The Moral Bankruptcy of Karen Melton Stewart: Outrageous Lies, Diabolical Calumny, Extreme Provocation

I should begin this report by stating that Karen Stewart does not know me. To my knowledge, she may have had no more than one mutual acquaintance, that being Ramola D, her former colleague, at the time she decided, for reasons unknown to me, to target me for a no-holds barred, outrageously vicious campaign of defamation. This has continued now for nearly a year, with no end in sight, and she has become increasingly aggressive, evidently obsessed in her efforts to destroy my good name. One might ask, why?

But the purpose of this report is not to speculate as to why, what Stewart's reasons may have been for these injurious actions against me. I couldn't give a tinker's damn about her motives. I only find it necessary to document, for the public record, her utterly wrongful and despicable actions against a person who has never once done anything wrongful to her; she was the sole instigator/offender and I have only ever defended myself and documented the facts, using her own published words as evidence.

Her disputes with others (including former colleagues, such as Ramola D), in fact have nothing to do with me. I have never been involved, contrary to such false and libelous claims, yet my name has been repeatedly dragged in as some sort of co-conspirator, not only by Stewart, but also by her accomplices, an entourage of sycophants, shills and toadies.

I have previously published several reports addressing this issue, beginning in late 2019, when Stewart first openly began her libel campaign against Barbara Hartwell. To avoid having to take the time to rewrite what is already documented in earlier reports, I have taken excerpts from them, editing the content and adding to it to clarify and update the information. I have also given links to the original reports at the bottom of this report.

I have no illusions that this will stop Karen Stewart from her abusive and clearly obsessive targeting of me, including her provocations. I don't “respond” to provocations, nor do I engage the offender in arguments. I collect the evidence (including using her own words), refute the defamatory falsehoods, and expose the perpetrator, acting in my own defense, as a warning to others, and in service to the truth.

I find it necessary to state, for the record, that I am not involved in any way with the so-called “Targeted Individual Community”, as it has been called by many who have joined various groups and/or are reporting publicly on related issues. Nor do I refer to myself as a “targeted individual.”

 

For the record, I have been a political Target of retaliatory persecution, as a government whistleblower, for many years. I am an independent investigator and journalist. I do not join such groups, nor does anyone claiming to be a “leader” of these groups speak for me, nor has my permission to speak publicly about me. I speak strictly for myself, as I am doing now.

I'm aware that I cannot stop such characters from promoting false information in connection with my name, nor from promoting defamatory falsehoods. I can only expose them and refute their falsehoods for the public record. Mostly, I ignore them. They are legion, most hiding behind silly screen names or pseudonyms.

Also important to note is that I have been accused, by Karen Stewart, of acting in collusion with named and unnamed individuals in some sort of conspiracy against her. Nothing could be further from the truth. As I have stated repeatedly, I do not know any of the individuals (with the exception of Ramola) she names as “perps and nutcases”, nor those who remain unnamed. Yet she has repeatedly lumped my name in with various individuals, referring to them as “TIs”, and presenting a false narrative that I am part of the so-called “TI community”, which I most certainly am not, never have been, never will be.

In brief summary, some of the false accusations made by Karen Stewart against Barbara Hartwell were:

That I had sent an e-mail to Ramola and (unnamed) others, which contained an entry from Karen Stewart on Twitter, for the purpose of letting her know she was being “watched”.

Now, I find it important to address another issue, that being Karen Stewart's foolish boast of being “incorruptible”, thereby placing herself above all suspicion of ever committing any wrongful act.

Karen Stewart, in her “Reply to Ramola” (December 2019) wrote:

"And she may want to look up my proven Meyers Briggs tested rare personality type, INTJ for some insight. Supremely logical, incorruptible. And remind herself that I have several professionally administered and evaluated psychological evaluations through my ex-employer, the National Security Agency (NSA) which I handily passed and am vouched for in addition by two independent senior psychologists."

As it happens, I am trained as a Jungian analyst (among other disciplines). C.G. Jung's typology is that on which the Myers Briggs personality tests are loosely based. In my position as a personnel counselor, I also administered this test to employees of a corporation (CIA front), as well as the MMPI.

