STOP THE TORTURE CAMPAIGN AGAINST THE SOSBEES

Today I found this notice posted, from my best friend Geral Sosbee. I have run out of words and don't know what else I can say regarding the horror of my dear friends, Geral Sosbee and his wife, being tortured on a daily basis, with no hope of relief in sight.

There is no way, given the thousands of reports written by Geral Sosbee, exposing these torture programs against whistleblowers, that the Director of the FBI could be unaware of these atrocities. NO WAY.

The burning question is: WHEN WILL HE DO THE ONLY RIGHT, DECENT, HONORABLE THING AND ORDER THAT A STOP BE PUT TO THIS?

After some forty-seven years of my association with the fbi, I have learned from my personal and professional experiences the following: the fbi…

...regularly, routinely and ritually engage in covert crime sprees against their political Targets;

...use operatives to impose on the Targets blanket surveillance, assaults and battery, threats, character assassination, attempted murder (or actual murder where the Target is often forced into suicide by the fbi’s inhumane and unrelenting crimes against the Target)

...use bio-chem-viral agents and infections to incapacitate or kill the Target;

...employ street thugs (together with professional psychopathic witnesses) to attack the Target in provocative efforts to fabricate a way to imprison the Target;

...manipulate federal judges (usually U.S. Magistrates) to issue secret orders that fraudulently provide the fbi with “legal” authority to engage in ‘supervisory control’ (euphemism for torture, imprisonment, murder) over the life of the Target.


These judges are fully supported by SCOTUS and by the U.S. Congress (see my report on Senator John Cornyn of Texas). These same judges and justices offer the Target no Due Process, no opportunity to be advised of the allegations against him/her, and no avenue to challenge the secret orders. The Bill of Rights is ignored.
 

...use advanced deep space based high technology such as microwave, directed energy weaponry (DEW) and extremely low sensitive sound wave (ELF) to cause serious bodily injury or death of the Target (I have documented multiple injuries on my person, including heart disease, 80% loss of hearing, cerebral vascular disease, et al.)

...employ an army of civilian provocateurs 24/7/365 (including at times ordinary citizens, neighbors of the Target and doctors) to engage in horrific ‘gas lighting’ operations in efforts to drive the Target insane.


Medical doctors, dentists, mechanics et al engage in crimes against the target as directed by the fbi with the authority of the federal judges whose outrageous orders are honored globally.


My considered professional judgement compels me to report here that, as I am admitted as an attorney to practice law in the federal courts, I have learned that the judges there are aware of my seventeen years of documenting in court and online fbi atrocities against me (see my sworn affidavits 2007, 2014 and my WRIT).


Further, as the fbi and at least one medical doctor advised me to “commit suicide”, have injured me so seriously as to cause hospitalization on different occasions, have destroyed my personal property and vehicles causing serious stress, and have threatened me in my face, I have overwhelming evidence to support these statements.


Another medical doctor sought a way to help fbi place me in a mental ward for complaining of high tech assaults (See part 20 of My Story In Detail). The federal judges are aware of these crimes against my person. Yet, they continue to authorize such crimes by the fbi ongoing for about 47 years.


When each crime is committed against me and others similarly targeted, I conclude that the judges are principals to these offenses and are accessories to felonious crimes and civil law violations including intentional infliction of severe emotional distress caused by the fbi and its institutionalized counter intelligence program against Targets. When the fbi sends thugs and assassins to physically and psychologically harass the Target, the goal is to force him/her into a final exit. This may constitute attempted murder in many jurisdictions, or actual murder when the Target commits suicide because the fbi’s intent is to cause the death of the target.


In consideration of this and my other reports, my law suits against fbi, and other documentaries, I accuse the federal judges along with fbi, of multiple counts of attempted murder and innumerable other crimes against me that I have reported for the past several decades.

Keith Hansen Interviews with Barbara Hartwell (2009)

Here are two interviews with Keith Hansen (aka Vyzygoth) from January 2009.

