New Age, NWO, Psy Ops & CIA Propaganda

NOTE: This commentary was written in 2003, in reference to the goings on at Rumor Mill News, a  website which promotes every bizarre form of New Age and occult philosophy imaginable. 

The Bible correctly describes such ideologies as the 'doctrines of devils'. The truth of this statement could not be clearer to me, but not just because it comes from the Bible.  Although I am a devout Christian, I am not a literalist, nor a legalist. For me, truth comes not from indoctrination (biblical, religious  or otherwise) but from one source only: the Holy Spirit. 

Still, it never ceases to amaze me how often what is revealed to me by the Holy Spirit is corroborated in scripture, and I do believe the Holy Spirit has spoken through the Prophets.

I am as tired of the proselityzing of hidebound (and brainwashed) Christian fundamentalists as I am of aggressive New Agers. As far as I am concerned, these two camps are equally misguided and obnoxious in trying to force their particular rigid belief systems down the throats of others.

But the way I see it, at least the Christians (the genuine ones anyway) have opened the door to spiritual truth, even if they have not yet walked through it. This has little to do with "religion" and everything to do with the grace of God, which blesses the individual with the gift of the Holy Spirit, which lives in the heart.

In light of all the controversy about the New Age, its connection to the New World Order and the corresponding thread of posts on Rumor Mill News, I feel it is important to clarify my position.

Contrary to some of the comments from readers and other agents, I do not promote any sort of "dogma", religious or otherwise. In fact, I embrace no form of political or religious orthodoxy, nor do I attempt to impose my beliefs on others.  

Speaking strictly for myself, I am simply interested in finding and disseminating the truth. When I write my pieces, I tell the truth, as I know it. I certainly do not expect anyone to accept my opinions as 'gospel truth'. I simply expect people to read everything with an open mind --and hope that they will also do so with a compassionate heart. And that's all I can reasonably expect, or hope for.

When it comes down to it, REAL truth is something you can only find for yourself.  I have always asked God to give me a love of the truth, and my prayers have been answered, by the grace of God. I have lots of favorite quotes from scripture, but my favorite of all is : And you shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free.

I am also concerned that some people seem to interpret  my vehement  disagreement with certain ideologies, and those who promote them, as a personal "attack" . Not so!  I am just stating my opinions, which differ greatly. Because I am blunt, and don't mince words, perhaps others see my writings as an attack, but that's not my problem. I don't give a damn what anyone thinks of me; mostly I find it amusing, as I always welcome some comic relief.

Some people continue to insist that the writings of  the New Age types make some of us "uncomfortable", because we don't want to "face the truth".  Again, not so.  We disagree, plain and simple. Why is that so hard to understand?

And we disagree with good reason.  X claims he is NOT a New Ager. He doesn't like being "labeled" as such. But I and others are hard pressed to come up with a description of the values he promotes, other than 'New Age'.

Make no mistake: The New Age Movement is a very well organized Psychological Operation, which goes back at least to the nineteenth century.  And who is running this operation now? The same folks who are working behind the scenes for a New World Order. Most of us call them the Illuminati.  At CIA we used to call them The Olympic Cartel, because they believe themselves to be gods, operating above the law, a law unto themselves. But God help anyone who disagrees with them!

This is not speculation on my part. I am dealing with facts, evidence and recorded history. And anyone who has done his research --serious research-- on the New Age Movement will tell you the same thing.

But I have a much more compelling reason for believing what I believe and knowing what I know. That is because I was trained and groomed by some of these very people to be a media propagandist for the New Age and New World Order.

On my radio and televisions shows, during the eighties and early nineties I interviewed just about every New Age guru and ideologue; channeler; space-brothers cult leader; UFO researcher; 'Human Potential Movement' ideologue or 'Hundredth Monkey' proponent you can think of.

I got so tired of hearing about the 'Paradigm Shift' I thought I would scream!  

And now whenever I hear these New Age buzzwords, I start walking --fast-- in the other direction.

Through the grace of God, I broke out of these operations before they could get a real return on their investment in me. Strangely enough, I never believed any of this New Age malarky, I was just a conduit by which the NWO folks could disseminate their propaganda.

So, when anyone promotes a New Age philosophy which is in any way, shape or form, Utopian or embraces utilitarianism; which sacrifices of the rights of the INDIVIDUAL for the so-called "greater good"; the abolition of private property; the knocking down of personal boundaries, in the "WE ARE ALL ONE" ideology; or any philosophy meant to invade MY personal boundaries; to take away MY private property; MY sovereignty; MY right to bear arms, to choose MY own religion --or no religion at all-- then that person will face a fierce adversary in me.