So I know what I am talking about when I say that these tests are far from definitive or conclusive. Typological analysis determined by written tests can be misleading, except as used for general, statistical purposes, and no given “personality type” (“rare” or otherwise) can possibly guarantee (certainly not “prove”) any person as being “incorruptible”.

 

And why would she expect that some unknown psychologists, employees of NSA, be anyone's yardstick to determine who is, and is not “incorruptible”?

And ask yourself, why would a so-called “incorruptible” person (as she claims to be) be engaging in such obviously corrupt behavior as hiding her identity behind a pseudonym (Karen Stewart aka “Robert Sau”) in a fake Twitter account, for the express purpose of invading someone's privacy; making false police reports on an individual who has committed no crime; using obscene epithets (“Ramola's Sphincter”) to denigrate others; falsely labeling people as “CIA asset”, “trash”, etc. etc. and depicting them as ghastly images of demons, in a clear intent of inflicting extreme emotional distress?

Why, indeed? 

Where is the “supreme logic” in this behavior? Nowhere to be found. Rather, there is only supremely irrational malice and outright, obsessive hatred.

Then, there is the far more significant fact (at least to me) that Karen Stewart promotes herself as a Christian. Such unscrupulous behavior is anything BUT Christian, which I believe any sincere, genuine Christian, using spiritual and intellectual discernment, would know.

Based on my observations and analysis (as a former government profiler), Karen Stewart appears to be a pathological liar with an agenda, lacking the integrity and moral courage to openly address issues, and who instead employs deception and slander, falsely accusing others of that which is most likely true of herself.

I can only describe such behavior, under any standards of analysis, as moral bankruptcy.

The twits on Twitter are running amok! It seems they have no better use for their time than spreading malicious gossip, including about people they don't know. For in truth, lacking any facts, much less the slightest scintilla of evidence to support their wild and lurid claims, gossip is all they can come up with.

 

And since the name of Barbara Hartwell has been dragged through the mud in their latest gossip fest, I find it necessary (though tiresome) to expose their foolish little game and refute their asinine smears. With FACTS, that is.

Following, just a small sample of statements which comprise defamatory falsehoods, spread like wildfire among the mob of twits on Twitter, the primary Targets being Ramola D and Barbara Hartwell.

It is important to mention that I do not use social media, and that my policy is never to engage these characters directly, but rather to gather evidence of their slander and/or false information (using their own words), knock down their baseless lies, expose them for what they are, and set the public record straight.

I am not, and never have been, involved with any groups of people who call themselves “targeted individuals”, nor do I have commonalities with them.

I will begin with statements by one Karen Stewart (KS), who has taken it upon herself, with a vengeance, to attempt to discredit Ramola D, her former colleague, and Barbara Hartwell, a person she does not know. It has become clear that Stewart has designated herself as the ringleader of the mob of twits on Twitter.

Previously, KS has accused me in numerous Twitter and Facebook posts, of being CIA, evidently parroted from numerous of my enemies who have been promoting this falsehood for more than two decades. The same has been claimed by a number of Stewart's allies/accomplices in their smear campaigns against Barbara Hartwell, among them Katherine Horton and Penny Shepard, two very aggressive loudmouth frauds and liars, neither of whom know me, nor have any facts in their feeble arsenal, only defamatory fabrications, which they have spewed repeatedly and relentlessly.

The latest absurd twist, conjured up by the twits, is their conspiracy theory that Ramola D is a “CIA asset”, a “puppet”, totally under the control of CIA agent Barbara Hartwell.

Here, some quotes from Karen Stewart.

 

Referring to Ramola D:

I have seen no evidence whatsoever for any of these vile accusations against Ramola. What I have observed is that Ramola is defending herself against this mob of twits, these belligerent ignoramuses, all seeking public attention, no matter at whose expense. What I have seen is that Ramola is very capable of defending her own position, and exposing the falsehoods promoted by the mob of twits, with FACTS, that is.

Now, here comes more rabid name-calling by Karen Stewart. “Slander Queen and Psycho Hartwell”.

So it's way past time I expose some FACTS, regarding this so-called “warning”.

One such “warning”, I happen to know, was issued by one Janet Phelan, left-wing agitator,”Progressive” (read Marxist) propagandist, advocate of the United Nations, anti-capitalist, anti-Christian, gossip and busybody extraordinaire, who has publicly made it known she is a friend and supporter of Karen Stewart.

