Political Persecution in America: FBI/CIA Whistleblowers Geral Sosbee & Barbara Hartwell

NOTE: This report is a compilation of previously published material. Included are a report by Barbara Hartwell exposing the persecution of Geral Sosbee by one Charles Bruce Stewart (2002); and an excerpt from a report (2006) in which I refute some additional falsehoods being promoted by Mr. Stewart and others.

To name just a few of Charles Bruce Stewart's accomplices in the massive libel/slander campaign against Barbara Hartwell and Geral Sosbee:

Predicate felon/criminal stalker Timothy Patrick White --whom Stewart has called "heroic"; whom Stewart has continuously endorsed, supported and promoted over a period of years, at least since 2002.

Shirley Anderson, grifter/con artist; government stooge;one-time "girlfriend"/criminal accomplice of Tim White.

Larry Lawson, COINTELPRO provocateur and disinfo-monger, criminal accomplice of Tim White.

Pam (Boxcars & Shackles) Schuffert, con artist/grifter; government stooge; criminal accomplice of Tim White; stalker involved in persecution of Barbara Hartwell, Janet Phelan and others.

And by the way, each of these individuals, accomplices of Charles Bruce Stewart, is promoted by government stooge/PR shill for ex-FBI agent Ted Gunderson, Ken Adachi, editor of a New Age/government disinfo website, Educate-Yourself.

These workers of iniquity are but a few of the individuals whom, investigations have revealed, are involved in this network. This is a conspiracy, plain and simple. It has been organized and engineered by government criminals, for the purpose of neutralizing Defenders of Liberty and Messengers of Truth, including --but certainly not limited to-- Barbara Hartwell and Geral Sosbee.

Look closely at the tactics used by Mr. Stewart and his accomplices. They seek to discredit Barbara Hartwell and Geral Sosbee by character assassination and the promotion of outrageous and defamatory lies about the targets.

But the strangest thing of all, at least to me, is that Mr. Charles Bruce Stewart touts himself --loud and long--as a "Christian". As do all others in collusion with Stewart to attack; to bear false witness and to mercilessly persecute Hartwell and Sosbee.

OPEN LETTER TO CHARLES STEWART FROM BARBARA HARTWELL

Mr. Stewart:

Your recent message to ex-FBI agent Geral Sosbee (below) which can only be considered an attack on Geral's character, professional reputation and credibility, was forwarded to me. Geral asked for my analysis of your letter; and because Geral is a dear friend and a respected colleague of mine; and since my name was also mentioned, I feel it is important to state my position on this matter.

Firstly, your attitude to Geral is disrespectful, judgmental and extremely presumptuous. Your comments reveal an attempt to impugn his sanity and show an unconscionable lack of respect for his personal boundaries. I find such an attitude highly inappropriate and intrusive; and as such, unacceptable in anyone claiming himself to be a supporter or friend as you had previously done.

Before this unprecedented attack, you publicly referred to Geral as "FBI Hero".

Secondly, it is clear to me by your remarks that you are lacking in any real knowledge and understanding of CIA's MK Ultra program as well as the nature of the Psychological Operations run by the military and intelligence agencies.

You make the unfounded assumption that Geral has been "mind controlled and traumatized from birth". This is an outrageous statement with absolutely no basis in fact.

In point of fact, Geral is a targeted individual, NOT a "mind controlled slave". He has been targeted because he is a whistleblower exposing a network of criminals within the highest levels of government agencies. Psy Ops are routinely perpetrated on most high-level and high-profile whistleblowers. Psy Ops and MK Ultra-style mind control programming are two disparate methodologies, which one cannot possibly understand without years of comprehensive research and/or having been subjected to one or both.

I have personally investigated Geral's case; have spent many hours, over roughly the course of a year, discussing these issues with him and have publicized much of Geral's testimony and reports along with my editorial comments, on many websites, message boards and newswires on the Internet. I know him to be a truthful, reliable and credible source of information.

It is emblematic of Geral's courage and dedication that he has exposed not only pervasive corruption within the FBI and CIA --which made him a target in the first place; but also that he is willing to go public with detailed descriptions of the terrorist tactics and Psy Ops used on him by his criminal adversaries. Testifying as to the specific harassment tactics of political persecution is the only way to expose the perpetrators of these crimes against humanity.

Unfortunately, it is very typical for these targeted individuals to be viewed by uninformed 'outsiders' (including the public at large) as mentally unstable or to be ridiculed for their open discussion of these operations. After all, that is one of the primary objectives of the perps: To attempt to discredit the target; to make him look 'crazy' so that the public will not believe his truthful testimony, which exposes the atrocities he has witnessed and/or been the victim of.

I am a survivor of MK Ultra programming and CIA black operations; as well as a former intelligence operative who was utilized in Psy Ops, specializing in profiling and debriefing of military personnel in Special Operations, most particularly Manchurian Candidates (mind controlled operatives). I come from a family with deep roots in the intelligence community going back three generations, including G-2, CIA and OSS.

