No, she won't shut up already. And as I've come to believe, maybe that's a good thing. The more she runs her mouth, the more she exposes the truth about herself – that her sensationalist boasts do not hold up under examination, that her “news stories” are attention-seeking fabrications. (Example: “The Story of the Century”.)
Yet another smear piece against Barbara Hartwell has appeared, dated July 2, 2024, on The EveryDay Concerned Citizen.
As I predicted in my last report, the loudmouth and unscrupulous gossip, Ramola Dharmaraj (RD), has fabricated more lies, and is doubling down on previous lies, in her continuing campaign to attempt to discredit and demonize Barbara Hartwell.
I have already produced enough evidence in my reports (in her own words, not mine) to show that Ramola Dharmaraj is laboring under the false belief (most certainly a delusion, and an obsessive one at that) that the Central Intelligence Agency has singled her out for all sorts of persecution.
As I have explained repeatedly, CIA would have no reason to take any interest in an ordinary civilian, a rank amateur, a mediocre journalist, with no credentials, no background, no experience, no knowledge on CIA operations. She has no area of expertise in the subjects she covers, at least not those relating to the inner workings of government-run covert operations, mind control programs, psychological operations and counterintelligence.
Her “knowledge” of these subjects is limited to what is available to anyone who knows how to use a computer and a search engine. As to most of her “sources”, they leave much to be desired. I've never seen even one person on her podcast whom I would consider a legitimate expert in these areas. Charlatans, yes. New Age mountebanks and quacks peddling their wares and services. And of course...”targeted individuals”...by the boatload.
Nothing that she has ever “exposed” is a news flash – not that I have seen. Like other amateurs of her ilk, she merely poaches, copies and parrots sources (legitimate and not) and posts news articles and FOIA reports which are available to anyone. Even a high school student could produce articles with the same information – but without all the added hype, bells and whistles.
So, what? CIA is going to deploy an army of agents, air traffic (helicopters, drones, bombers and fighter jets), foot traffic, police cars, and the devil knows who all else (and this is what she is actually claiming, it's all in her articles at her site), to attack this lone woman, who knows nothing of any importance, has no access to any proprietary or “classified” information (though she has boasted she is “exposing” such things), was never involved in any government operations (or was a victim of same) in her life.
Why? Why on God's flat green earth would they do that? Why spend many millions of dollars “persecuting” this woman? All the vehicles, the military and intelligence personnel, the local set-ups, the surveillance, the communications, the high-tech weaponry...
24/7...so she says...
Answer: They wouldn't. They haven't. And they never would. CIA doesn't run that kind of operation, not even on real targets. Anyone who claims otherwise is a fraud.
The stories of Ramola Dharmaraj are fictional fantasies, spawned by her thirst for fame and fortune, cheap and easy public acclaim.
But here's my problem: I, Barbara Hartwell, am maliciously accused as being part of this imaginary CIA assault against her. And I absolutely will not stand by silently while she taints my good name with her preposterous, totally absurd, happy horseshit. As I've said, she is messing with the wrong woman. And there will be consequences.
Her accusations (among many others) in the section of her website, which she has stupidly named Swans Against Slander, in which Barbara Hartwell is falsely cited as being one of the “slanderers”, are the following:
Barbara Hartwell is “being paid” by CIA to tell stories about RD.
"Ghost writers" have "taken over" my website, Barbara Hartwell Vs. CIA.
"Avatars" are controlling my website.
"CIA writers" have taken over my website, for the sole purpose of "slandering" RD.
A “new Internet writer named Barbara Hartwell Percival” has appeared for the purpose of “defaming” RD. [NOTE: Percival is my family name, nothing “new” here, and nothing whatsoever to do with her.]
What's more, she promotes these false statements as if they were established facts, rather than the imaginings of a disturbed mind. For, after all I've seen, all the sensationalism, all the boasting, all the lurid tales casting her as the “Primary” Subject, or Victim (always capitalized), or “targeted individual”, “The World's PreEminent Journalist”, there is no longer any doubt in my mind that there is some serious psychopathology in operation here.
But there is also the very important issue of character. Psychopathology aside, her accusations against Barbara Hartwell are also malicious in nature. They are harmful and damaging and she knows it. And there is no excuse.
I don't know what she hopes to gain by continuing this malicious assault on my name, especially with these asinine false accusations. As far as I can see, she is only exposing herself for the totally unscrupulous and dishonorable individual she is.
She has nothing on me, and I do mean nothing, which could possibly discredit me, or substantiate her baseless accusations. If she had anything on me (which she will never find, because it does not exist), she would have produced it by now. She has nothing, so she does what all her ilk do: she fabricates and makes false accusations, the most convenient being that Barbara Hartwell is CIA. Beware the evil CIA agent! Anyone who's read this website over a period of years will have seen that accusation hurled at me over and over, by a cast of characters who have been exposed as liars, charlatans, career criminals, etc. etc. etc.
I have had no dealings with Ramola Dharmaraj for more than 3 years, when I broke off my association with her, for a very mundane cause. She was meddling in my personal and professional business. She had appointed herself as an unwanted intermediary, with certain of my friends (now former friends, thanks to her gossip and meddling), and total strangers.
She was exploiting my name, as a CIA whistleblower, making false connections with some of her associates (most calling themselves “targeted individuals”), all of whom were total strangers to me, whom I did not consider legitimate, with whom I had no commonalities, whose political positions I found objectionable (leftists, secular humanists, Jew-haters, New Agers, charlatans, etc. etc.) and with whom I wanted no dealings.
Rather than respect my clearly stated wishes, RD arrogantly took it upon herself to publicly make connections between me and these characters, where none existed, and to make my name a subject of gossip among her associates.
She continually overstepped, interfered, poached, parroted and exploited my work, gate-crashed and stuck her nose where it did not belong. Not her story to tell, not her place to butt in, and, more to the point, not to be tolerated. What self-respecting person would put up with this horrible, intrusive behavior?
When I'd had enough, I tried to quietly walk away. I broke off communications with her, giving no further explanation. She then pursued me, sending me unwanted messages, which I ignored. Meanwhile, she had been sending defamatory e-mail messages against me, behind my back, to “known associates”, whom at the time I considered friends.
I was accused of “protecting operations” which she claimed were being run by CIA against her and her associates, described as “targeted individuals”. I was also accused of “damaging” her so-called “fact-based truth journalism”. For this false accusation, she cited a report I had written which never mentioned her name, and had nothing to do with her.
And she continued with the gossipy e-mails to my (then) friends. Finally, I'd once again had enough. To this point, I'd said nothing in my public reports. I only wanted to be left alone, but she kept on with her defamatory messages, and I could no longer ignore her offenses and provocations.
So now I published a report about the gossip and meddling, not using her name, warning her to STOP her dishonorable actions against me, and that otherwise there would be consequences for this behavior.
She did not stop, but instead escalated her attacks, now publicly dragging in the names of UNINVOLVED third parties and seeking to align them with herself against me. In so doing she invaded their privacy, as well as mine. She has proved by her many acts of aggression that she is a meddling, gossiping busybody with zero respect for the privacy and personal boundaries of others.
She made it impossible for me to ignore her defamation and false accusations. When someone (anyone) instigates acts of aggression against me, especially false accusations, defamation and malicious gossip, best believe I will defend myself, even if no one else will.
In her normal mode of aggression, she tried to force a confrontation, by her provocations, and by sending unwanted messages (which included harassment, stalking and “cease and desist” directives) directly to me, copied to third parties, all of which I ignored.
I refused to engage her, as is my policy against wrongdoers. I simply exposed her in my reports, specifically refuting her falsehoods by using her own words as evidence. And I do have evidence, a plethora of it, something she entirely lacks.
And I will continue to expose her, in defense of my good name and my honor, for as long as she keeps up the harassment, in the form of false accusations and defamation of my good name. So, just in case she is enjoying the publicity, she can count on it continuing.