I broke off my association with Phelan in 2012, for cause, as a result of her unscrupulous attempts at manipulation/meddling, her invasions of my privacy and stunning betrayals, such as discussing me with my known enemies, behind my back. This has all been documented in detail, in my own defense. (Find reports on this site.)

If there is one thing I've learned, over many years, it is that you can never, ever trust a hardcore leftist!

What is particularly significant is that Phelan operates not out in the open, even regarding very PUBLIC issues, but dishonestly and surreptitiously, through whisper campaigns and gossip. She has filled the ears of certain mutual acquaintances with poison, and also has spread her poison through social media (Facebook) where she thought I would not see it. When the gossip and slander was revealed to me by friends who had access to her Facebook posts, I exposed it out in the open and set the record straight, as I always do.

Janet Phelan also has a habit of harassing people by e-mail, demanding that they stop supporting Barbara Hartwell, accompanied by veiled threats of “trouble”, should they not comply. I have received these e-mails from Phelan's Targets, but out of respect for the privacy of the recipients, have not made them public unless I had express permission.

Some of Janet Phelan's PUBLIC false claims against me (on Facebook) have been:

That I am running a “libel site”.

That I am a “character assassin”.

That I am promoting “depraved lies”.

None of these statements are true, and as usual, she has never once stated what these supposed “depraved lies” were. I, on the other hand, reveal the specifics of actual lies (in their own words) promoted against me (as I am doing here) and can easily refute them with facts. So much for Karen Stewart's parroting of “sources” that I am a “Slander Queen”.

Why she calls me a “Psycho”, I have no idea, except that perhaps she just threw that in for good measure, hoping it would fly. It won't.

Next item: A character named Nina Gonzales, whom I had never heard of, until I saw her comments on Twitter, trashing Ramola's name, with no evidence.

Nina Gonzales, referring to Ramola:

"She has got #Trolls out there & it seems like she is trying to gather #Dirt on people in an attempt to get people into legal trouble. In other words she is dangerous to #TIs & Probably to the whole #TICommunity. Mark my words."

Yes, I have “marked her words” and they are memorialized right here. Has Ms. Gonzalez ever seen the words of Karen Stewart, who threatened Ramola publicly that this was a “police matter”, and later actually contacted the Boston police in reference to Ramola, and boasted of this on the same fake Twitter account, posing as “Robert Sau”, and where she egregiously invaded Ramola's privacy, by posting her street address, accompanied by a photo of her house?

The same Twitter page where Ramola and Barbara Hartwell were depicted by lurid images of demons, accused of being satanists, and accused of being CIA agent and CIA asset.

Thus inviting real “psychos” to stalk and harass Ramola and her family at their home, placing her teenage daughter at risk. What kind of person would do such an utterly despicable thing? Only someone motivated by extreme malice, with no respect whatsoever for the privacy, or even the fundamental rights of others.

Now, continuing on with her defamatory falsehoods about Ramola, Karen Stewart writes:

"#RamolaCrapola (FB Page/emails). On-going. She lies, manipulates, defames many for her ego and control issues but decent ppl rightfully REACTING to HER habitual BAD behavior and pushing her away are somehow to blame? Delusional. #EccEveryday #RamolaD #RamolaDharmaraj"

Proven vermin? Proven by what evidence? I guess she refers to anyone who supports Ramola. Unfortunately for Stewart, there are many of us, and none of whom would ever be influenced by the calumny promoted against her.

NOTE: As a result of doing some research, while checking the links to reports on this site, I was shocked (though I probably shouldn't have been) to find that one of my reports had been DELETED, without a trace. It could not be found anywhere on the site, but fortunately it was archived in the Wayback machine.

The fact that “someone” decided to bring the axe down on this particular report, and remove it without my knowledge or consent, tells me it must be in some way important to censor this information, in an attempt to keep it from being known or acted upon.

The date of the report is December 16, 2019. The subject of the report is one Katherine Horton. The title of the report is:

I do not know Katherine Horton. The first I ever heard of her was in March, 2018, when I became acquainted with Ramola D, publisher of The EveryDay Concerned Citizen.

