MAUREEN NEMAIZER: THE BUSYBODY FROM HELL STRIKES AGAIN

Maureen Nemaizer is the wife of one Howard Nemaizer (using the pseudonym Howard Nema), publisher of  "Howard Nema dot com" and "TRUTH TALK NEWS".

Howard and Maureen Nemaizer are what I can only call busybodies from Hell...and then some. The Nemaizers, as extreme aggressors, are directly responsible for massive damages and losses, for which they can be assured they will be held accountable, no matter what it takes, or how long it takes, by any and every lawful and ethical means available to me. 

Note the words "lawful" and "ethical". That is always my policy, no matter who is the aggressor, no matter what the situation. Concepts of no value whatsoever to the Nemaizers, as clearly and repeatedly displayed by their reprehensible actions, which have continued since 2013 to the present time.

One thing I find it necessary to make very clear:

UNLIKE the Nemaizers and their ilk (some of their accomplices mentioned here), I have no malice in my heart against them, only righteous anger and outrage, completely justified. There is all the difference in the world between malice, which seeks to do harm to others without just cause, and the pursuit of JUSTICE, which, to any ethical person, is self explanatory.

That is what I seek: JUSTICE. 

I have never published as much as one lie about either one of the Nemaizers, only the facts, backed by solid evidence.  The Nemaizers have accused me of being a liar, but they have not been able to refute a single thing I have said. They have no evidence, because it does not exist.

I have never harassed the Nemaizers, nor invaded their privacy, but only responded to their unprincipled actions involving these offenses by them. But of course, I have been falsely accused of this.

I have never stolen their property, nor caused them to lose their property, by lies and false promises, but only exposed the fact that this is what they have done to me, losses from which I can never recover.

I have never lied to them for any reason, though they have not only lied TO me, but ABOUT me, repeatedly and continually (privately and publicly), in their cowardly and unprincipled efforts to save face and cover up their wrongful behavior. 

I have only ever acted in my own defense, and will continue to do so. That is something the Nemaizers can count on.

The Nemaizers drew first blood. And they have continued their assaults on my character, their insults to my honor, as their pusillanimous response to my actions in my own defense. And for this, I hold the Nemaizers in great contempt.

Quite simply, I have a zero tolerance policy for liars, busybodies, aggressors of any kind. And especially when their offenses against me have been instrumental in destroying my good name, they would be very foolish indeed to think I will allow them to get away with this egregious behavior. Not a snowball's chance in Hell -where, I have no doubt, the Nemaizers are headed in a handbasket.

I hope they enjoy the publicity -they have earned it.

So why this update? I thought I'd covered everything, and could be done with the tiresome task of defending myself against these reprobates. But no, there is no rest for the weary, and apparently no end to my enemies' plots against me.

Yesterday I learned from a reader of my website, who had been aware of the outrageous slander/libel published by the Nemaizers against Barbara Hartwell (as exposed in my reports), that Maureen Nemaizer has not only engaged in defamation in print, but that she has also been harassing members of my family on social media!

Yet another outrage by this hysterical harridan, which came as a surprise to me -but given her track record of malicious gossip, fabrication of lies, and unconscionable meddling, I should have expected something like this.

Apparently, she was stupid enough to boast of this disgraceful behavior in the "comments" section of her husband's website, Howard Nema dot com.

According to my source, Maureen Nemaizer claimed that she had tracked down members of my family on Facebook and that she had told them that I was "crazy", and that I did not "like" them. And the devil only knows what else this reprobate of a woman may have fabricated...

I have not seen these comments myself, nor do I intend to be baited into looking at them. I don't engage these lowlife characters in debates or arguments. Rather, I expose them in my reports.

But I will say this, for the record. I have not discussed anyone in my family with Maureen Nemaizer, and I certainly did not slander them, which apparently is what the odious liar, Maureen Nemaizer, tried to get them to believe. 

Maureen Nemaizer is a pathological liar and a malicious gossip, she is not very bright, and operates on all kinds of unwarranted assumptions. She is also ignorant and uneducated. I can guarantee that she knows nothing about my family, and what she thinks she knows could only have come from the libelous falsehoods her husband published about them, in his attempts to demonize them, for good measure, along with me. 

On November 9, 2015, Howard Nemaizer aka Howard Nema published a libelous article, titled titled "ADDRESSING BARBARA HARTWELL'S COMPULSIVE ATTACKS".

First of all, there were never any "attacks", compulsive or otherwise. Nemaizer tried to slap the blame on me for his own wrongful, unprincipled behavior, such as misrepresenting and exploiting my name and website, in his efforts to latch on to a legitimate government whistleblower, thinking he could make a name for himself, at my expense. Howard Nemaizer, who claims to be a "journalist", is actually nothing more than an extremely aggressive amateur wannabe. He's a used car salesman, if that tells you anything about his modus operandi.

