Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

In my rare requests for donations I address my appeals to those of the Christian faith, for they have been the ones whose good works and charity have been a blessing to me.

I am a disabled senior citizen, attempting to survive on a monthly disability check which does not even begin to cover the most basic living expenses. I am so far below the poverty line that I think most people would be shocked at the totally inadequate sum of money on which the government expects me to live.

Add to this the fact that prices for everything have skyrocketed over the past three years, a result of the medical tyranny, government lockdowns and attempted takeover by radical leftists. Unfortunately, the government has not made adjustments in disability checks for the cost of living, at least not in my case.

The poor (that would be me) fall through the cracks, and are treated as nothing more than beggars, unworthy of respect, as always. As I have discussed with some of my senior citizen friends, the way we are treated reflects the arrogant attitude such as, “You precious old thing, anything is good enough for you”...so don't dare complain.

In the emerging totalitarian socialist regime, we are relegated to poor people's 'managed' medical and dental care, where government bureaucrats will decide what you need, what is 'medically necessary' for you. If they deny you the care you need, you're out of luck, you'll just have to suffer, because after all, they will blame you for living in the poverty they have engineered, for which you are not even the slightest bit responsible.

Whatever you do, they smugly declare, don't think you can get away with defending Liberty, or standing up for justice, because we will destroy you for trying.

Just this month (April, 2023) my already high rent was raised yet again, to an amount that not only takes up all my disability check (as it has for the past year), but now far exceeds it.

I live in the high-rent town of Rhinebeck, NY so I am paying for the location, not the actual quality of the rental, which is a tiny cottage of the most rustic accommodations. But since I must live in a rural setting, in a freestanding building (not in a city, or in an apartment – Heaven forfend!) with a separate yard, in order to maintain my privacy and security as best I can, it suits me, even with its drawbacks. I thank God every day for a roof over my head and for a home which is my sanctuary.

I am not able to move, as I lack the resources, and I will not allow myself to be uprooted yet again. I would not survive were I driven to homelessness again, as I was in 2013, by government persecution and having not a soul who cared enough to help at that time. It was a brutal ordeal from which I barely escaped with my life, and only by the grace of God.

For the past 7 years, I had no health care at all, though I was in desperate need of it. Again, it was poverty which stopped me from being able to get the regular medical care I needed; that, and the fact that I was being denied medical care by the government, even though I supposedly had access to Medicare. That is a long story which I won't bother to elaborate on, as I have documented it in my previous reports.

My health continued to deteriorate, and disabilities worsened, for lack of care. Finally, in late 2022 I knew I had to prioritize medical care over all else if I wanted to survive. I contacted the doctors I had last seen in 2016, and worked out a plan to be placed under the regular care I needed. These are not allopathic doctors, but chiropractic and naturopathic, the type of medicine I have used (when I could get it) my entire adult life.

These doctors don't take insurance (for good reason!), and are not covered under Medicare (because they are healers who actually help people), so I have to pay cash for the regular care (weekly and monthly, as well as for acute injury care).

In January of this year, I had a life-threatening medical emergency which landed me in the hospital and required surgery. By the grace of God I have been recovering, knowing that Jesus is my healer, and because I am no longer deprived of the medical care I need.

But in order to continue being under the care of good doctors, and to pay for medicines, I need money, just as I do to pay the monthly living expenses.

I have applied for every possible benefit available to senior citizens, to the poor and disabled, all of which categories include me. But still, it is not near enough.

Just last week, I spent hours on the phone with the electric company, trying to work out a payment plan that would enable me to keep my power from being shut off.

As for Internet/phone service, I can't make it a priority above rent, electric power or health care, even if it means I am cut off from all communications, and am unable to publish material on my website.

All this being said, I do understand why I am not receiving much in donations. It seems most people expect to get something for their money. A quid pro quo deal of sorts.

Most journalists run interactive websites, or talk shows, or offer special deals, benefits or exclusive content to donors. The traffic to their sites (and their popularity) is based on 'engagement', as the statisticians would say. The money they receive reflects that, and enables them to cover expenses related to their work and make a good living besides. I don't criticize them for this, it is not my business, and nothing to do with me.

For myself, my longstanding policy is, DO NOT ENGAGE. I do not run an interactive website, nor do I seek contact with the public. I do not run a “news” site. I am not a news reporter, but rather an independent investigator and advocacy journalist. My website is an archive, a closed system, for information purposes only, and the readers may make of the content what they will.

