PART ONE
This
series of reports, to be posted in several parts, is written to
declare my sorrow and my outrage about how far this nation has fallen
from the principles of Liberty established by its founders.
How many
in this nation have forgotten the true meaning of Liberty! They have
fallen prey to the agenda of the architects of the New World Order,
who would have us believe that in order to be "safe", in
order to have "security", we must accept a Nanny State,
adopt a system of governance in which our individuality and our most
fundamental rights are sacrificed.
God-given, unalienable INDIVIDUAL
rights. Whether or not you 'believe' in God, they are yours for the
taking. The burning question is, will you exercise them, will you
stand up for them? God gave you free will, thus it is your
responsibility, and yours alone, through the intent of your heart and
mind, and the actions that proceed therefrom, to decide for yourself,
in every area of your life.
God-given rights are not a matter of
"religion", nor of "politics". Rights are not
granted by any human entity, agency, or government. Rights are
unalienable, for the simple reason that what the Creator has
bestowed, no person, or collective of persons, has the right to
mitigate, to regulate, nor take away. God does not bestow "special
rights" to any class, ethnic group, gender or age group. Only
EQUAL rights, for one and all.
Furthermore, the Creator grants
rights to the INDIVIDUAL, the flesh and blood man or woman, not to
any 'collective' of persons.
Should you fail to accept personal
responsibility for making your own decisions, you are allowing
yourself to be at the mercy of others (be it one person, or a group
of persons) who will be all too eager to step in and make those
decisions for you.
Silence, or inaction, in the face of
any wrongful act is to be interpreted as consent. This paves the way
for all manner of wrongs to flourish, for in the end it always
results in tyranny, in slavery to the collective, to the state, to
the will of men --rather than in service to the will of God.
Will you seek peace and respect the
rights of others, will you pursue truth and stand for justice? Or
will you, in self-serving disregard of the rights of others, abuse
your gifts from the Creator, in the false belief that all is
permissible, as long as you attain your own objectives, further your
own political agenda, even if it is at the expense of another
person's unalienable rights and liberties?
Here are
generally accepted legal definitions of "Personhood":
The state
or condition of being a person, especially having those qualities
that confer distinct individuality.
The
condition of being a person who is an individual with inalienable
rights.
PUBLIC
FIGURE, PRIVATE PERSON: THE INVIOLABILITY OF PERSONHOOD
I love
that phrase, "Inviolability of Personhood".
It carries
within it the purest essence of
everything I believe in, all that I stand for, what I would die
fighting to defend. Inviolability of Personhood: According to God's
sovereign and immutable laws, I have the right to declare my personal
sovereignty as a child of God, I am free to live as I choose, as long
as I do not violate the rights of others, on whom God has bestowed
equal rights. As long as I respect the privacy, the personal
boundaries, the fundamental rights of others, I am living in
accordance with God's laws and God's will.
But there
are many (alas, far too many) persons who have "decided",
according to their own free will, that God's laws are not to be
adhered to. No, God's laws are just not good enough, they are
inconvenient to the purely subjective, self-serving goals of those
persons who foolishly believe they can improve on, or sidestep the
natural order of the universe, created and sustained by God Almighty.
Holding
fast to the values of the world, they seek first the approval and the
society of men, rather than seeking to serve the Kingdom of God. They
are the pleasers of men, rather than the servants of God. Worst of
all, they believe they have the right to usurp the power of God by
infringing on the rights, the privacy, the personal boundaries, of
the individual, which they most often claim is for "the common
good", for the "good of the collective", or in service
to "humanity".
As history
has proved, nothing could be further from the truth. Consider what
has ultimately resulted from every single communist or fascist
regime, in the course of history: Sacrifice of God's truth, of the
God-given unalienable rights of the individual, in service to a
godless totalitarian state, where those fundamental rights are not
only violated, but annihilated.
RESPECTING
THE PRIVACY & PERSONAL BOUNDARIES OF THE INDIVIDUAL
Now comes
the most fundamental issue I can ever address, that being the right
of the individual to privacy, and to establish his/her own personal
boundaries. Those who truly love Liberty, unfettered by the contrived