I have thoroughly refuted the many lies of Howard and Maureen Nemaizer in numerous reports which expose the Nemaizers, but I only copied the defamatory article when it was first posted. I have not revisited Nemaizer's website since that time, and have not read the  section where Howard Nemaizer solicits comments from the public.

I was first informed of Maureen Nemaizer's defamatory comments by my friend Geral Sosbee, who, outraged by these malicious liars, wrote a brief article in my defense, in which he denounced the Nemaizers for their grossly insulting and deplorable mistreatment of me.

This filthy smear piece, which had absolutely no basis in fact, was subsequently grabbed and reposted by a loathsome criminal psychopath by the name of Todd Brendan Fahey on his website "Friends of Liberty". (Known by Fahey's Targets as Friends of Obscenity.)

Fahey, like Howard Nemaizer, then solicited pages of additional defamatory comments from the public, the credulous rubes who have nothing better to do than read these moronic websites and launch attacks on a person they do not know, Barbara Hartwell.

Fahey, for the record, is infamous as a forger, identity thief, blackmailer, sex predator (including targeting children), porno-monger, drug addict/trafficker, degenerate alcoholic, stalker and a pathological liar extraordinaire.

Todd Fahey is a cyber-stalker who hides behind numerous idiotic screen names, steals the identities of real persons (including Barbara Hartwell), and posts his trash on hundreds of message boards, websites and in "comments" sections. Just as he has done as an accomplice of Howard and Maureen Nemaizer, his fellow malicious liars and aggressors.

Fahey targeted Barbara Hartwell in 2004 and has continued his criminal harassment relentlessly since that time. In addition to telephone harassment, stalking me at my home in Maine (2004) and death threats, for which crimes I made police reports, Fahey has engaged in harassment/threats by e-mail, until I got rid of the e-mail address, which was the only way to stop this lunatic and his fellow vulgarian criminal perps. Geral Sosbee was forced to shut down his message board, the only way of stopping Todd Fahey from posting his loathsome pornographic filth.

Fahey, like Maureen Nemaizer, has harassed my family, my friends and colleagues, spreading his outrageous lies about Barbara Hartwell, including publishing pornographic filth in connection with my name.

In 2004, Fahey teamed up with a number of my enemies, and joined in the massive defamation/harassment campaign against  Barbara Hartwell. Fahey's accomplices are a veritable Who's Who of the criminal element in government and their minions and stooges.

Timothy Patrick White (aka Tim White aka Patrick Alexander aka George Mateski): Infamous child porno freak, sex predator, convicted drug trafficker who made a deal with corrupt feds for a get-out-of-jail-free card and who was never charged with the felony crime of possession of child pornography, in exchange for libeling, harassing, stalking, threatening, criminal menacing of Targets of the federal government (including former CIA Barbara Hartwell, former FBI Geral Sosbee and many, many other government whistleblowers, journalists and survivors of black ops. White has been harassing/stalking/threatening Barbara Hartwell since 2001.

Ken Adachi, a criminal perpetrator of mail and wire fraud, and the primary PR shill for the late FBI Chief and COINTELPRO Kingpin Ted L. Gunderson. Adachi has dedicated a permanent section of his website, "Educate-Yourself" (a flaming misnomer, just like "Friends of Liberty" and "Truth Talk News") to publishing defamatory material and diabolical calumny against Barbara Hartwell. Adachi promotes the lies of Tim White, Todd Fahey, Brenda Negri and other miscreants against Barbara Hartwell.

So, when Howard Nemaizer published his smear piece of November 9, 2015, Fahey, who is pathologically obsessed with Barbara Hartwell, gleefully took the opportunity to post the trash on his own website, and of course, solicited more libelous trash from his idiot readers. And Fahey, like Ken Adachi, has a high-traffic commercial website, guaranteed to get maximum coverage for the trash they promote. For which the Nemaizers will be held accountable for the additional damages.

But back to Maureen Nemaizer. I think, given what I have recently learned about her harassment, and her boasts of slandering me to my family, she has earned some extra attention.

Having been stranded for 29 miserable days in the hellhole basement (filthy, dark, cold, damp, toxic mold, not fit for human or animal habitation) of the Nemaizer's house (November 22-December 21, 2013), I had the unfortunate experience of being harassed, insulted and interrogated by this neurotic termagant.

I was offered "sanctuary" by Howard Nemaizer, in what turned out to be a bait-and-switch of monstrous proportions, based on false promises, fraudulent information and lies told by Nemaizer. 

As for what I was NOT TOLD:

NOT TOLD that the "room" I would be staying in was the horrible basement of their house.

NOT TOLD that I would not be welcomed by his wife, Maureen Nemaizer.

NOT TOLD that there was a time limit for guests in the lease of their rental.

NOT TOLD that I would be expected to socialize with his in-laws, and to also lie to them, as per the fabrications concocted by Maureen Nemaizer.

