Barbara Hartwell Exposes Ken Adachi as Liar, Stooge and Shill (2001)

NOTE: This letter was written in the Spring of 2001. I had never heard of this buffoon, Ken Adachi, until he came out of the proverbial woodwork to attack me in defense of Ted Gunderson, for whom he serves as a PR shill, stooge and gopher.

Ken Adachi never published my letter to the editor on his site (naturally), but he has continued, throughout all the ensuing years, to libel and slander Barbara Hartwell.  

Adachi has even gone so far as to dedicate a special section of his website to libeling Barbara Hartwell. Adachi calls it: Barbara Hartwell, Founder & CEO of Liars, Inc.

Ironically, Adachi is the liar, not Barbara Hartwell.  Adachi has been exposed as a liar and charlatan many, many times, by many, many people and organizations, all legitimate journalists and expositors of government corruption.  (See reports on this site re liar, Ken Adachi.) 

For the public record, Ken Adachi is a PR shill for ex-FBI agent Ted Gunderson, and is involved in criminal activities, including racketeering and the solicitation of crimes against targets (including Barbara Hartwell) by publishing PRIVATE information, such as UNLISTED  telephone numbers, e-mail addresses and street addresses.

Adachi is criminal scum, and I say that with a vast knowledge of all the damage he has done to innocent people's lives --most notably, the children victimized by the criminals, pimps and child rapists he supports and defends.

Adachi has promoted and/or defended and/or supported (including financially) all of these criminal perpetrators; and "coincidentally" all of these perps have slandered and/or libeled and/or harassed and/or threatened Barbara Hartwell. What a striking coincidence!

Adachi (like his overlord, Ted Gunderson) claims I am CIA.  Adcahi lies...and lies...and lies...

May Ken Adachi reap what he has sown, and may God judge him accordingly for the outrageous lies he has published, which destroy the lives of legitimate patriots, journalists, whistleblowers and expositors of government crimes and corruption.

Dear Mr. Adachi:

You will be receiving a commentary from me in the near future in reference to the report you published by Ted Gunderson.

But for now it is important that I make it clear that you have published misinformation regarding myself, in your "Editor's Note" which I hold you directly responsible for.

It is one thing for you to publish Ted's testimony regarding me. It is quite another for you, as an editor, to make false assumptions and then state them as if they were facts. For instance, I never "became convinced that Ted was a double agent".  I have never stated such a thing to anyone --publicly nor privately.  Nor did I ever "join in with others striving to discredit him". These are lies, Mr. Adachi.  And you are merely publishing your personal opinions about a situation you know nothing about.

You don't know me; therefore your allegations are based on nothing but hearsay and uninformed speculation. I will refute them based on facts and the testimony of credible witnesses; rather than the erroneous suppositions and spreading of misinformation which evidently define your concept of "journalism".

I also notice that you don't state your name when writing the "editor's note". Yet you make a point of insisting that others state their names right up front when sending e-mail to you. I had to go to the home page on your site to find out your name.

Perhaps if you adopted a more professional approach--like maybe checking your facts and establishing the credibility of your sources-- before writing your editorial commentaries-- you might have some credibility as regards the subjects you write about.

But as far as I am concerned you have no credibility whatsoever.  I'm sure that other discerning individuals --especially those who know me and are familiar with my case-- may come to the same conclusion without having to hear it from me. However, I do find it necessary to state my position up front, in advance of writing a more detailed commentary, in order to minimize any potential damage to my reputation which may result from false allegations which are the product of your own ignorance.

This letter will also be posted on other websites and forwarded by e-mail to other concerned parties.  And if you have even a shred of objectivity, or journalistic integrity, in the interest of fairness, you will post this letter on your own site as well.

Ex-FBI Senior SAC Ted Gunderson


NOTE:  In March 2001, ex-FBI Senior SAC Ted Gunderson wrote an open letter to Barbara Hartwell, purportedly "in response" to my report, Time to Set the Record Straight (Part 1).

My report was an attempt to refute much of the disinformation being spread by government agents and their minions and stooges in connection with my name. Gunderson was mentioned as well, but at the time, I simply stated that I had "irreconcilable differences" with him, made a few comments (some even complimentary to Ted), and what I exposed was mild compared to what came later.

However, Ted's letter to me did not focus so much on addressing Barbara Hartwell, as it did on attacking a number of other journalists and expositors of government crimes and corruption. It seemed to me at the time that it was an exercise in "damage control", and that I was simply a convenient scapegoat for Ted's purposes.

One of these investigators/journalists was Mike Ruppert. When Mike realized that Ted Gunderson had accused him of being a "disinformation specialist", he wrote a brief commentary for News Making News, a site which features a "Gunderson Data Dump."

