

[BHP: Most people have never heard of Eric May, so what's the big deal? But like anyone who has put up a message board on the Internet, he has his share of detractors. Tim White is only one of such, and performed no "great service" to anyone, except perhaps in the opinion of Eric Phelps. Be that as it may, it is a fact that Tim White was harassing Eric May, engaging in the usual name-calling, etc.

And what was the point of contention? White's refusal to take NO for an answer when several people connected to May's message board expressed their displeasure at White's trying to muscle in with his "important inside information", which nobody seemed interested in. (Where have we heard this before?)

As for Tom Flocco and Tom Heneghan, since I never had any involvement in working with them, I don't have much to say and they are irrelevant to my purpose in addressing this letter of endorsement for Tim White by Eric Phelps.

But Stew Webb is another story altogether. Stew was once a good friend of mine and despite disagreements and "irreconcilable differences" which ended the friendship, I do know for an absolute fact that Stew Webb was telling the truth about the criminal activities, the death threats, the harassment, stalking and even attempts at extortion (which failed) by Tim White.

Stew was also telling the truth about Ted Gunderson, who (surprise, surprise) just happened to move in and recruit Tim White as a minion in his COINTELPRO schemes, after he made his "deal" to get out of jail. What a coincidence.

Stew Webb is another Gunderson target, for the simple reason that Stew finally (like others involved with Gunderson in one way or another, including Jackie McGauley and myself) saw the light about what Gunderson was/is really involved in --crimes and cover-ups going back decades.

Ted Gunderson (with much help from his primary PR shill, Ken Adachi) has told many outrageous lies about Barbara Hartwell, Jackie McGauley and Stew Webb --because he is trying to cover up the factual information we have all exposed about him.

So anything said about Stew Webb, myself, or Jackie McGauley, by Tim White, is at the very least, suspect. Add to this the fact that Tim White labors under paranoid fantasies of persecution, and over-inflates his own importance. And why is this? Because those using him are feeding him outrageous lies (which he spreads all over the Internet/by telephone and by e-mail) about those they wish to target; and because they are stroking his ego so he'll continue to do their bidding. The oldest trick in the book...

It's all very simple when you know the facts. But it appears that Eric Phelps is engaging in groundless speculation and/or just taking Tim White at his word. Big mistake, at least if Phelps cares about the larger issues and more importantly, Truth -- for Truth's sake-- and not just identifying/exposing "Jesuit coadjutors".]

My comments are in brackets, preceded by my intitials, BHP.

Re Thomas Richards: I discovered his website, Spiritually Smart, earlier this year and have perused some of the information he exposes. In my opinion, he has a lot of accurate information as regards the Vatican, the Catholic church, as well as the connections to CIA.

In particular, I find his assessment of Alex Jones to be astute. I have also exposed Alex Jones as a shill, specifically involved in censorship (including of information gleaned through my own investigations) and cover-ups, especially in relation to his promotion of Ted Gunderson and John DeCamp. 

Though Thomas Richards' information on Alex Jones is not new to me, it is consistent with what I have had personal knowledge of for many years.

I would certainly recommend that readers take an open-minded look at his information on Alex Jones, Ted Gunderson and John DeCamp and reach their own conclusions.

Lastly, although I do not know Thomas Richards personally (and I may not be in agreement with everything he publishes --but then, I don't know many people with whom I can say I am in complete agreement on every issue), from reading some of what he has to say, I believe him to be a sincere individual seeking and exposing the truth to the best of his ability. And through my own spiritual discernment, I also believe him to be a genuine, spirit-filled Christian. Which counts for a lot, as far as I am concerned.

[BHP: Now, Tim White turns the issue into a public confrontation.Note all the names on the e-mail list. He gets a bee in his bonnet and accuses Gunderson and DeCamp of "playing him for a fool". Apparently, he believes the information exposed by Thomas Richards, re the "cover-up" of Vatican involvement in abuse of children to be true. Why else would he go into attack-mode and make demands and threats?

And yes, he has certainly defended Gunderson and DeCamp for years. He has clearly believed everything they told him and promoted them both as Paragons of Truth. He has also harassed, attacked, threatened, and stalked anyone (including myself) who has exposed information which calls the credibility of Gunderson and DeCamp into question or brought forth evidence that they are liars, running their own cover-ups.

(5)As for your comments about Mr. Gunderson, He is a big boy and capable & answering any questions U have himself. Mr. Gunderson, if U had read my book, TIM, was originally hired to come to Nebraska, INVESTIGATE ME JOHN DECAMP & TRY TO PROVE I WAS WRONG ABOUT MY CLAIMS & ALLEGATIONS OF SEXUAL ABUSE & KILLING & SALE OF CHILDREN, ETC., & WAS MY ADVERSARY. He then asked ME to represent him, HUPP, in exposing & correcting the problem. Shortly after that, he was EXPELLED from his retirement residence with the priests & went to Wisconsin. He was on his way back from Wisconsin (I believe to meet with me, etc., & file some legal actions) when he mysteriously ended up dead. Duh.

It is clear that the very concept of "evidence" is meaningless to Tim White. There is no evidence offered by DeCamp, only vehement denials of any wrongdoing; promoting his own claims, including via references to what was written in his book. It is also clear that White just takes whatever is said by DeCamp or Gunderson at face value, as the gospel truth, without looking deeper or thinking critically on his own. If Decamp says so, it must be true...

Notice that White has embellished his "credentials". He now (in addition to "Vietnam Vet" and "Concerned Citizen") makes claim to the following titles: Researcher. Investigator. Whistleblower.

"Researcher"? What kind of "research" is Tim White conducting? Is he referring to being a scavenger that combs the Internet for other people's research and then promotes the second-hand information on hundreds of messages boards, adding his own comments and dropping names, trying to make himself sound "important"?

"Investigator"?  Tim White has no training whatsoever in any sort of investigation. In fact, no background or training in any professional field or discipline. He has no formal education whatsoever. So why does he claim to be an "investigator"?

Does he consider making numerous harassing phone calls; sending a multitude of harassing e-mails; and traveling the country stalking and threatening legitimate people to be part of his "investigations"? Sure seems that way.

"Whistleblower"? In order to be a genuine whistleblower, one has to have come from INSIDE an organization, agency, etc. Tim White has absolutely no background of this nature. He was in the military, as an airplane mechanic. So what? He never saw combat. Yet one of his e-mail addresses is "danang gunfighter". Tim White's tough-guy pretensions are ludicrous. He seems to be living in a fantasy world of his own delusions of grandeur.

Notice that White automatically presumes that Thomas Richards is obligated to respond and answer his questions. Why? Who does Tim White think he is? It seems clear to me that Thomas Richards initially tried to ignore Tim White (as many others have done.) But Tim White, as always, keeps aggressively pursuing his target.
