CONTINUED HARASSMENT, SLANDER, FALSE COMPLAINTS & INVASIONS OF PRIVACY ON RHINEBECK PROPERTY BY UNSCRUPULOUS TENANT TRACY KRAWITT

 

NOTE: Because there are continuing new incidents to be documented, against this unscrupulous liar and aggressor, this neighbor from Hell, Tracy Krawitt, I find it necessary, in my own defense, to add addenda to older reports, rather than posting a new report each time Krawitt commits another offense. From what I've seen, it could almost be a full time job keeping track, and I've neither the time nor inclination.

 

So here's the latest: On November 10 in the early afternoon I had pulled out of my parking spot in front of my house and turned onto the adjacent back road, heading into town.

 

Ahead on the road was Tracy Krawitt, apparently walking her dog. Of course, I was driving on the right side of the road, slowly, under the speed limit of 30 miles per hour. Krawitt was walking on the other side of the road and I saw the dog near her. I purposely pulled as far to the right side of the road as possible, so as to avoid being anywhere near this woman as I passed by. My policy has always been to ignore her, and never to engage in any interaction whatsoever, no matter what she does.

 

But suddenly, the dog ran out, directly coming toward my car. The dog was not on a leash, as per the regulations. The dog made a beeline, until he was right in front of my car. I slammed on the brakes but it was a close call.

 

It comes as no surprise that Krawitt would be violating the leash laws, just as she violates many other laws and regulations. But to risk her dog being hit by a car is unconscionable. She is an irresponsible dog owner who has shown by her behavior that not only does she care nothing for the rights of others to peace and quiet (she left the dog alone to bark and howl, all hours of the day and night, until Dog Control forced her to comply with regulations), but she cares nothing for the safety of her own dog, allowing him to run free on a public road.

 

This is the second time I have seen this dog unleashed, the first being a couple years ago when he came running across the road and ran into my yard, barking just outside my window.

 

Then, there is a cat (one of 2) owned by Krawitt. She allows these cats to roam free, despite the fact that the property sits between two roads.

 

These cats have become a nuisance to other tenants on the property (as well as to other neighbors nearby, as reported to me). They kill birds in our yards, where we have bird feeders. They dig up gardens (including mine) and destroy property. One of these cats is hostile, hissing when confronted, when a visiting relative tried to shoo him away. This same cat was invading my yard and was seen by a neighbor, going under my house, where there was a hole in the back wall left by the landlord's workers who did not properly finish a job by sealing the wall closed. He made a racket at night, digging and scratching in the wall, until the wall was finally sealed, months later.

 

Of course I don't blame the animals. They are only doing what animals do when left unattended and neglected.

 

I place the blame squarely where it belongs: On the irresponsible owner, Tracy Krawitt.

 

In addition to her negligent behavior with animals, she continues to make false complaints against me to the landlord, as well as apparently enlisting other tenants on the property as her accomplices, to also lie for her, making bogus complaints that I am "harassing" them.

 

In point of fact, I do not know any of these tenants. I have never seen them. I do not know their names. I have never, at any time, spoken to them. I do not know who they are (if they even exist) and I was given no specific information regarding these complaints, nor the names of the false accusers, by the landlord or any of his employees. I have never, at any time "harassed" anyone.

 

I have warned the landlord in writing that if he or his employees continue to speak to me of these false complaints that he will be held accountable for his harassment of me, and that he is preventing me from the quiet enjoyment of the rental property for which I am paying a high rent, by allowing Krawitt and accomplices to violate regulations on the property and by legitimizing their false complaints, as harassment of me (including public slander of my good name).

 

But I have received legal advice and I will continue to document every offense I see, or suffer, or which is brought to my attention.

 

Mark my words: Tracy Krawitt will not only be fully exposed for every offense, but she will be held accountable under the law (civil and criminal).

 

As will anyone who aids and abets her offenses, including tenants on this property, the landlord and his workers. 

I will be vindicated. The law is on my side and I have always abided by the highest of ethical standards.

 

To be continued... as I have every reason to expect that the offenses of Tracy Krawitt will continue, until and unless she is forced to stop, one way or another.