Virginia McCollough, one of the journalists affiliated with News Making News, also published a report I wrote in 1999, at the time I was still associated with Ted Gunderson. I should make it clear that she published this report without my blessing, knowing full well that I had cut off contact with Ted Gunderson around that time. Unfortunately, the report contained my endorsement of Ted Gunderson, who at the time was still my friend and professional colleague.

Virginia McCollough proved herself to be an unscrupulous person, as she continued to exploit my name for years, libeling me in the process, and even going so far as to try to implicate me in the suspicious death of another investigative journalist, Brian Downing Quig.  A man, by the way, that I did not know; had never met and with whom I had never had any form of contact!

McCollough's "source" for this libelous falsehood about Barbara Hartwell? One Timothy Patrick White, predicate felon, career criminal and Gunderson groupie/minion/stooge.

Not too long ago, I visited Ted Gunderson's website (where he is, naturally, continuing to libel me, calling me a "government spook", etc.) --and lo and behold! Gunderson is now promoting Mike Ruppert, the same man he has denounced, in collusion with Ted's PR shill, Ken Adachi.

I wondered: Why would Ted be promoting Mike Ruppert?

Then, just last week, I happened to be listening to the radio on RBN and two shows caught my interest. The name of the show is The Story Behind the Story, hosted by someone who calls himself Dr. A. True Ott. On the first show I heard, the guest was Doug Millar, a low level penetration agent and factotum for Ted L. Gunderson, going back decades.

Millar was touting Ted Gunderson, and strangely enough, The Last Circle, the book that exposed Gunderson and his CIA cronies. Next thing I know, a couple days later, I tune in again and this time Ott announces that his "special guest" will be Ted Gunderson.

I was expecting Ted to start slandering me, as he often does on radio, calling me a "CIA disinfo agent". But not this time. No, he just talked about the usual stuff...like the McMartin Preschool case he so likes to take credit for, when the primary whistleblower (mother of an abused child) Jackie McGauley, has made it crystal clear that Ted Gunderson was NOT even involved in the case, much less "solved" it. And naturally, the perps were not convicted and walked away scott free!

But again, I thought it odd that Ott was promoting The Last Circle, and Ted voiced no objection to that, but seemed to go along with it.

Ted first promotes Mike Ruppert (whom he called a "disinformation specialist"); now he's going on a radio show promoting The Last Circle, by Cheri Seymour (aka Carol Marshall). Two people he and his shill, Ken Adachi have made it their business to smear for years. 

What's up with this? What's the spin? What the hell is going on here? 

I'm not sure, but I intend to look into it.

Dear Kate:

Since I see that Ted Gunderson has taken a swipe at me too and accused me of being a "disinformation specialist" let me just take a minute to respond in support of all the brave women who have taken him on. And truly, a minute is about all the time that his pitiful message is worth.

I would also hope that at some point journalist Cheri Seymour - whose great book "The Last Circle," describes in detail Gunderson's relations with Michael Riconosciuto and the openly exposed CIA operative Robert Booth Nichols - might join the ranks of those nailing Gunderson for his rather comical actions. I have a copy of an envelope, given to me by Seymour, wherein Gunderson's own handwriting discusses his participation in a drug transaction. Her documentation of Gunderson's connections to weapons, drugs and Promis software and illegal activities at the Cabazon Indian reservation is above reproach.

As to Gunderson's reference to me let me just state that Gunderson was the Special Agent in Charge (SAC) of the Los Angeles FBI office in 1978. It was then that I went to the L.A. Office of the FBI seeking help when, as an LA Police Officer, my life was in danger after discovering that the CIA was dealing drugs. Under Gunderson's direction the L.A. office took the public position that I was crazy and refused me any assistance even though I had a tape recorded death threat in my possession and an attorney at my side verifying my allegations and the documentary evidence I presented.

I did not know until 1999 that it was Gunderson who had been running the LA office in 1978. I even appeared on his Las Vegas radio show in 1997. But that was before his bizarre behavior revealed him to be what is now so obvious to so many people. It is strange that he never mentioned to me that he had directed the Bureau's efforts against me in 1978 even though FOIA documents clearly indicate that he knew damn well who I was in 1997.

As to my status as a "disinformation specialist" then, he ignores the fact that I was made unemployable and arrested by LAPD in 1980 or that, after having been homeless for nearly three years, The "LA Herald Examiner" wrote two front-page Sunday stories on me in 1981. That means, I guess, that Ted is saying that I went to all this trouble 20 years ago so that I could be in a position to trash him today. Forget mind control, the question is does Ted Gunderson have a mind at all.