Her claim here is a “fixation”. A fixation by CIA, whom she accuses, is “still leaning” on the website of Barbara Hartwell. In reality, she is the one with the fixation. A fixation on CIA. A delusional fixation at that.
Now, the plot thickens.
She accuses CIA of writing the so-called “epics” on my site, but now she actually identifies one of the “CIA writers” as one of her neighbors, “Mazzeo”.
So, more false public accusations against neighbors. They are hitting her with weapons. They are CIA. Now, they are in the business of engaging in skullduggery and coercion, slander, provocations, in league with another CIA agent, Barbara Hartwell.
Not much of an original plot for a spy thriller she may be writing. That's outrageous libel, in case she doesn't understand. Publishing a private street address and making these false accusations could easily create a danger to her intended victims. Some crazies, maybe some of her “targeted individual” pals) could read all about it, show up at the address...and who knows what kind of mayhem could break loose...
For the record, I do not know anyone from her neighborhood. I do not know anyone named Mazzeo. But I do know that no one by that name, nor anyone from CIA, has ever written as much as one word on my website, including in “slandering” of Ramola Dharmaraj. Plot debunked. Case closed.
No, each and every word was written by me, a non-CIA journalist named Barbara Hartwell. No slander, no provocations. Only facts, backed by evidence. A concept which is completely alien to the likes of Ramola Dharmaraj.
But since she has now published the names and street addresses of the accused, falsely connecting them to the name and website of Barbara Hartwell, perhaps I should contact them to let them know that they are the subject of these lurid stories, just in case it has escaped their attention.

In this mish mash of gibberish, which entirely lacks clarity, I have no idea what she is trying to say. Except that she is referring to my website, though there is no relevance whatsoever to any statements I have made.
She gives no link, so the readers can't see anything but the image she copied on the screen.
All she can do in her impotent efforts is criticize the writing. I could not give a tinker's damn what she thinks. But she has NO DEFENSE against the many factual statements exposing her. She makes no effort to refute them. She can't. They're all true, based on her own words, which I can easily refute and have done.

What in the bloody hell is she talking about? She actually thinks the colors on my site comprise “proof” of “the presence of the CIA”. It does not even meet the standard for evidence, much less “proof”. This is absurd.
Where are the facts?
This, from a woman who boasts that she is a “Human Rights Attorney”. She would not even make it through the first week of law school and would be laughed out of any court of law. So much for her “proof” of the presence of CIA.
And
bumblebees (which I have never mentioned) are now an indication of a
“fixation”? Are they too accused of being CIA? That would be a bit over the top, even for Ramola D.
I love bumblebees. I enjoy watching them land on the flowers in my garden. But that's the extent of my interest.
She could really use a course in logic, but I doubt even that would help. The delusions are simply too strong to be dispelled by facts.

If that is not a belief in “fame”, I don't know what is. No, she doesn't have any sort of fame (there is no basis for that level of public attention), but she is obviously desperate to get it, and in her boasts, it shows.
And here, she mentions

What is this word, “dahlin’s”? Since it has an apostrophe, it can't be a plural noun, or a name. In any case, it makes no more sense than anything else in this ridiculous piece, this desperate but futile attempt to discredit a legitimate individual, Barbara Hartwell.
She has “exposed” nothing whatsoever, not in connection with me, my work, my website. But she most certainly has exposed herself, and not in any sort of favorable way.