I am also trained in various forms of psychotherapy including Jungian analysis and hypnotherapy. I was ordained and licensed as a minister in 1979, and specialized in pastoral counseling, although I am no longer affiliated with any church and do not ascribe to any organized religion. The point I am making is that my training in these various disciplines, as well as many years of research and experience practicing in these capacities, qualifies me to offer a considered professional opinion, nothing less, on these matters.

On the other hand, the opinions you offer appear to me to be uninformed speculation at best. Such erroneous suppositions, clearly based on nothing more than a cursory examination of complex issues, offer no useful contribution or support to those whose lives have been seriously affected and often irreparably damaged by the illegal covert operations run by corrupt agencies of the government.

You mention Cisco Wheeler, in conjunction with myself. For the record, to my knowledge, based on her writings and public talks, Cisco Wheeler's background is very different from my own. And in my considered professional opinion, the man using the name Fritz Springmeier (whose real name is Victor Schoof aka Arthur Alexander Jr.) who co-authored several books with Wheeler, is a charlatan. My opinion is shared by quite a few professional researchers on mind control and its survivors.

In any case, since Geral Sosbee is in fact an individual targeted for political persecution and NOT a survivor of MK Ultra or similar programs, I can't imagine why you insist that he "needs" to be placed in contact with Wheeler, as her writings and experiences have no real bearing on Geral's situation. It is not my intent to denigrate Ms. Wheeler in any way, these are merely my observations.

I also find your adherence to, and apparent support of, a rigid hierarchical structure of operations disturbing, as well as your presumption that Geral lacks the capacity to function effectively as an individual, outside the strictures and limitations of a pyramidal chain of command.

On the contrary, it is precisely BECAUSE Geral has the rare abilities to think critically FOR HIMSELF --and to operate independently of such a hierarchical model--and because he does NOT conform to the consensus mode of thought and behavior, that he is able to clearly perceive truths which elude those with the conformist/ 'good soldier' mentality.

INDIVIDUAL rights and INDIVIDUAL freedoms are what people such as Geral Sosbee are fighting to defend and preserve. Throughout the course of history, it has been the INDIVIDUALS whose vision has been untainted by a restrictive 'herd mentality'; religious indoctrination; and party-line politics, who have made the greatest contributions which have served to uplift humanity, and nearly always, at great personal sacrifice.

Shame on you, Mr. Stewart, for your narrow-minded and pretentious attitude. You are part of the problem, not the solution.

Geral Sosbee has earned the respect of all those who truly understand his work, by standing up for what is right, even if at times he stands alone. For this, at the very least, he deserves the appreciation and support of all those who love freedom and who serve the interests of justice.

Not long after I wrote this public letter to Mr. Stewart in defense of my friend Geral Sosbee, Stewart posted the following on several public message boards.

PURPOSEFUL DISINFORMATION ABOUT BARBARA HARTWELL

Firstly, let me address the "allwhois" listing. I do not know who, precisely, hacked into the search engine and placed the false listing: "1600 Pennsylvania Avenue" as being connected to my former website, barbarahartwell.com.

But I do know that it had to be either 1) the person who bought and donated my domain name (the owner of the 9-11 UK site, whose real name I never learned; known to me only as "Stormy"); or 2) some government hackers unconnected to this individual.

Either way, it was clearly done to discredit Barbara Hartwell by making it seem as if I were working for the White House. So I will state for the record that my website was never at any time "sponsored" by the White House; nor by any government agency.

Furthermore, the individual in the U.K. whom Mr. Stewart falsely assumes to be the "webmaster" was never my webmaster. He simply DONATED the domain name, nothing more. In fact, I had another person who lives in Canada as a webmaster and the website was hosted on a Canadian server. The website was simply REDIRECTED to the domain name, barbarahartwell.com.

And in fact, the main reason I decided to take my site offline in August 2004 was BECAUSE of this false listing. Not owning the domain name myself, I had no power over my own website, and that was unacceptable to me. Needless to say, I was outraged about this dishonest tactic of sabotage perpetrated against me.

Mr. Stewart also makes the false assumption that I am a "leader" in activism in defending the Constitution or exposing government corruption.

In point of fact, I am nobody's "leader". Nor have I ever aspired to such leadership; nor have I ever made such a claim. On the contrary, I have always been a "lone gun"; never a leader; never a follower; never a team player.

Most of the time, I work alone. That is my preference and my prerogative. I am an independent investigator, intelligence analyst, activist. And as a journalist, I simply write reports based on my own experiences and investigations.

If others who feel the need for leadership decide they want me for a "leader", they are most certainly barking up the wrong tree! I'm as reclusive and asocial as anyone could possibly be.

Mr. Stewart, by his numerous false assumptions, about both myself and Geral Sosbee, is making things a whole lot more complicated than they are. He is also painting a completely false picture of Barbara Hartwell and Geral Sosbee. It seems he could benefit from checking his "facts" before he runs off at the mouth with his wild and totally unwarranted conclusions.

Personally, I think Mr. Stewart's problem is stupidity, pure and simple. I consider him a 'mental dwarf', as my friend Geral describes such individuals. However, Mr. Stewart would do well, despite his apparent congenital stupidity, to invest in a dictionary --or at the very least, make use of the "spellcheck" function on his computer.