Horton, at that time was a colleague of Ramola, who hosted a weekly video program, Techno Crime Fighters Forum, on her channel, Ramola D Reports.

Subsequently, after TCFF ended (August 2018), due to the regular calls for violence and murder by Horton, Horton began a smear campaign against Ramola, shortly thereafter adding the name of Barbara Hartwell.

The smear campaign has since dramatically escalated, with Horton soliciting recruits from a number of groups purporting to be advocates for “targeted individuals”, including Freedom for Targeted Individuals (run by Ella Free aka Eyerly Felder) and Targeted Justice (run by Midge Mathis aka Doris Clause).

I am not involved, nor ever have been, with any of these groups. I consider them to be containment operations, running propaganda campaigns, which also serve as a protection racket for those foolish enough to be willing to toe the party-line and defer to the “leaders”, who do not operate in service to truth or principle, but insist on communistic lockstep loyalty to the so-called “TI Community”, at any price.

Any free-thinking individual, anyone who engages in critical thinking, independent action, or stands on truth and principle, who follows facts and evidence wherever they may lead, will not only be ostracized, but viciously assaulted by the “leaders” of the “Community” and their entourage of compliant sycophants and dupes.

Katherine Horton is just such a self-identified “leader”, who has hoodwinked large numbers of people into following her, even if the path leads precipitously right down the Highway to Hell.

Horton vociferously touts herself as a professional investigator and “expert witness”, working to “help” victims of intelligence agencies and secret services.

Here is a quote from a section of the website, offering her advice to victims:

"The most important point is that you do not panic whatever happens. It is natural to get scared, be shocked, get angry and become frustrated. However, you should take great care to fortify yourself mentally. Remember that whatever criminality you are facing and whatever injuries and harm you might suffer, there is always a solution and there is always a cure. Sometimes, we just have to fight for it."

Horton also solicits affidavits from victims, promoting court cases as a legal remedy for crimes against persons. She urges the victims to remain “calm”, no matter what.

Why then, does she herself behave in such an utterly frantic, hysterical and lawless manner? She rants and raves, cursing and dropping F-bombs, exhorting her reading and listening audience to engage in violence and terrorism, and goes so far as to actually publicly solicit the MURDERS of intelligence and military personnel, including in the US of A.

Why solicit crimes against persons, when she claims to be trying to STOP the crimes? Under US law, solicitation of murder is a felony crime. But then, she doesn't live here. However, many of her followers DO live here, as do some those she has clearly named as her Targets.

One such Target, as she has made abundantly clear, is Barbara Hartwell, who she has definitively and authoritatively stated to the world at large, on her website (Blood on Their Hands section), and in her video slander fests, is “CIA”.

If true (fortunately for Horton, it is not), that would make me the very “007” she wants to STOP, clearly by any means necessary, including murder.

In a section of her website, titled BLOOD ON THEIR HANDS, Horton purports to be “exposing” Ramola D, Barbara Hartwell and others.

Horton has constructed a sort of flow chart, with a photo of Ramola in the center, a photo of “Barbara Hartwell (CIA)”, and a number of others whom she claims are “attacking” her.

She uses red lighting bolts, which resemble a devil's forked tail, with arrows directed from the “offenders” to photos of herself.

I just thought it was goofy, and laughable, and shows the childish idiocy of her mindset.

And note that Katherine Horton offers “consulting” for victims:

"As a result of her background in science and systems analysis, as well as her expertise in abuses of military technology, Dr. Horton offers unique insights into victim cases that are outside the competence of most doctors, psychiatrists and law enforcement."

Why would a background in science (specifically physics, she claims) and systems analysis qualify Horton as a consultant for victims of abuses of military technology? There is no explanation of the type of “expertise” she promotes.

But wait...there are certainly some hefty fees the victims must pay for this “expertise”.

"Victim cases are treated entirely confidentially. Dr. Horton does not pass information about victim cases to any third parties. Victims have the option of granting permission for aspects of their case to be passed anonymously to the other members of the Joint Investigation Team to assist the investigation of other cases. However, for that the permission of the victim is expressly sought."