NOT TOLD that the person Nemaizer enlisted to drive my car from Maine to his house in Connecticut was a criminal, convicted of drunk driving, one David St. John, thus compromising my safety and placing me at risk of arrest, should this criminal be stopped by the police. (I did not learn of this until after the fact, was horrified, and would never have agreed to it.)

NOT TOLD that they would try to farm me out to their lowlife, low class friends, when Maureen Nemaizer issued the edict that I, a disabled senior citizen, utterly destitute and under persecution by the government which had driven me to homelessness, must be thrown into the street on December 21 (one of your Satanic holidays), in the dead of winter, with an elderly cat to care for. We had nowhere to go.

And this woman actually had the outrageous stupidity and callousness to suggest that I should go to a "homeless shelter". With my cat, Kyra, whom I would never abandon.

Maureen Nemaizer also tried to impugn my sanity. She actually tried to psychoanalyze me, blaming every horrible thing that had happened to me, in this hellish ordeal, on me. 

"I think you have ISSUES!", she screeched. This, from a woman who was on some kind of drugs prescribed for her own very real mental instability. Unbelievable. Truly astounding. And to say this to a former profiler for the U.S. government, a trained psychotherapist and Jungian analyst. Who, by the way, could easily see into her psychopathology. Under other circumstances, I could pity her. But she chose the wrong gal as her scapegoat, more's the pity.

As for these "friends" of the Nemaizers? One was another drunk, who passed out cold in their driveway within minutes of arriving, having driven drunk to get there. But Maureen Nemaizer actually criticized me for refusing to put my safety at further risk by going to stay in this total stranger's basement. And this, after I had been verbally abused by this guy, who was so drunk he could not carry on a rational conversation, except to shout expletives at me.

I had never in my life been thrown into such a nest of hissing vipers, crazies, drunks and lowlife losers. All because of Howard Nemaizer's lies and false promises. 

And what did Howard Nemaizer do, after the living hell he and his wife and his lowlife friends put me through? He lied about everything, and tried to blame it all on me, as did his wife. 

In his smear piece of November 9, 2015, he even accused ME of being a "drunk", when nothing could be further from the truth. He fabricated stories about this, along with calling me a "coward". a "sociopath", a "con artist", and the old favorite, which he parroted from my longtime enemies, a "CIA disinfo agent."

I could not believe this was happening to me. It was like something out of a nightmare.

I was fortunate to escape that horrible place with my life.

But nightmares like this happen all the time, when you've been targeted for persecution and neutralization by the U.S. government.  Just ask any whistleblower whose life has been destroyed, piece by piece, who has ended up losing everything, destitute and homeless. Tragically, there are many of us. Some don't survive. By the grace of God, I did, no thanks to the Nemaizers.

You're up against it all alone. Nobody will help you. You are abandoned, even by those closest to you, those from whom you thought you had a reasonable expectation of help. Those, who if they only knew the truth about what was happening to you, but somehow, they don't.

And in desperation, you accept a fraudulent offer of "sanctuary", from fraudulent people, living fraudulent lives, pushing fraudulent information on the Internet, in attempts to glorify themselves and their negatively inflated egos, at your expense.

And then, as always, they blame the victim.

A warning to Maureen Nemaizer: 

Mark my words this day. Keep away from my family. Far away. Any contact info you may have got access to, lose it. Stop snooping into my business. Limit your malicious gossip and absurd fabrications to your idiot friends on Facebook, and stop sticking your nose where it does not belong.  

And since you obviously rule the roost in the Nemaizer Gulag, issue a directive to your eunuch of a husband to CEASE & DESIST. Threaten him with the disapproval of his in-laws, that ought to put the fear of the devil in him.

You have called me "evil" and "crazy" and smeared my good name. You have stirred up a world of trouble, not just for me, but for my family and my friends, those whom I love more than anything in the world.

It might behoove you to think about the consequences of that next time you attend one of your heavy metal devil worship events, where they are saluting Satan and burning Bibles onstage.

Yet you pretend to be a Christian. Shame on you, Maureen Nemaizer.

This report will address an important question: Is there intelligent life on the Internet?

I've worked as a journalist for a very long time. I've worked in the so-called mainstream media, as a radio, TV producer/host, and in print media, writing independently for periodicals, newspapers.

I've never been a “reporter”, rather, an advocacy journalist, with a focus on specific issues, and have done all my own investigations. I have maintained a policy of not allowing my work to be edited before publication, but only to be published with the proviso that it was a “hands off” deal, or no deal at all. (This was before the Internet, when self-publishing was not much of an option.)

To be very clear, I am not interested in “reporting the news” and I don't run a “news” site, rather an archive of my work, going back for more than two decades. Just in case any of my adversaries on the hard left (or more to the point, in the government) want to accuse me of being a purveyor of “fake news”, the latest craze.