Open Letter from Investigative Journalist Janet Phelan: No Constitutional Protections

Note: I have been a witness for Janet Phelan since she first contacted me in 2006, and reported the criminal stalking by predicate felon, Timothy Patrick White. This criminal has been operating in the capacity of a government-sponsored terrorist --stalking, threatening, harassing-- designated targets of the United States Government.

As Janet Phelan states, Tim White is indeed an FBI informant, who made a deal with corrupt FBI officials in 2002. The deal was brokered in Denver, Colorado, at which time Tim White was released from prison. Since that time, White has engaged in stalking and harassment of numerous individuals, including myself, Barbara Hartwell.

Tim White has made threats against my life, the same statement made here by Janet Phelan.

He has violated multiple restraining orders with impunity, while he continues to threaten people's lives.

This psychopath, this lunatic, this criminal stalker, Tim White, has wreaked havoc in the lives of many decent, legtimate people, none of whom have committed any crimes.

Why is this predicate felon still on the loose? Why has he not been apprehended?

To Whom it May Concern:

I am appealing to the Department of Justice due to relentless and increasingly lethal persecution by the authorities in the United States. By way of brief introduction, I am a U.S. born journalist. My publication credits include the Los Angeles Times, The Santa Monica Daily Press, the Long Beach Press Telegram, the Venice Beachhead, Orange Coast Magazine, Oui Magazine, the American’s Bulletin and elsewhere. Most recently, I worked as an investigative reporter at the American’s Bulletin, from July 2007 to August 2008. During that tenure, I picked up two radio shows, where I have been the primary host. One of these is in Ashland, Oregon at KSKQ and one is syndicated through Republic Broadcasting Network in Austin, Texas.

I have written articles revealing a number of negative eugenics programs in the U.S., which are in varying levels of development and deployment, where certain groups of people are being targeted for early demise in different manners, depending on the program. I am being persecuted for my political beliefs as well as my bravery as a journalist, in dealing with issues that are patently dangerous to speak out about. The police are becoming so brazen in their behavior towards me that they don’t seem to care how many laws they break, or who knows about it.

The problem with misconduct by U.S. authorities began in late 2000, around the targeting , attempted murder, subsequent kidnapping and untimely death of my mother, Dr. Amalie Phelan, a clinical psychologist who had been living in Temecula, California. By way of documentation, I have attached a report which I tendered to the California Attorney General’s office in 2006, concerning what happened to my mother, then to me, as I attempted to protect her and to go public with the highly illegal machinations she suffered at the hands of the California justice system. 

This document (Exhibit 1 ) contains external documentation substantiating my allegations of repeated and illegal denial of constitutional protections afforded U.S. citizens. These denials resulted in her death. I barely escaped with my own life.

The letter from Senior Assistant Attorney General Mark Geiger (at the end of Exhibit 1), acknowledging receipt of the report, itself reveals the continued failure to protect by the justice system; to wit: Mark Geiger, while peculiarly professing inadequate criminal expertise to deal with the complaint, also failed to provide a complaint number. When I brought this to his attention he simply refused to supply one. 

This is significant for the following reason—A complaint number is assigned for tracking purposes, by the justice agency. If a number is not assigned, the complaint is not in the system and has thus been “disappeared” or is placed in a “shadow” file. Geiger’s refusal to appropriately track the complaint reveals that the justice system again failed—no, refused—to allow appropriate access to legal redress in regards to both my mother’s and my plight.

I cannot provide adequate external documentation that I was assaulted by the police and in a coma for two days, by Officer Loren Dawson of the Long Beach Police Department and other officers of the law on January 3, 2003, even though this is a fact. The hospital records have been corrupted and do not reveal the facts surrounding my hospitalization at that time. Not only is the date off by a full calendar day, but I did not refuse to sign the admission papers, as the hospital records state. Rather, I was unconscious at time of admission and was unable to sign any papers. The rest of the hospital records are similarly fabricated, so it serves no purpose to provide them as documentation.  

I have made a report to Internal Affairs of the Long Beach Police Department on this matter. A friend accompanied me to the station for the interview, which was taped. I am now told that no such tape exists, although I am told there is some record that I made such a report.

In the intervening years between what is documented in Exhibit 1 and the recent efforts by the Medford, Oregon Police Department to frame and arrest me, there has been further misconduct by the justice agencies towards me. There exist more court records, in Riverside and in Santa Monica Superior courts, concerning civil issues revealing the continued revocation of my rights under the U.S. Constitution.

For the sake of brevity, I refer you to my application for a Temporary Restraining Order in Spring of 2006 against one Timothy Patrick White, who is an FBI informant. Parenthetically, White will pop up again, in the Medford situation. Tim White had made a written, signed death threat to me in 2006. While Commissioner Bobbi Tillman of the Santa Monica Superior Court did indeed grant a TRO, it never went into effect because the Denver Police refused to serve him with papers. White then followed me up to Sandpoint, Idaho, two months after I moved there in June of 2006, and began to stalk me. I filed a complaint with the Sandpoint Police, but the DA refused to prosecute.