I had known Keith since 2002, when he contacted me requesting that I be a guest on his radio program.

For whatever reason (I don't remember why now), the interviews did not take place at that time. 

In 2009 Keith contacted me again by post, as by that time I did not have a public e-mail address.

At that time I was living in Maine and Keith was in Florida. I don't know where Keith is now or if he still has a radio program. In doing a search I could not find anything later than 2012.

There were originally 4 interviews in the series, but I could only find two of them, part one and part four.

I have not done any radio interviews since 2013, due to the nature of my personal circumstances. In 2013, I barely survived a series of disasters which ended in being driven to homelessness. I lost my home in Maine (for the second time in three years) and nearly all of my property.

This horrible ordeal was a result of the government's neutralization campaign against a CIA whistleblower, a not uncommon occurrence, as other targeted whistleblowers can attest.

I only recently listened to these interviews again and decided to repost them, as they contain information on a variety of issues which may be of interest to my regular readers, and possibly more so to new readers who may not be aware of some of the events covered therein.

I don't run a “news” site and as a rule don't cover much on current events. My focus is more on the timeless issues of ethics/morality and the principles of liberty, justice and especially God-given individual rights.

Also, I tend to discuss things in more detail in radio interviews that I would not necessarily put into my written reports. My radio shows (both as host and guest) have always been more spontaneous than scripted or pre-planned, as these interviews are.

Keith Hansen has been one of my favorite talk show hosts, someone who is easy to talk to, as well as being knowlegable about the issues of importance to me.

Howard Nemaizer aka Howard Nema, an extremely aggressive and ambitious individual, in pursuit of his self-serving ends, has exploited the name and website of Barbara Hartwell, since 2012, and grossly misrepresented my name, in attempts to make a name for himself, at my expense.

Nemaizer has promoted numerous libelous falsehoods against Barbara Hartwell. He and his wife, Maureen Nemaizer, have engaged in monstrous invasions of privacy against me and members of my family. The demonic lies of Howard Nemaizer have been promoted by accomplices such as Ken Adachi ('Educate-Yourself') and Todd Brendan Fahey ('Friends of Liberty'), his fellow demonic liars, and longtime enemies of Barbara Hartwell.

Howard Nemaizer has published articles, calling Barbara Hartwell “evil and wicked”. He has made false claims that I am a “sociopath”, a “coward”, a “CIA operative”, a “con artist”, a “liar”. He has claimed that I am “mentally ill”, and that I have published “compulsive lies and attacks” against him.

His wife, Maureen Nemaizer, has made claims that Barbara Hartwell is “the devil”. She has harassed my family with malicious gossip and outrageous lies.

The Nemaizers are directly responsible for extreme and severe material losses and damages, and for inflicting willful emotional distress, pain and suffering.

I do not have the resources to sue the Nemaizers. But I do have the ability to expose them, to stand in my own defense, to refute their outrageous lies with the truth and the facts, and to warn others who might be targeted by their odious schemes.

The Nemaizers have been heavily involved in the heavy metal devil worship culture, for many years. They publicly promote Black Sabbath, Ronnie James Dio, and so-called “tribute bands”, such as Lady Evil.
They attend events where Satan is worshiped and where Bibles are burned onstage, as part of the show.

Now, imagine this: What if you are a devout Christian of many years (as I am), and someone (in this case, Howard Nemaizer) was promoting and exploiting YOUR name (along with copious false information) on the same websites with his devil-worship icons, his anti-Christ spirit?

Would you be righteously outraged? Would you seek justice? Would you want to warn others of the plots of these scheming liars?

I can only speak for myself, as a Christian minister and believer in the gospel of Jesus Christ. But I pray that others will also see the truth. Here is just a small sample of Nemaizer's vile blasphemy, for those with eyes to see, ears to hear.

Well, where to begin, in addressing Nemaizer's profound ignorance and flagrant blasphemy?