My newsletter, "From The Wilderness" is now read in 17 countries, by 16 members of the US Congress and by professors at 10 universities in North America and Europe. Although belated, I would like to add my male voice to support the brave women who have told it like it so obviously is. My hat is off to all of you. Beyond that however, no one really takes Gunderson seriously anyway.

In the Spring of 2009, it came to my attention that notorious career criminal, fed snitch, psycho stalker (and on and on it goes...), Timothy Patrick White, had enlisted yet another government stooge and delusional whackjob (just like himself) to assist him with his dirty work of harassing/stalking, threatening (and on and on it goes...) legitimate journalists, investigators, activists, patriots, etc.

The name of this person? One Francine Kelly.

Francine Kelly, just like her "mentor", Tim White, is a meddlesome busybody, a CIA wannabe,  a name-dropper and gate-crasher, desperately seeking attention and approval from government authority figures and from the public audience interested in the issues she addresses.

Now, I cannot begin to imagine how anyone could actually WANT to be CIA. They should thank their lucky stars that CIA has left them alone. But then, that's not surprising, considering the fact that CIA looks for brains and talent they can exploit, and in the case of these two, White and Kelly, there's simply nothing to work with.

Why bother exposing this little nobody, Francine Kelly? Because, in addition to being a loudmouth and obnoxious busybody, she has become particularly (and increasingly) aggressive in her harassment, libel and invasions of my privacy.  

Ms. Kelly started her aggression against Barbara Hartwell in April, 2009, spurred on by her despicable cohort, Tim White. Kelly began by parroting the libelous falsehoods about Barbara Hartwell, those fabricated by White and his accomplices.

Now, Francine Kelly is defaming my name on a regular basis, adding her own wild speculation and false assumptions, sending out her crazy delusional  missives to large e-mail lists.

 Government stooge, Francine Kelly, puts me in mind of  two like-minded whackjobs, Shirley Anderson (a one-time paramour of Tim White) and Brenda Negri.

Honey Trap Trickster? Or CIA Assassin?

I don't have the time (nor would it be worth the effort) to write a lengthy report exposing Francine Kelly. However, I do have some material already written, (See: The Family Jewels: Nothing New Under the Sun) an excerpt from another report.

But before I get there, here is my formal warning to Francine Kelly:

Francine Kelly:

Cease and desist from your invasions of privacy; your harassment and your libel of Barbara Hartwell. Stop using my name; stop defaming my name; stop publicly disseminating your idiotic speculation, false assumptions, libelous falsehoods and character assassination in connection with my name.

Your threats are ludicrous (including the threat to call the police in Seattle re so-called "verbal abuse") and have simply been ignored. But your continuing harassment, libel and invasions of privacy will not be ignored. Nor will your wrongful actions against me be tolerated.

There will be consequences for your wrongful acts, make no mistake.

Now, let's take a look at that excerpt I mentioned. It is particularly descriptive of characters like Francine Kelly, Tim White and their cohorts.

DISINFORMATION ABOUNDS

...I should mention that in addition to the massive disinformation and propaganda being promoted by CIA itself, mostly through its operatives in the government-controlled news media (including but certainly not limited to the Family Jewels), there is an even greater amount of such disinfo being disseminated on the Internet by various people, specifically rank amateurs, who have absolutely no background or training in intelligence work. Neither are these people trained investigators or journalists, though some audaciously make these claims.

Some of the disinformers claim to be "targets" of CIA and other government agencies. Some claim to be "whistleblowers". Some are distributing second and third hand information, gleaned from professional disinfo specialists (CIA and others.) Such disinfo is being fed to these dupes and stooges with the aim of discrediting legitimate whistleblowers and contaminating the TRUTHFUL, FACTUAL information being exposed by those of us who are former agents of CIA, FBI et al.

A "whistleblower" by strict definition comes from INSIDE the agency/bureau/company, etc. about which information (usually relating to crime and corruption) is being exposed. A whistleblower speaks from firsthand experience, as a witness and/or victim and/or participant rather than merely parroting what genuine whistleblowers have exposed; or as a result of personal speculation or rehashing of information previously exposed by real whistleblowers and expositors.

Real whistleblowers put their lives on the line by defying the liars and crooks in government; and as a result of exposing truthful, accurate, factual information (including names of perpetrators) usually become high-profile targets of the government agencies they expose.

As for the fools, liars and stooges promoting the misinformation (as well as purposeful disinformation), who claim to be "exposing" government agencies like CIA, FBI, NSA, etc., they have poisoned the well to such an extent that it has become nearly impossible for anyone from the general public, searching for accurate, factual information on CIA to find anything even remotely resembling the truth. And that's just the way CIA likes it.