Unfortunately for me, Tracy Krawitt is a tenant on the same Rhinebeck property where I have lived since 2014.

Her presence here has caused nothing but trouble. She is by far the worst neighbor I have ever had the misfortune to encounter.

The property is semi-rural and residential, the site of a number of small cottages, and not zoned for commercial business. And yet, violating the zoning regulations, Krawitt has been running a commercial enterprise, specifically a food service business, since she has been a tenant here, to my knowledge, some time in 2018.

The name of the business is: Spacey Tracy's Deep Fried Pickles.

Krawitt uses the front yard of her rental property (across the driveway from my house) to park several large vehicles, including trucks, and to store equipment, such as folding tables, other structures, and gas tanks.

In connection with Krawitt's commercial business there is constant activity and noise on the small circular driveway around which the cottages are situated: vehicles coming and going at all hours, some with loud radios blasting, and delivery trucks with workers wheeling supplies up and down the road.

(The driveway is a narrow dirt road, unpaved, and certainly not meant for such heavy commercial traffic.)

And then there is the main eyesore: a huge trailer truck, emblazoned with garish images, including what looks like the flames of Hell rising from below, a monstrosity which makes the landscape look like the site of a traveling carny show, or shantytown, rather than the quiet residential neighborhood it used to be before the advent of Tracy Krawitt's trashy detritus and noise pollution.   

Other tenants cannot escape the eyesore, which ruins an otherwise peaceful rural setting.

Since 2019, I have published a number of reports documenting the many offenses (civil and criminal) of Tracy Krawitt. I continue to do this in my own defense, as this woman has singled me out for slander, invasions of privacy, and harassment.

In December, 2019, Krawitt began her misdeeds against me by calling the police and making a false police report, which is a criminal offense.

She had created a very loud disturbance outside my house, when she and a driver were attempting to move a large commercial trailer, hauled by a truck, in the driveway. They came very close to hitting my car (a matter of mere inches), and when I warned them about this, I was verbally assaulted by her associate, the driver, with F--- you! He also displayed other menacing behavior.

Krawitt had trespassed into my yard and disregarded my warning. They were the sole offenders. I had done nothing except to attempt to stop the disturbance, protect my property, and stop them from trespassing.

Yet Krawitt called the police on me and made a false report. According to the police she claimed that I had "threatened to kill” her, an outrageous lie! Of course I had done no such thing. Krawitt, I have since learned by distressing experience, is an aggressive habitual liar.

Perhaps that is why I was subjected to the trauma of having 2 police cars and 3 officers coming to my door, and having to disabuse them of the bald-faced lies of Tracy Krawitt, which are still on the record in the police report, a grievous injustice.

But it did not end there, far from it. Krawitt is the owner of a large dog. A very irresponsible owner. The dog was left alone for hours at a time, and was hanging out a window, howling and barking at all hours of the day and night. Every time the tenants went out into their yards, drove in or out, the racket would start up and would sometimes go on for long periods of time, making it impossible to work, or sleep, or even relax, while being assaulted with the noise.

Krawitt was not only violating the zoning laws, she was violating the regulations concerning dogs. The constant noise and disturbances were insufferable, so I called Dog Control.

Krawitt was warned repeatedly, but even the officers made it clear that she was extremely difficult to deal with, disregarding their warnings and refusing to comply with the law. I had no choice but to keep making complaints to Dog Control, over a period of years, until finally Krawitt was forced to rectify the situation.

But even so, Krawitt did not stop her harassment. Just like with the police, she made false complaints to the landlord against Barbara Hartwell, falsely claiming that I was trespassing into her yard and causing “disturbances”.

I did no such thing. In fact, I went nowhere near her yard. I only stood in the common driveway (which as a paying tenant I am entitled to use, like everyone else) to call the Dog Control officer, as she had instructed me to do, so that the officer could hear the howling herself, as evidence to take action against Krawitt, to force her to comply with the regulations.

These false complaints to the landlord caused extreme distress for me, as now I was receiving calls from his office, being cited for non-existent offenses. Krawitt also recruited others living on the property (none of whom I know) to participate in making false complaints against me.