White has continued to threaten me, by email and allegedly by phone, and has contacted numerous of my work associates, engaging in both threats and defamation of my character. I have reported this to the Medford Police, which resulted in the current situation, which has forced my evacuation of my home and my flight to Canada, for my safety .

The Medford Police have not only failed to protect me, they have issued fake documents and tampered with existing documents, in order to frame a reason to arrest me. As I am a police assault survivor, I consider the actions of the Medford Police not only redolent of failure to protect but also an aggressive move to detain me and further assault me, possibly with fatal consequences. The situation in Medford is summarized in Exhibit 2.

I have come to the disturbing conclusion that I am somehow exempt from normal Constitutional and legal protections. This makes me extraordinarily vulnerable to attack by the legal system, be it by police officers or by revocation of due process, by agents of the justice system. The legal issues I am reporting may be considered violations of Title 18 Section 242 of the U.S. Code, and other legal trespass. I am therefore appealing to the U.S. Department of Justice to take charge and halt this bizarre vendetta.

Disinformation for All and Sundry: Larry Lawson, COINTELPRO Provocateur

Larry Lawson first came to my attention in 2002, when I was informed by an e-mail from an acquaintance that my name was being libeled in his "newsletter", Larry Lawson News. Lawson's libel campaign against Barbara Hartwell quickly escalated and within a period of months I was reading increasingly sensational and outrageous lies about myself and just about anyone else with whom I was associated.

Lawson has been at it ever since. Just the sheer volume of his ever-proliferating disinformation is stunning. His "reports" run for many pages, complete with numerous links to other "reports" which he usually claims "prove" that Barbara Hartwell and certain others are "LYING GOVERNMENT AGENTS!!!"; "Fed Spooks"; "CIA disinfo agents".....and so on and so forth.

Who are Lawson's known associates? Just a partial list: Tim White; Brenda Negri; Pamela Schuffert; Charles Bruce Stewart; Ken Adachi; Sherry Shriner; Rosalee Grable aka "Webfairy".

Who does Lawson promote? Again, a partial list: along with the names above, Ted Gunderson; John DeCamp; Fritz Springmeier; Todd Fahey.

As to who is chosen as a target of Lawson's loony rantings (that's why we call him Looney Larry) they are too numerous to mention. A few are named in the article (below) from the Revolutionary Coalition Forum.

About five years ago, I got so tired of Loony Larry's outrageous lies about Barbara Hartwell, that I challenged him to a public debate --on radio. I said he could even choose the network and the host. The only terms I set were these: No name-calling, no animosity. Let the host moderate. Stick to a set of issues, agreed upon beforehand and argue those issues in a civilized and reasonable manner.

This idea of a debate was out of character for me, as I usually just write reports exposing those of Lawson's ilk. But I had had enough of Lawson's sensationalist lies and false accusations, and so I thought this might settle the matter once and for all.

Lawson's response was interesting: He declined my offer (with curses and blasphemes) stating as his reason that he, Larry Lawson, could not in good conscience, "stand before God in the Judgment", knowing that he had given me, Barbara Hartwell, any "publicity" for my "CIA lies".

No, he wouldn't agree to the public debate...but nonetheless, he continued to libel and slander me in print and on radio, giving me more "publicity" than almost any of his accomplices in the smear campaign -- perhaps with the exception of his lying cohort, Ken Adachi, stooge and PR shill for Ted Gunderson et al.

Then, in January of 2008, I was on the air with Michael Herzog (RBN). Michael had scheduled Andrew Napolitano as his guest, for the first half hour of the program, The American Awakening. Near the end of the segment, former IRS agent Sherry Jackson called in with some questions for Napolitano.

In my opinion (Sherry and Michael concurred) Napolitano revealed himself to be less than trustworthy when he dodged Sherry's pointed questions about the IRS and her own situation, having been set up and falsely convicted, as a result of her activism.

Michael asked Sherry to stay on the line, as a discussion had ensued about Sherry's court case. I then called in and Michael also invited me to stay on the line, and the discussion turned to government tactics to neutralize whistleblowers like Sherry and myself.

I outlined some COINTELPRO tactics, for which both Sherry and I had been targeted. Such as spreading disinformation about the target, "Sherry Jackson is still IRS" or "Barbara Hartwell is still CIA"...etc.

Not surprisingly, Sherry's experiences with government liars and evildoers showed a close parallel to my own. It was a really interesting program and we had lots of callers asking questions and making comments --all in agreement about the government's tyranny and corruption, and in support of Sherry and myself....that is, until we got a phone call from (you guessed it) Larry Lee Lawson.

As soon as he came on the line, Lawson started a loud, aggressive harangue about Barbara Hartwell. He did not even greet the host, Michael Herzog, or address him, but attempted to start a hostile interrogation about the much-touted "bogus court case against Bush in 2003", for which you [Barbara Hartwell] solicited donations......

Michael let him rant for a couple minutes, all of which was directed at me. I declined to comment and told Michael that I had already challenged Lawson to a debate; that he had refused. Lawson then became more aggressive, shouting, "Let's have the debate right now!"

Michael cut him off, explaining that this was not Lawson's show, nor had he been invited as a guest. He also suggested that Lawson could air his dirty laundry elsewhere, as it was inappropriate for him to try to take over the show for his own purposes.