dictates and regulations of human beings, will understand that
individual rights are the very soul of Liberty. There can be no
Liberty where individual rights are sacrificed.
As for
those who wish to follow Christ's teaching, to love their neighbors
as themselves --no matter what their religion or lack thereof, for it
is a universal principle, a moral absolute-- they will first and
foremost RESPECT the God-given rights of others, just as they would
wish their own rights to be respected. For you cannot truly love
those whose inviolability of personhood you fail to respect.
When I
reflect on all the troubles, all the sorrows, all the disasters and
near-disasters which have manifested in my life, the cause is nearly
always the same: Persons (individually or collectively) who simply
refused to respect my
fundamental
rights, most notably my right to privacy and my right to determine my
own personal boundaries, the Inviolability of my Personhood.
These
assaults on my personhood have been perpetrated not only by the
government and their minions, but by garden variety busybodies, for
more years than I care to remember, and I have had more than enough
to last from here to eternity. Enough, already!
This
report, for the purposes of defending and celebrating my God-given
rights (for I will never give them up), and of setting the record
straight with the truth and the facts, is very personal indeed
--outlining in detail how my privacy has been invaded and how my
personal boundaries have been violated, most notably in cases where
the violators claim to be believers in, and defenders of Liberty, of
human rights, and of the Constitutional protections of those rights.
Some even claim to be "freedom fighters". There is
hypocrisy afoot, and as you read on you will hear all about it --in
spades.
But let me
begin with some general thoughts on what privacy, as an integral part
of my Liberty, means to me. Privacy means that my home (no matter how
humble) is a place where I can be at peace, whenever I choose. A
place that is my sanctuary, where no one can intrude, where I can
shut out the world, where I can lock the door against those who would
invade my space, but where I can invite friends, when I so choose, to
share it with me.
Privacy
means that I can have an unlisted street address so that no one can
locate me unless I wish to be located. Privacy means I can have an
unlisted telephone number, so that I can be free of unwanted,
unsolicited calls, or harassing calls, so I can have quiet enjoyment
of my home. Privacy means I can choose to have an e-mail address
which is not disclosed to the public, so that I can be free from
unsolicited communications, and from e-mail
harassment/cyber-stalking.
Privacy
means that I can be free of unwanted attention and scrutiny, from
snoops and busybodies, or from the government (which these days
consists entirely of same, having been turned into a tyrannical
surveillance state). It means that any information about my personal
life that I do not wish to be for public fare, will remain just that
--private. Such information may include issues related to my health,
my finances, my personal and family relationships or professional
associations, my personal/professional background, and any and all
other information which it is my right to protect.
As for my
personal boundaries? My personal boundaries are delineated by me, and
only by me. I have the right to say, Halt right there!, to post a NO
TRESPASSING sign, to draw my line in the sand, and forbid anyone to
cross it.
To be
crystal clear: My life is NOT an open book, for any and all, all and
sundry, to peruse.
And for anyone who thinks he/she can intrude upon my private life, or
cross my line, there will be consequences, such depending on the
severity of the offense. At the very least, they will be exposed as
wrongdoers, for all the world to see.
But there
is another issue which needs to be addressed, that being that, having
a public website (since 2000), and having established a presence on
the Internet (since 1995) as a journalist & government
whistleblower, I would be considered a 'public figure', or more
specifically, a 'limited purpose public figure'.
Definition of a "Public Figure":
n. in the law of defamation (libel and
slander), a personage of great public interest or familiarity like a
government official, politician, celebrity, business leader, movie
star or sports hero. Incorrect harmful statements published about a
public figure cannot be the basis of a lawsuit for defamation unless
there is proof that the writer or publisher intentionally defamed the
person with malice (hate).
Definition of a "Limited Purpose
Public Figure":
n. a person who voluntarily and prominently
participates in a public controversy for the purpose of influencing
its outcome and who is thus required as a public figure to prove
actual malice in a defamation suit.

