Some years ago I was made privy to information regarding a nefarious set up against my friend Geral Sosbee, whereby his name (G. Sosbee) was planted at the scene of a crime, allegedly committed in Dallas, Texas.

For years, Geral had no access to any information about this claim of a crime, nor was able to obtain such, not by making formal requests via FOIA, nor other queries.

He and his wife were subjected to an intrusive hostile scrutiny, a fishing expedition, at their home, and Geral was interrogated by USPI Knipfing and an accomplice. He was threatened and insulted, and left in the dark regarding the alleged “crime”.

These government thugs made it clear that he was under investigation, in fact for a crime he knew nothing about, and in which he had no involvement whatsoever.

In the larger picture, this was just one of numerous attempts to set up Geral Sosbee for a false arrest, just one of many tactics in the retaliatory campaign against him, since he was forced to resign from the FBI in 1978, under threat of imprisonment. 

Unlawful, wrongful imprisonment, that is. His “crimes” were honoring his oath to defend the Constitution; reporting FBI crimes; defending the unalienable rights of all, including suspects under investigation.

Geral Sosbee had contacted Senator John Cornyn, his representative in the state of Texas, in efforts to stop the FBI's harassment, persecution and terror campaign against him.  Sosbee's communications were answered only with form responses from Cornyn's office, of the 'do not reply' variety.

But first, I think that it is important to take a closer look at Mr. John Cornyn.

These grandiose claims made by 'Big Bad John' would seem to indicate that he is at the very least, a narcissist. But, more to the point, these boasts are simply not based on facts, nor do they reflect the senator's actual record of service to this nation.

Really? If he is such a great and awesome crime fighter, why did Big Bad John enter into a criminal conspiracy with the FBI to unlawfully persecute an innocent man, a law-abiding citizen, Geral Sosbee?

A person who had sought his assistance in doing just that, fighting crimes. I guess the crimes don't really count, not as long as they are committed by Big Bad John's cronies in the government.

Okay. Then why did Big Bad John use stone wall tactics to avoid responding in a timely manner to Geral Sosbee's legitimate claims of ongoing crimes committed against him, some of which are felonies?

A series of 'do not reply' form responses, over long periods of time, while the crimes against Sosbee continued unabated, with no relief, no legal remedies in sight. So much for "doing things quick". And, on behalf of Geral Sosbee, it certainly does make me sick.

Can he possibly be for real? Then why, oh why, did Big Bad John act in collusion with the FBI and USPI, for years, to obstruct justice, to stop Geral Sosbee from even finding out the nature of the crime for which he was being unlawfully and unethically “investigated'.

Maybe Big Bad John could start by routing out the crooks with whom he is in cahoots to destroy a man's life!

As for his “support” to our soldiers, I can only guess that means that a decorated Army combat veteran, Geral Sosbee, does not qualify for Big Bad John's support.

The Lord's work? What “Lord” would that be? It certainly is not the Lord we Christians know and love.

As part of the retaliation campaign against Geral Sosbee, he and his wife have been repeatedly stalked and harassed at the church they attend by government-issue goons. And nobody is going to convince me that Big Bad John was not in the loop, with all the other criminal conspirators.

From all that I have seen, it is my most definitive conclusion that Senator John Cornyn aka Big Bad John, the straight talking, straight shooting, John Wayne wannabe, the macho man from Texas, is a coward and a quisling, affecting a tough-guy persona, which he hides behind to cover up his own very obvious lack of integrity and honor.

Note that none of the Senators actually responded to my legitimate queries, except for the auto response messages referenced above; instead, the quasi-criminal mind of self-consumed Gainer is used by the Senate to deliver a kind of psychological assault on this fbi/cia Target of ten years.

Finally, the disgraceful Senator Cornyn is deserving of at least a public reprimand for dereliction of duty because he is on the Committee On Armed Services of the U.S. Senate, and he has a duty to respond to a veteran who is being tortured by the fbi/cia globally.

After years of my unsuccessful efforts to prove postal crimes against me, the USPI and fbi commit a few more.

Part One:

On 12-28-17 , as I awaited a response to my FOIA request, a postal package arrived in my P.O. Box 3834, addressed to me from the USPI, but the contents belonged to a different party. I immediately returned the mail to the supervisor of the US Post Office, McAllen, Texas, one Mr. Rene Contreras. I requested that he please return the mail to USPI.

Later, I realized that, as I have previously documented extensively with USPI, the fbi interfered and tampered with the mail sent to me by the USPI.

