Forgive me for boring you to tears. But I must, I simply must, be redundant in exposing what for me has been a major problem.
I will begin this report with a previous disclaimer, a concise explanation of my dealings with Ramola Dharmaraj. My reasons should be clear, as this is the bottom line.
DISCLAIMER RE RAMOLA DHARMARAJ
This disclaimer is being added to every report which addresses my former association with Ramola Dharmaraj. Rather than delete the reports, I have left most of them up, as evidence, and as an opportunity to expose the truth.
FOR THE RECORD:
I had an association with Ramola Dharmaraj (aka Ramola D) from 2018 to 2021. I had been invited as a regular guest on her podcast, and she promoted my work on her website, The Every Day Concerned Citizen.
I broke off the association in mid-2021, for cause. She showed herself to be an extremely aggressive busybody, who meddled in my business, appointed herself as an unwanted intermediary (with both total strangers and my friends – now former friends due to her gossip and meddling), and I realized that she was exploiting my name in efforts to make a name for herself.
I quietly walked away, after I saw that she had no respect whatsoever for my privacy and personal boundaries, and after she disregarded my polite requests that she mind her own business and stop interfering in mine.
She then started pursuing me, and when I ignored her attempts to contact me, she began to send defamatory messages to my (then) friends, behind my back, in attempts to recruit them as allies against me.
Finally, she began publicly slandering me on her website and on social media, even after I issued a public warning that there would be consequences for her unscrupulous, dishonorable actions.
Ramola D has proved herself to be a habitual liar, a hypocrite, a self-serving grandstander, boasting with her self-aggrandizing, preposterous claims, and fabricating libelous falsehoods, accusing me of being paid by CIA, and of “slandering” her. Nothing could be further from the truth!
My concern is only that she continues, in her malicious attempts to discredit me, and to destroy my good name, with idiotic, wild accusations with no basis in fact.
For the record, I ask that my readers disregard anything connected to the name of Barbara Hartwell, which comes from the mouth of this dishonorable woman.

This report exposes the dangers associated with reports of assaults with directed energy weapons by persons who are mentally unstable/delusional and/or narcissistic in nature. Specifically, I refer to one Ramola Dharmaraj.
She has boasted on her website that she is “The World's PreEminent Journalist” and even “The One and Only Journalist” who is exposing this weaponry, and then adds a list of other subjects, such as MK Ultra. The absurdity of this statement speaks for itself.
But wait...there's more. She also claimed to be a “whistleblower”. And that “whistleblower retaliation” against her, her alone, was (cue drumroll) “The Story of the Century”. Now, if this is not the epitome of delusions of grandeur, I don't know what is.
But it gets better (or, depending on your perspective...much worse).
As has been promoted on her website, she has renounced her US citizenship (she is originally from India) to join the cult following of a sleazy charlatan (and Jew-hater) calling herself “Judge” Anna Von Reitz, and she heavily promotes other unsavory characters of this same ilk, such as “Postmaster General”, Jay Gould, who claims to have legal authority over everyone in the world. (How stupid could anyone possibly be to give any credibility to these snake oil peddlers?)
But there you have it – these are the type of people Ramola promotes, supports and hangs with. Along with the merry band of Jew-haters, too numerous to mention, but including the likes of Eric Karlstrom, with whom she did a 2 years-long series of podcasts, where he ranted against the evils of “The Jews”, while she sat there nodding along, giggling, making it clear she had no problem with his views. Then she added fellow Jew-haters, Sasha Stone, Robert David Steele, Ole Dammegard, and a bevy of associated Q-Anon conspiritards and crackpots. And that's not even counting the New Age nincompoops like Laura Eisenhower, David Wilcock and the disciples of the Gaia cult. What a marvy bunch of folks!
Back to the directed energy weaponry. Reports by such individuals are responsible for a plethora of false information, which then discredits the entire subject they are addressing. This is a serious problem. Especially when it comes to the subject of directed energy weapons, which have always been the primary issue she addresses on her site and on her podcasts.
These weapons are real. In fact, they have been used extra-legally by the U.S. government against various categories of persons, and should not be discounted.
It is the credibility (or lack thereof) of the source reporting on them that is the real problem. And this particular source, Ramola Dharmaraj, is exemplary of the worst sort of false reporting for self-serving ends.