Let's start with this.

 

"Do not participate in the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but instead expose them – Revelation 2:9"

Howard Nemaizer gives a quote from scripture. He attributes this quote to:  

Revelation 2:9

But, as usual, he has got it all wrong. This is in fact from Ephesians 5:11.

Here is the actual verse from Revelation 2:9:

I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty, (but thou art rich) and I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan.

Howard Nemaizer claims he is on a “mission from God”.

That statement alone, after reading his blasphemous and self-congratulatory claims, would cause any true Christian, any person with spiritual discernment, to understand, beyond any shadow of doubt, what kind of person would make such a grandiose claim.

He is an apologist for every manner of demonic activity, including that Alice Cooper "chopped up baby dolls on stage during his concerts in a mock ritualized Satanic child sacrifice and used blood, gore, serpents and guillotines in his act."

No problem, according to Howard Nemaizer. All this satanic filth is fine and dandy, because his icon, Alice Cooper, claims that:

"My life is dedicated to follow Christ."


What Christian could possibly believe such a blasphemous falsehood?


Then, Nemaizer states:


"I am certainly not a born again Christian or anything like that. I live a secular life. Yes, I play guitar, listen to and perform rock music, but like Alice Cooper, I also serve the Lord."


No indeed, Howard Nemaizer is most certainly not a “born again Christian”. He is not any kind of Christian at all.


Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

John 3:3


And he claims, “like Alice Cooper, I also serve the Lord”.


Nemaizer states:


"Jesus Christ is my savior, but I belong to no church or any organized religion of any sort because they have all been infiltrated at the highest levels by hypocrites, liars and most importantly, Satanists."


Nemaizer, who is by his own admission, not “born again”, and while promoting satanic activity, denounces “hypocrites, liars and most importantly, Satanists”. And he claims to “serve the Lord”?


Clearly, Howard Nemaizer knows absolutely nothing about the Bible, about the Christian faith, nor about Jesus Christ.


Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.


Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?

And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

Matthew 7:21-23


Howard Nemaizer then claims:


"My faith in God is strong, impervious. Sadly, I cannot say the same for any organized religion, especially those who preach hate, murder and ritual sacrifice."


So, Howard Nemaizer, whose faith in God is, according to him, “strong and impervious”, glibly promotes and participates in a satanic culture, but sees no problem, no hypocrisy, no works of iniquity, in his own words and actions.


Which “god” does Howard Nemaizer serve?

His “mission” should be crystal clear.

I would not like to see anyone so misguided as to be caught in the snares of the devil, falsely believing that this evil culture is 'cool', and that Hell is a 'fun' place. But that is exactly what characters like this would encourage you to believe.

Aside from detesting the utterly demonic nature of what they promote and participate in, I am absolutely OUTRAGED that MY NAME is being exploited, grossly misrepresented and defamed by these devil worshipers and their accomplices.

May God's swift and terrible justice be visited upon them all – the sooner the better.

 

Big Bad John: Criminal Conspirator, Traitor, FBI Quisling Senator John Cornyn

Some years ago I was made privy to information regarding a nefarious set up against my friend Geral Sosbee, whereby his name (G. Sosbee) was planted at the scene of a crime, allegedly committed in Dallas, Texas.

For years, Geral had no access to any information about this claim of a crime, nor was able to obtain such, not by making formal requests via FOIA, nor other queries.

He and his wife were subjected to an intrusive hostile scrutiny, a fishing expedition, at their home, and Geral was interrogated by USPI Knipfing and an accomplice. He was threatened and insulted, and left in the dark regarding the alleged “crime”.

These government thugs made it clear that he was under investigation, in fact for a crime he knew nothing about, and in which he had no involvement whatsoever.

In the larger picture, this was just one of numerous attempts to set up Geral Sosbee for a false arrest, just one of many tactics in the retaliatory campaign against him, since he was forced to resign from the FBI in 1978, under threat of imprisonment. 