After Lawson was cut from the line, I was asked by Sherry and Michael (who were incensed by Lawson's behavior), Who is this guy?!

I briefly explained that he was a provocateur and "disruptor" who had been on my case for years, but that I did not want to waste any more air time discussing the likes of Larry Lawson. Michael and Sherry agreed, and we got back to the discussion about defending Liberty, issues regarding Constitutional law and so on.

But Lawson called in again, this time using a fake name so he could get back on the air. He called himself "Gerry", but as soon as his voice boomed out over the airwaves, we all knew it was Lawson, attempting further disruption of the show. He started in again about Barbara Hartwell, but Michael was past the point of tolerance and just cut him off the line before he could disrupt the show further. As for Sherry, she made it clear that she was appalled.

The whole incident was ludicrous, but then, that is what these provocateurs intend to do: Make serious issues into a circus, to derail anyone who is exposing the truth about government corruption and tyranny.

And tragically, both Sherry Jackson and Rick Stanley are now both wrongfully and unlawfully imprisoned. Why? Because they stood up for Liberty and spoke out against tyranny.

I certainly hope that Mr. Lawson will be able to "get his house in order", and prepare himself to "stand before God", as his harassment of --and false witness against-- messengers of Truth seems to me to be working against him....

Here is a little "test" regarding the designated "targets" of Larry Lawson. Some commonalities among us. Just something to think about...

Let's start with some of the targets here, listed by Rick Stanley: Stew Webb; Barbara Hartwell; John Perna; Carl Worden; Rick Stanley.

1) A "high profile" individual, having a name that is usually recognizable.

2) Uses his/her real name on Internet posts, not attempting to hide behind a screen name or "anonymous".

3) Has a "track record" of exposing government corruption, crimes, political chicanery and skullduggery.

4) Bases his/her reports on facts; names the names of criminals/perps/provocateurs, etc. Demands evidence from others for corroboration of facts as well as furnishing it.

5) Is consistent in sticking to solid principles, year in, year out. Believes in moral absolutes. Defends the God-given, unalienable rights of the individual.

6) Is a defender of the Constitution of the United States of America, against all enemies, foreign and domestic.

7) Has a "no-nonsense" attitude in standing up against police state tactics, from law enforcement officers right up to the crooks in the White House, and everyone in-between.

8) Demands accountability from public servants/government officials.

9) Has bona fides (of one type or another) which establish legitimacy.

10) Has a previous (often long-standing) record of harassment/persecution by criminals in government and their hirelings and minions. May have been falsely deemed "enemy of the state"; "terrorist"; "enemy combatant"; "high-profile subversive" and so on....

What type of person are we looking at here? Seems to me we're looking at a person who may be considered a serious "threat" to the status quo of corrupt government, the New World Order, Communism, Socialism, Fascism, global tyranny and totalitarianism.

It also seems to me that anyone who would target such an individual for harassment, stalking, slander, libel, bashing and trashing...in attempts to demonize and DISCREDIT that individual, has an awful lot in common with the corrupt government officials who also are desperate to DISCREDIT silence, neutralize that individual.

So, you decide. Analyze the facts and draw your own conclusion. Is Loony Larry just a "lone loon"...or is it possible he is part of a larger "network"?

If so, what kind of network could this be?

Think about it.

Barbara makes an excellent point here. It is a fact that Lyin' Larry has attacked those who demand the truth and verification before launching a story or article to their readers. Those stories always tend to make the current federal government look bad, and only because the facts can be independently verified! I every case, Lyin' Larry Lawson emerges to discredit those careful writers.

I've been fooled a couple of times by hoaxes that I passed on, and in every case, I notified my readers that I screwed up. But here's an interesting point: In those cases, I was never challenged by Lyin' Larry Lawson! The only times Lyin' Larry has attacked my information is when it was verifiable and true.

Now what does that tell you?

Psychotic Criminal Stalkers: Todd Brendan Fahey, Tim White & Co.

NOTE: My friend and colleague, Geral Sosbee and I have been targets of FBI/CIA criminals for many years. But it's not just the agents/operatives, the professionals, who commit the crimes against us;who obstruct justice;who run libel and slander campaigns; who fabricate outrageous lies with the purpose of discrediting our truthful testimony, and our factual reports re their high crimes and misdemeanors, even treason; who, with murder in their hearts, devise any scheme possible to destroy what is left of our lives.

The government criminals don't lack for amateur volunteers, for much of their dirty work is carried out by G-Man wannabes, stooges and useful idiots who delude themselves (with a little help from their government overlords) into believing they are "players".

But make no mistake: the amateurs themselves are criminals. Some of their "credentials" include the following: pathological liar; blackmailer; extortionist;transvestite; sex-pervert/predator (including targeting children); porno-monger; drug trafficker; identity thief; forger; stalker; psychopath; lunatic; false witness; blasphemer; grifter; con artist.

Could these loathsome individuals possibly be emblematic of any lower mindset? And considering who is exploiting and backing them (government criminals) what does this tell you about the "values" held by those in government who are supposed to be accountable to "the People"?