I discovered that the fbi or an employee of the USPS intercepted the mail from USPI, removed the address label, left my mail on the floor unattended and pasted my address label (which was removed from the original package to me from USPI) onto another tubular container belonging to a different party and was then placed in my U S Postal mail box 3834, McAllen, Texas 78502 (USPS Tracking # 9114 9999 4431 4027 1614 51).

The USPI here in good faith and in an efficient and polite manner investigated the postal offense and indicated that the error was an honest mistake whereby my address label fell off and was inadvertently pasted onto another envelope by mistake. I point out here that such a conclusion is erroneous and that the fbi regularly engages in crimes which appear to have a simple explanation (see my reports on "gaslighting").

So, in spite of the fine and honest employees of USPI here in McAllen, Texas, the postal crimes by the fbi against me continue now for about 30 years and are erroneously attributed to simple error.

I request a full investigation of this crime.

Part Two

The documents delivered to me by USPI referenced above are not responsive and are in continued violation of FOIA. The only reference to GERAL SOSBEE in the 200 pages reflects a notation of Senator Cornyn's Office and this data:

I request that all of USPI Knipfing's data on me be turned over to me. He came into my home with his friend C. Rodriguez (Texas DPS) to threaten me and my wife on behalf of the fbi. He also is aware after 1 and 1/2 hours interview that many postal crimes were committed against me by the fbi and that the USPI refused to investigate. USPI Knipfing sent me a bunch of copies of envelopes which are trash and which do not contain any data on why he started investigating me.

Part Three

The above referenced data on Senator Cornyn reflects a more ominous probability for USPI Knipfing's harassment of me. Senator Cornyn refused to assist me in stopping fbi from torturing and trying to kill me. When Senator Cornyn began harassing me I documented his sorry response to my pleas for help.

Then, the office of Senator Cornyn turned my name over to the USPI as a suspect in the postal crime (powdery substance) for the sole purpose to harass me.

The fbi holds all parties in this charade in contempt because no one can investigate the thugs and assassins of fbi, except the fbi.

I request a congressional investigation into Senator Cornyn's dirty office and his own violation of public integrity. He should be removed from office.

As of this moment, the fbi continues and increases the sleep deprivation attacks on me via ELF and DEW (extremely low frequency soundwave and directed energy weaponry). I am forced by ELF to stay up all night every night and the next day I exit the bed at around 3 or 4 pm every day. These attacks have also cause heart disease in me.

Inspector Knipfing admitted to me during the discussion that someone committed a crime in Dallas, Texas, and planted my name at the scene of the crime. Inspector Knipfing also stated that an employee of the Texas Department of Public Safety is a suspect in the commission of the aforementioned crime and that a possible Public Integrity Investigation against that employee may ensue. 

During my discussion with Inspector Knipfing, Special Agent Rodriguez abruptly and pointedly attempted an apparent profiling effort against me by asking whether I ‘am angry at the FBI’ and whether I am online with my reports ‘for the benefit of humanity.’ Consistent with Agent Rodriguez’ adversarial tone, even the local police assist the FBI in fraudulent efforts to arrest me.

For now, due to time constraints, I can only give this brief update on the directed weaponry assault against Geral Sosbee. More will be coming soon, especially related to one of the involved parties in the campaign against Geral, Senator John Cornyn.

I should make it very clear that I have had a vast range of experience with these directed energy weapons, for over 30 years. I have been hit, and experienced some of the same injuries/symptoms as Geral describes here. Migraine headaches so severe it feels as if your head will explode. Sudden onset of projectile vomiting. Loss of consciousness.

When these assaults happened to me, I, like Geral, refused to be taken to hospital, because I knew that would give the perps an opportunity to finish me off, using some false story to explain the death.

On some occasions, it took up to three (3) days of being bedridden to even begin to recover, with weakness and dizziness continuing for up to a week.

And no, this is NOT “paranoia” or delusion, as our enemies would have the public believe. These weapons are real, and have been deployed against whistleblowers for decades.

Geral Sosbee is a senior citizen, a disabled veteran who served his country with honor, and a law-abiding citizen.  So, WHAT THE HELL????

Why are these campaigns of persecution against those of us deemed 'enemies of the state' not a front page news item? No, the left-wing media would rather sell idiotic stories about Oprah for President, and other nonsense and inanities...

This report should generate a full-fledged congressional investigation of fbi, USPI and Senator John Cornyn.