In my considered professional opinion, as a trained intelligence analyst, investigator and Jungian analyst; and as a former intelligence operative utilized in psychological operations, most of these people are just attention/approval seekers, wannabes and/or groupies who want to "be somebody". Some have an axe to grind and blame "the intelligence agencies" or "the government" for all their personal problems, failures, character flaws and shortcomings. In short, they don't know what they are talking about.

Although some few may "mean well", these misguided people routinely write and speak about issues they actually know little or nothing about. Their "reports" consist mostly of emotional ranting, exaggeration, name-calling, hyperbole and fear-mongering. Subjective (and often uninformed) personal opinions and erroneous assumptions replace facts, evidence and reliable witnesses.

But getting back to CIA. One thing I can guarantee: CIA will never reveal the truth about their organization, their overarching agenda, their "mission", their operations, their personnel, their policies, protocols, affiliations and least of all their raison d'etre.

To reveal the truth would be self-destructive. CIA philosophy goes something like this: A lie is the truth and the truth is a lie. When the truth is nailed down, simply deny it. Plausible deniability is among the most effective tools of tradecraft.

After all, fabricating lies, used to manipulate people, organizations and governments (including their own) by deception, is their stock-in-trade. And unlike most of the self-appointed political pundits, those who call themselves "journalists" and other commentators on CIA, I speak from many years of direct personal experience.

Next, here is an e-mail exchange between Tim White and Francine Kelly. Although this exchange speaks for itself, just a couple of comments to round out the picture.

In typical fashion, Tim White goes into attack mode, using obscene and abusive language and making threats against his erstwhile pal, Francine Kelly.  It was only a matter of time, as Tim White attacks and threatens everyone, sooner or later.

I have only given enough here to make my point and to present additional  evidence of the despicable character of Tim White. There's much more where this came from.....

As for Francine Kelly, I decided not to include any more of her gibberish than was necessary. Some of the writings of this woman are not only delusional, but downright pornographic in nature.  She is appalling and disgusting! Why anyone would want to advertise her sex life in lurid detail on the Internet is beyond my ken.

(Not only a flaming whackjob, but a sleazebag to boot!  No surprise then, that she has taken up with Tim White, the sex pervert/predator, and cross-dressing conspiracy theorist.)

I want to explore in detail what you know about my being a Project Monarch baby. I was told that my uncle, Retired U.S. Army Colonel Thomas C. Grissom, who lives in Stone Mountain or Atlanta, Georgia, sold me to CIA and the aliens. You may know about this since you are a Retired U.S. Army Captain.

Since I was brought to Seattle in May of 2008, I have dedicated my life to help Will P. Wilson. I even returned to Seattle from New York in September 2008 after a CIA agent told me they would kill me if I did. I would like you to clarify what you meant when you told Tim White, "Francine and others are used to get him drugs..." (Please see your entire statement which I have copied and pasted below.)

I would like you to provide specific facts and evidence of any harm you believe I have caused Will P. Wilson. I would like to put the information you provide me on the Internet, and then in my books which it looks like James Wilson has authorized me to publish.

I would also like to open this discussion to include Janet Phelan and Barbara Hartwell. I feel they allegedly may have played  significant roles in my life as a Project Monarch baby. Do you know these women? Have you worked with them? I also feel that Janet Phelan may allegedly play a very negative role in Will's life. Maybe a FOIA request to CIA is the way to proceed with this investigation.

Bill, you wrote to Tim White:  "No Tim, but I believe she believes it. She is a Project Monarch baby. She has been manipulated since birth. These folks are used by sectors of the CIA to control people. Will Wilson has a news show and Francine and others are used to get him drugs, destroy his credability, steal money, push credible people away, etc. These people do not even know they are part of the project. Their memories are sketchy and they always talk about the CIA and sexual perversion. Many claim to be alien abducties or aliens themselves. All have ties to witchcraft. Most are homeless. The best of these folks are chosen to do tv shows and feed us lies. Now you know."

I will be happy to assist you in clarifying your statements, as I have witnessed your difficulty with this. Craig Kirkpatrick and I questioned if English is your first language. Because of your high-level position, I believe your input is going to be of major importance in our work.

Refuting the Lies, the Libel and the Insane Rantings of Francine Kelly

It does not interest me what Francine Kelly "believes" or what she thinks she knows about any of the topics/persons she writes about. It is very clear to me (as well as to quite a number of others) that she is a delusional mental case and self-important grandstander.

In fact, the only interest I have in Francine Kelly is in stopping her from her acts of aggression against Barbara Hartwell. Period.

For the public record:

1) Francine Kelly does not know me. She has never communicated with me in any fashion; never met me; never spoken to me.