Two criminal stalkers in particular, Todd Brendan Fahey and Tim White (mentioned by Geral Sosbee in his brief report, below) are still aggressively engaging in criminal harassment against Barbara Hartwell, including cyber-stalking; flagrant invasions of privacy; soliciting crimes against the person/property of Barbara Hartwell.

In fact, these criminals, Fahey and White, are in collusion, as part of a criminal conspiracy. They have been "working together" to destroy the life of Barbara Hartwell, since July, 2004. Tim White started his criminal harassment in 2001, with a bogus death threat.

Both criminals have threatened violence against Barbara Hartwell. One (Tim White) has made numerous death threats.

Both criminals have been reported to police (who have records of criminal complaints by Barbara Hartwell); both have been directed to CEASE AND DESIST from such harassment.

Yet these criminals continue to harass and stalk; they have even enlisted some local yokel lowlifes to "stake out" my house; to take photos and publish them on the Internet, along with outrageously libelous falsehoods, not only about the background of, but also fabrications about the PRIVATE business of Barbara Hartwell.

This is a horrendous invasion of privacy --publishing photos of my private residence-- but worse, they continue to publish my PRIVATE street address, which constitutes the CRIME of soliciting additional crimes against me --by like-minded criminal stalkers.

Both of these criminals are fugitives from justice. One (Tim White) hides in Canada --where he continues to stalk, harass and threaten various persons, including investigative journalist Janet Phelan. The other, Todd Fahey, hides in Southeast Asia --where he continues his criminal harassment against Barbara Hartwell, Geral Sosbee and others.

And both of these freaks hide behind many aliases, which they use to publish their libelous falsehoods and invade privacy of their targets.

Consider this: What kind of person would feel the need to lie, to bear false witness, to invade the privacy of others, to enlist like-minded stalkers as their criminal accomplices, from the "safety" of a hideout where they cannot be apprehended for their crimes?

Cowards. These pathetic losers are nothing, if not cowards.

Lastly, pay close attention to their known associates. Only two such individuals are mentioned here by Geral Sosbee. But there are many others: like-minded individuals who disseminate lies, bear false witness, libel and slander, invade privacy, stalk and harass.....

Please relay the following message to them:

I have had personal telephone conversations with three of them (Fahey , White, Stewart); regarding Fahey and Stewart, and Negri, I have also had exchanges of e-mail. I have followed your reports and all that I have read concerning your accounts of their character and their stalking/harassing activities is entirely consistent with the impressions that I have gained over the past several years regarding these unsavory characters.

I am particularly disgusted personally with the activities of Todd Fahey, a man whom you and I tried to help when we thought he needed help and when we believed that he was on the side of God, Right, Liberty, and USA Constitutional Values.

Finally, Barbara, please post that each of these individuals is a coward in my opinion and that I invite them to come after me if the punks dare, but if they don't I will permanently side with you on every possible level against these miscreants.

Barack Hussein Obama is being hailed as an "agent of change" (one of the most prevalent New Age slogans) by millions of New Age True Believers. In their profound ignorance, in their dearth of spiritual and intellectual discernment, they have swallowed the propaganda, hook, line and sinker.

As for those of us who weep at the demise of these United States, of all that our Founders fought and died for, we look not for "change", but for restoration.

Aside from the fact that Obama is just another puppet of the New World Order, who will surely do the bidding of his Illuminati masters, come hell or high water; for those who are so blind that they cannot see --have not seen-- let us look, just briefly, at some facts about Barack Hussein Obama, all of which have been clearly established. These facts may easily be verified from multiple reliable sources.

1) Obama is not a natural-born American citizen. Therefore, he was never eligible to run for president to begin with. It is unconstitutional (thus unlawful.) Under Constitutional law, Barack Obama is not "the president-elect". He is an impostor and usurper.

2) Barack Obama is, in fact, a Muslim. Yet he claims to be a Christian. This, at the very least, makes him a liar.

3) Barack Obama has never been a defender of the Constitution. He has violated his oath already, repeatedly. If you don't believe this, just check his voting record and see for yourself.

4) Barack Obama is a Socialist and worse, a crypto-Communist. He was raised by card-carrying Communists and it is clear that the indoctrination has not failed to form his mindset, viewpoints, policies and practices.

5) Barack Obama is in fact a globalist, and a proponent and operative of the Luciferian New Age Movement.

Do I believe he is the "antichrist"? No. But he certainly fits the profile of a forerunner of such an antichrist.

Barack Obama's In -- George W. Bush Is OUT! FINALLY! President-Elect Obama Makes History!

After eight years of the most corrupt government in U.S. History, George W. Bush and the PNAC criminal syndicate that have run the United States into the ground are finally about to exit the White House.

Under the PNAC controlled Bush Administration, Americans have witnessed their own government perpetrating terrorist acts against thousands of their own people, two illegal wars orchestrated for the express purpose of stealing the oil of two other nations, while undermining our own Constitutional Republic, and empowering the U.S. Intel community with unprecedented and unconstitutional authority; authority which they have wantonly abused in the most wicked of ways.

