Father Stephen Imbarrato: What Does Jew Hate Look Like?

I have a particular love for those Catholic Priests who care enough to take the time to engage in activism, as public advocates for any number of issues (including in defense of our unborn brothers and sisters), who make themselves available on podcasts, where they offer their views, along with their prayers in support of us all.

Father Stephen Imbarrato has a podcast which is one of my favorites. In this episode, he addresses a subject that has been, for many years, and remains, a serious concern for me: People who hate 'The Jews'.

Here, Father Imbarrato stands up against the mob of Jew-hating aggressors on social media, who have viciously attacked him and called him vile names, apparently only because he is a voice of reason and Christian charity who refuses to join their witch hunt against Israel and their all-inclusive propaganda campaign against 'The Jews'.

God bless you, Father. Thank you for standing up for the truth. You are in my prayers.

With Love in Christ,

Barbara Hartwell

JESUS CHRIST IS RISEN

He is not here: for he is risen, as he said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay. And go quickly, and tell his disciples that he is risen from the dead; and, behold, he goeth before you into Galilee; there shall ye see him: lo, I have told you. And they departed quickly from the sepulchre with fear and great joy; and did run to bring his disciples word. And as they went to tell his disciples, behold, Jesus met them, saying, All hail. And they came and held him by the feet, and worshipped him. Then said Jesus unto them, Be not afraid: go tell my brethren that they go into Galilee, and there shall they see me.

Matthew 28: 6-10 KJV

"And he departed from our sight that we might return to our heart, and there find Him. For He departed, and behold, He is here."

St. Augustine

He is risen; he is not here.

Mark 16:6

I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live. And whoever lives and believes in Me shall never die.

John 11:25-26

"Now let the heavens be joyful,
Let earth her song begin:
Let the round world keep triumph,
And all that is therein;
Invisible and visible,
Their notes let all things blend,
For Christ the Lord is risen
Our joy that hath no end."

John of Damascus

GOOD FRIDAY REFLECTION

"My Lord God, I have no idea where I am going. I do not see the road ahead of me. I cannot know for certain where it will end. Nor do I really know myself, and the fact that I think that I am following Your will does not mean that I am actually doing so. But I believe that the desire to please You does in fact please You. And I hope I have that desire in all that I am doing. I hope that I will never do anything apart from that desire. And I know that if I do this You will lead me by the right road though I may know nothing about it. Therefore will I trust You always though I may seem to be lost and in the shadow of death. I will not fear, for You are ever with me and you will never leave me to face my perils alone."