Collectively known as defamation, libel and
slander are civil wrongs that harm a reputation; decrease respect,
regard, or confidence; or induce disparaging, hostile, or
disagreeable opinions or feelings against an individual or entity.
The injury to one's good name or reputation is affected through
written or spoken words or visual images. The laws governing these
torts are identical.
To recover in a libel or slander suit, the
plaintiff must show evidence of four elements: that
the defendant conveyed a defamatory message; that
the material was published, meaning that it was conveyed to someone
other than the plaintiff; that the
plaintiff could be identified as the person referred to in the
defamatory material; and that the plaintiff suffered some injury to
his or her reputation as a result of the communication.
To prove that the material was defamatory, the plaintiff must show that at least one other person who saw or heard it understood it as having defamatory meaning. It is necessary to show not that all who heard or read the statement understood it to be defamatory, but only that one person other than the plaintiff did so.
Therefore, even if the defendant contends that the communication was a joke, if one person other than the plaintiff took it seriously, the communication is considered defamatory.
Defamatory matter is published when it is communicated to someone other than the plaintiff. This can be done in several different ways. The defendant might loudly accuse the plaintiff of something in a public place where others are present, or make defamatory statements about the plaintiff in a newsletter or an on-line bulletin board. The defamation need not be printed or distributed. However, if the defendant does not intend it to be conveyed to anyone other than the plaintiff, and conveys it in a manner that ordinarily would prevent others from seeing or hearing it, the requirement of publication has not been satisfied even if a third party inadvertently overhears or witnesses the communication. Liability for republication of a defamatory statement is the same as for original publication, provided that the defendant had knowledge of the contents of the statement. Thus, newspapers, magazines, and broadcasters are liable for republication of libel or slander because they have editorial control over their communications.Just because I may be deemed a 'public figure', does not allow anyone the right to invade my privacy, or have a field day with vicious libel and slander, disseminating outrageous lies. Plaintiffs (including public figures) have been awarded large sums when they have established that damages resulted from the defendants' malicious actions, including extreme emotional distress, pain and suffering, loss of income, etc.
These damages –and far worse-- have been a direct result of the offensive waged against me by the government and their minions. Because I lack the resources and material support, it has not been possible for me to file lawsuits against the perpetrators of these offenses, both civil and criminal. After all, as I have learned the hard way, “justice” is for sale to the highest bidder.
I don't expect I will ever recover from the massive damages, nor be made whole, not in this world. The one thing I can do is continue to shout from the rooftops, to expose the truth, and in the end make certain I have left a well-documented public record, so that I may be vindicated. There is always the hope that outrage may be generated, even if only in a small segment of the population who truly love Liberty (sometimes that's all it takes), so that others may be spared the grievous injustices I and my fellow government whistleblowers have endured.
"JOURNALISM" ON THE WORLD WIDE WEB
In today's world of Internet communications and publications (chat rooms, message boards, and 'social media'), the true professional journalism of bygone days has nearly vanished. In place of such, there are many millions of pages of Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, etc.
Many of these people call themselves "bloggers" (as well they might, for they certainly are not journalists, by any stretch of the imagination); and as such, rather than write well-researched articles or reports, throw together a sloppy piece of work; some don't even bother to use capital letters for proper names, for the personal pronoun "I", or at the beginning of a sentence.
As for their "sources"? Forget credible sources. Mostly nothing more than subjective speculation, and parroting the "news", rumors or gossip they read somewhere, from another "blogger". Most of them, cowards that they are, use pseudonyms or "screen names", and thus cannot be identified. 'Anonymous' equals ZERO credibility.
Then, there is the army of hirelings, paid by political hacks, corporate administrators and intelligence agents, to flood the Internet with propaganda, for whatever is the agenda du jour. These hirelings will invade messsage boards, social networks and the 'comments' sections of websites, where they plaster their messages of falsehood and defamation, each using multiple screen names to make it seem as if there are far more of them than there actually are.
This Internet culture is a milieu in which I have never participated, for it offends all my ethical and aesthetic sensibilities. The jargon alone is enough to make me want to scream in protest of its stupidity! I do not join social networks. I do not join discussion groups, nor post any material on them. I do not post on the "comments" section of any website. I have always used my real name when posting material on the Internet, and unlike many others, never any pseudonym or alias. I stand by what I write, because I care about the truth for the record, and it is not my concern "what people think" about it.
However, I do become righteously outraged when my good name is defamed, which it has been, more times than I could ever hope to count. And this, in most cases by people who do not know me, nor anything about me, but are simply parroting the idiocy they have read/heard elsewhere on the Internet.
Then there are the identity thieves, criminal scum like Todd Brendan Fahey, who (along with cyber-stalking and libel galore) engage in forgery, stealing and exploiting my name, posting bogus reports, forged e-mails and engaging in monstrous invasions of privacy by issuing fraudulent "appeals" for donations, posting my UNLISTED, PRIVATE street address, accompanied by photos of my home.
Hear ye, hear ye, come one and all, Barbara Hartwell is "accepting donations" at her private residence! Which resulted in felony theft on my property, as well as vandalism and harassment by local yokel lowlifes, like-minded criminals who, having been solicited by the likes of Fahey and his 'other half' of the demonic duo, predicate felon Timothy Patrick White, took the opportunity to wreak some havoc, just for the hell of it.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION
As a government whistleblower, I have published my work on the Internet since 1995. I got out of CIA operations in January 1994, before which time I had been working (both "inside" and outside) as a professional journalist, in print and electronic media. I have continued my work as a journalist to the present day.