Therefore, her harebrained idea that I may have been "involved" with her in any way, or "played a role" in her life, is absurd and has absolutely no basis in fact. I never heard of this Francine Kelly until April 2009. (And certainly hope not to hear of her again, but that is unlikely.)

2) As I have stated publicly many times, I have never, at any time, been involved in any way, shape or form, in a project called "Monarch". There is no evidence whatsoever that the so-called "Monarch" project was ever a part of any CIA operations, including MK Ultra.

And I don't know anyone, nor have ever met any legitimate researcher, investigator, nor current/former intelligence professionals who have uncovered such evidence; nor even furnished personal/anecdotal testimony re "Monarch".

In addition to considerable expertise on this issue gleaned from my own background, I have done decades of investigation and research on these matters. 

In my considered professional opinion: Anyone promoting "Monarch" is either a government dupe, simply parroting what they've read/heard; or someone with an agenda. Personally, I have never met (nor read/heard from) anyone promoting Monarch who did NOT fit into one (or both) of these categories.

Monarch is a smokescreen of misdirection, meant to divert attention from the REAL black operations. And furthermore, these operations are NOT about "sex slaves".

 Furthermore, the "sex slave", Ms. Kelly, is promoting herself as having (and I quote) an "Intel background" and calls herself an "Intelligence Asset".  I can assure anyone reading this that this is a blatant falsehood. This is like Tim White claiming to be an "Investigator" and "Whistleblower. Utter nonsense!

Neither of these presumptuous and deluded fools were ever involved in any form of intelligence work, nor does either of them know anything about this subject. Their claims are tantamount to a hospital orderly boasting that he is a brain surgeon. Totally preposterous!

Go back where you came from, Ms. Kelly. You're nothing but a wannabe and a rank amateur. You're obviously playing a dangerous game, and leaving yourself at the mercy of people a whole lot smarter than you are (and I don't mean Tim White).

But whatever you do, get off MY case. You're messing with the wrong woman, mark my words this day.

I believe that my recent reports on this and other pages prompted the fbi to send me their little reminders of the great powers they possess.

Regarding Patrick Groves ("PG"-- a former high level counterintelligence officer, Special Agent with and completely programmed by the fbi):

From my recollection PG is a w/m 6', 190 lbs, appx 65 yrs,  dark hair with light complexion and medium build; he is left hemispheric, bright, articulate (& fluent in Romanian) with a high IQ and a mathematics forte; yet PG evinces few signs of human decency and common sense. In short PG is the perfect fbi functionary and 'True Believer' and is a witness to or participant in the many crimes committed against me by the fbi/cia in New York City in 1978.

Wherever he be (probably SI or DC), PG should be summoned before the US Congress to outline the extensive efforts by the fbi over the past 32 years to torture, imprison, or kill me (and others); PG is also well versed in mind control methods and has a wealth of knowledge concerning fbi/cia high crimes and misdemeanors globally. One should not hold breath waiting for the Congress to depose the Manchurian Candidate PG because the Congress is also under the fbi/cia control and is not inclined to lift or to point a finger against the assassins of either agency.

Colin Jackson, Sherry's husband, finally heard from Sherry last night, the last contact having been on December 17.  That is 20 days with no contact!

Sherry was moved to the Talahassee prison last month, after prison officials accused her of "contacting the media", which is "against the rules". However, Sherry did NOT contact the media. In fact, it was her friends and supporters (including myself) who contacted the media.

Information is sketchy at this point, but here's what Sherry told Colin: She has been placed in solitary confinement. She is allowed only three (3) showers a week, and only one phone call a week. She is handcuffed each time she leaves the cell, for any reason, including the showers.

We still don't know the state of her health.

I have been working with Colin and other supporters to try to get some legal representation for Sherry Jackson. She needs a lawyer, licensed in the Florida Bar, even if only as co-counsel for another attorney (from any state) willing to take Sherry's case. Someone with legal authority needs to get into that prison, find out exactly what is going on, and help Sherry!

So far, we have found no one willing and able to help.  We will keep trying, and I pray that some attorney, somewhere, who is compassionate and interested in Justice, will come forward.

We are also working on getting more media attention for Sherry's plight. Colin recently was a guest on Michael Herzog's program, the American Awakening (Oracle Broadcasting); and more radio appearances are being set up.

Once again, I implore talk show hosts to schedule a program addressing Sherry's case and/or an interview with her husband, Colin Jackson.

Sherry has been wrongfully imprisoned since February, 2008. Her health has suffered, and now she is in solitary confinement --once again, punished for a "crime" she did not commit.

 
Sherry's life may be in danger.  All of us who are still free and have the wherewithal to take action must do all in our power to stop this from getting any worse. 