Speaking strictly for myself: I am a defender of Liberty and the U.S. Constitution. I am a defender of INDIVIDUAL rights.  I will fight to the death, if need be, to protect MY rights. Because NOBODY, but NOBODY is going to take those rights away from me.

Not George W. Bush; not his father; not Homeland Security; not the Illuminati; not the proponents of Democracy or the New Age, or the New World Order; the Spaceship Earth; the Man in the Moon; or the Ashtar Space Command.

And for those who don't like that.....tough!

Further, the "The Jewish and Israeli" verbal assaults are fraudulently conceived (and presented) and politicaly motivated, as my reports are not unlike the journals and diaries of victims of the Nazi death camps which the world still has fresh in mind. Specifically, I document cruel non-consensual human experimentation, torturous assaults, and attempts at murder on my person. Few seem interested in my reports; similarly over the last half century (or so) the world has come to learn that few people reached out to help those in the German death and torture camps spread across Europe; many ignored the atrocities; some even pretended that the torture programs and mass murder did not exist; a few even mocked or discredited those who attempted to bring the fascist murderers and torturers into public focus. Today, the very group that calls itself "The Jewish and Israeli" is a contradiction of its own history by engaging in Gestapo tactics against modern day experimentees and torture victims. 

As "The Jewish and Israeli Network" reveal in their low minded verbal assaults on this author, all are reminded that the Israelis (& The Jewish and Israeli Network) seek to dominate and rule the Middle East by violent and murderous methods; in this way Jewish law and standards are thereby forged into many parts of the world by over zealous and militant Israelis who often brag (in their documentaries) about their abilities to identify, track down, torture and murder their perceived enemies/adversaries globally. Also note that the intelligence services of the Israelis and the Americans now work together so closely that the interests of one are inevitably shared by the other; the net result is that the two nations (the uSA and '?Israel') are in lockstep toward achieving the common goal of world inhumane domination.

COINTELPRO Kingpin Ted Gunderson: More Lies Targeting Whistleblowers

Yesterday I found this new libelous assault on Barbara Hartwell and my friend ex-FBI agent Geral Sosbee on former FBI chief Ted Gunderson's website.

Ted Gunderson, through his mouthpiece and proxy, Clarence Malcolm, once again accuses Barbara Hartwell of running a "smear campaign" and spreading "disinformation" about him. 

I am also accused of being a "SPOOK-hireling" (whatever that is supposed to mean...I've also been accused by Ted of being a "CIA Agent.") So, either the two terms are meant to be synonymous...or Ted and his accomplices have once again contradicted themselves in their blatantly false allegations against Barbara Hartwell.

Gunderson's webmaster is Clarence Malcolm and it appears that this material has been written by him, as I can see from the style (Malcolm has written other libelous material about Barbara Hartwell, which I  have collected for my evidence files); and by certain spelling errors (example: he spells the word crony incorrectly, as "cronie".)

Clarence Malcom, who is Ted's latest sidekick (who bills himself as a "private investigator" in Ted's "firm") and calls himself the "Truth Ranger" (could he get any more hokey?) is in reality a common  criminal.

Specifically, he is a counterfeiter ($100 bills) and is now, according to my confidential  sources, on the lam, a fugitive from justice, just as are so many of Ted's other criminal  accomplices....people like predicate felon, psycho stalker and fed snitch Timothy Patrick White, and forger, blackmailer and identity thief Todd Brendan Fahey, just to name two of the worst of the lot.

I don't yet know what other crimes Clarence Malcolm has committed, but it's a sure bet that where there is one crime, there are others which have not yet come to light.

Clarence Malcolm is also a malicious liar who has been libeling Barbara Hartwell in print  and on radio ever since he took up with Ted Gunderson a few years ago.

And speaking of webmasters, Ted's last webmaster, Christopher Jones (who engineered Ted Gunderson dot com) is now in prison for raping little boys. That is the reason Ted's former website is no longer online.

How is it that Ted Gunderson always seems to have criminals (most notably child rapists and child porno freaks) as "associates"?

Is this a coincidence, or what?

Here is an excerpt from the libelous trash on Gunderson's website. My comments, refuting the lies, are in brackets, preceded by my initials, BHP.

[BHP: What "reliable source"? I can guarantee that there are no reliable sources connected to Ted Gunderson, or his cronies, minions and stooges. Nobody who is reliable, honest or trustworthy would have anything to do with this COINTELPRO Kingpin and his criminal network.