I am a CIA whistleblower and Christian minister, for which reasons I have been targeted for neutralization and retaliatory persecution, going back 3 decades, since I left CIA operations in 1994. (See reports on this site for all the gory details.)

There is absolutely no doubt that there is no one more hated (and feared) by bad guys than a Christian, no matter what form of evil they are perpetrating.

I do not use social media (a government surveillance, data extraction and control system), nor am I a participant in the Internet culture, which is a hotbed of snoops, snitches, gossips, busybodies, snake oil salesmen, charlatans and scavengers, jockeying for position to promote their schemes, to aggrandize themselves, seeking fame and fortune in all of the most worldly pursuits imaginable.

I am not a joiner of groups, not a team player, not a socializer, not a follower of anyone, excepting Jesus Christ. I am a true recluse, with no worldly ambitions. I belong in a monastery. For the most part, I prefer the company of animals to that of human beings.

But I do care tremendously about defending Liberty, for without it, life becomes meaningless. I care about pursuing Justice, about holding criminals (including government officials) accountable, and about putting bad guys behind bars, where they belong.

I care about working to protect the innocent and vulnerable (especially children, the elderly and animals) from predators, tyrants, Marxist busybodies and all around scumbags of any type who would exploit and abuse them.

FORMAL COMPLAINT AGAINST TENANT TRACY KRAWITT TO LANDLORD OF RHINEBECK PROPERTY

 

 

The following is an excerpt from a letter to my landlord, sent certified return receipt, after tenant Tracy Krawitt made a false complaint to the landlord against Barbara Hartwell.

 

I want this on the public record, for my own protection, because, given the past pattern of behavior, it would be reasonable to conclude that the offender, one Tracy Krawitt, is likely to fabricate additional lies and false accusations against Barbara Hartwell.

Krawitt has no ground (legal or otherwise) to stand on; no evidence to support her injurious false accusations. The damages to me are mounting, including emotional distress and the necessity of spending my valuable time and resources in self defense against this onslaught of injustices.

My purpose is to put a stop to the offenses of this aggressor by any and all lawful and ethical means available to me. Should there be further offenses, they will be documented and reported to the appropriate authorities.

EXCERPT:

I was told that the “complaints” from “other tenants” were that I was accused of being on the parcel of property (yard) rented by Tracy Krawitt. No other “tenants” were named, so if there were more than one, I was not informed of it. Otherwise, the complaints, as outlined to me, were non-specific and vague.

Here are the facts, for the record.

By a number of incidents, Tracy Krawitt has shown herself to be a malicious liar. The most recent false accusation against me was that I was on the property outside her house (yard.) That is an absolute falsehood. At no time have I ever walked in close proximity to her house.

On February 15, I made a call to Dog Control, to make yet another complaint against Krawitt for noise disturbance caused by her howling dog, only the most recent of such complaints.

Krawitt has been repeatedly cited by Dog Control for violating regulations. Clearly, she has continued to disregard and violate the regulations, causing the peace to be disturbed by the noise.

I was standing in the common driveway to make the call because the Dog Control officer asked me to call from outside so that she could have evidence of the howling, hearing it herself. I never left the driveway while on the phone with Dog Control and was at least 25 feet from Krawitt's house.

While I was standing in the common driveway, a woman came up behind me in a car, parked in front of Krawitt's house, jumped out and came running down the driveway. She aggressively accosted me, shouting at me and asking if I was “on the phone with the warden”. I ignored her, though she continued to harass me until I walked away, never having spoken a word to her.

It was none of her business who I was talking to, nor was it her business that I was standing in the common driveway on a rental property for which I am paying. I do not know who this woman is, I had never seen her before. But whether or not she is a tenant, she was the sole offender, for accosting and harassing me.

In reference to Krawitt and her accomplice (the unknown woman), at no time have I said or done anything on this property which would warrant any sort of complaint against me, by anyone.

Tracy Krawitt has made a number of false accusations against me, beginning in December 2019, when she made a false police report (which is a criminal offense), claiming that I had “threatened to kill” her. This was a bold-faced lie! This, after she caused a huge disturbance outside my house with her commercial vehicles, coming within inches of hitting my car, and in fact invaded my yard, where she had no right to be. Her associate (the driver of the truck) was cursing and verbally assaulting me with obscenities in a menacing manner.

