On
September 9, 2023 I received yet another defamatory e-mail from
Ramola Dharmaraj, copied to at least one named third party.
The
subject line read: “Cease and Desist”.
This
is harassment, as she was warned by me in public reports to stop her
aggression against me, in the form of sending defamatory e-mails to
my friends behind my back, exploiting my name in her public articles
and broadcasts, and interference (by meddling and malicious gossip)
in my professional business.
I
am very, very tired of having to repeat myself, in my own defense,
but as long as this nuisance persists in this aggressive behavior, I
will continue to expose the truth in defense of my honor, which she
has repeatedly grossly insulted with her idiotic and
self-aggrandizing falsehoods.
Here
are the facts:
I
ended my association with her more than two years ago, for cause,
when it became clear that she was an aggressive busybody.
I
had made it clear to her, in no uncertain terms, that I am a very
private person. That I am a fierce defender of my privacy. That I do
not seek to interact with the public, and do not use social media,
for that reason. I am strictly professional in my work, and always
have been. The readers of my site or listeners to my radio broadcasts
may make of my material what they will. It is for information
purposes only. Period.
She
had no respect whatsoever for my privacy or personal boundaries and
was repeatedly overstepping. She was meddling in my business, was
discussing with others confidential information which I made clear
was private in nature, and was exploiting my name publicly, often in
connection with individuals I considered persona non grata and made
it clear I wanted nothing to do with.
I
asked her politely, more than once, not to use my name in connection
with these individuals, but she disregarded my wishes and kept doing
it, often even attempting to argue with me about this, which I
refused to do.
I
say what I mean and mean what I say, always have done, always will.
It is not up for discussion and is non-negotiable.
When
I had reached the limit of my tolerance for this utterly
inappropriate behavior, I just quietly walked away by breaking off
any contact with her. I never said another word to her, nor was I
required to explain myself. I had made clear my policies, she had
disregarded them, and for me, that was the end of it.
As
far as I was concerned, this was a private matter. I had no intention
of making any public statements, as I saw no reason.
She
continued to pursue contact with me, but I simply did not respond. I
did nothing wrongful to her at any time. After all, walking away from
a person who shows no respect for my wishes is hardly a crime.
I
was aware that she had been gossiping about me with others, but chose
to ignore it. I did not intend to let her make a public spectacle of
me, with her false accusations (all outlined in my reports). But when
it came to my attention that she was aggressively pursuing certain of
my friends, making false accusations against me, I had no choice but
to take action in my own defense.
I
published a report with a warning for her to stop the meddling and
gossip, the defamatory e-mails. I did not even name her as I hoped
she would just go away and leave me alone. But no, she would not do
that. Instead, she decided to dig in and double down, which is what
these aggressive characters always do. They won't stop until they are
forced to stop, one way or another.
I
have made it very clear in my public reports exposing her misdeeds
that I have no intention of engaging her in any discussions,
arguments or debates.
Yet
she persists in pursuing me, addressing me directly, as if she
expects a response, and harassing me with unwanted messages, in some
cases publishing those harassing messages for the general public, in
addition to sending them to individuals whose names she drags in,
attempting to recruit them as backup against me.
I
will not be baited into engaging her in any way. I will only continue
to refute her falsehoods and to expose her unscrupulous behavior in
public reports, as is my policy regarding any
such aggressors against me.
She
has been publicly warned (see links to reports below) and has
disregarded those warnings, continuing to publish defamatory
falsehoods against Barbara Hartwell.
Once
again, I am publishing her harassing e-mail, refuting her lies, and
exposing her wrongful behavior, now as the obsessive cyberstalker she
proves herself to be.
For
her information, sending unwanted e-mail, after having been warned,
is harassment and what is now known as cyberstalking.
And
it needs to STOP. NOW.

"Dear
Barbara:
This
is a note to ask you to Cease and Desist your flagrant and continuing
slander and lies. Attacking my name publicly in this way is
inexplicable--there is absolutely nothing I have done that should
have in any way at any time roused your ire."
BH:
All statements in my reports are backed by evidence, in this case,
exact quotes of her own words. Anyone who wants the facts may find
them in the reports (links given below). Defending myself against her
defamatory messages, sent behind my back, to third parties, does not
constitute slander, nor any kind
of “attack”.
There
have been no lies. I have presented actual evidence. RD has not been
able to furnish any evidence whatsoever against me, because there is
nothing to find. So in lieu of non-existent evidence, she spews out
silly psychobabble and vague accusations, and keeps denying she has
done anything wrong. Typical passive aggressive pathology, with no connection to the truth.
And
how dare she presume to claim that there is “absolutely nothing”
she has done. It is not her place to decide what causes outrage for
me. She wouldn't have a clue. I will decide that for myself. See my

More denials here, more false accusations of slander. Again, no
evidence. This is pure unadulterated bullshit, phony whitewashed
nonsense. I know exactly what she has said against me and have
published it and soundly refuted it in my own defense.
If
these were her sincere thoughts and beliefs she would have stated
them to others, instead of her false accusations against me, such as
that I was “protecting operations” she claimed were being run
against her. Or, that my reports (none of her business and nothing to
do with her) were “damaging” to her so-called “fact-based”
articles, which she touts as “truth journalism”. Or, her latest
idiocy, that a “ghost writer” has taken over my website.
I
have no interest whatsoever in her explanations, they are meaningless
to me. I only consider facts and evidence, and she is sorely lacking
in that she has nothing of any veracity to present.