She has been responsible for tremendous damages to the good name of Barbara Hartwell, and it is important to me to put the truth on the record as to her egregious offenses. I have already exposed her in numerous reports, but now (after a sojourn in a psych ward) she has come back online and is still exploiting my name.
Before I go further, here are the notices she has kept on the front page of her site for years, promoting my name AS IF I am a part of her “targeted individual” community of aggressive whackjobs like herself, seeking public attention with their sensationalist claims.
No, I am not part of this, and never have been. But there she is, exploiting my name, because she and her little gaggle of goofy friends have no credentials, so they think they can latch on to mine (Former CIA Barbara Hartwell says...) WRONG.
For the record, she created this notice without my knowledge or consent. She did not bother to ask my permission to use my name in this public promotion, which DOES NOT REPRESENT ME. In fact, it totally misrepresents me.
I have repeatedly published complaints and protests against her exploitation of my name, and specifically cited this “public notice” as being bogus. But has she removed it? Of course not. And she cites this as being for “public education”. Not as far as I am concerned. I am not a part of any of this, nor have I ever been. This is outrageous!
I need to do what is possible to put a stop to it. At the least, make it abundantly clear that my name is being exploited in unconscionable ways by a woman with no credentials whatsoever, who has falsely claimed to be a “whistleblower” (she is NOT), and even more absurdly, “The World's PreEminent Journalist”, including on subjects she knows nothing about.
She has lied about exposing “classified information”, to which she never had access in her life. She has lied about MK Ultra, in which she was never involved, nor had access to any information, except by actual credentialed sources, the only legitimate one, to my knowledge, was Barbara Hartwell. Otherwise, she had only a gaggle of fame-seeking charlatans at her disposal.
For the record, I will state once again, that I want that bogus notice REMOVED from her site. If she does not remove it, I will continue to protest and issue formal complaints. She has no business using my name and by doing so she only exposes herself all the more as a liar and a fraud, a person with no respect for the personal boundaries and fundamental rights of others, which she hypocritically pretends to defend.
So it must be stated for the record that Ramola Dharmaraj is a fraud and a liar. She is a fraud and a liar for reporting false information and for making false accusations against innocent people, including Barbara Hartwell, her neighbors, and many others.
According to her own reports on her website, she was recently released from a psych ward in Massachusetts where she had been involuntarily committed since November 2025. I do not know the details. But after what she has done to me, as a back-stabber, a malicious liar and false accuser, I no longer care. I am not hard-hearted, but I long ago reached the limits of my tolerance. Enough already!
My concern is what this woman has done to harm my reputation, and the harm she has done to other people sincerely seeking the truth about the subjects she has written about, who have been grossly misled by her form of self-aggrandizing, sensationalist yellow journalism. She needs to be held accountable for her actions.
She has been exploiting my name for years, and I will not tolerate it! If I can't stop her, I will continue to expose her as a warning to others, and on principle.
Ramola Dharmaraj has engineered an entire website on the premise that “targeted individuals”, as she and her associates call themselves, are being attacked by energy weapons, and then, when they report these attacks, are accused of being mentally ill, when (she claims) they are not.
It is true that there are people who have been assaulted with these weapons, and who have been falsely accused of mental illness when reporting on them to authorities or medical professionals.
However, it is also true that there are people who are clearly mentally ill (such as Ramola Dharmaraj) who are making claims that are so preposterous, making false accusations against numerous other people, claiming they are wielding the weapons, that their claims are clearly not true.
Ramola has accused scores of people, by name: most notably her neighbors, whom she has claimed are all CIA (how idiotic is that!)
According to her, the postman is CIA. As are the employees at the Post Office. The governor of Massachusetts. Even, believe it or not...The Pope! The Pope sent emissaries to Ramola's house to persecute her.
The fact of her obvious mental illness is no excuse. This speaks to character and her behavior has displayed her lack of integrity in spades.
But now, I am providing a letter I wrote in 2018, in support of Ramola Dharmaraj. I wrote this letter in good faith, at the time believing that she was a decent, honorable woman of good character. I was wrong. I was also wrong when I was an advocate for her sanity, but I didn't know then what I know now.
And so, for anyone who was misled by my letter, I am sorry.
But I need to say all this because Ramola provided a link to this letter in the above notice for “public education”.
For the record, I now retract everything I said in support of Ramola Dharmaraj.
The basic facts about the subject matter are correct. The facts about my background are correct. The basic principles I support are correct.