 

We need to keep this case as public as possible! We need the authorities to know that we are watching, that we are witnesses, and that we care about Sherry Jackson, about human rights, and about justice!

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — It had been weeks since anyone had heard from Sherry P. Jackson, the former IRS agent who studied federal income tax history and law, and transformed into an outspoken anti-income tax activist. But under the federal government’s relatively new “tax-defier” program, she was essentially convicted and imprisoned for her beliefs, her supporters believe.

Sherry’s last known contact with family from prison had been Dec.17, 2009. The 47-year-old mother of two said that she had experienced strange health problems in prison before contact was lost; therefore her husband of 22 years, Colin, was especially concerned for Sherry when he hadn’t heard from her.

But Colin was happy to inform this reporter that he finally heard from Sherry on the evening of Jan. 6. During the holidays the well-known words “silent night” took on a whole new meaning for Colin.

“The cruelty of this type of activity to Sherry and her family, especially at Christmastime, [was] beyond comprehension and despicable,” a friend recently wrote in a letter to AMERICAN FREE PRESS during the holiday “freeze” on Sherry’s phone calls.

Meanwhile, Sherry was moved from the Coleman, Fla. prison to another federal pen near Tallahassee, the capital of Florida.

Colin understands that federal officials moved her because she “may” have contacted the press, which could violate a gag order in terms of media. But observers close to her maintain she did not contact the press.

Sherry Jackson, whose inmate number is 59085-019, is now at the Federal Correction Institution (FCI) in Tallahassee. Her projected release is Aug. 8, 2011. Tune in to RBN on Saturday learn much more.

January 1st 2010:
12383 days of WRONGFUL IMPRISONMENT!!!

Greetings and happy holidays. I hope this letter finds you all enjoying the spirit of the season with family and friends. 

My August parole denial was appealed in short order. We are expecting a response to that appeal sometime very soon. It has occurred to me that the viciousness of this system knows no bounds, and so I believe strongly in the coming days we will hear of another loss, another denial. This one will be timed and intended specifically as a twisted Christmas present for me, such is the nature of those in charge. With no sense of balance, fairness, or decency, I await my own personal stocking stuffer.

We all know the so-called justice system of this country is more about revenge and retribution than finding true and just resolution. It doesn't take into account the plight of the wrongfully convicted, nor does it allow flexibility as human endeavors always require. This system has always been about making money at the top, furthering careers in the middle, and forgetting those at the bottom.

Their reason for denying my parole is that I refuse to admit guilt and show remorse for the deaths of two FBI agents. I know the righteousness of my situation. I know what I did and didn't do. I will never yield.

I also know what this country did and continues to do to me and many others. While they demand I make a false confession for the sake of my freedom, they show no remorse for the loss of much of my life, or the lives of Joe Stuntz and countless others they have murdered over the generations simply for being who they were. Those lives are meaningless when compared to their precious FBI, I guess. And now, some of the very ones responsible for the deaths and suffering of so many of my people, are peddling books and claiming to be a friend of the Indian. We've seen this before, and I'll speak more about this soon.

I remain proud of what I have stood for and mindful of what real justice is. In this season of love and forgiveness, please say a prayer for all of those who never knew justice and others who have such difficulty in finding it still today.

If you're a longtime reader of my work, then you've probably arrived here from the old site (barbarahartwell.blogspot.com, still online, and will be for awhile). If you're a new reader, maybe you've arrived from a search engine. But however you got here, welcome to my new site.

It is my hope that you will find the reports and articles on this site to be educational, enlightening, intriguing and even entertaining (plenty of entertainment, just check out the reports on some of the government stooges and whackjobs who're out there!)

At last count, there are over 400 articles, most written by me, but some by other authors whose work I admire. The articles you will find here cover a variety of topics, and span more than a decade.

The primary focus of my work (including the writings you will find here) can be summed up in a few words: Defending Liberty and the God-given Rights of the Individual.

It is all really very simple, and for me, always has been. I, as a Sovereign Child of God, am born free. No one, including any government, has the right to take that freedom from me. Period. End of story.

I have the right to Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness.

I have the right not only to liberty, but also to privacy, which I consider an integral part of my liberty. I have the right to own private property, to have a private personal life, with no one intruding into my business, and to live as I see fit, as I so choose, as long as I do not violate the rights of others.

In fact, we all have these rights. And contrary to what some misguided folks believe, these rights do NOT come from any government, but from God Almighty! This is a fact, no matter what you may believe. Nothing to do with "religion", but simply a natural law from the Creator.  Amen and amen!