For the record: I, Barbara Hartwell, am not a "SPOOK", nor a "SPOOK- hireling". This is just another typical, but ludicrous ploy to paint me as a bad guy. If Ted wants to talk about "spooks" then he needs to look closer to home. In fact, looking in the mirror  would show him a bona fide Super Spook named Theodore Lee Gunderson.]

"Nevertheless, as Colonel Bo Gritz has correctly said: "You know you are over the target when the flak is heaviest."  Ted has been hit hard! Because of his FBI credentials and public-percieved-credibility, he has for years been viciously attacked by the individuals listed below and their "copy cat" writers who simply parrot the same lies over and over, again and again, across the internet with outrageous exaggerations and false and fraudulent tales...which are deliberately mixed with true facts as the most effective strategy to fool the readers into believing the authors have first hand knowledge or reliable information--- which, of course, they do not.  

Ted Gunderson warns how it is the modus operandi  for spooks and/or their hirelings to orchestrate smear campaigns against credible and effective truth-sayers with intent to compel them to spend time defending themselves against the false accusations and thereby detract them from their more important mission to expose the crime and corruption of rogue government officials and spook-operatives. Ted is a target!"

 
[BHP: Why drag Bo Gritz into this? Why use a generic statement and try to apply it to a situation (and persons) which are unrelated?

As for the individuals accused of "vicious attacks against Ted Gunderson", only two of the names are of any concern to me: Barbara Hartwell and Geral Sosbee. And neither of us has publicly stated anything but the truth and the facts in exposing Ted Gunderson.

Furthermore, there are no smears, no lies, and no frivolous accusations, but only what, on information and belief (and substantiated by solid evidence) we know to be accurate, factual and true.

Ted Gunderson and his criminal accomplices, typically accuse their targets of the very offenses (criminal and otherwise) of which they themselves are guilty as sin. Very typical, especially in the tactics of COINTELPRO.

As for the real targets, if interested in the truth, look at the individuals Ted and his accomplices are accusing.]

NAMES ON TED GUNDERSON'S HIT LIST

As stated, only two names on the hit list are of concern to me: Barbara Hartwell and Geral Sosbee.

As she admits in this video [link removed] Ted Gunderson was a "friend" who helped her---not for money---but she later turned against Ted.  She is a FAKE "CIA-mind control" victim while Brice Taylor is the real thing.  Watch the above video and you will see she is very intelligent...but a liar and a fraud.  Ted trusted her, believed her "story" and tried to help her...only to ultimately be betrayed by her."

[BHP: Here is the same tiresome old story promoted by Ted  Gunderson: that he was "betrayed" by Barbara Hartwell. Nothing could be further from the truth. Yes, he was my friend, or so I believed at the time that video was made. (A video, by the way, which is a bootleg copy, pirated by Gunderson & Co., including Susan Ford, Jon Gentry, Doug Millar --a copyright violation for which Barbara Hartwell never signed a release.) 

That video is now being exploited to libel Barbara Hartwell, who is accused of being a "CIA plant" and "phony mind control survivor".

And my beliefs about Ted changed drastically when I uncovered some very damning information (and evidence) about Ted and his cronies. I broke off the personal friendship and professional association as a result of this.

As for "Brice Taylor" (real name Susan Ford) there is nothing "real" about her, at least as regards the propaganda she disseminates about "Monarch", which was never a CIA operation and was never part of MK Ultra. Taylor is simply a minion in a containment operation, and part of Gunderson's protection racket. And she's been raking in the bucks ever since.

Moreover, there are no commonalities between Ford's background and mine; there are only the outrageous lies being spread by COINTELPRO Kingpin Gunderson and his minions.

And FYI, Ted, one of your cronies, the con man and patriot infiltrator  Doug Millar, disagrees with you re "Brice Taylor" . Millar claims that she is "still under mind control".

So, which is it? I think it would behoove you and your associates to compare notes and at least agree on an official party line before making your lies public.

Lastly, I  am no liar, nor a fraud. That would be you, Ted. How many lies have you told over the past half century? Have you lost count? It sure seems that way, as you have also contradicted yourself about the various lies. 

Better get your stories straight. People are paying attention, and what's more, your targets have collected irrefutable evidence of your many deceptions.]

I happen to know that Ted Gunderson did indeed marry Diana Rively in 1998. Here, just a few facts:

1) I was told about the marriage by Ted Gunderson himself, via a telephone call shortly after the wedding.

2) I spoke for hours on the phone with Ted's former wife, Diana Rively, who is in fact the widow of Anton LaVey (misspelled by Clarence Malcolm), founder of the Church of Satan. Diana confirmed the marriage to me, as did Ted.