In my own defense, I have documented the many offenses of Tracy Krawitt and have published reports exposing her offenses against me, including this latest. These reports are on the public record, posted on various websites, including my own.

I will not tolerate being slandered by this woman, with false accusations being made against me. Please be advised that I have now been inappropriately cited by your office for an offense I did not commit, based on the testimony of a malicious liar (or liars, as the case may be.)

At no time have I ever set foot in the yards of any other tenants, unless by invitation, or with permission. This certainly includes Krawitt, whom I do not know, with whom I am not on speaking terms, and with whom I have no dealings whatsoever, and never will.

As for her many offenses, I deal with them by exposing them for the public record and reporting them to civil authorities.

I have the right to the reasonable expectation that I will not be treated with any bias whatsoever, simply because of the false accusations of this malicious liar, Tracy Krawitt.

Let this serve as my formal written complaint against your tenant, Tracy Krawitt.

Just as I predicted in my last report, and in another before that, Tracy Krawitt has resorted to lying again, this time in making false accusations against Barbara Hartwell to the landlord who owns and manages the property.

Following a complaint I made against Tracy Krawitt to Dog Control on February 15, 2023, on February 16, I received a call from a representative of my landlord's office letting me know that “other tenants” (who were not named) had made complaints against me. I told the associate that I knew the complaint had to come from Tracy Krawitt, and that it was absolutely false. She admitted to me that Krawitt was involved, but no other names were given.

When I asked the nature of the complaint, I was told that I had been accused of being on the property rented by Tracy Krawitt. Another absolute lie from Krawitt & accomplices.

The way the property is set up, each cottage has a separate, clearly designated yard as part of the rental. The tenants are free to use these separate yards as they see fit, to have a garden, or place lawn ornaments, furniture, etc.

There is a common driveway (the only common area) around which the cottages are situated, the front of each facing the driveway.

At the time of the incident of February 15, when I made a complaint to Dog Control about the howling of Krawitt's dog, I went outside to phone the Dog Control officer, as she had asked me to do. The fact of the matter is this: The entire time I was standing in the common driveway, at least 25 feet from Krawitt's house. At no time did I leave the driveway, nor set foot in the yard.

Since Krawitt was not on the property at the time of this incident, it is clear that the liar who was responsible for making the false report to the landlord was the aggressive woman (name unknown) who accosted and harassed me in the driveway, whom I never spoke to, but ignored. I do not know if this woman is a tenant on the property, only that she is a liar and an accomplice of Krawitt. Until that day I had never seen her before.

The person I spoke to from the landlord's office was given false information from one or more liars (including Krawitt). I tried to explain the facts of the matter, but was told that I was being informed that I needed to “stay on my side” of the property.

I explained that I had never, at any time, walked into another tenant's yard uninvited, including Krawitt. I have never, at any time, been anywhere near her house.

I am well within my rights, as a tenant on this property, to access the common driveway, as is every tenant. Which is exactly what I did, and no more, in an attempt to provide the requested evidence to the Dog Control officer of the howling dog, disturbing the peace on the property.

I have now been falsely accused by the landlord's office, based only on a false report from a known liar, Tracy Krawitt and at least one accomplice. I will not allow that false accusation to stand. The landlord's office should be apprised that if any action whatsoever is taken against me, based on the false accusations of Tracy Krawitt and accomplices, I will pursue legal action in defense of my rights (including, but not limited to, as a tenant).

In point of fact, Krawitt, a tenant on the property, has been the only aggressor, the only offender, against Barbara Hartwell, on multiple occasions.

That I, as the injured party, have suffered various damages, since 2019, as a result of Krawitt's harassment, false witness, false police reports, slander and defamation of my good name to various parties (to date the police and the landlord), and disturbances on the property, for which she is solely responsible and for which she will be held liable.

Furthermore, the landlord is responsible for the quality of the environment on the property which provides the tenants their right to quiet enjoyment of the rental property for which they are paying.

Tracy Krawitt has repeatedly disrupted that environment and turned it into a loud, ugly, hostile place. She has certainly prevented me personally from the quiet enjoyment to which I am entitled.

Even though it is a rental property, it is also my home, for more than 9 years. I have invested time, effort and money in my home. And I will defend my rights against any and all who would violate them.

 

For the record:

 

I intend to pursue every lawful and ethical means available to me to expose this malicious liar, Tracy Krawitt, to hold her accountable for her offenses, and to see justice served.