Unlawful, wrongful imprisonment, that is. His “crimes” were honoring his oath to defend the Constitution; reporting FBI crimes; defending the unalienable rights of all, including suspects under investigation.

Geral Sosbee had contacted Senator John Cornyn, his representative in the state of Texas, in efforts to stop the FBI's harassment, persecution and terror campaign against him.  Sosbee's communications were answered only with form responses from Cornyn's office, of the 'do not reply' variety.

These grandiose claims made by 'Big Bad John' would seem to indicate that he is at the very least, a narcissist. But, more to the point, these boasts are simply not based on facts, nor do they reflect the senator's actual record of service to this nation.

Really? If he is such a great and awesome crime fighter, why did Big Bad John enter into a criminal conspiracy with the FBI to unlawfully persecute an innocent man, a law-abiding citizen, Geral Sosbee?

A person who had sought his assistance in doing just that, fighting crimes. I guess the crimes don't really count, not as long as they are committed by Big Bad John's cronies in the government.

"You see I'm from Texas, where we do things quick
And the way the place is run, it's about to make me sick"

Okay. Then why did Big Bad John use stone wall tactics to avoid responding in a timely manner to Geral Sosbee's legitimate claims of ongoing crimes committed against him, some of which are felonies?

A series of 'do not reply' form responses, over long periods of time, while the crimes against Sosbee continued unabated, with no relief, no legal remedies in sight. So much for "doing things quick". And, on behalf of Geral Sosbee, it certainly does make me sick.

"John opened up government, let us all take a look
Gave support to our soldiers, and routed out crooks"

Can he possibly be for real? Then why, oh why, did Big Bad John act in collusion with the FBI and USPI, for years, to obstruct justice, to stop Geral Sosbee from even finding out the nature of the crime for which he was being unlawfully and unethically “investigated'.

Maybe Big Bad John could start by routing out the crooks with whom he is in cahoots to destroy a man's life!

As for his “support” to our soldiers, I can only guess that means that a decorated Army combat veteran, Geral Sosbee, does not qualify for Big Bad John's support.

The Lord's work? What “Lord” would that be? It certainly is not the Lord we Christians know and love.

As part of the retaliation campaign against Geral Sosbee, he and his wife have been repeatedly stalked and harassed at the church they attend by government-issue goons. And nobody is going to convince me that Big Bad John was not in the loop, with all the other criminal conspirators.

From all that I have seen, it is my most definitive conclusion that Senator John Cornyn aka Big Bad John, the straight talking, straight shooting, John Wayne wannabe, the macho man from Texas, is a coward and a quisling, affecting a tough-guy persona, which he hides behind to cover up his own very obvious lack of integrity and honor.

Shame on you, Big Bad John!

I can say, with no reservations, that were I a voter in the State of Texas, even had I not known about his atrocious voting record, all it would have taken would be to see the absurd political commercial given above. That would have been a deal breaker, no doubt about it.

Now, some excerpts from Geral Sosbee's documentation. They are edited for brevity. Any errors are mine. The reader may find the original reports online, at Sosbee v. FBI and other sites.

On the following dates (as evidenced by the Senator's auto response) Geral Sosbee sends requests to Senator John Cornyn to order the fbi to stop the torture as reported at

and other websites (note that Sosbee also sent similar requests to Senators Leahy and Grassley).

Note that none of the Senators actually responded to my legitimate queries, except for the auto response messages referenced above; instead, the quasi-criminal mind of self-consumed Gainer is used by the Senate to deliver a kind of psychological assault on this fbi/cia Target of ten years.

Finally, the disgraceful Senator Cornyn is deserving of at least a public reprimand for dereliction of duty because he is on the Committee On Armed Services of the U.S. Senate, and he has a duty to respond to a veteran who is being tortured by the fbi/cia globally.