During the 1980s & 90s I hosted/produced radio and TV talk shows, while living in Greenwich, CT. (CIA paid for my training in radio/TV production and as on-camera "talent" and sponsored my shows, through cut outs.)
I wrote articles for hardcopy publications (there weren't any other kind back then). I was a press representative for Amnesty International, and for several organizations (advocacy groups) for human rights, animal rights, etc. These were causes I believed in (and still do), so if anyone falsely claims I was somehow coerced or "mind-controlled" by CIA into supporting these causes, they would be dead wrong.
I wrote research papers (and served as a lecturer) on various subjects, including metaphysics/paranormal phenomena, Jungian analysis, transpersonal/depth psychology, Christian practice and ethics, advocacy for animals, and political topics. I wrote editorials for newspapers and magazines. However, no matter the topics and issues I addressed, my primary focus has always been on the God-given Rights of the Individual.
My training and formal education have been, generally speaking, in the areas of classical fine arts, psychotherapy and religion. I am trained as a Jungian analyst, and was ordained a Christian minister in 1979, by the Universalist Church (from which I have long since severed all connections), specializing in pastoral counseling. I have continued as a Christian minister, preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
I worked for many years in the private practice of professional counseling, as well as a personnel consultant/counselor for corporations, including Smith Barney, Reuters International (and others I am not at liberty to name), though I gave up that practice shortly after I left CIA operations. (You may draw your own conclusions.)
I have worked with attorneys (corporate, defense, and D.A.s' offices) as a special consultant, as well as with police departments in similar capacity. My objective was always the same: put the bad guys out of business, exonerate the innocent/falsely accused, and one way or another, see justice done.
While inside CIA, I specialized as a profiler (otherwise known as "behavioral analysis"), including of foreign and domestic government officials and other “persons of interest”, and in debriefing intelligence and military personnel, in domestic and foreign covert operations, though I was utilized in other areas, and most significantly, as regards my work as a whistleblower, developed an expertise in counterintelligence operations.
In summary, I know exactly what I am talking about when I address the aforementioned issues. There is no speculation involved. My reports are based on facts, and supported by evidence. I provide names and dates wherever possible. And I don't write about subjects on which I am not knowledgeable (there are plenty of those, as well), but stick to what I do know.
I provide this information as background which will give the necessary context for this series of reports.
MONSTROUS INVASIONS OF PRIVACY BY GOVERNMENT-SPONSORED BUSYBODIES/STALKERS
When a person decides to become a government whistleblower, it is certain that trouble will follow. Usually, all hell breaks loose. This has held true throughout the course of history. A person of conscience, having witnessed and/or been victimized by corruption, high crimes & misdemeanors, malfeasance, skullduggery, which have become not only rampant, but institutionalized, makes a decision that enough is enough. I will not be a part of this. I will not go along with this. I will take a stand against this. Damn the torpedoes, full speed ahead!
The government agencies perpetrating the crimes against humanity have a 'remedy' for dealing with whistleblowers. It is not a legal remedy, far from it. It is called a neutralization campaign. Which means that they intend to destroy the life of the whistleblower, piece by piece, by any and all means available to them. And considering the vast resources at their disposal, they have unlimited means by which to accomplish their egregious objectives.
These counterintelligence operations are directed by experts, specialists, professionals within the intelligence community. But most of the lowly dirty work of the actual operations is carried out by ambitious amateurs, most notably criminals who stand to gain a pardon, a get-out-of-jail-free card, or a deal that they will not be apprehended or prosecuted for past crimes, and will be protected against the consequences of continuing criminal activities.
Thus they operate with impunity, enjoying their crime sprees of wreaking havoc in the lives of designated Targets. This makes them feel oh-so-important, almost like a bona fide G-Man, the idol they hold aloft and worship, in their ignorance and stupidity. These enemies of Liberty can gleefully live out their control-freak fantasies, fuel their delusions of grandeur, all the while staying out of jail! (Nice work for a sociopath, if you can get it.)
The late Ted L. Gunderson (FBI Chief, COINTELPRO Kingpin), who served in the FBI from 1951-1979, was a primary director of such operations against whistleblowers, journalists and political activists/dissidents beginning in the second half of the twentieth century, and until his death in 2011. As just one example, Gunderson targeted the Black Panthers, resulting in murder and mayhem, using divide-and-conquer tactics, such as forged letters, incendiary in nature, which turned members of the party against one another.
Dr. Martin Luther King, another Target of the FBI's COINTELPRO, was persecuted in a similar vein, harassed with letters urging him to commit suicide. The same tactic, used against former FBI Agent Geral Sosbee, after his forced resignation (1978), continues to this very day, as the FBI works round the clock in attempts to neutralize him, to stop him from reporting the ongoing atrocities of a government run amok in persecuting its own citizens.
If you are a regular reader of this site, you will have heard quite a bit about Ted Gunderson. You will also have heard about his entourage of lackeys, minions and stooges --the above mentioned amateurs, the fed snitches who are instrumental in destroying the lives of decent, legitimate persons who defend Liberty and God-given unalienable rights.
KEN ADACHI & 'EDUCATE YOURSELF': CONTROLLED OPPOSITION, HOAXES & OUTRAGEOUS DISINFORMATION
Most notorious among these criminal perpetrators of large-scale libel/slander campaigns against government whistleblowers is one Ken Adachi aka Peter Boudreau, a government shill who runs a website called 'Educate-Yourself' (a flagrant misnomer, if ever there was one), and who specializes in promoting disinformation about government operations, current events (including loony conspiracy theories and outrageous hoaxes), and black propaganda against Targets. Adachi has been running a massive libel/slander campaign against Barbara Hartwell since 2001.
Among Adachi's "sources" for the defamatory material published on his site are his fellow criminal perps, all serving the cause of perpetuating government corruption and agenda politics, always at the expense of law-abiding Americans.
Here is an excerpt from one of my many reports exposing Gunderson's stable of COINTELPRO minions:

The lying gutter trash who have been involved in the fabrication, the publication and distribution of this particular pseudo report are too numerous to mention. However, three individuals are most culpable: Brenda Negri (the liar who fabricated the pseudo report under the alias 'James L. Choron'); Timothy Patrick White (the liar who distributed the pseudo report, posting it on message boards all over the World Wide Web, and e-mailing it to hundreds of individuals, who in turn forwarded it to others, including furnishing it to Ken Adachi); Ken Adachi (the liar who ensconced the pseudo report in a permanent place among all the other libelous trash about Barbara Hartwell, which he has been both fabricating and posting on his website (and elsewhere) since 2001.

anyone doubts the level of damage caused by Adachi and his

other names to the list as well, of mutual acquaintances (including
former miliary/law enforcement/intelligence), who like myself, were

FALSE: I
have no "connections" whatsoever to Wackenhut, nor have
ever had any such connections. Brenda Negri concocted a story about a
lawyer, who happened to be a personal friend of mine, but never my
attorney. Negri falsely claimed that this attorney lived and
practiced in Florida, whereas my friend lived and practiced in New
York City. The attorney named by Negri had no "connections"
whatsoever to Wackenhut. (However, she did stand up in my defense,
refuted the falsehoods and exposed Brenda Negri as a malicious liar.)
Now, for
this gem:

FALSE: In
fact, at the time of the publication of this defamatory pseudo report
(2002) I was 51 years old, NOT in my "late fifties". The
earliest photo posted on my website was taken in 1997, from an
article in Hudson Valley Magazine, at which time I was 46 years old,
only 4 years younger.

“myth” connected to me, except perhaps in Brenda Negri's twisted
fantasies.

What "connections"?
I have never, in all my life

certain of Negri's accomplices have been heavily involved in
precisely these criminal offenses. Tim White, for example, made a
deal with corrupt feds (2001) to reduce his prison sentence
(convicted of drug trafficking), from 5 years, to 4 months.
What
offense was White never even charged with? Possession of child
pornography, a felony crime. The feds let that one slide, as long as
White continued his campaign of harassing, stalking and threatening
Targets with bodily harm or death. Tim White has been thoroughly
exposed as a Public Menace, with a list of Targets a mile long.