NOTE: This is the third report I have found it necessary to publish, exposing the offenses of one Tracy Krawitt, who regularly creates disturbances on the rental property where I have been a tenant since 2014.

Krawitt is running a commercial enterprise out of a residential property not zoned for commercial purposes. There are large vans and trucks parked on the property and blocking what is supposed to be a common circular driveway on the property, thus stopping other tenants from the use of the driveway. These vehicles are also eyesores, ruining the natural setting of the property.

Krawitt is the irresponsible owner of a neglected dog, who howls and barks non-stop when left unattended, a disturbance to anyone whose activities are interrupted by the noise. I have personally been stopped from sleeping, from speaking on the telephone, from conducting radio interviews, as a result of this disturbance.

Here is the latest update, which I have also added to a previous report (link given below).

UPDATE

For a few months after I made complaints to Dog Control, the barking and howling stopped. Apparently, Krawitt was directed that she was required to put a stop to the noise disturbances or certain consequences would follow.

But then, as time passed, the howling started up again. As before, the dog would be left alone, unattended, and would hang out an open window.

One night in February, 2023 at 10:30 PM, the howling started and kept up until 11:15 PM, which made sleep impossible. I called Dog Control the next day to report the disturbance.

I was told that I should document each incident in future as to time and date. And that I should call the cell phone number of the officer so that she could hear the howling herself over the phone. I agreed that I would do that.

On February 15 at 4:10 PM the howling began. I went outside and saw that the dog was once again hanging out the open window at Krawitt's residence. I called the Dog Control officer to report the incident. She acknowledged that she heard the howling, and asked if I could take a photo of the dog, and I told her I did not have the equipment to take a photo.

As I was standing in the common driveway speaking to the officer, a small white car came up from behind me, going way too fast, and parked in front of Krawitt's house. A woman jumped out, came running toward me and accosted me, as I was standing there talking to the officer. She yelled at me, “Are you on the phone with the warden?”. I ignored her and did not respond. She then continued to harass me, attempting to aggressively interrogate me.

I ignored her and walked away. I never spoke one word to this offender. The howling stopped when the woman entered the house.

When I got back to my house, I called the officer back to report the incident of the harassment by the unknown woman, an associate of Krawitt's.

The officer told me that she could not do anything about the harassment of the woman, but only about the dog. I explained to her that I was well aware of that, and that I only wanted to make certain the incident was documented, in case I was falsely accused of something by Krawitt's associate, just as I had been falsely accused and slandered by Krawitt, who lied to the police and made a false report in 2019, claiming that I had “threatened to kill” her.

I explained that I do not engage in discussions or arguments with strangers who accost me and harass me. And I refuse to have any dealings with Krawitt or anyone associated with her in any way.

And I hereby state for the record that any further approaches by any associates of Krawitt will be regarded as harassment and will be reported as such to the police.

I will continue to document every incident, every offense, involving this reprehensible liar, Tracy Krawitt, and/or her associates.

I will not allow these unscrupulous individuals to continue to create disturbances which disrupt my quiet enjoyment of the rental property for which I am paying.  Not on my watch.

Dear Brothers & Sisters in Christ,

It is my hope and prayer for you and your loved ones that these Bible verses and illustrations may encourage you and be a reminder of the coming of the Light of the World, our Lord & Savior Jesus Christ.

I know that some Christians do not celebrate Christmas. Some will say it is a pagan holiday. Some will point out that the date of the birth of Jesus is not December 25, and so on and so forth...

So what? I know all this, so call me a heretic if you will, but for me, none of it matters. It is in the saving grace and redeeming love of Jesus that I place my faith. And so I celebrate His birth with many other Christians worldwide.

I made some drawings of Jesus (1977) after I was blessed to see Him as He stood at the foot of my hospital bed in 1976, and saved my life by the miracle of His grace.

My renderings of Him can never do Him justice, they are only what I saw, but I want to share them anyway.

PREPOSTEROUS, SENSATIONALIST BOASTS & BOGUS CLAIMS by Ramola D: “The Story of the Century”, “Whistleblower Retaliation on the World’s Pre-Eminent Journalist Exposing MK ULTRA, DEW, and Neurotech Classified Mil/Intel Crimes”

This report will be short and to the point. It was something I was hoping not to have to write, but in good conscience and on principle, I cannot let it pass without stating my position, because my name has been falsely drawn in, lumped in, and grossly exploited by groups of people who call themselves “targeted individuals”, including by Ramola D and some of her associates.