President-Elect Obama offers us new hope that some of the injustices perpetrated by the PNAC/Bush criminal syndicate can be redressed under his tenure as President.

Barack Obama deserves the chance to make this country a better place for all Americans; not just the wealthy elite who've enjoyed these benefits all along. At the very least, Obama offers an opportunity for the middle class in this country to get a fair shake for the first time in this country's history. And one of the first issues that President-Elect Obama should address is to reopen the Church Committee hearings in order to review the unprecedented number of complaints against the U.S. Intelligence community, which have occurred during the Bush criminal regime; complaints which include being illegally interrogated and tortured by way of satellite tracking systems like the NSA's Echelon.

Part of making America a better place is to put a leash on this community of hi-tech New World Order predators who've set new precedents in violating our rights under the color and cover of law.

Government Stooges' Malicious Libel Fest: Poisoning the Well

In November, 2003 a brouhaha ensued when Barbara Hartwell was summarily ripped off the air on GCN radio during an interview on the Floyd Report, hosted by Jeremy Floyd.

Who was responsible for this outrage? Alex Jones, the "Patriot Celebrity", who over the past decade, has duped millions, even many sincere and genuine patriots, who have become "true believers" in the credibility and legitimacy of Alex Jones, the fearless leader of the valiant battle against the New World Order.

It naturally follows that anyone who "believes in" Alex Jones will dismiss Barbara Hartwell as a liar, a government infiltrator, a CIA disinfo agent, COINTELPRO, etc. etc. "Alex said so...."

Since the time of that infamous incident, five (5) years ago, my name has been consistently and repeatedly smeared, not only by a gaggle of government stooges (most of whom are believers --or claim to be-- in the disinformation promoted by ex-FBI agent Ted Gunderson and others in his criminal cabal); but also by hundreds of ignorant and self-righteous Internet busybodies, cyber-junkies and intelligence groupies who gleefully jumped on the anti-Hartwell bandwagon.

These fools just love to hear themselves talk (though they have nothing intelligent to say); and it seems they have no better use for their time than to spend it gossiping about people (including Barbara Hartwell) and subjects of which they are woefully ignorant.

In a long thread of messages (excerpts given below) posted in 2004, on a site called Conspiracy Swap, certain government stooges and shills expose themselves via their malicious gossip fest targeting Barbara Hartwell and others.

And note this: this is just one among thousands of such vitriolic message threads I have seen, over a period of years, attacking Barbara Hartwell. Most of them, I simply ignore, as they are absurd and laughable with their unmitigated stupidity.

And since I do not waste my time engaging in arguments or debates with morons, I certainly do not allow myself to be provoked into responding to them, especially on their turf --Internet "discussion groups."

There is little "discussion" to be found when this gaggle of government stooges convenes, but the malicious gossip of busybodies abounds!

I would call this particular strategem "poisoning the well". That is, put out an information overload, attacking multiple persons (in this case, Barbara Hartwell, Geral Sosbee, Jeremy Floyd, Stew Webb, John Perna, John Stadtmiller) with various false accusations; throw in much uninformed and wild speculation; and use sensationalism and the pretense of outrage against the alleged "LYING GOVERNMENT AGENTS!" (Barbara Hartwell among them.)

The uninformed reader (which unfortunately seems to be the case for most) becomes overwhelmed by the sheer force of the various accusations and has trouble establishing what are the real issues. As for the facts, they are lost altogether in the firestorm of controversy.

But of course, the plot is designed to do just that, to foment confusion and chaos. That's why it's called "poisoning the well". And it is one of the foremost tactics of COINTELPRO.

Also note how most of the stooges are ruled by their emotions, and how their comments (especially about Barbara Hartwell) are clearly fueled by malice and hatred. In what is clearly a witch hunt, the stooges eschew logic and reason in favor of mob-hysteria. But their lynch-mob mentality is clear for all with eyes to see.

I simply exposed and refuted the lies that Rayelan and her New Age comrades at Rumor Mill News promoted about Barbara Hartwell --including that I am CIA, deployed to "destroy Rumor Mill News", the "ONE silver bullet" (quote from Rayelan) which will spread Truth worldwide through the dedicated efforts of its "news agents" and their alignment with the heroic "Faction 2", which according to Rayelan, a longtime Bush apologist, includes George W. Note that White throws in the names Walker and Percival in connection to Barbara Hartwell. As if he thinks these names will automatically "expose" me as CIA and besmirch my reputation forevermore.

Firstly, Walker was never my name. My only "connection" to that name was that I once married (the marriage was "arranged") into the family. I never used the name, nor am I related to the Walkers by blood.

Talk show host Jeremy Floyd exposes the truth about censorship of Barbara Hartwell by Alex Jones & GCN

I am one of the radio talk show hosts on Genesis and I must now release several things starting with this.

I must also tell you that the audio archives dealing with m2ktalknet has sealed this interview and to my knowledge may not be back up in the near future.

As well, others have the right to know first hand this story from Barbara Hartwell is true. Barbara did get cut from Genesis last night on my program and it was out of my control. The information I am about to post here is in the event that I do not post on this message board in the future.

There is a real good chance this may be one of the last posts I post on here for a while, given the current situation but I will try to update this situation as to what has happened the best I can.