And now, Krawitt is doing it again. She is calling the landlord's office and making outrageous false complaints, which have been relayed to me by associates in his office. It appears she is snooping into my business, along with some of her accomplices, and fabricating fraudulent offenses which she is reporting to the landlord's office. This egregious behavior constitutes invasion of privacy and harassment.

It now appears that she has fomented even more trouble with her bogus complaints and that I am now the victim of a bias against me by the landlord's management, based only on the lies of Krawitt and accomplices.

This will not be tolerated. I have warned the landlord's office that I will not be interrogated by them and that being cited for unwarranted complaints by a hostile tenant has violated my right to the “quiet enjoyment” of a rental property for which I am paying.

Tracy Krawitt is the sole offender, the sole aggressor, and always has been. She is a repeat offender who has committed numerous violations against persons, including Barbara Hartwell.

 

I have heard from certain neighbors that Krawitt has been slandering me, including with outrageous lies, including to some of the landlord's workers on the property. It is clear that she has recruited some of these individuals to join her in engaging in offenses against Barbara Hartwell.

 

I have also had other neighbors, from the surrounding area in Rhinebeck, share their horror stories about the offenses of Tracy Krawitt. I did not seek them out, they came to me. But such stories are only hearsay, and though I believe them, based on my own experiences, I would never invade the privacy of others by using their names without their consent.

For the record, Tracy Krawitt is hereby warned to CEASE AND DESIST from all offenses.

 

She is advised that her wrongdoing will continue to be documented and fully exposed, and that she will be held accountable by any and all lawful and ethical means available.

Today I found yet another defamatory article by Ramola D. In her previous smear piece she claimed she would “ignore” any further reports by Barbara Hartwell, but typically that was a false statement, just like so many others she has made.

She contradicts herself on a regular basis, and it has become clear that she will say anything that serves her own interests, having no respect or concern for the truth on any issue. And no respect for the privacy, personal boundaries or fundamental rights of others.

In this latest, she shows how disconnected from reality she actually is, by making the false accusation that a “ghost writer” has taken over my website.

So, perhaps this is just more of her delusional nonsense (such as, that she is a “human rights attorney”, a target of “whistleblower retaliation”, the “prime subject” of any number of operations featuring “targeted individuals”, the main protagonist of “The Story of the Century”), and on and on it goes...with the ever-proliferating sensationalist boasts and bogus claims featuring herself as the star of the show. She's a grandstander extraordinaire, a pretentious poseur, that much has become obvious.

 

And/or, she is fabricating idiotic falsehoods against Barbara Hartwell, because she has no evidence whatsoever to back her unsubstantiated claims about herself, and no evidence whatsoever against me.

Her own published words are all the evidence needed to show that she is a fraud, regardless of her motivation, or her “reasons” for her wrongful actions.

The fact of the matter is that she has been exploiting my name in connection with all sorts of false information, about herself, about me, and about others she claims are “targeted individuals”.

As I have stated repeatedly, in defense of my honor, which she has grossly insulted with her false accusations, such as, that I am “protecting operations” being run against her, and that my work is “damaging” to her purported “truth journalism”: None of what she claims is true, nor does any of it have anything whatsoever to do with Barbara Hartwell.

I have not spoken to her in more than 2 years. I tried to quietly walk away from any association with her. She was meddling in my business, invading my privacy, and had ZERO respect for my personal boundaries. She showed herself to be an aggressive busybody, appointing herself as an unwanted intermediary in my professional business. She disregarded my wishes even after she was warned that I have no tolerance for such aggressive behavior.

And here she is, still at it after all this time. She just won't leave me alone. She is hell-bent in her attempts to justify the unjustifiable, to defend the indefensible. She has no business exploiting my name in any way. If, fueled by her arrogance and delusions, she can't be stopped, then I will have no choice but to continue to expose her in my own defense.

Frankly, I do not care why she has gone off the deep end with any of these falsehoods. My only concern is the damage she continues to do to my good name with these outrageous lies, for that is exactly what they are.

And once again, I must refute them for the public record, tiresome as it has become.