FOR THE RECORD:

I have nothing to do with these “targeted individuals”, their groups, or their so-called “TI community”. I will not allow my decades of work as an investigator, an advocacy journalist and CIA whistleblower to be tainted by ambitious, aggressive amateurs seeking fame and fortune for themselves by exploiting the work of legitimate government whistleblowers.

To add to the damages, Ramola D has been sending out defamatory e-mails, with false accusations against Barbara Hartwell, claiming that I am “wrong” about the subject matter in some of my reports; that I am “protecting operations” which she claims she is a “target” of.

She stated that my reports would be:

 

“damaging to the testimonial and fact-based journalism I and others have done on the subject of targeting and fusion center and intelligence operations against people.”  

 

These messages were sent behind my back to at least 2 of my friends.

Aside from the fact that she does not know what she is talking about regarding these subjects, these messages grossly insulted my honor and were a clear attempt to turn others against me and to discredit my professional work.

The recipients (at least the ones I know of) acknowledged that she is “way off base” and that she had no business attempting to meddle in my work or to misrepresent me, for her own self-serving purposes.

More to the point, it is NONE OF HER BUSINESS what I choose to publish. It did not involve her and had nothing to do with her. Until she foolishly decided to stick her nose where it does not belong, to defame a person who has never done anything wrongful to her.

And now, she is making extravagant boasts about herself, claims which have no basis in fact, which should be clear to any person familiar with the subject matter.

SUMMARY

I have no idea how she came up with these bizarre boasts about herself. In my opinion, none of these claims has any basis in fact, nor are grounded in reality.

I won't bother to elaborate, but will only say that the writing is on the wall. Make of that what you will.

What is abundantly clear is that she seeks public acclaim and sees herself as being at the direct center of every single subject, while at the same time, claiming that ALL so-called “targeted individuals” have the exact same experiences, for the exact same reasons and by the same perpetrators. This is an absolute falsehood, as anyone who has any knowledge on these subjects would know.

And makes the outlandish, preposterous claim that SHE, she alone, is “the World’s Pre-Eminent Journalist Exposing MK ULTRA, DEW, and Neurotech Classified Mil/Intel Crimes”.

For those interested in some facts, for a change:

She is NOT a whistleblower. Period. Not on any of these subjects. Anyone may do the research, find documents in the public domain, send out for FOIA reports and get any of the information to use for publication. As in fact, many have done, over a period of decades. She is not reporting anything that is new, no original or unique content. And she lacks the credentials of a whistleblower, never having been inside of any government agency.

 

Same goes for being “the World’s Pre-Eminent Journalist”.

 

There are numerous well-known journalists who have actually exposed detailed information on all these subjects. I won't name them, but their work (going back decades) can easily be found by anyone interested.

Unless the so-called “classified” crimes have been declassified (as many have been) she would have no way of knowing about them, no more than anyone else. If in fact she was “exposing” classified information (which she is not) that in itself would be considered a crime. I can guarantee, she has no access to classified information.

As for MK Ultra, she has really gone off the deep end with this claim. She was not a part of MK Ultra, in any way, shape or form. And from what I have seen of her writings on this subject, she has no idea what she is talking about. I should know, and in fact do know, coming from a CIA family with deep roots in OSS and military intelligence, and having been recruited into this operation before she was even born.

And yet, she claims that she is the “the World's Pre-Eminent Journalist” and "whistleblower" on the subject of MK Ultra?????????????????

This statement is not only utterly bogus, it is downright idiotic.

She is also encouraging her readers (and all those she calls “TIs”) to report these crimes to the United Nations, which is an evil Luciferian organization, tantamount to the One World Government and New World Order.

The UN's “Universal Declaration of Human Rights”, is the furthest thing possible from defending anyone's human rights! These devils in fact seek totalitarian slavery for every man, woman and child on the face of the earth. But obviously, she has no idea of this.

Lastly, I must state, with absolute clarity, that, in light of these preposterous and fraudulent boasts, as well as her defamation of my good name, I, Barbara Hartwell, cannot in good conscience, nor on principle, endorse or support anything promoted by Ramola D.

 

That I do not want my name ever used in connection with Ramola D or her associates/supporters.

 

And I ask that my readers disregard anything said by her or her associates/ supporters, in which my name appears, in perpetuity. None of it has anything to do with me.