But as we all know, there's a serious problem: There are many aggressors in this world. Many aggressors are power hungry tyrants and bureaucrats, spawned from corrupt governments. Some are criminals. Some are spies. Some are predators, rapists and stalkers. Some are liars, thieves, blackmailers and extortionists. Others may just be busybodies and meddlers, misguided individuals who just don't respect the personal boundaries of others. 

But any way you look at it, these aggressors just refuse to LEAVE OTHERS ALONE.  As for people like me (and probably you, if you're a regular reader of my work), all we want is to BE LEFT ALONE.

So there you have it.  I just want to be left alone. What's more, anyone who refuses to leave me alone is my enemy. Therefore, I am an enemy of the New World Order. I am an enemy of socialism, communism and any form of collectivism. I am an enemy of anyone who would dare to interfere with me and mine in any way, shape or form.

As you might have surmised by now, I have lots of enemies.  And that's not all bad. Exposing these enemies, by name, defines much of the purpose of this website.

Warning others and stopping plots, conspiracies and crimes in progress --that's important to me.

And unless evildoers are exposed, they cannot possibly be stopped from their works of iniquity.

My mission is to expose as many of these diabolical individuals as I can; stop as many as I can; and in the process, do my part, as directed by God, to help in saving as many lives (and souls) as possible.

I stand for Freedom, Liberty and Justice for All.  That includes my Friends, my Family, my Brothers and Sisters in Christ and everyone else!

Unfortunately, Colin still has not heard from Sherry since she was moved from the Coleman prison in Florida. Nor do we have any news about Sherry's health, and we do not know if she is receiving proper medical care.

Hal Turner is a "National Security Intelligence" Asset

NOTE: I remember the days, not too long ago (2005-6) when Stew Webb and Tom Heneghan had their weekly radio show on the Hal Turner Network.  One reason I remember it so well is because on several radio broadcasts, Stew and Tom used the platform provided by Hal Turner to slander Barbara Hartwell, Karl Schwarz, and others who stand for Truth and for Liberty.

Among other things, I was accused of being part of an "Israeli spy network", along with my friend, Karl Schwarz; accused of being a "fallen angel"; accused of taking bribes from Karl Schwarz (from whom I have never taken a penny) to betray and slander/libel former friend/professional colleague Stew Webb.

Here's the truth: Karl Schwarz and I exposed the facts and the truth about the fraud and liar, the elitist/globalist/Illuminati, etc. etc., Al Gore, well before the truth became common knowledge (as in the recent Climategate fiasco) which blew the cover on the agenda politics being promoted by Stew and Tom, both of whom promoted and supported Al Gore as "the duly elected president", as well as promoting various lies and propaganda touting Al Gore as some sort of 'savior' of America.

As for Hal Turner, it was clear to me long ago, who and what he is. The fact that Webb and Heneghan were used by Turner exposes them both, at the very least, as government dupes. As for those being slandered on the Hal Turner platform?  Think carefully about that. FBI COINTELPRO only wants to neutralize those telling the unvarnished truth about government crimes, cover-ups and corruption.

Barbara Hartwell and Karl Schwarz, both long time targets of COINTELPRO, were slandered on the Hal Turner network. Isn't it obvious?

I'm glad Hal Turner has been exposed. But I'm truly sorry for Stew Webb, whom I still love as a Brother in Christ, and I continue to pray for him. Wake up, Stew!

Hal Turner is a “National Security Intelligence” Asset

In an effort to save former blogger and radio talk show host Hal Turner from years in prison, the Family of Hal Turner blog has posted pages from a heavily redacted trial transcript.

“According to Assistant Special Agent in Charge (ASAC) Amy Pickett, the third highest ranking FBI Official in New York City, Hal Turner was involved in ‘National Security Intelligence.’ According to Pickett’s testimony which appears in a scanned image of the official Trial transcript below, Hal Turner dealt with ‘National Security Intelligence, terrorism and foreign counterintelligence’ while he served with the FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF),” the blog explains.

His code name was “Valhalla” and “he received thousands of dollars from the FBI to report on such groups as the Aryan Nations and the white supremacist National Alliance, and even a member of the Blue Eyed Devils skinhead punk band,” according to The Record.

When asked by Turner’s attorney if he is a criminal, Pickett admitted Turner “was National Security. He was an intelligence informant.” Turner worked for the FBI on “National Security, terrorism, foreign counterintelligence. There are people that are giving information that affects the national security of the United States, terrorism, matters that are going to affect the population or people overall, something that’s really going to hinder and hurt a large group of people or the national security of the United States.”

Did Turner help the FBI protect the national security of the United States from nefarious foreign enemies? Hardly. He was sent undercover to Brazil where he reported a scheme to send non-military supplies to Iraqi resistance fighters. In other words, he actively supported the illegal occupation of Iraq (current death toll well over a million people).