FACT: Brenda
Negri did not "resign" from TSA.
She was terminated for
cause: Lying
on her application, failing to provide truthful info on her criminal
record; and the fact that Negri had been admitted to a mental
hospital when her family became concerned about her serious

reason that Negri's employment was terminated: It was exposed (by

of Barbara Hartwell.

FACT:
Brenda Negri has absolutely NO "background in intelligence
work"; and NO "background in law enforcement", as she
claims. NONE. This is a bald-faced lie, one that she promoted until

Even

Negri's lies,
threats, and criminal harassment of Barbara Hartwell are fueled by
spite and envy, plain and simple. Negri is nothing more than an
intelligence/law enforcement groupie, a G-Man wannabe with an axe to
grind --just like so many of her accomplices, most notably Tim White
and Todd Brendan Fahey, the demonic duo, who have been in collusion
to libel, stalk, threaten and harass Barbara Hartwell since 2004,
only three years after White and Negri began their harassment in
2001.
This malicious
pathological liar, Brenda Negri, has stirred up more trouble with her
outrageous lies than I can possibly express. She (and her lies) have
also been widely promoted by her accomplices and fellow demonic
liars. And perhaps worst of all, these lies from the Pit of Hell have

malicious gossip, among many, many individuals in the so-called

Late last year
(2013), Negri sent a harassing e-mail message to former FBI agent
Geral Sosbee, taunting him about his so-called "former friend",
Barbara Hartwell. I have never been a "former friend" of
Geral Sosbee, and can
guarantee,
never will be. He's the guy I would trust with my life, the person of
choice I would want watching my back in a foxhole.
In fact, Brenda
Negri had started harassing Geral Sosbee as early as 2001, sending
"warnings" by e-mail against Barbara Hartwell, accusing me
of being a "rogue CIA operative", a "black ops goon",
a "honey trap" and other absurd, defamatory epithets.
Geral ignored
her and dismissed her as a "half-wit". But that did not
stop Negri. She then started publishing libelous falsehoods about
Geral, in connection with my name. Just like her pals, Tim White, who
also harassed Geral by e-mail and telephone, and Todd Brendan Fahey,
who harassed Geral by e-mail, as well as posting pornographic filth
in connection with my name (hiding behind numerous idiotic screen
names) on Geral's message board. The only way to stop this lunatic,
Fahey, was to shut down the message board.)
Brenda
Negri, calling herself "Ranger Rick", and "Ace G-Man",
has been featured on Adachi's website for years, as have Tim White,
Todd Fahey and other criminal accomplices. Emblematic of Adachi's
sheer idiocy, he has actually hailed Brenda Negri as a
"whistleblower".

actually impress people with her 'credentials'.
The
irony and the unmitigated stupidity of Negri's approach is that
NOBODY actually working "undercover" would brag about it on
a public message board!
Note
that Negri always uses the plural personal pronouns "we"
and "us". She does this in every commentary she writes.
Perhaps in addition to her other forms of psychopathology, Negri has
multiple personality disorder? She uses many aliases; often appears
to be talking to herself; and never uses her real name. But the silly
and peculiar writing style, as well as the same malicious lies about
her Targets, give her away every time.
Now,

FBI AGENT GERAL SOSBEE TARGETED FOR STALKING BY 'THE BEAST'

from former FBI agent Geral Sosbee, just one example of the Negri-like (or, Negriotic,
as I call them) stalkers sicced on him in the library, by agents of
the U.S. government.

now live in Brownsville, Texas, and I often use the public library's
computers for my reports. The library officials here twice refused
(latest on 6/17/2014) to ask the 'beast' to stop unwanted actions
directed at me. In one instance, when a library official was near the
assaultive conduct toward me by the 'beast', the official seemed to
deliberately refuse to observe the conduct that I was trying to
document, even as the harassment was occurring a few feet away.
I
have the impression that the library does not want to assist me at
all. The official stated that if there is a disruption he can ask the
patron to stop, or that I can call the police myself.
If
I were to call the police, I would be viewed unfavorably for
reporting activity that does not appear to be criminal. Besides, as I
have documented in parts 19, a, b, c, the police often assist the fbi
in sending operatives to assault me in efforts to provoke.
The
24/7 surveillance and DEW attacks, as well as assaults by fbi street
thugs is ongoing for over a decade and are at times incapacitating."

people express shock or disbelief when hearing of such tactics used