I have no idea what the hell she is talking about. Nor do I care in the slightest what she believes to be happening to her. I can only state with certainty that my website has not been hacked, no matter what may –or may not- be happening in her little delusional world.

"It was clear to me from first reading that this is not the Barbara Hartwell I have known and interviewed. Much like other “IC” (intelligence community) member whistleblowers whose work we all benefit from, yet who enter abruptly into decline, I suspect that her website has been taken over by a ghost writer apparently fixated on defamation and slander–yet who seeks to make prominent her insider reportage and whistleblowing."

Now, idiotically, she claims that I (the one and only editor and administrator of my own website, Barbara Hartwell Vs CIA, online in various forms since 2000, and preceded by reports on the Internet since 1995) am not the same person as the one she interviewed. And worse, she continues her gross insults against me by claiming that I have “entered into decline”.

The so-called “ghost writer” must be a figment of her delusional mind, since no such character exists, nor will ever exist, not in connection with the actual person of Barbara Hartwell, a legitimate CIA whistleblower with a 30 year track record of exposing accurate, factual information.

And she accuses this (non-existent) “ghost writer” of being fixated on defamation and slander. Which is absolutely false, defamatory against Barbara Hartwell, and utterly idiotic, stupid as all hell.

My website is run solely by Barbara Hartwell. Whether or not anything has “changed” on my website is irrelevant and none of her damnable business!

Any “changes” which may have been made have been made by me, as is my prerogative. It is my website. I have no idea what point she is trying to make, but whatever it may be it has no validity and nothing to do with any “ghost writer”, nor with any form of “decline” of Barbara Hartwell. There has been no hacking of my site, by anyone.

Again, I have never, at any time “misreferenced” anything regarding this woman, nor, given her descent into idiocy, do I any longer attribute a shred of credibility to any of her claims.

The other has to do with the false-accusation of my supposedly sending defamatory emails to two of her friends and later to “unrelated third parties” in a grand projection of supposed extended slander, a matter which I addressed rather clearly in my original address on this matter, and which still stands. These false-accusations, repeated here and there, have been worded in this form at one spot:

"And no, I accused her of nothing which was not true. I simply exposed her unethical actions of sending defamatory messages to my friends, behind my back, in my own defense." [Barbara Hartwell]

False-accusations include lies wearing the skin of declaration and fact, such as the “statements” made using the signal “FACT:” noted in this missive, a matter probably most clear only to those who know that Living in the Private is sadly being used by some wrongfully (using English Grammar inaccurately) to bury Truth rather than uphold it."

I have never, at any time, made as much as one “false accusation” against Ramola D.

I have never referenced “Living in the Private” nor any related issues in connection with my statements exposing the wrongful actions and defamation by Ramola D. She is, as usual, dragging in that which is irrelevant and trying to use it against me.

And she did indeed, send defamatory messages to my friends. She did indeed, drag their names into a scandal of her own making, slandering me behind my back.

These individuals had absolutely nothing to do with Ramola's warped beliefs and false accusations against Barbara Hartwell. Yet she exploited their names, just as she did mine, for her own self-serving purposes. How shameful.

Again, more false interpretations of my very clear, factual statements. No lies have ever been told by me, and no false accusations.

"As the true Barbara Hartwell knows, there was no defamation and slander from my end, nor any other friends and colleagues between us than the two I have claimed openly and who have claimed me openly, but certainly a difference of opinion on the matter of the term “Targeted Individuals” and all endurings of harm those either claiming that term (“Targeted Individuals”) for themselves have reported or those attributing that term to civilians and veterans being persecuted under the guise of surveillance or healthcare monitoring have deliberately ignored and dismissed. This latter is a subject I have written on earlier and which I will once more address, specifically in response to what I have perceived to be mistaken analysis of both that term and its extended context."

Ramola has now gone way off the deep end, presuming to speak for me (“as the true Barbara Hartwell knows”) and has the naked aggression and effrontery to claim what it is I “know”.

For the record, I am the "true" Barbara Hartwell. There is only one of me. And I “know” no such thing. She does not speak for me. I say exactly what I mean and mean exactly what I say. It is all on the record.