3) I have a handwritten note from Ted Gunderson in my evidence files, which I have not yet posted (for my own reasons) but which will be posted as evidence as soon as I deem the time is right.

The note (which came by post) stated (among other things) that "the marriage did not work out."

4) I later received a phone call from Ted, from a casino in Las Vegas, and he explained to me that the marriage had been annulled.

Why Ted continues to lie about this marriage, I can't understand.

But then, that is what liars do. They lie... and lie...and lie.... 

And from my observations and experiences, Ted Gunderson is a World Class liar.

Google Gives U.S. Government Access to Gmail

NOTE: Here,  just one more piece of documentation which is damning to Google. Google is a shadow government operation whose agenda is spying, sabotage, censorship and control of the flow of information.

It seems there is no escaping Google. It is just another tentacle of the Octopus.

Boycott Gmail and choose a service provider which is NOT Yahoo or AOL, all of which will invade your privacy and censor your communications at the whim of government-sponsored liars and tyrants.

Barbara Hartwell: CIA Mind Control Survivor

NOTE: This article was written by Rayelan Allan, editor of Rumor Mill News, in 2000. It  was posted on my old website (Barbara Hartwell dot com). I post it here, for the first time, as evidence of the beliefs and opinions held by Rayelan, my former friend and colleague, in the time period before her betrayal of Barbara Hartwell.

During that time, Rayelan supported me, and apparently, believed in me and in the truth of my reports, as stated in her piece given here. She had invited me, for years before I finally agreed (in hindsight, a mistake on my part), to be a "news agent" on her site.

Rayelan betrayed me after I resigned from Rumor Mill News (November 2003) by accusing me of being CIA, and running an 'op' to destroy Rumor Mill News. I was also accused of being in collusion with a scum criminal, namely one Brenda Negri, who is nothing but an amateur, G-Man wannabe and intelligence groupie who had targeted Barbara Hartwell for criminal harassment and libel.

In fact, Negri was posing as a male FBI agent, 'Ranger Rick', which name she used to post her idiotic comic book style writings on Rumor Mill News. After she was exposed as a fraud and liar by Barbara Hartwell, she lost her posting priveleges on RMN.

Negri answers to ex-FBI chief Ted Gunderson, COINTELPRO Kingpin, and her accomplices are her fellow Gunderson groupies and criminals, Todd Brendan Fahey, Timothy Patrick White, Ken Adachi, Larry Lawson et al.

From what I understand, Rayelan did not come to the conclusion that Barbara Hartwell is CIA, and working with Brenda Negri (in truth, my enemy) on her own. Certain individuals who were at the time Rumor Mill "news agents", namely Brian Fischer and Fintan Dunne (neither are Americans) devised a scheme to defame Barbara Hartwell, accusing me of being CIA, AND of working with my adversary, Brenda Negri.

Whether these two individuals acted independently of one another I do not know. What their motives were, I can only surmise. But at the very least, I do know that Fintan Dunne seized upon a falsehood first promoted by Brian Fischer --that Barbara Hartwell and Brenda Negri were only pretending to be on opposite sides, and that Negri's attacks on Barbara Hartwell were staged to create the impression of enmity, while Hartwell and Negri were in collusion for the same agenda.

Liar extraordinaire, Fintan Dunne, then fabricated a libelous story, complete with details (but no evidence, naturally) claiming that there was a 'psy op' against Rumor Mill News, perpetrated by Hartwell and Negri. The smear piece was titled; The Real Story of Barbara Hartwell and Brenda Negri.  As for the story, there was absolutely nothing "real" about it, and it contained not one piece of factual information.  

But it did the damage it was intended to do. The damage to Barbara Hartwell, that is. Nobody cared about the inconsequential amateur and psychopath, Brenda Negri. She was just a pawn to be used as a means to an end: the attempt to destroy the only real target in the whole cast of players, Barbara Hartwell.

As for Rumor Mill News being the target of a psy op? In truth, nobody working for the wrong side in all of this (NWO, totalitarians, tyrants et al) would want to destroy their own cash cow --at least in the sense that it is a perfect vehicle to distribute government-sponsored disinformation. This includes all the New Age propaganda, the anti-Christian occultism and black magic, and most obviously, the promotion and support of fascists like George W. Bush and Arnold Schwarzenegger.

As for true patriotism, those who would defend Liberty and the U.S. Constitution? Those who would speak the unvarnished truth about corrupt government and criminal officials and their stooges and minions? Those who love God and would witness for Jesus Christ?

No place for any of that on Rumor Mill News.