I've not been an “employee” of any news organization, though I worked for a few years at one radio station in Greenwich, CT (WGCH), where I had a small salary which came in part from advertisers for my programs. As the producer of my own shows, I determined the content.

In 1990, I was arrested in Greenwich, with other activists, for protesting the torture of small animals for cosmetics testing. My photo appeared on the front page of The Greenwich Time, and the manager of the station called me into his office, expressing his concern that since I was a public figure, as representative of the station, maybe I should consider “toning down” my activities.

I refused, and told him, You do what you have to do, and I'll do what I have to do.

(He was a very nice man and I'm sure he was only answering to the owners of the station and their interest in maintaining the “image” of the station. If you've ever lived in Greenwich, as I did for five years, you'll know exactly what I mean.)

The arrest was politically motivated, and the “mayor” (First Selectman) wanted me off the air, because my show had higher ratings than his, and thus a better time slot. Then, there was the Bush Family, who maintained a home there. Dorothy Walker Bush (Dubya's grandmother) was a regular listener to my show, and a "fan", I was told by a client of mine, who was Dorothy's nurse/caregiver, until she passed away in 1991. She may have put in a good word for me, as at that time there was no animosity (not openly, anyway) between my family and the Bush clan.

But what's the point of being a journalist if you don't stand up for what you believe in, for what matters? I don't think it's possible to be an advocacy journalist without being an activist. Anyway, I stayed at the station and received no further complaints about my activism for animals.

I have been formally trained as an investigator, but not as a journalist, did not go to journalism school. The one exception is that I was trained in TV production, and as a talk show host (“on camera talent”) by an anchorwoman (whom I will not name) from a mainstream TV network (sponsored by a CIA front), when I was expected to become a spokesperson for certain strains of CIA propaganda, on mainstream TV.

I didn't get that far, by my own choice. Despite lucrative offers of contracts made to me, I quit when I saw where things were heading and precisely how they were planning to exploit my talents. And the harm to the people, not only in the U.S., but the world, which would result from CIA's propaganda campaigns.

No way would I agree to be a part of that. I also did not want to become well-known in the mainstream media. I did not have common interests with the ilk of person involved, did not want the additional pressures, and would have totally lost my privacy, which I fiercely defend.

But here's the point: I know how the mainstream media works. And I learned long ago through experience that the government has taken over the mainstream media, has appropriated most “journalism”, at least since before I was born (1951).

CIA, in particular, has built a behemoth media empire, employing battalions of journalists for their propaganda war ministry. For those who have not been involved, they would likely be surprised to learn how many of the talk show hosts (and print journalists) are “on the job” as CIA operatives, assets under contract.

And for those they don't employ, per se, they still control, one way or another, by controlling the flow of information; by selective censorship; by trend-setting and special interest focus groups; by think tanks; by sponsoring pressure groups of agitators for left-wing ideology/causes; by promoting pop psychology, New Age doctrines, and by planting politically correct thought police in positions of influence in the culture at large. As always, the agenda focuses on co-opting hearts and minds, a specialty of CIA since the advent of the agency in 1947.

(Journalists working under CIA auspices would most likely be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement, and could be charged with a crime, if violated. That certainly puts the chill to the principles of journalistic integrity.)

What is the ultimate goal? The same goal which permeates the entire culture: A global totalitarian government, the New World Order.

The mainstream media is only one of the tentacles of the Octopus, but one of the most powerful. How to more easily enlist hearts and minds? And the targeted group (We the People) are, as usual, paying to be propagandized.

As a journalist in mainstream media, you don't have to be particularly bright, you don't have to care much about the subjects and issues being reported, nor even to engage in critical thinking, to employ logic, or use intellectual discernment to do your job. You don't even have to care if the “news” you report is true, or false. Who cares?

From my observations, you only have to look “presentable” by today's standards (if a woman, you are expected to be clad in flashy clothing, a short skirt, burdened with layers of makeup, at least for TV), and to follow the script handed to you from your superiors at the network. Don't ever stray from the official narrative given to you. Don't ask too many questions. And whatever you do, don't ever do any fact checking!

The “news” has become little more than entertainment, a circus to distract the viewers from the most important issues of our time, reported by vapid clowns.

(I remember the days when there were actually “fact-checkers” one could hire, to ensure accuracy. No more, they appear to have become extinct in the Brave New World of journalism as sensationalist entertainment.)

We don't need no stinkin' FACTS!...seems to have become their motto. As long as the money keeps rolling in, as long as the populace continues to be inculcated, distracted and mesmerized, that's all that matters.

And sadly, it has worked like a charm. “My people perish for lack of knowledge...”

THE WORLD WIDE WEB IS THE MAINSTREAM MEDIA

Now that we have the Internet, although there is certainly more opportunity for independent media, and for journalists, there is more than equal opportunity for CIA-sponsored propaganda, which they have exploited, with a vengeance.