Putting the absolute lie to this claim, go to any of the testimony of Ramola D or Melanie Vritschan, to see just how “confidential” her “services” are. Horton not only betrayed their confidence on sensitive issues, she later publicly taunted them, calling them “gossipy hags”, “f---ing housewives”, “the bitch from Belgium”, the “bitch from Boston” etc. etc.
 

Very “professional”, Horton, and an admirable example of “remaining calm” under pressure.

Use of Income

"The income from the counselling is used to support Dr. Horton, her investigative work into the crimes committed against victims and her court cases against the secret services who are perpetrating these crimes."

My question is: WHO, in their right mind, would even think of wasting their hard-earned money hiring the "counselling" services of this pretentious poseur? Who would want to support the posting of violent rhetoric and solicitations of murder?

Horton began a smear campaign against Barbara Hartwell, promoting outrageous falsehoods for which she had no evidence whatsoever. Horton has claimed from the beginning that I am a CIA agent. Having no facts at her disposal, she simply parroted the mantra of long-running counterintelligence ops against me: Barbara Hartwell is a CIA disinfo agent.

I wrote several reports in which I refuted her false claims, and further exposed her as a malicious liar and promoter of violence and murder, using HER OWN PUBLISHED WORDS as evidence.

Horton continued her defamation campaign against me, and against Ramola, and was soon joined by more recruits, among her large audience of sycophants and stooges, many hiding behind screen names and false identities.

Horton's Twitter account and her website were finally taken down, due to violation of terms of service. Now, she has a new website (STOP 007) and new Twitter account, under a different name, still libeling Barbara Hartwell, Ramola D and others, still lying, still promoting her lurid “attack” charts and defamatory falsehoods.

I will start by addressing the false accusations, one by one, and refuting them with FACTS.

Horton does not specify what “targeted time wasting” means. It is a vague phrase which means nothing to me, and has nothing to do with me, nor any of my activities in relation to Katherine Horton.

"harassment"

I have never, at any time, engaged in any sort of harassment of Katherine Horton. This statement is patently absurd. I do not know her, have never had any contact with her, nor any communications.

"libel"

Wrong again. Stating my opinions and exposing the fraudulence and criminality of Katherine Horton does not constitute “libel”. She doesn't know the meaning of the word, or chooses to disregard it. I simply used her own published words as evidence. And defended myself against her defamation of my name by refuting her false claims, including that I am a CIA agent.

Horton certainly has an inflated perception of herself if she actually thinks that I would waste my time engaging in “subversion” or “undermining” of her “work”. (What work?) As for “threats”, how dare you, you loathsome servant of the devil! I have never at any time made threats against this self-aggrandizing liar.

No sabotage either. Again, I don't consider Horton of any particular importance, nor do I engage in sabotage. Stating the facts works fine for me, always has. And if she wants to consider someone stating FACTS about herself to be smears, then she is probably too far gone in delusions of grandeur to recognize that her Targets can see her for exactly what she is.

What in the bloody hell does she mean by this load of horse manure! It is nonsensical garbage. Maybe her “psychological well-being” would improve if she stopped soliciting violence and terrorism, even MURDER against others.

As for her “personal life”, that is none of my concern. My ONLY concern as regards Katherine Horton is that she is a pathological liar, engaging in criminality (felony crimes) against law-abiding people; and that she has damaged MY name as well as those of some of my friends, including Ramola.

An OPEN LETTER to Sheriffs


Dear Richard and Clyde et al:

I pray the Sheriffs conference is productive. I respectfully challenge the statement that the county Sheriff is America’s last hope however. I chose to side with Thomas Jefferson who said: “The People…are the only sure reliance for the preservation of our liberty.”  

Many objectives must be satisfied to restore our Republic that are beyond the purview or ability of Sheriffs to solve. It is ‘we the people‘ who must adopt and help implement a comprehensive plan dedicated to the restoration of our Republic.

Having planned and coordinated many conferences I’ve developed a strong opinion on the value of clearly identifying its purpose and then assuring the agenda is supportive of it. Hopefully my thoughts can be of help to you. I offer them as I know there’s been many meetings of Sheriffs regarding the unlawful activity of government and how best to hold those responsible for it accountable.