It's all very sad, really. I never had anything against Rumor Mill News, nor would I have any reason to run a 'psy op' against them. It was simply a place where I did not belong, and knowing that, I finally left, on my own terms. And exposing the New Age/NWO agenda? At Rumor Mill News, or elsewhere, it's my duty as a patriot and a Christian, and if someone takes offense, that's not my problem, as I am an "equal opportunity offender."

As for Rayelan, again, sadly, she became just another supplicant in Ted Gunderson's COINTELPRO protection racket. Out of cowardice, she caved in to the extortion and betrayed a friend, thinking it would make her "safe". But there is no safety in a protection racket --you see, they're all run by the devil and the devil is a liar.

Lastly, I do not necessarily agree with everything Rayelan states here, nor do I consider Rayelan's late husband, Gunther Russbacher, a particularly credible source.

I have spent hours on the phone with Barbara Hartwell. From my own personal experience I can tell you that her story rings true.

I have steered clear of most of the mind control victims who have "gone public" and written books about their experience. Gunther told me that the "famous ones" were created as "cover stories", designed to sidetrack researchers and the public, rather than expose mind control. This was done in a sensational way in order to discredit ALL serious research into mind control.

Needless to say, the type of mind control the CIA and NSA created is NOT about making sex slaves for high ranking NWO government and corporate leaders.

The type of mind control that the CIA and NSA have developed is about creating Manchurian Candidates who will do the dirty work and then kill themselves. They use these Manchurian Candidates to assassinate their enemies in many clever ways. An M.C. (Mind Control/Manchurian Candidate) can be the pilot of a plane who hears a trigger word over the radio and crashes the plane into a mountain. The M.C. can be a passenger on a plane who forces his way into the cockpit, grabs the controls and crashes the plane.

These types of Manchurian Candidates are used for assassinations.

But there are OTHER types of Manchurian Candidates. These are the ones like the school shooters and the fellow in Australia who single handedly caused Australia to grab all the guns. Manchurian Candidates of this ilk are created to be used to change society. I have explained in depth how this works in an introduction I wrote to Gunther Russbacher's article called Operation Open Eyes.

In the introduction I explain how mind controlled assassins are being used in a modified Hegelian Dialectic to change society. In the body of the article, Gunther explains how Manchurian Candidates are created. The article is on the front page of Rumor Mill News on the right side.

In the article "Operation Open Eyes", Gunther also explains how the government uses mind control to create leaders who have had an "overlay" put on their personalities. This overlay will turn the person into a willing "slave" of the people who created them... and the poor "slave" will have NO idea that he or she has been "altered" in anyway. Bill Clinton is the most famous "over lay".

Gunther told me that "overlays" are found in ALL movements, corporations and governments. These are the people who naturally rise to the surface and then control whatever it is they were sent to control and pervert.

Mind control is probably used for hundreds of other purposes, but the point I am making by talking about Manchurian Candidates and Overlays, is that the CIA and NSA have a lot more important things on their agenda than creating sex slaves for satanic rituals and satisfying old men's perversions.

Gunther told me that if Congress ever got the "balls" to conduct a hearing into mind control, that the Monarch women would be "trotted" out to discredit the entire hearing and make researchers and actual victims of mind control look like fools.

When I talked with Barbara, she told me stories about things she had done that rang true with stories Gunther had told me and things I experienced myself. Barbara is one of the real ones.

I, Barbara Hartwell, have been targeted by the Google Gestapo. There are many incidents, specifically over the past six years, in which I have been assaulted by false information disseminated by Google; my name demonized by Google  listings which prioritize the outrageous lies promoted by my criminal adversaries (who are agents of the U.S. government and their minions); my writings have been censored by "the Blogger Team" employed by Google.

But before I get into the details of the aforementioned offenses, here's the latest. I don't have a 'hit counter' on my site. My reason being, I am not concerned with the number of 'hits' to my site. But, as a feature of the 'blogspot' which hosts my site, hits to the profile are (supposedly) automatically  counted.

At first, when I put this particular site online (2006) the hit counter for the profile was counting by individual hits. I knew this because each time I checked the profile section, I would see a new hit counted there.

Then, the hit count (for no apparent reason) froze at 10,000. It stayed at that number for months, with no change. I subsequently learned that Google had changed their policy and decided to count "approximate" hits, rather than actual numbers of hits.

Over time, the hits got up to 14,000. This was a few months ago. Then, one day about a month ago, I saw that the hits had gone up to 15,000. But, lo and behold!  The very next day, the hit count suddenly (and mysteriously) was back down to 14,000.