Real, professional journalism has, for the most part, died an ignominious death. It has been all but replaced by “bloggers” and social media, mostly populated by “anonymous” users hiding behind silly screen names.

As for the “news” they claim to be reporting, it is mostly recycled, or scavenged off the “alternative media” sites run by government propaganda pimps, the controlled opposition to government corruption, the official voice of “dissent”, orchestrated by counterintelligence operatives. Government stooges parroting the drivel of other government stooges.

Let the conspiracy theories fly! Meanwhile, actual conspiracies, like destroying this country from within, incrementally, and trampling the Constitution into the dust, continue apace.

And let's not forget the armies of trolls, paid by the government to infiltrate and disrupt message boards, chat rooms, the comments section of websites.

Where, in all this mayhem, can any truth possibly be found?

It is a sorry state of affairs. The Internet is now the only game in town, and a journalist cannot expect to be heard, even in the most limited circles, without using it. Which is the only reason I do.

Just recently, after the announcement that Barack Hussein Obama aka Barry Soetoro (the Liar-in-Chief who has unconstitutionally usurped and occupied the Whore House for the past eight years) had turned over control of the Internet (ICANN) to the globalist tyrants at the United Nations, I found a notice popping up on my screen when I tried to post a report.

It was about the European Union, and some new “policies” for users. I can only say I was outraged, and for the record, NO, I do not agree to these “policies” if they in any way interfere with my freedom of speech or my complete autonomy in determining the content of my own website. How dare you!

Speaking for myself, I have developed an intense dislike for the Internet. But it's that or nothing if I want to keep publishing my reports. But I do have firm guidelines, to protect my privacy and security as best I can.

I don't use social media. Facebook, Twitter (and others) are government-sponsored surveillance operations, used to collect personal information and build permanent data bases which can be accessed at any time to target any person who might be deemed a “problem”.

And this does not even factor in the NSA (and others) spying on American citizens, though it is certainly connected by method and intent. (Those of us reporting on this long before the Snowden revelations were called “paranoid conspiracy theorists”, but now at least we have been vindicated. Thank you, Edward Snowden.)

This is unlawful and violates the Fourth Amendment and the Supreme Court's opinion of “the reasonable expectation of privacy.”

Amendment IV

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

You cannot be “secure” in your “persons, houses, papers, and effects”, when the long tentacles of government are reaching out to seize them without a by-your-leave.

But, you may say, people are providing their own information voluntarily. Yes, that holds true if they PUBLISH the information with the intent that it be made available to the general public. But what about using social media with “private” settings, in the naive belief that the information will be conveyed only to selected recipients? 

About this (and much more) they have lied to you. And when challenged, they continue to lie. (Note their “privacy policies”, which are meaningless and offer no protection at all.)

What about private e-mail, sent to selected recipient(s)? No privacy, no security whatsoever there.

I've heard people say, Well, there's no privacy anymore, there's nothing we can do. So they simply resign themselves to illegal government spying, or worse, they become a part of the problem by embracing it, exploiting it, and encouraging others to do so.

And so, the government gets away with continuing violations, because so few people stand up to protest their reprehensible actions. That is always what it boils down to: No righteous anger, no outrage, no holding the perpetrators accountable.

And, more to the point: No support for defending the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the Land.

Where are the crusading journalists (including whistleblowers), the champions of a free press, of free speech? I would venture to say that many have been silenced, one way or another.

Some have been subsumed into the “new media”, and are well compensated for their compliance.

Some have been driven to such poverty that they are hard pressed to continue working, having been forced into survival mode by the counterintelligence campaigns against them. (That would be me.)

Some have been murdered (or “suicided”), for caring too much about the truth, for their patriotism, for their refusal to back down. Danny Casolaro, Gary Webb, Steve Kangas, Mike Ruppert, Bill Cooper, just to name a few.

As my regular readers will know, I love my privacy, which is an integral part of my Liberty. I may be considered a dinosaur, but that's the way I like it. I still believe in the kind of communications where people actually talk to each other, such as a telephone.

Along with the Internet as media venue, I have come to dislike using e-mail, for a number of reasons. First of all, I find it impersonal. I prefer the post. You then actually have something (a card, a letter) that is palpable. You may save it, if it is of value. Or, you may burn it, preventing yourself from falling prey to prying eyes. For secret documents, you may stash them away, safe from the busybodies or the government.

With e-mail, you may never really know if it was delivered to the recipient, not unless you receive a response. E-mail is not reliable, at least it hasn't been for me. I've also had my confidence violated when recipients forwarded or published my private e-mail, or made my e-mail address public, intentionally or not.

But the way I see it, if someone (anyone) be they a friend, relative or the general public, wants to contact me for any reason, they may easily do so by post. My postal mailing address has always been prominently displayed at the top of my website. So, in answer to those who voice complaints that they “cannot” contact me, they are in error.