I also know the facts show the conferences failed to produce meaningful results in the sense that our Supreme Law continues to be ignored, misconstrued, and intentionally and systematically corrupted. I pray the forthcoming meeting of Sheriffs breaks this mold and results in meaningful action. I hope it produces a position paper recognizing some important facts such as those that follow, identification of action needing to be taken, and a resolution calling for the position paper to be provided every Sheriff in America.

To assure Sheriffs base their decisions on a firm foundation I suggest they begin by agreeing to the following truths. Doing so will assure they hold the legal and moral high ground.

1. America’s Supreme Law consists of the policies and procedures cited in the Declaration of Independence, Constitution of 1787 and the Bill of Rights when interpreted in light of Government’s purpose; it being to secure people’s unalienable Rights to Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. 

2. It is axiomatic that any government Act taken since the day the Constitution was ratified that has diminished or destroyed anyone’s ability to enjoy a Right is an illegal act. This fact MUST be used as a litmus test for every decision by patriotic Americans and law enforcement personnel.   

3. An illegal act taken by a legislator or created or upheld by a judge does not legitimize the act. This fact must consistently be used by the public and law enforcement personnel in making their decisions.

4. Everyone involved in passing and/or perpetuating an unlawful act is a criminal and must be held accountable if America is to be reestablished as a nation of laws rather than to continue as an unlawful nation.

5. The past failure of law enforcement personnel to uphold the law is why America has become a lawless nation so far as politicians and the judicial system are concerned. 

6. Though Sheriffs must play an important role in restoring America’s Republic they must recognize there are other highly important actions required to include.

7. America must again bless God and pray that God will again bless America. 

8. The average American must be made to know America is morally, institutionally, philosophically and financially broke, how this transformation came about and that it is in desperate need of a course change.

 9. There is an urgent need to plan and implement a National Economic Recovery Program. 

10. Americans must assure they have the support of America’s military personnel. 

11. America must be purged of all foreign ideologies and people unwilling to pledge an allegiance and honor it. 

12. There is a need for an intense education effort dedicated to informing all Americans of the truth.
 

To be effective in helping restore our Republic I suggest Sheriffs consider taking these actions.

1. Formally acknowledge they are under oath to uphold the Supreme Law; not an unlawful legislative act or judicial decree, that they have a fiduciary responsibility to their constituents to uphold the Supreme Law, and that they must do so in order to assure the residents of their County can enjoy their God given unalienable Rights. 

2. Create of a list of – and train – county residents who possess a weapon and are proficient in its use who can be deputized to help enforce the law within their jurisdiction should the need arise. 

3. Appoint a deputy to help educate the public on what lawful government would look like and the action needed to restore It. The appointee should be aware of the plan at:

This disclaimer is being added to every report which addresses my former association with Ramola Dharmaraj. Rather than delete the reports, I have left most of them up, as evidence, and as an opportunity to expose the truth.

FOR THE RECORD:

I had an association with Ramola Dharmaraj (aka Ramola D) from 2018 to 2021. I had been invited as a regular guest on her podcast, and she promoted my work on her website, The Every Day Concerned Citizen.

I broke off the association in mid-2021, for cause. She showed herself to be an extremely aggressive busybody, who meddled in my business, appointed herself as an unwanted intermediary (with both total strangers and my friends – now former friends due to her gossip and meddling), and I realized that she was exploiting my name in efforts to make a name for herself.

I quietly walked away, after I saw that she had no respect whatsoever for my privacy and personal boundaries, and after she disregarded my polite requests that she mind her own business and stop interfering in mine.

She then started pursuing me, and when I ignored her attempts to contact me, she began to send defamatory messages to my (then) friends, behind my back, in attempts to recruit them as allies against me.

Finally, she began publicly slandering me on her website and on social media, even after I issued a public warning that there would be consequences for her unscrupulous, dishonorable actions.

Ramola D has proved herself to be a habitual liar, a hypocrite, a self-serving grandstander, boasting with her self-aggrandizing, preposterous claims, and fabricating libelous falsehoods, accusing me of being paid by CIA, and of “slandering” her. Nothing could be further from the truth!

My concern is only that she continues, in her malicious attempts to discredit me, and to destroy my good name, with idiotic, wild accusations with no basis in fact.

For the record, I ask that my readers disregard anything connected to the name of Barbara Hartwell, which comes from the mouth of this dishonorable woman.