How dare she, this pretentious, presumptuous, arrogant fool! Who does she think she is?

And again, she tries to put words in my mouth. I have no mutual friends with Ramola, nor did I make such a claim. I stated the simple truth, in my own defense:

She went behind my back, and sent defamatory messages to my friends, attempted to turn them against me with false accusations, and grossly insulted my honor. It was only when she was caught doing it that she lied and denied what she had done in an attempt to save face.

"It is regrettable that the CIA and its alumni have taken to maintaining a harmful cover-operation to disappear the voice of journalists exposing the multiple crimes against the populace as noted above, and one can only hope intellect, awareness, expanded consciousness, and clarity of seeing returns to them all."

Does her arrogance know no bounds? Apparently not.

I, Barbara Hartwell, have no part, with any “CIA alumni” in any “cover operations”, as accused here by this pretentious amateur wannabe, Ramola D.

I have no interest whatsoever in “disappearing the voice” of any person, including Ramola D. Nor would any others from CIA (current or former), who would have no reason to take the slightest interest in this delusional whackjob, making sensationalist claims with no basis in fact, while smearing a legitimate CIA whistleblower for her own self-serving ends.

Contrary to her sensationalist, grandiose claims, she is not a whistleblower; not a “human rights attorney”; not  "The World’s Pre-Eminent Journalist Exposing MK ULTRA, DEW, and Neurotech Classified Mil/Intel Crimes".

 

She has never been involved in any way, shape or form, in MK Ultra, nor any government operations (voluntarily or otherwise), as per her boasts and bogus claims.

 

Nor, as nothing more than an ordinary civilian, has she ever had the slightest access to the so-called "classified" information she falsely boasts of exposing. That is a bald-faced lie which is easily disproved. She has no credentials whatsoever which could possibly qualify her as a "whistleblower". She was never one of us and never will be. What she thinks she knows (according to her boasting) about the intelligence community is a bad joke to anyone with legitimate credentials.

 

As any expert on counterintelligence or psychological operations (including me) would know, Ramola does not know what she is talking about when addressing these issues. She is merely parroting what she has heard or read from others (both legitimate and not) and engaging in speculation. Which is very damaging and dangerous to anyone she sets her sights on.

Ramola D is an aggressive, ambitious fraud, plain and simple.

Lastly, for the record:

I am not a “targeted individual”, have no dealings with such, and am not part of any “targeted individual” community, nor ever have been. I do not engage anyone in discussions, arguments or debates, such as Ramola D is trying to provoke. I do not care in the slightest what she believes. My only concern is that she continues to exploit and defame my name, which is extremely injurious to me.

I am not “in decline” in any way, shape or form, as falsely accused.

There is not, nor has ever been, any “ghost writer” in connection with my website, nor in connection with me, or my work, in any way, as falsely accused.

I am not in collusion with any other CIA alumni, nor have I ever engaged in any form of “protection” of operations to harm anyone, including Ramola D, as falsely accused.

My work is entirely independent, as it always has been. There is no connection whatsoever between anything promoted by Ramola D and any of my work.

Any and all claims made by Ramola D in connection with the name of Barbara Hartwell are false, fraudulent, baseless, and should be disregarded, in perpetuity.

403,396 Florida residents who were early recipients of COVID-19 injections, 167,005 (41.1%) reported a Grade 3 adverse event (unable to perform their daily functions) and 8,471 (2.1%) required admittance to the emergency room or hospital after receiving a COVID-19 injection per the CDC’s V-Safe database report as of July 31, 2022.

The only way to stop unlawful tyrannical force and crime is with bravery, integrity, and honor. You’re empowered with the legal authority to place our county on the right side of history and to investigate these crimes. By seizing the bioweapon injections out of our community, you will be the heroic model for other law enforcement leaders to follow.

Our humane and lawful demand is to immediately issue a cease and desist to all vaccination centers in _____ county; and to stop the promotion and administration of COVID-19 injections to all adults and children; and to provide the centers with a warning that failure to do so is in violation of FS 790.166 and may subject perpetrators to fines and/or imprisonment.