I've only asked that readers not send me legal briefs/testimony and requests for investigations, consultations and the like. I am not an attorney, nor do I offer any other professional services to the public, which is clearly stated on my website. I do not have the resources or the time.

For all other issues (personal or professional), if their communication to me is really important to them, then they will not mind the small inconvenience of contacting me by post. If that is too much trouble, then so be it. But the opportunity for contact is there, for those who wish to avail themselves of it.

I still have a large file of letters sent to me by readers of my website, whereas the e-mails sent to me by readers (in the days I had a public e-mail address) are mostly long gone, lost in computer crashes, courtesy of the U.S. Government's directed energy weaponry assaults and hacking. (Get behind me, Satan!)

And with a letter by post, you may at least know where it came from (the location), you are more likely to know the name of the sender, and it's less likely to be some anonymous coward, or some whackjob with time on his hands, sending drunken messages to strangers in the middle of the night. Postal mail also weeds out most of the busybodies, curiosity seekers, salesmen and tends to stop harassment, threats and hate mail.

For the most part, I actually enjoy hearing from readers of my website, as long as their communications are benign. It is only those of an intrusive, harassing or threatening nature to which I object.

Simply because I have declined to be a participant in the hectic free-for-all which the Internet has become, because I have guarded my privacy, I have been accused by my adversaries of all sorts of dastardly deeds.

I have been accused of being a “CIA disinfo agent”; a “sociopath”; a “coward”; a “con artist”....all because I keep to myself and have no interest in socializing on the Internet. How bizarre! But telling as to the common mindset of the denizens of the Internet.

I don't have a “comments” section on my website. Some websites do, others don't. But so what? This is a matter of individual choice. There is no benefit to me, I have nothing to gain by publishing the opinions of strangers. I don't run a forum for the public, I only publish reports. And I have neither the time nor the inclination to engage in discussions, nor arguments. That is not the purpose of my website.

If someone wants to send a “letter to the editor”, by post, then I may choose to publish it, or not. That's the way it was done in the old days, to which I dearly wish I could return.

The prevailing mentality in the Internet culture is anathema to me. Just a hotbed of loud, vulgar, aggressive busybodies! All jockeying for position, all desperately seeking public attention, as if there were nothing else of any importance in their lives.

So no, I don't want to sign up, sign in, log in, join in the discussion, join up today! I don't want to “connect” or “follow”, or be a “member”.

I don't live in a virtual reality, strange as that may seem to the rabid cyber-junkies.

Anyone who is interested in my views, my politics, my information, anything I offer for the public record, may easily learn of them from my website. They may make of it what they will, using their own discernment.

Last I heard, it's still “legal” to be reclusive, to enjoy my unalienable rights, including to privacy...but maybe not for long.

Not if the Socialist/Marxist/United Nations/ New World Order/Busybody/ Control Freak/Surveillance State/Government Rat Bastards have their way.

In my last report, I explained that my best friend and professional colleague of many years, former FBI agent Geral Sosbee, had not been able to speak on the phone since August of this year, because of the fact that the assaults on him by directed-energy weapons had destroyed his hearing.


I had known of this for quite some time, at least going back about 3 or 4 years, as his hearing deteriorated bit by bit. Geral and I used to spend hours on the phone and although the conversations were many times a source of distress for both of us, given the subject matter, that distress was outweighed by the comfort and solace of knowing that there was at least one other person in the world who understands what you are going through, that being targeted by the government for political persecution.


We have both suffered decades of this targeting, retaliation against whistleblowers. And unless you have experienced it (I would not wish it on my worst enemies, no matter how heinous their crimes), there is no way to understand what it is like. The perps of these campaigns against targeted individuals, which are brutal beyond description, have one overriding agenda in mind:

To totally destroy the Target's life. To ruin the Target, financially, to send him to the depths of emotional despair; to destroy his personal/professional reputation with smear campaigns, to sabotage his relationships, to leave him broken, battered, homeless, destitute and alone in the world. I was pleasantly surprised that one day after I posted my report I received a phone call from Geral. Actually, the call was made by Geral's wife, who is also a dear friend. She too has suffered greatly from the targeting of her husband. She has no connection (and never has had) to the government, nor to his professional endeavors. Do the perps care? No, for she is considered mere “collateral damage” in the war against Geral Sosbee.

They had called to thank me for my report. In order for me to respond, I had to speak to Geral's wife, for he could not hear me. We were only able to stay on the phone for less than 5 minutes. Just hearing Geral's voice was uplifting. But what he said left me in tears as I hung up the phone.

This was nothing new, he'd said it many times before: That he could not fathom the depth and breadth of the evil that has taken over our country. That the people who would do such things, as terrorizing and torturing their own citizens, destroying lives, killing people, it was something he could not understand. How can anyone be so evil? How can they live with themselves?