Only my attribution of credibility and legitimacy to Ramola is wrong. I made a serious mistake in supporting her and so I apologize to anyone who was harmed by believing what I unwittingly proclaimed to be the truth.
LETTER IN SUPPORT OF RAMOLA DHARMARAJ (2018)
To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing this letter in support of investigative journalist Ramola D/Dharmaraj, editor of The Everyday Concerned Citizen.
Ramola has informed me, in recent telephone conversations and by e-mail, of some very disturbing information regarding false, injurious and defamatory public allegations levied against her by administrators of the school her child attends.
As I understand it, the principal, Richard DeCristofaro Jr. (and possibly other school administrators) of her child's school has made totally unsubstantiated, and what I can only call wild, accusations, based not on any facts, nor evidence, but solely on Ramola's distribution of a public document reporting on anti-personnel weaponry, deployed against her and many of her professional colleagues, some of whom are scientists with expertise in such technology; some of whom are former intelligence professionals, who have studied and documented the use of these weapons against themselves and associated persons.
It is a well-known and prolifically documented fact that such electro-magnetic weaponry exists and has been operational for decades, used by the military and intelligence agencies (including but not limited to FBI, CIA, NSA, DIA, DOD, DARPA) against persons deemed “dissidents”, whistleblowers, journalists and expositors of vital information which should be of concern to every American who values the God-given, unalienable rights and liberties enshrined in the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution, and specifically the Bill of Rights contained therein.
Ramola
reports that she met with the principal of the school, Richard
DeCristofaro Jr. and the vice principal, Susan Shea Conner.
Subsequently, the deputy superintendent, Kevin Mulvey and the senior
director of student support services, Maura Papile informed her
husband that they were concerned and would be contacting Child
Protective Services.
A CPS case worker, one Terri Ellis, then contacted Ramola and her husband, first by leaving voicemail, next by a hand-delivered document in their mailbox, and finally pressed for a home visit, for the purpose of determining whether an “investigation” should be conducted into her home life, based only on the false allegations by the school administrator(s).
During the home visit, the case worker stated that a report had been made by one or more of the school administrators, making the following allegations:
The mother is extremely mentally ill, delusional, psychotic, and does not take medication.
The mother has an untreated mental illness.
The mother is a published author and journalist and seriously mentally ill.
This, with no evidence whatsoever of the veracity of these false and defamatory allegations, what can only be seen as a misguided, baseless and biased subjective opinion, from a person (or persons) unqualified in any way to make such a “diagnosis”. Absolutely outrageous!
Perhaps an even greater offense is the wrongful action such that these school administrators took it upon themselves to interfere in the private affairs of a family and attempt to usurp the parental rights over a minor child, which they had absolutely no business doing.
As I understand it, Ramola was then informed that "neglect" could include "untreated mental illness" in the home.
Ramola reports that the CPS worker would not specifically identify the person(s) who made the false report, saying Massachusetts State Law protected their identities.
So, Ramola D, a diligent, hardworking, conscientious investigative journalist, and a caring, attentive and supportive mother, has now been falsely accused – injurious, defamatory, malicious allegations, it cannot be stated too many times! – and supposedly, under the 'State Law' her accusers are “protected”.
Where is the “protection” for this mother, who has broken no law, committed no offenses, civil or criminal? And now, she is prevented from even facing and confronting the false accusers. Again, outrageous beyond belief!
Ramola's privacy (and that of her family) has been egregiously invaded, she has been subjected to extreme emotional distress, intentionally inflicted by persons who do not know her, and who have summarily and with no just cause, labeled her “mentally ill”, “delusional”, and parlayed these false allegations into an accusation of “neglect” of a child.
I became acquainted with Ramola D when invited as a guest on her podcast, to discuss (among other issues) FBI and CIA counterintelligence operations, including the aforementioned anti-personnel weaponry.
I have found Ramola to be very well-educated on the many subjects she covers; she is a brilliant writer and a compassionate listener, especially for the guests (including myself) who have suffered horrific injustices at the hands of government agencies, their crimes against persons and humanity at large. Including – and it cannot be stressed enough – assaults with remote high-tech directed energy weaponry.
She has been courageous in reporting on these issues, and is now (like so many of us) facing the retaliatory wrath of those whose criminality she has exposed.