There has never been any “abrupt turnaround” from me, as she
claims. As explained above, I was pushed to the limits of my
tolerance by her aggressive behavior, and walked away. But she would
not allow that to happen. She keeps pushing and provoking, in
attempts to justify her unjustifiable behavior.
I
at one time thought she was a friend, but discovered that she was
not, and she was never any kind of “sister”. These are her vain
imaginings, nothing more. She is as usual, puffing up her own
importance.
I
never asked her for any publicity, nor wanted nor needed it. Hers was
just one of many websites or programs to promote my work, and
certainly not of any particular importance, especially considering
the fact that she misrepresented me and that she linked my name to
persons and events which entirely lack legitimacy, in my view.
Nor
did I ask her for any donations. And in point of fact, I happen to
know that some of those donations were given to me because the donor
specifically sent them, giving my name as the recipient.
Just
because someone gives me a donation does not mean I am beholden to
them in any way. I don't accept money with questions asked, nor
strings attached. No quid pro quo, ever. I have never been influenced
by anyone in connection to money, unlike some others, publicity whores and cowards who are sell outs, advocates of New Age nonsense, appealing to the evil UN, in the moronic belief that these communist rat bastards will protect "human rights"...and so on and so forth.

it is absurd that you would write and publish what you have, making
false claims, creating false narratives, and clearly seeking to

do not “well know” anything of the kind.

Of course she once again drags in the name of an individual, gloating
in her claims that he “knows the truth”.
I
have replaced his name with X as I refuse to be a party to her
dishonorable behavior.
And
for the record, I must state (once again) that contrary to her claim,
I do not have any mutual friends with Ramola Dharmaraj. That
is not for her, or anyone else, but only for me, and me alone, to
decide. I know who my friends are, and who they are not.
Having any mutual "friend" with a person whose wrongful, aggressive behavior is directed against me, as a matter of honor and of principle, is something I could not, in good conscience, do.
No,
this person has shown, by his own choice, and by his own actions, that he is not a
friend of mine.
Anyone
who would believe the defamatory falsehoods (see reports listed
below) being promoted against me by this woman, who would falsely
believe that I am a liar, or who would think for even one moment that I have done anything wrongful to this woman, when I have not, is no friend of mine.
Anyone
promoting, supporting and endorsing this woman, and claiming she
stands for “the truth” at all times is in fact saying that her
falsehoods against Barbara Hartwell are true. That person has clearly
declared himself to be against me and is no friend of mine.
I
do not have “friends” who would believe an ambitious
grandstanding liar at my expense.
I
do not have “friends” who betray my trust by discussing me behind
my back with those I have denounced, for good cause, especially when
they break their word to me in doing so.
Ramola
Dharmaraj has in fact succeeded in at least one of her objectives:
destroying a close friendship I had with a professional colleague which
lasted decades. That is – until she stuck her nose in with her
meddling and gossip, feeding her ambition to gain celebrity by
pretending to be any number of things she is not.
A "human rights attorney"? (Where's the law degree? Where is her license to practice law? Not even a basic knowledge of the law, as shown by her foolish claims.) NOT.
"Whistleblower"? (From what agency, corporation, public office? No credentials, no background, no access to documents or information, except those available to anyone and everyone in the general public.) NOT.
"The
World's Pre-Eminent Journalist"? NOT.
"The Story of the Century"? (Her overblown ego at work.) NOT.
"The Top Journalist ("only journalist", "primary journalist", "one lone journalist", etc. etc.) Exposing MK ULTRA, DEW, and Neurotech
Classified Mil/Intel Crimes"? (No access whatsoever, at any time, to "classified information". No knowledge of MK Ultra, only speculation.) NOT.
"The
Prime Victim of Satanic Ritual Abuse"? NOT.
"The Prime Subject" of any number of operations, (non-existent, in fact.)? NOT.
And
these are but a few of her utterly bogus claims...all in her own
words, make no mistake, these are her grandiose false claims. And all the while, falsely accusing Barbara Hartwell of "slander", for simply telling the the truth and exposing her lies about herself, in defense of my honor and as a warning to others.
But
then, any person who chooses to believe her over me, who chooses to
believe falsehoods over the truth, who chooses to support this braggart
making sensationalist and bogus claims about herself, while she falsely accuses me of being a slanderer,
is the furthest thing imaginable from a "friend" who could ever meet my
standards for friendship.
So
take heed, anyone to whom this may apply: Any friend, supporter, promoter of Ramola Dharmaraj, any friendship there
may have been with me, is no more.
Again,
I have no mutual friends with Ramola Dharmaraj. No friend of hers is
any friend of mine, for what should be obvious reasons.
The
warnings have been issued and disregarded.
It
is time for a directive: Any future attempts by her to contact me
directly, by any means, including e-mail, are harassment and will be
reported as such.
She
needs to LOSE my e-mail address, post haste, as do any of her
“friends”.
I
will continue to stand up in my own defense, as I always do, each and
every time I am slandered, harassed or targeted for extreme
provocation.
I