Hal Turner, described as a patriot by the Family of Hal Turner, was placed on the periphery of the patriot movement in order to discredit the movement with his racist tirades. He began his career as “Hal from North Bergen” (New Jersey) by calling into neocon talk shows including shows hosted by Bob Grant and Sean Hannity. He went on to serve as campaign manager for Libertarian Party candidate Murray Sabrin in New Jersey in the 1990s, including a 1997 gubernatorial campaign. Turner later joined up with the white nationalist group National Vanguard.

The FBI, under its long-running COINTELPRO, subsidized, armed, directed and protected the Klu Klux Klan and other racist groups.

As the Department of Homeland Security’s leaked document on “rightwing extremism” reveals, the government is more interested in “domestic terrorism” (opposition to the government and the ruling elite) than any imagined foreign threat (including Iraqi resistance fighters and the manufactured terror group al-Qaeda, now back in vogue in the wake of the underwear bomber false flag operation).

“A second trial is scheduled for March 1,” for Turner, who stands accused of threatening government officials, concludes the Family of Hal Turner blog. “In the meantime, it might be nice to hear from Hal’s most ardent critics. What do they have to say about Hal now that it turns out what he was doing on the air was an FBI operation designed to protect America?”

The FBI and its post-modern COINTELPRO are not designed to protect America. The FBI has long served as a secret political police. Hollywood and the corporate media like to pretend the FBI’s task is to go after bank robbers, kidnappers, and other non-political criminals when in fact its primary role is to destroy any credible and effective political opposition to the government and the global ruling elite.

Hal Turner, betrayed by his paymaster, was part of this authoritarian effort to silence all opposition.

As for the price Sherry paid for her valor and honesty in trying to help others, perjury was suborned from false witnesses, Sherry's former colleagues, even those she considered friends. Sherry was set up, railroaded, unlawfully arrested, tried and convicted of a "crime" she did not commit.

But back to the present. The last anyone heard from Sherry was on December 17, 2009.  I've been in contact with Sherry's husband Colin and we are trying to get as much publicity for Sherry's situation as possible.

At the time of this writing, we still do not know the state of her health, which was at one point so bad that Colin put out a public appeal for assistance to get proper medical care for Sherry while at the Coleman prison in Florida.

Recently, Sherry was moved to another facility in Talahassee, Florida. We believe this was a punitive action taken against her because Sherry's friends and supporters were able to generate too much publicity (and scrutiny on them) for their liking. Sherry was blamed, falsely accused of contacting the media, which we know she did not do.

Sherry's husband and children were separated from her at Christmas, though they had been looking forward to visiting her at Coleman during that time.

I once had the honor of sharing a radio broadcast with Sherry Jackson, on Michael Herzog's program during his tenure at RBN (January, 2008). We shared our stories, and talked about the hazards of being a whistleblower.  Now, I consider it an honor to be back on Michael's program with Sherry's husband Colin.  The topic will be the same, but this time the stakes are much higher.

Please join us for this important program with Colin Jackson; and please join with us in our efforts to help Sherry and to hold government/prison officials accountable for all the harm done to Sherry Jackson. Let's all work together and do all in our power to see that Sherry Jackson is set free and returned to her home and family.

Urgent Appeal for Political Prisoner Sherry Jackson

I've been posting updates on Sherry Jackson ever since I heard about her illness at the beginning of December. 

I spoke to Sherry's husband Colin by telephone earlier this month, and the last I heard, he thought they had moved Sherry to another facility, but he was not sure where she was. That was on December 17.

In hope of finding an update, each day I kept checking the Free Sherry Campaign site:

But the last update was on December 17.

I am very concerned for Sherry's welfare.  I have been praying for her and her family, and today I called a mutual friend of mine and the Jacksons, to see if she'd heard any news.  She hadn't, so I asked her to call Colin.

Here's what she found out:

No one has heard from Sherry since Thursday, December 17th.  They did move her, as they told him that they had, to investigate why she "may" have contacted the press, which would violate rules. They know she did not do this.

Colin is quite confident that Sherry has been moved to Talahassee, FL.   He thinks a federal prison but yet does not know the exact name but suggested I look on google for the location.  I did and this is what I found.

I find this situation very distressing. Sherry was prevented from having Christmas with her family, and has not even been able to speak to them.  And I happen to know that Sherry did NOT contact the press. But a lot of us who care DID contact as many journalists as possible. Sherry should not be blamed for that, nor should there have been punitive measures taken.

We do not know anything about the current state of Sherry's health.  And I repeat: NO ONE (including her husband) has heard anything from Sherry since before the last update was posted on the Free Sherry Campaign site.