I've often heard similar statements, especially from those so targeted. Of course, we KNOW it is happening. We have experienced it firsthand. We have documented it, we have collected as much evidence as we could. We have reported it to various authorities. But it is still difficult, on a deeper level, to comprehend the absolute moral bankruptcy of the perps.


Geral filed a lawsuit, quite a few years ago, all the way up to the Supreme Court. He worked on this, while being harassed, persecuted and assaulted with high-tech weaponry, while being poisoned and drugged. All to no avail. His lawsuit was thrown out by the machinations of corrupt attorneys and judges.


He reported the crimes to members of Congress, to Senators, who are supposed to be his representatives. Nobody would help him.


He reported the crimes to the police. He was insulted, his sanity was impugned, he was threatened by these public servants. But no help ever came.


Going back to his years in the FBI (1971-1978), he reported the internal crimes through proper channels to the Inspector, who happened to be FBI Chief Ted L. Gunderson. His complaints were never even addressed, nor acknowledged.


Ted Gunderson, the same man who was planted on me in 1997, three years after I left CIA operations and went public with my testimony regarding CIA black ops, including (but not limited to) MK Ultra.

Ted Gunderson, the COINTELPRO Kingpin, Hoover's right hand man, who after leaving the FBI in 1979, continued his counterintelligence operations against whistleblowers (CIA, FBI, NSA, Military, as well as journalists.

Then later, when it was clear he could not defend the lie, finally admitted it, accompanied by his false claims that Barbara Hartwell is a “CIA disinfo agent”, that I am a “government spook” working for the “shadow government”. No, Ted, that was you, may you rest in peace and may God forgive you and have mercy on your soul.

As for the marriage to Anton LaVey's ex-wife, he never did admit to that, even when I produced evidence in the form of a letter sent to me by Ted (on FBI stationery) in 1998. He and his entourage of stooges claimed (as usual) that I am a liar, the most evil “CIA disinfo agent” who ever lived.

Sosbee writes for the record on April 30, 2005:

In early 1971, the FBI's domestic counterintelligence program (code named "COINTELPRO") was brought to light when a "Citizens Committee to Investigate the FBI" removed secret files from an FBI office in Media, PA and released them to the press. Agents began to resign from the Bureau and blow the whistle on covert operations. That same year, publication of the Pentagon Papers, the Pentagon's top-secret history of the Vietnam War, exposed years of systematic official lies about the war.

Now, moving on to the issue of torture. Here, an excerpt from the NY Times:

The “patriots” and “really good people” from CIA? 

Can he be for real?   

Good people do not engage in torture. Period. 

I don't care WHAT they call it (“enhanced interrogation”). 

I don't care WHY they do it. 

I don't care if it is used on the baddest of the bad guys. 

TORTURE IS WRONG. All wrong, all the time, dead wrong.


I have spent a tremendous amount of time researching the campaigns against whistleblowers. I have read their testimonials, their articles and reports online. I have watched their videos and TV interviews, and listened to their radio broadcasts.

I had a friend who was ex-CIA. I haven't heard from him since I last saw him when he visited me at my home in Maine (2007). He wasn't a whistleblower, per se, as he had not gone public using his name. (He had a young child to protect and was in the cross-hairs of the Bush Crime Family, out of Kennebunkport.) I had used the name “Paul” (not his name) in some stories of him in my reports, with his permission.

He was another person targeted for persecution and neutralization. I don't even know if he is still among the living, as I was unable to contact him. (If you are out there, Paul, please contact me by post.) I do know that he was very ill when last I spoke to him, again, a result of the assaults on his person by government perps, very similar to the assaults on Geral Sosbee.

Paul was introduced to me by a mutual friend in 2005. He, like most of us, was living in dire poverty, a result of the campaign against him. But he was a tremendous help to me, donating his time to help me with computer issues and sharing his expertise in other areas.

I remember when he said to me, Barbara, I am sorry but I can't bear to read your website. It is too distressing to me. We could talk on the phone, and that was easier for him. Just as with Geral Sosbee, the conversations were distressing, but also provided some comfort.

I bring this up because I too find it difficult to read the testimony, or watch/listen to the interviews of people who have been targeted for persecution. I can only stand so much, because I know from my own experience what these people have been through, or at least some of it.

As for those who have been falsely/wrongfully arrested, convicted and railroaded into prison, that is a horror I can only imagine, but for which I have spent many sleepless nights and shed many tears over these outrageous and grievous wrongs.

The campaigns against whistleblowers follow a very definitive and specific pattern, in most cases, both those I have personally investigated/known and those I have researched.

Then, it also hurts to know that there is not much I can do, if anything, to help them. I have no resources, no money to donate to their cause. I only have this website (not high-traffic, not commercial) where I can express my support for them and hope that others may do the same, especially those who have the resources to offer material support.

If I don't know the individual personally then I must in good conscience take great care not to misrepresent them in any way, but only to provide quotes and links to their websites, where the reader may learn about their cases.