The following information that I am about to post took place on my radio program last night on Genesis Communications radio network.

What I am about to report to you took place and you can take any of what I am about to say as hearsay if you want, but this has been an on going problem that I have had to deal with for a number of years, dealing with people I have gotten on the air and talked about issues other people will not cover.

In this case it deals with the Franklin Coverup and people directly involved in covering up the incident John Decamp, Ted Gunderson, & George Pender, Known as "Operation Brownstone".

After this book was released a second book was put out following up book one, The Franklin Coverup, to continue to coverup the incidents involving child abuse, rape and other things.

It was done by these 2 [Gunderson and DeCamp] after the infomation leaked out on radio years ago. These 2 were used by the CIA to spin the story about what really happend and who was really involved.

In regards to this incident that took place tonight.

You can take what I am about to say anyway you want.

During the interview I got a call from Alex Jones and the person that was running the show at the time, a woman by the name of Stephanie, told me during a break that Alex Jones wanted to talk to me after the broadcast about the person that I was having on the air in this case Barbara Hartwell.

After which I thought nothing of it at the time and continued with the interview.

Later, about 5 mins towards the last half of the 2 hour show, about 7:31 pm Mountain time, I was told another message from Stef that Michael Trudeau, who I have been told and have a letter from, is the Vice President of Genesis, told me and the board operator that I had to let my guest [Barbara Hartwell] go. I was not told why and didn't do it.

After coming back from the 30 min break, Barbara had about 3 min and 20 seconds, from my best guess before Genesis cut her with out my permission.

But there is more. There is one last commerical that takes place at about :45 after or rather closer to :50 after the hour, at which time I got another call from Alex Jones saying to me the following.

That this issue with Ted Gunderson he knew all about, but that I was not and I quote NOT to contact Barbara Hartwell or Stew Webb again or have them on the program again. What needs to be said beyond this are several things but I don't have alot of time left to explain this sitution so I will try to be brief.

I had never heard of Stew Webb until early this year, about 3 or so months after doing the broadcast. At which time I have seen him put out infomation dealing with the bombs that were placed on bridges up in New York and had him on the broadcast at the time dealing with this issue.

Later it did come out where a man had plans to blow up bridges in New York and that Ashcroft had arrested this man and group in relation to these charges.

There is another story dealing with that, I will get into another time but this is a small example as to when this man [Stew Webb] turned out to be right.

Nevertheless, several months ago I had Stew Webb come on in relation to Ted Gunderson working for the CIA now, when he used to work for the FBI. Stew at the time had been demonized in relation to his information being false. So as a follow up what lead to this current situation, this is part of what happened in the past, if I dont get to update this for a while.

Going on Stew had somehow, don't ask me how, he had gotten ahold of Ted Gunderson's file when he still worked for the FBI and posted a file dealing with Ted Gunderson's past work as a member of the FBI. This file shows where when Ted was still working for the FBI he sold Stinger Missles to Afghanistan for the Rebels to be used against the Russian forces that were there at the time.

Next, Ted Gunderson first came out and denied the infomation that was presented in this case. But later, on this network, admitted it on a show called The Fountain Truth. At which time he later on this show, admitted to selling these missles to Afghanistan Rebels while he was still working for the FBI.

Take my word for it when I tell you, when this document was put out I got alot more then alot of heat from people at Genesis, in this first case the heat came from John Stadtmiller, host of The National Intel Report, also on Genesis. Well, after all of this (by the way this was not the first time I was threatened by this man, the last time was over a man by the name of Kurt Billings) this was the first incident dealing with, for lack of a better word, heat...this heat later came to what I reported up above dealing with Alex.

Now with this current show I also did this yesterday, dealing along the lines of the same issue. At the time nothing was said until today. I have been on the verge of leaving Genesis for about a month and a half and I intend to make the announcement that I intend to do so later on tomorrow.

See, here is the thing: there is so much more to this story and what it is I have seen since being on this network, it's going to take me weeks posting articles like this, but it boils down to this. This Ted Gunderson issue is so hot that Alex Jones called me 3 times in a 40 min period to get me to stop what it was I was broadcasting [Barbara Hartwell] not to mention the vice president of Genesis, Michael Trudeau.

Someone at Genesis, or rather quite a few people at Genesis had something to lose or that would be affected by the broadcast that I was doing otherwise it would not have been shut down.

Now, like I said, this is firsthand from me. I am the host of my show which will no longer be on the air as of tomorrow, due to the fact this is the 3rd time this has happened, where I have been screamed at for this issue and not to mention other incidents dealing with this Omega Project I was assigned at ats. All of this, believe it or not, ties together.

But I do need to get some other things done in relation to what kind of firestorm I am going to face on this tomorrow.

But what you need to know is simply this: There is a ton more to this story that I will be making public here first in the future. I was also told to take Alex Jones phone call in regard to this situation as to what he knew, this was supposed to take place last night after the broadcast and didn't. It will happen sometime this morning, but all things provided this information is being put here, in the event that I do not get back to post more on this issue right away.

Cheney now hiding in a hole in his bunker on the East Coast..."