Then, the hits started being recorded (once again, for no apparent reason) individually. Last count, yesterday, was 14,040.

But today, when I checked the profile section, what I saw was a big fat ZERO!

Zero hits on the profile, since 2006, according to the Google Gestapo.

As I've said, I have no way of knowing how many visitors have come to my site. 

As for the profile hits, they would indicate only a small fraction of the total hits.

But in addition to the bogus number crunching, courtesy of Google, I have been assaulted for years by the listings given top priority by Google. That is, libelous reports written and posted by my enemies, filled with outrageous lies about Barbara Hartwell, which somehow always ended up at the top of the Google listings. And these liars, to this very day, are given top billing by Google, when my name is entered into a search engine.

Just a few of the of the malicious liars being promoted by Google at my expense: Ken Adachi; Todd Brendan Fahey; Pamela Schuffert; Timothy White.

In fact, Ken Adachi, a government stooge and liar extraordinaire, once claimed, in one of his libelous attacks on Barbara Hartwell, that he had "calculated" that my website had "only three (3) readers a week". Adachi is a moron, that is a given for anyone who has read his trash. But three readers a week?  In your twisted dreams, Adachi....

Then, there is the censorship by Google. Google (via the "Blogger Team")  actually deleted one of my reports, after receiving a complaint by one "Xena Carpenter", who falsely claimed I had "lifted" material from her website, without crediting the source. In fact, I certainly did "credit" the source. My purpose was to show the stupidity of "Xena Carpenter", who had been promoting outrageous lies about Barbara Hartwell and others, since 2008; as well as soliciting crimes of stalking and criminal harassment by monstrous invasions of privacy, such as publishing my PRIVATE UNLISTED street address in conjunction with calling me a "whore" and "lying bitch".

This malicious liar, "Xena Carpenter" (who also promotes and supports scum criminals such as Todd Fahey and Tim White), and whose name is used as a pseudonym by Todd Fahey (who hides behind it to promote his libel against Barbara Hartwell), was then promoted by yet another malicious liar, government stooge and Obama supporter, one James F. Marino, who also promotes other liars and stooges, including Ken Adachi, a PR shill for COINTELPRO operative Ted Gunderson. In fact, Marino promotes anyone who fabricates malicious lies about Barbara Hartwell.

But there's more: Two other whistleblowers, both former FBI agents, have also  been targeted by Google: Geral Sosbee and Bob Levin. Their reports exposing Google are posted on this site.

My name is Lenny Foster (Dine’) and I am the Program Supervisor for the Navajo Nation Corrections Project in Window Rock, Arizona and I have been a volunteer traditional Spiritual Advisor for American Indian adults and juveniles in the respective state and federal prisons for the past thirty years. The Navajo Nation Corrections Project is a counseling and advocacy program for Navajo and other Native American inmates incarcerated in state and federal prisons. I also work with families of incarcerated American Indian prisoners and our major activities include spiritual services such as the Sweat Lodge Ceremonies, Pipe Ceremonies, Talking Circles, Spiritual Gatherings, ecclesiastical visits to Death Row and probation and parole advocacy.

I have been a Board Member for the International Indian Treaty Council since spring 1992. The International Indian Treaty Council is an organization of Indigenous Peoples from North, Central and South Americas, the Caribbean, and the Pacific Islands working for the Sovereignty and Self Determination of Indigenous Peoples and recognition and protection of Indigenous Rights, Treaties, Traditional Culture and Sacred Lands.

My submission of this paper will serve to illustrate my support and respect for Leonard Peltier #89637-132, Ojibwa-Lakota from Turtle Mountain, North Dakota who is presently detained at the United States Penitentiary in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania. He has been incarcerated for the last thirty four years. His case illustrates the discrimination and racist attitudes and human rights violations within the United States criminal justice system. His recent denial of his petition to be released on parole shows the biased and skewed decisions based on lack of compliance for the due process of his release on parole by the U.S. Parole Commission. He satisfactorily met the criteria for release on parole after thirty years of incarceration and assured by the Parole Act of 2005.

I have known Leonard Peltier since November of 1970 when we first met in Denver, Colorado when he was 26 years old and I was 22 years old. We were young and idealistic about making changes throughout Indian Country. I participated in the American Indian Movement with him and we both participated in the ancient ceremonial practices of the Lakota Sun Dance; Sweat Lodge Ceremonies and Pipe Ceremonies. He was a role model and mentor to the younger Indians and he was older brother to many of the younger men and women in the movement.