Unfortunately, I myself have had my name and my case grossly exploited and misrepresented many times, either by government minions/stooges, or by amateur wannabes and publicity-seekers, ignorant and aggressive persons who don't know what they are talking about. But they've done a lot of damage, nonetheless.

I have compiled a list of whistleblowers for this report, most of whom I do not know. But I have read their articles, perused their websites, listened and watched as they told their stories.

But before I get to them, here is my list of the most common tactics used against whistleblowers. I have also listed the quotes that I have heard repeatedly from persons targeted. These are generic and not to be attributed to any particular individual. But they tell a story that those targeted may most likely relate to.

I could not believe what was happening to me.

I have not done anything wrong, but I was harassed by my colleagues.

They are saying I am paranoid, delusional.

They are insisting I see a psychiatrist for a mental health evaluation.

My neighbors have me under surveillance, they are stalking me, and I hardly know them.

I am being followed everywhere I go.

They broke into my home and planted bugs.

They stole my car keys, house keys, documents.

They poisoned my cat/dog, they broke my heart.

I lost everything.

I was forced to live in my car.

They ran me off the road, they boxed me in with a team of agents.

They vandalized my vehicles.

They crashed my computers.

I could not find a job, no one would hire me.

I was driven to bankruptcy/financial destitution.

I was driven to homelessness.

I lost my home, forced to sell everything I owned.

My wife/husband divorced me.

Nobody would help me.

And in just about every case (thank God!), I have heard them say:

I have dedicated my life to fighting them, exposing them, seeing justice done.

TACTICS FOR TARGETING

The basic model for a campaign against a Target is: Isolation. Alienation. Deprivation. The goal being to disrupt and destabilize every area of the Target's life.

Organized stalking aka gang stalking (on foot, in vehicles and/or cyber-stalking

Recruit neighbors for citizen spies/”neighborhood watch”, harassment, creating disturbances

Inform local police that the “suspect” (Target) is “under investigation” usually by FBI

Blacklisting: potential landlords, attorneys, employers, so Target cannot find a place to live, hire an attorney, find employment

Tailed while driving/harassment on road

Electronic harassment/DEW: assaults on the person of the Target, disrupting electric/electronic systems, TV, computers, etc. in the Target's home

Impugn sanity of the Target: delusional, paranoid

Home invasions, theft, destruction of property, leaving tokens or 'calling cards', moving items out of place so Target knows his home has been violated

Vandalism of property, vehicles, screws/nails in tires

Smear campaign: Calls, letters to employers, family, friends, colleagues, slandering the Target, outrageous lies, false accusations

Public libel/slander campaign: Fraudulent “reports” and articles, radio broadcasts, outrageous calumny against Target

Agent provocateurs/plants: sent to infiltrate/disrupt the Target's life

Sabotage relationships: family, friends, colleagues, so the Target may be abandoned and/or betrayed by those closest to him

Driven into financial destitution/bankruptcy

Driven to homelessness

False arrests, set ups, Target framed

False police reports/criminal complaints against Target

Threats, criminal menacing

A former Justice Dept. ethics attorney, Jesselyn Radack blew the whistle when the FBI committed an ethics violation while interrogating John Walker Lindh back in 2001. After continued suppression of the truth by the DOJ, Radack resigned from her job and leaked important emails regarding Lindh’s case to Newsweek. John Kiriakou, Thomas Drake and Jesselyn Radack are the subjects of this documentary that reveals the treatment afforded whistleblowers who don’t have the right connections. “A person never feels as alone as when the weight of the entire U.S. government is coming down on your head, when Espionage Act charges are being filed against you despite the fact you haven’t committed espionage, and when your personal, financial, and social life are ruined,” John Kiriakou, the CIA torture whistleblower, told Shadowproof. “Jim Spione documented the ugliness of the Obama Administration’s war on whistleblowers. And it was through that documentation that I realized I wasn’t alone.”

A TRIBUTE TO THE WHISTLEBLOWERS

The persons named here are only a few among those who have had the courage and integrity to stand up for themselves, their families and their country, to stand up for the truth, regardless of the consequences to themselves.

Through learning about their stories, I have developed tremendous respect and admiration for each one. I recognize when someone is telling the truth, when the person is sincere, and I have no doubt that these are decent, honorable people who have done all in their power to right the wrongs they have witnessed and experienced. They have paid a terrible price for their heroism.

As I watched their video presentations, listened to their radio interviews, I often found myself weeping at the evil done to them, but also cheering, and thanking God that in an incredibly corrupt government such as the U.S. has become, where moral standards have plummeted, where the Constitution is flagrantly and unabashedly disregarded, where the Rule of Law appears to have vanished into a black hole, where agents of the government are the most dangerous criminals we are likely to meet, still living among us there are these Liberty-loving Patriots, Defenders of the Constitution, Crusaders for Justice.