The United Nations, founded in October 1945, exists for one main purpose: to establish a one-world, totalitarian global government which would have control of every man, woman and child on the face of the earth. Otherwise known as the New World Order. This is not a “conspiracy theory”, but is an actual conspiracy of monstrous proportions.

The UN is in league with the New Age movement, Theosophists, occultists, witches, left-wingers of every conceivable stripe, Marxists, socialists and satanists. The UN was in fact founded by Communists, including a secret Soviet agent named Alger Hiss.

If you don't understand this, you have not done the research and/or have been indoctrinated by the henchmen of the New World Order and their prolific propagandists. Or maybe, you have been lulled into complacency by the “feel good” flowery rhetoric, all the talk of “democracy”, “a culture of peace”, “goodwill” and “humanity”.

On the other hand, if you do understand the true purpose of the United Nations, and in any way advocate for this organization, have voluntary dealings with them, attend their conventions, promote their agenda, or support it in any way, then you have declared yourself the Enemy of Liberty and Unalienable Rights.

The United Nations desires to destroy the sovereignty of this Constitutional Republic, to regulate all our activities, to usurp our God-given individual unalienable rights and replace them with collective privileges issued by the state.

The United Nations seeks to disarm the citizens, leaving us defenseless against criminals, and against tyranny by lawless agents and officials of the government. This is their purported “culture of peace”. In fact, the United Nations is responsible for every “war” (undeclared by Congress) in which the U.S. has been involved, since WW2. These wars (actions other than war or “police actions”) include the Korean War, Vietnam, Gulf Wars, etc.

The United Nations seeks to strip us of the right to free speech, by criminalizing certain forms of speech and by indoctrination into political correctness and “social justice”.

The United Nations seeks to invade our privacy and impose state-sponsored surveillance into every aspect of our lives.

Advocates of the United Nations continue to misrepresent this country as a “democracy”, when in fact it is a Constitutional Republic. Nowhere in the Declaration of Independence or U.S. Constitution does the word “democracy” appear.

Democracy is mob rule. Rule by the majority rather than the Rule of Law. As the old saying goes: Democracy is two wolves and a sheep, voting on what's for dinner.

The United Nations has been plotting and conspiring for more than 7 decades to expunge national borders/sovereignty, in service to their agenda of a one-world-government. They've already succeeded with the European Union. But the prize they most lust after is these united States – the theft of our precious sovereignty. If We the People don't stop them, the fix is in and it's all over but the crying.

Without sovereignty, there can be no liberty. The conspirators for one world government want much more than to steal our hard won Liberty and unalienable rights. These predators use every manner of deception to win hearts and minds, and for the nefarious end of enslaving our very souls.

(3) These rights and freedoms may in no case be exercised contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations.

Note these words: “In the exercise of his rights and freedoms, everyone shall be subject only to such limitations as are determined by law....”

And this: “These rights and freedoms may in no case be exercised contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations.”

So, rather than UNALIENABLE rights, granted by the Creator, the individual shall be “subject to limitations”, and he will have no “rights” except those determined by the United Nations.

Here, Bob Dylan mocks the John Birch Society, and their activism against Communism. Interesting that Dylan admitted on National television, in an interview with Ed Bradley of 60 Minutes, that he had sold his soul to the devil (“The Chief”) in exchange for fame and money.

"The Constitution is the Solution"

The John Birch Society has been a Target of left-wing conspirators and enemies of liberty for decades. One such group, the Southern Poverty Law Center, has smeared JBS as a “Hate group”. How ironic, for the SPLC is full of more hate, especially for liberty and unalienable rights, and any of those who dare to defend these principles, than any other group who purports to defend the poor, the downtrodden, minorities, etc.

And the SPLC is anything but poor. Their rhetoric has been adopted by U.S. Government agencies, such as DHS, to smear patriots and activists. Who funds these people? Take a wild guess.

In my opinion, the John Birch Society has done more in the cause of liberty and especially in alerting the populace to the threat of the United Nations and New World Order than any other organization. And I say this from the perspective of having decades of personal and professional experience fighting the New World Order and its many tentacles inside and outside government.