Leonard along with others was implicated in a shootout with the Federal Bureau of Investigation on June 26, 1975 in Oglala, South Dakota. These turn of events began an illegal and unjust incarceration against Leonard Peltier by the U.S. Government. He fled to Canada and was arrested in Canada on February 6, 1976 and he was extradited from Canada in December based on an affidavit signed by a Myrtle Poor Bear, Native American woman who was known to have serious mental health problems and a woman Leonard did not know.

Ms. Poor Bear claimed to have been Leonard Peltier’s girlfriend was not true or factual and yet she claimed to have been present at the time of the shooting and was witnessed to the shootings. She later confessed she had given false statements after being pressured, threaten and terrorized by the FBI agents.

Ms. Poor Bear wanted to testify about her treatment by the FBI agents and provide a full detailed report of threats by the FBI agents; however, the Federal Judge barred her testimony on the grounds of mental incompetence. She provided false testimony to convict Mr. Peltier and that fact is now considered moot. This conviction on disputed evidence led to a decision that convicted Leonard Peltier to two consecutive life terms in federal prison. This conviction was based on fabricated evidence and it ruined the confidence for a free and unbiased trial.

Leonard has been in the United State Penitentiary in Marion, Illinois; Leavenworth, Kansas; and Lewisburg, Pennsylvania and he has been an exemplary and model inmate with no incident reports. He has been a regular participant in the weekly Sweat Lodge ceremonies and Pipe Ceremonies which is a very positive spiritual experience for all those young Native prisoners who partake in the ancient cleansing and purification ceremony. I have been visiting him as his Spiritual Advisor since March 1985 at the United States Penitentiary in Leavenworth, Kansas and I have been witness to his changes in his demeanor, spirituality and is a serene and a kind and very respectful person. He has become a very respected and revered elder. He is now sixty-six years old.

It is my opinion that Leonard Peltier is not a threat to the community nor would his release jeopardize the community much less “depreciate the seriousness of the law” or “promote disrespect for the law”. I have prayed and conducted the sweat lodge ceremony with him and he is a very genuine and exudes humanity. He has expressed remorse about the incident and prays for all who were there on that day on June 26, 1975 and I believed he has made amends and has made his prayers of forgiveness to the Creator. He has helped many and encouraged Indian prisoners to rehabilitate themselves by advocating a drug and alcohol free lifestyle while encouraging pride and learning about their culture and traditions. He is a father, grandfather, and a great grandfather. He is considered a wise elder among the younger Indian prisoners and I can attest to that fact because I have been visiting him for twenty five years and I have observed his maturity flourished. He has been experiencing severe health problems including high blood pressure, diabetes, losing his eyesight due to diabetes and a jaw that needs immediate medical attention and I hope and pray this serious condition warrants immediate release from prison to serve out his remaining days with his great grandchildren and grandchildren on his home reservation in North Dakota.

While in prison, Leonard has advocated for peace and respect for the rights of others; he has numerous project he has initiated and spearheaded a pilot program with Dr. Steward Selkin on the Rosebud Sioux Indian Reservation on health care deliver including health care delivery and hopefully implement similar programs on Indian Reservations throughout the United States; also he has worked with Professor Jeffery Timmons on a program to stimulate reservation based economics and investments in Native American business enterprises including component to teach business ownership and operation to the Native youth. Also, he helped established a scholarship at New York University for Native American students seeking a law degree. He has raised two of his grandchildren from prison and he has sponsored young children through various boards and programs. He has sponsored and organized emergency food drives and Toys for Tots on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in South Dakota.

He has become a very accomplished and self taught painter and has donated many of his paintings to worthy causes, human rights and social welfare organizations and has worked to develop prisoner art programs whereby increasing prisoner’s self-confidence. Many of his paintings are in demand from many Art Galleries and from art collectors throughout the world. Some of the recipients have been American Civil Liberties Union, Trail of Hope, World Peace and Prayer Day, the First Nation Student Association; and the Buffalo Trust Fund along with many others including human rights activists and movie actors. His humanitarian and charitable works reaches far into the community and programs. Leonard has been widely recognized for his humanitarian works and has won several human rights award including the North Star Frederick Douglas Award; Federation of Labour in Ontario, Canada; Humanist of the Year Award; Human Rights Commission of Spain International Human Rights Prize and the 2004 Silver Arrow Award for Lifetime Achievement. In 2009 Leonard Peltier was nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize for the sixth consecutive year. He maintains his dignity and pride in spite of being incarcerated for thirty-four years.