After years of my unsuccessful efforts to prove postal crimes against me, the USPI and fbi commit a few more.

Part One:

On 12-28-17 , as I awaited a response to my FOIA request, a postal package arrived in my P.O. Box 3834, addressed to me from the USPI, but the contents belonged to a different party. I immediately returned the mail to the supervisor of the US Post Office, McAllen, Texas, one Mr. Rene Contreras. I requested that he please return the mail to USPI.

Later, I realized that, as I have previously documented extensively with USPI, the fbi interfered and tampered with the mail sent to me by the USPI.

I discovered that the fbi or an employee of the USPS intercepted the mail from USPI, removed the address label, left my mail on the floor unattended and pasted my address label (which was removed from the original package to me from USPI) onto another tubular container belonging to a different party and was then placed in my U S Postal mail box 3834, McAllen, Texas 78502 (USPS Tracking # 9114 9999 4431 4027 1614 51).

The USPI here in good faith and in an efficient and polite manner investigated the postal offense and indicated that the error was an honest mistake whereby my address label fell off and was inadvertently pasted onto another envelope by mistake. I point out here that such a conclusion is erroneous and that the fbi regularly engages in crimes which appear to have a simple explanation (see my reports on "gaslighting").

So, in spite of the fine and honest employees of USPI here in McAllen, Texas, the postal crimes by the fbi against me continue now for about 30 years and are erroneously attributed to simple error.

I request a full investigation of this crime.

Part Two

The documents delivered to me by USPI referenced above are not responsive and are in continued violation of FOIA. The only reference to GERAL SOSBEE in the 200 pages reflects a notation of Senator Cornyn's Office and this data:

I request that all of USPI Knipfing's data on me be turned over to me. He came into my home with his friend C. Rodriguez (Texas DPS) to threaten me and my wife on behalf of the fbi. He also is aware after 1 and 1/2 hours interview that many postal crimes were committed against me by the fbi and that the USPI refused to investigate. USPI Knipfing sent me a bunch of copies of envelopes which are trash and which do not contain any data on why he started investigating me.

Part Three

The above referenced data on Senator Cornyn reflects a more ominous probability for USPI Knipfing's harassment of me. Senator Cornyn refused to assist me in stopping fbi from torturing and trying to kill me. When Senator Cornyn began harassing me I documented his sorry response to my pleas for help.

Then, the office of Senator Cornyn turned my name over to the USPI as a suspect in the postal crime (powdery substance) for the sole purpose to harass me.

The fbi holds all parties in this charade in contempt because no one can investigate the thugs and assassins of fbi, except the fbi.

I request a congressional investigation into Senator Cornyn's dirty office and his own violation of public integrity. He should be removed from office.

As of this moment, the fbi continues and increases the sleep deprivation attacks on me via ELF and DEW (extremely low frequency soundwave and directed energy weaponry). I am forced by ELF to stay up all night every night and the next day I exit the bed at around 3 or 4 pm every day. These attacks have also cause heart disease in me.

Inspector Knipfing admitted to me during the discussion that someone committed a crime in Dallas, Texas, and planted my name at the scene of the crime. Inspector Knipfing also stated that an employee of the Texas Department of Public Safety is a suspect in the commission of the aforementioned crime and that a possible Public Integrity Investigation against that employee may ensue. 

During my discussion with Inspector Knipfing, Special Agent Rodriguez abruptly and pointedly attempted an apparent profiling effort against me by asking whether I ‘am angry at the FBI’ and whether I am online with my reports ‘for the benefit of humanity.’ Consistent with Agent Rodriguez’ adversarial tone, even the local police assist the FBI in fraudulent efforts to arrest me.

I have never been accused of any offense, criminal or civil (that I am aware of) in my life, other than rare routine traffic citations; my medical records show that I have no evidence of any form of communicable disease. I am an attorney in good standing (inactive status) with the Texas State Bar, license number 18855625, and no action has ever been taken against my license to practice law.