Yesterday I collapsed half conscious at the McAllen Texas mall, Lubys Cafe at 7:30PM. The EMS wanted to transport me to hospital, but I declined. Fbi has on several occasions tried to kill me while being hospitalized. Besides, no doctor would accept my reports of attacks by ELF & DEW (See Dr. Holder's fraudulent report at part 20 of My Story at SOSBEE VS fbi.)


Now, evidence of crimes that I gathered on fbi, USPI And Senator John Cornyn outrage fbi assassins who seriously try to cause the AFIB (induced by fbi's ELF attacks) to become a heart attack.

Collapse also caused scrapes, abrasions & nerve damage to left hand which doctor says will take 1-2 months to recover.

I can't use my left hand which is swollen.

A witness stated that as I was falling nearly unconscious I narrowly missed hitting my head on a sturdy table corner in the cafe.

I believe that fbi used microwave on me in the attack (5th of Jan) because of extreme symptoms of stress that night. Powerful migraine all night, impossible to sleep, mental anguish that did not diminish as blood pressure rose.

Then, the next day at 7:30 pm I collapsed from exhaustion.

ATTEMPTED MURDER OF FORMER FBI AGENT/WHISTLEBLOWER GERAL SOSBEE

On the evening of January 5, 2018 an acute attempt was made on Geral Sosbee's life via severe assault with directed energy weaponry. I was informed of this and have spoken with Geral and his wife this evening by telephone.

The regular readers of this site will know about the decades of electronic harassment, stalking, assaults against Sosbee, documented on Sosbee v. FBI, many of his reports posted also on this site.

The perps have recently been stalking Geral and his wife on the grounds of the church they attend, making threatening gestures.

Geral has been my best friend and professional colleague since 2001. He is my most valued ally in the battle against corrupt government agencies persecuting whistleblowers.

In 2007, I published a report addressing John DeCamp's threats of a lawsuit against Barbara Hartwell. Here is the report. I hope this will shed some light on the true nature of some of the demonic characters who, for many years, have been libeling, slandering, threatening and harassing Barbara Hartwell.

Former Senator John DeCamp Solicits "Help" From Predicate Felon & Stalker Tim White (2007)

In March, 2005, former senator John DeCamp sent a public letter to predicate felon and career criminal, Tim White, titled, HARTWELL LIBEL SUIT. The letter is given in its entirety, below, in this report. This letter, libeling and demonizing Barbara Hartwell, has since been published all over the World Wide Web.

DeCamp recruited Tim White, a known criminal stalker, who has made many threats, including threats on my life, since 2002; and who has been engaging in criminal harassment of myself and many others, at least since 2001. For this, I have files full of evidence (including legal/police/court documents) and many witnesses.

Tim White has also been libeling and slandering Barbara Hartwell for five (5) years, making many wild and unsubstantiated allegations, which have absolutely no basis in fact. Among White's libelous allegations are that I am "CIA"; "CIA bitch"; "George Bush's trollop"; a "whore"; "sent by CIA" to target him...and many, many more, too numerous to mention here.

Tim White has boasted on many message boards that John DeCamp is his "personal friend"; and even that DeCamp is his "attorney".

White has also repeatedly harassed and threatened Barbara Hartwell in connection with the alleged DeCamp lawsuit, both by personal e-mail, and by posting his threats on public message boards. In one such e-mail message sent to Barbara Hartwell and copied to many others, White cited the DeCamp "lawsuit", and White threatened, WE ARE COMING FOR YOU.

This threat clearly implied, by the use of the plural pronoun "we", in connection with DeCamp's name, that White considered himself a mouthpiece for DeCamp and others. But then, DeCamp did select Tim White as the recipient for his public threat of a lawsuit against Barbara Hartwell. For this, DeCamp will take the consequences and will be held accountable for acting in collusion with this predicate felon to threaten and otherwise harass Barbara Hartwell, causing extreme damages in various forms.

The purported purpose of this letter from DeCamp to White was that DeCamp is "seeking Barbara Hartwell's address." And who does he recruit for this task? He recruits a criminal stalker, who violates restraining orders for several stalking targets, with impunity, and who had already targeted Barbara Hartwell for criminal harassment and even death threats.

Tim White was warned, in 2002, and given a directive, NEVER to contact Barbara Hartwell, ever again, for any reason, not by phone; not by e-mail, nor in any other way.

Once such a directive is issued, further attempts at unwanted contact constitutes HARASSMENT. Add the threats (including DEATH threats, and it becomes a criminal matter. Criminal harassment, from a known stalker, predicate felon and career criminal.