I recommend the United Nations Permanent Forum on Indigenous Peoples seek compliance through the Declaration of Human Rights of Indigenous Peoples and demand a congressional investigation into the human rights violations of Leonard Peltier. Invitations will be made to the United Nations Special Rapporteur on the Situation of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms of Indigenous Peoples to visit Leonard Peltier at the United State Penitentiary in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania. I request his petition for Executive Clemency is approved by the United States Justice Department and President Barack Obama. Thank you.

A whistleblower is a person ruled by principles. A whistleblower sees a wrong and feels compelled to make it right. A whistleblower is driven by a passion for justice.

Whistleblowers may emerge from the bowels of any corrupt organization, corporation or institution; but perhaps the most dangerous places are government agencies.

Government whistleblowers, by their very nature, are considered "enemies of the state". In a world where governments were honorable, where Liberty and Justice for All was not simply a glib slogan, whistleblowers would be welcomed and appreciated for their service to humankind.

But in the real world of pervasive and institutionalized government corruption, government whistleblowers are targeted for neutralization. At the very least, they are  vilified, demonized and ostracized, libeled and slandered until their good names are destroyed. 

Plots are hatched against them by the evildoers whose crimes have been exposed. They are persecuted, stalked and harassed. They are set up on false charges and wrongfully and unlawfully imprisoned.  And some are murdered, the final solution which will silence them.

This is an issue I think about every day, as I have for many years. I think not only about my own case, but about the others who are suffering the conseqences of persecution. For speaking the truth and exposing corruption; for defending Liberty; for being champions of the oppressed and protectors of the innocent.

Over the years, I've published numerous reports about the plight of whistleblowers. But mostly, I think about them, I pray for them (probably not as often as I should) and I try to do what I can to support them.

Normally I attend Mass twice a week, but in the tradition of Holy Week, there are daily services at my church.  Yesterday evening I attended a special service which included a long period of silent prayer in the darkened sanctuary. And aside from praying for my family, friends and members of my church, I meditated on the plight of the whistleblowers.

And I found myself thanking God for His blessings and grace, that despite how bad it's been for me, I've survived it this far; and although I am destitute and disabled, the evildoers have not managed to silence me. 

There are those who have not been as fortunate. This includes Richard Taus, still wrongfully imprisoned for a crime he did not commit. I've looked into the case over a period of years, though not thoroughly; and I do not personally know Richard Taus.

But from what I do know, and from what has been revealed to me by the Holy Spirit, I believe in Richard Taus and would like to support him, even if the only thing I can do is publish some information about his case.

I have also included an excerpt from that article, which I find to be a heart-rending description which speaks to my own feelings about the grave injustices which have been perpetrated against us all.

Lastly, I have included the testimony of Richard Taus himself, an affidavit given to Ted Gunderson. I won't say much about that, because I do not believe the testimony of Richard Taus to be tainted simply by virtue of the fact that it was submitted to Gunderson.

However, I do hope that Mr. Taus has, since that time,  reevaluated any confidence he may have placed in Ted Gunderson; and that he has found some true supporters with honorable intent.

The involvement of officials, agents and operatives of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) with organized crime members and drug-trafficking activities. And the participation by members of the CIA who engaged in the looting of the Savings & Loan (Thrift) Industries, financial scams and fraudulent securities transactions.

The involvement of people from the National Security Agency Staff and Council and the White House in criminal activities associated with funding the acquisition of military supplies and equipment, arms and ammunition which were referred to as the Iran-Contra Arms Initiative, known as Irangate, and the Iraqi Scandal, known as Iraqgate.

The associations between known and suspected members of the Mafia and CIA agents in conducting drug-trafficking activities and financial frauds.

I was ordered by my supervisors in the FBI to halt these investigations, destroy my written reports, terminate my informants and make no reference to these criminal and subversive activities implicating high-ranking government officials, politicians, Mafia and business leaders who controlled and manipulated government agencies and operations.

Without any support from my superiors at the FBI New York Field office, I then sent a letter describing what I had discovered in my official status as an FBI Special Agent to the FBI Director, William Sessions, and this was ignored. I proceeded to write Congressional officials, among them Senators Arlan Spector, Alfonse D'Amato, John Kerry and Congressmen Norman Lent, Charles Schumer, and many others who were on both the Senate and House Intelligence Oversight Committees. None of the above officials or representatives provided any support or assistance in exposing the CIA-White House corruption and the obstruction of justice tactics by my FBI superiors.

My sole purpose in preparing this affidavit, to be used by the former FBI Special Agent-In-Charge of the Los Angeles Field office, SAC Ted Gunderson, is to bring to justice the criminal and subversive activities that I and other government agents and operatives have discovered during our official and government related duties.