I am one of many former intelligence professionals, an independent investigator, intelligence analyst and journalist, who, for more than a quarter century, has been documenting and publicly reporting on the high-tech anti-personnel weaponry used against us.
I am not a scientist, but I have worked with scientists in various disciplines, as well as with private investigators under former contract with government agencies (including CIA) in gathering evidence of this technology in field investigations. My colleagues possessed the cutting-edge technology to track the psychotronic and directed energy weaponry, as well as to identify military frequency signals.
I have worked as a journalist (print, radio and TV) since the 1980s, including in mainstream media. I am a former Press Representative for Amnesty International.
Among my areas of professional expertise are psychological operations and counterintelligence. I am also a Christian minister (ordained 1979, D.Div.), specializing in pastoral counseling, and trained as a psychoanalyst (Jungian and other methods.)
I am a survivor of CIA black ops (covert operations, including MK Ultra) which routinely used such psychotronic technology and anti-personnel weaponry on both “test subjects” and military/intelligence personnel, which has been widely reported and documented, by me and numerous others, for decades.
The criminal perpetrators of these campaigns against those targeted (most notably including former intelligence professionals turned whistleblowers, journalists, human rights activists, liberty-loving patriots and defenders of the Constitution) have, as an exercise in “plausible deniability”, in order to continue these violations and crimes against humanity, implemented a scheme to silence and/or discredit those who, as persons of decency, integrity and conscience, as conscientious objectors, document and publish such information, in defense of the founding principles of this nation; of the rule of law in this Constitutional Republic; and of “the consent of the governed”. In defense of unalienable rights, bestowed by our Creator, rather than privileges issued at the discretion of the government.
The scheme involves impugning the sanity of the Target, making false allegations of “paranoia”, of being “delusional”, of “mental illness”. Their objective is to remove the Target (one way or another) from the public arena where her expositions are heard and where her activism may gain support from other concerned citizens who are becoming aware of the threat to anyone who speaks out, and ultimately, to humanity at large, by this out-of-control juggernaut of government agencies run amok.
Back to the school administrator(s). Their offenses should absolutely not be tolerated. Libel, slander, defamation, “false light” misrepresentation, character assassination against Ramola D's good name; as well as harassment, invasion of privacy, and the intentional infliction of severe emotional distress.
The offenders should be issued a directive to cease and desist from all such offenses. They should be held accountable for all damages to the injured parties. A demand for a public retraction of all false allegations, and for a public apology to Ramola D.
We the People must stand up against such tyrannical and totalitarian systems in government, which have infiltrated and have become a systemic corruption in the schools, as well as other public institutions.
I consider it a moral imperative, and my duty, especially as a Christian, as a patriot, as a human rights activist, and no less importantly, as a grandmother, to do all in my power to support those, most certainly including Ramola D, who stand on the front lines in defense of liberty and justice for all. The future of this nation depends upon it.

IN SUMMARY
I now regret having written this letter. As stated, I was wrong, at least about the character of Ramola Dharmaraj.
I have no idea what Ramola has planned for her future as a “journalist”. She has proved herself to be a person entirely lacking in credibility.
She has also proved herself lacking in honesty, decency and integrity. If you don't believe me, read some of my reports, given below. If you don't care, so be it. I don't give a damn.
I can only say that I deeply regret ever being a guest on her podcast, or getting involved in any association with her, as it has only caused major trouble for me. My name has been greatly damaged by her many false accusations and insults to my honor.
Anyone who promotes her, supports her, endorses her, is my enemy. For she has declared herself my enemy by her malicious attempts to discredit me.
During the time of my association with her, I had never shown her anything but kindness. I shared information with her, at her request. But I also made it clear that I am a very private person. I do not use social media. My life is not an open book for all and sundry to peruse. And I was never involved in her “targeted individual community”.
I foolishly gave her the benefit of the doubt, thinking she would respect my wishes.
Instead of respecting my clearly stated policies, she chose to disregard them. She spread malicious gossip, she invaded my privacy, and finally, went behind my back in attempts to discredit me by slandering me to people who were my friends. Or at least I thought they were my friends. I was wrong.
As the Bible says, a gossip destroys friendships.
I will end with a warning to Ramola Dharmaraj:
You have already done great damage to me by your lies, your gossip, your false accusations, your defamation.
Leave me alone. Stop exploiting my name on your stupid website.
JUST STOP.
Or take the consequences.