Add to this the fact that another criminal stalker, also a blackmailer and identity thief, Todd Brendan Fahey, who teamed up with Tim White, after he began his own harassment and libel campaign against Barbara Hartwell, has been publishing my PRIVATE, UNPUBLISHED street address all over the World Wide Web, since July 2004.

Fahey was also warned and issued a directive, in July, 2004, by both myself and local law enforcement, NEVER to attempt any form of contact with Barbara Hartwell, for any reason. This, after harassing phone calls, threats of violence to me and my family, and stalking on foot at my home.

Yet Fahey has continued his criminal harassment and cyber stalking to the present time --with impunity-- just like his criminal cohort, Tim White. Fahey also continues to harass my friend and professional colleague, ex-FBI agent Geral Sosbee, by posting libelous falsehoods --including pornographic filth, in connection with my name-- on Sosbee's message board. Fahey, like White, disregards all directives to cease and desist this stalking and harassment.

Tim White has also posted my PRIVATE street address all over the World Wide Web, in collusion with Fahey to violate my privacy; compromise my security and endanger my safety, by SOLICITING like-minded criminals to stalk and harass me. This also is a crime.

Ken Adachi, in collusion with White and Fahey, to spread libelous disinformation and outrageous lies about Barbara Hartwell, has also posted my PRIVATE street address on his website, Educate-Yourself, via libelous posts written by Todd Fahey [including 'Barbara Hartwell: Where Does One Begin?] which included my street address.

"When she sought out Ted Gunderson's help in the late 1990's, she didn't come across as being so "free" of CIA control. She was worried that she would be killed at the time (I can't imagine why, as Hartwell is, has been, and continues to be, an enormous asset to the propaganda/disinformation goals of the CIA) and needed Ted's help to get out of Dodge. It was only after Ted extended himself to help her obtain the protection, publicity, and money that she so desperately needed, that Hartwell decided (a tip-off from "God" perhaps?) that Ted was 'dirty' and she dedicated herself to the task of "exposing" him over the Internet. [BH: Adachi, again, parrots Ted Gunderson's lies and the disinformation about Barbara Hartwell which Gunderson and others have fed him. Adachi speaks with arrogant "authority" about people and subjects of which he is ignorant and uninformed, including Barbara Hartwell.

As for Ted's "protection", I was told by Ted Gunderson that he had "arranged for retaliation" should anyone make a hit on me. And Ted called me several times with his own fear-mongering tactics, saying "They want you dead, Barbara."

This, when I refused to comply with Ted's containment operation, to put the desired "spin" on my experiences and background, which had nothing to do with "satanism" or "sexual abuse" --which I clearly stated numerous times, both publicly and privately, including to Ted Gunderson himself.

I was never intimidated by Ted Gunderson's tactics, so although I was concerned about threats to my life from other quarters (including CIA), I mostly ignored these "warnings" as they did not seem credible. I just kept telling the truth about my own experiences, and exposing information at my own discretion, just as I had been doing before I ever met or heard of Ted Gunderson, or any of his associates.

And I broke off my association with Ted Gunderson only after I had seen enough evidence that Ted was involved in illegal activities; and after Ted himself admitted to me that DeCamp had been involved in certain criminal activities. I later learned much more, and when I exposed it, I was targeted for even worse harassment and threats, including by Tim White, DeCamp's chosen conduit to publish his threats about a lawsuit.

When I first exposed the truth about Gunderson and DeCamp, I had heard some of this truth (at least about DeCamp) from Gunderson himself, who admitted it to me, after I confronted him with what I already knew. So, if DeCamp wants to "sue" someone, maybe he should sue Ted Gunderson for "slandering" him to a third party, a person who was interested only in learning the truth; and who had no wish to be involved in any such dirty dealing or coverups, by association or otherwise.

As for "money", Ted himself sent me a check for $100.00, in 1997, but that was the ONLY money I ever got as a direct result of my association with Ted Gunderson. None of Adachi's lies can change that, either.

And let this stooge, Ken Adachi, call me Joan of Arc, in his foolish attempt to discredit my very real and devout spiritual beliefs in the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Here, as evidence, is the letter from former Senator John DeCamp, in which he solicits the assistance of predicate felon Tim White, and shows himself to be in collusion with Tim White to threaten Barbara Hartwell; to violate privacy; compromise security and endanger safety.

This letter was published on Todd Brendan Fahey's site, Friends of Liberty (on which he boasted an "exclusive"); but as given here (along with Adachi's above commentary), is taken from Ken Adachi's site, Educate-Yourself.

I have nothing much to say about DeCamp, except that I find him utterly despicable, just like his minion, his chosen conduit and shill, Tim White.
