FORMAL WARNING & DIRECTIVE TO CRIMINAL PERPS: CEASE &
DESIST ALL ASSAULTS ON MY SISTER
Public Notice to All Perpetrators of
Crimes
Hereby be warned and directed to immediately cease and desist
from any and all actions, operations, plots, schemes, conspiracies, designed
with malice aforethought and/or criminal intent to harm my sister by infliction
of bodily injury, engendering severe emotional distress and trauma, causing her
to be in fear for her life or the lives of friends, family, associates,
acquaintances and companion animals.
Be advised that the following crimes and
abuses have been documented and publicized:
Stalking on foot and by vehicle. Home invasions,
breaking and entering. Assaults with stun guns & tasers. Assaults with
anti-personnel directed-energy weaponry. Assaults with syringes of toxic drugs.
Assaults by poisoning. Assault & battery. Torture. Hostile interrogation and
coercion via chemical means/psychotronic technology/hypnotic
controls. Trespassing. Invasions of privacy. Felony threatening. Unlawful
operation of recording and audiovisual device (surveillance and espionage).
Theft of personal property, including official legal/government documents, some
of which constitute evidence of crimes. Vandalism of personal property. Extreme
abuses of companion animals, some of which resulted in death. Criminal
harassment. Soliciting crimes against persons. Fraud & identity theft.
Fraudulent accusations/allegations (via false witness and/or fabrications) of
criminal activity. Abuses of the courts and legal system for nefarious purposes
with the intent of false arrest, prosecution and/or incarceration of the
Victim/Target and/or her family and friends. Bribery, extortion and blackmail of
government officials, agents and their hirelings. Obstruction of justice via
varying means. Extremely damaging libel, slander, defamation, directed against
my sister, her family members, friends, professional associates and
employers/clients.
Most egregious of all the many crimes, a number
of persons who have attempted to assist my sister, who have offered support
(some in a professional capacity), who have been witnesses and/or
confidants, have been murdered by covert means. (Yes, we have a list of the body
count.)
Be advised that I, Barbara Hartwell, have
conducted my own longterm and ongoing investigation of these offenses, many of
which are felonious in nature, perpetrated against my sister over the course of
nearly two decades. I have documented much of my sister's testimony and that of
witnesses, only a small portion of which has been publicized to
date.
Be advised that I am far from being the
only individual who is a concerned party, or who has investigated this matter. I
have discussed this criminal operation, fomented and carried out by government
agents (most notably CIA) with numerous persons, including former government
agents, members of the clergy, private investigators, police officers,
journalists.
In addition, friends and supporters of my sister
(some of whom are in the aforementioned categories) have been made aware of this
ongoing criminal enterprise (which includes racketeering) and have expressed not
only their outrage, but their dedication to putting a stop to the ongoing
atrocities and seeing the criminals exposed and brought to
justice.
So be hereby notified: We know who you are and
we will leave no stone unturned to bring your heinous crimes to light. Very
soon, more evidence will be published, more testimony of witnesses, already
documented and held in the possession of various parties. So, if you think you
can get away with committing more murders to cover up your crimes, think
again.
In addition to the aforementioned crimes, my
sister is the victim of a lifetime of the worst criminal abuses imaginable,
perpetrated by CIA and their political cronies. She only wants to live in peace,
free of torture, terror, harassment and persecution. She is a devout Christian
who loves Jesus, and a dedicated advocate for animals, who spends a great deal of her time helping animals,
finding homes for them, and working to stop abuses and torture in puppy
mills, laboratories, factory farms. A service for which she is not paid. As for
her former professional employment, as a musician, music teacher and working
with the disabled on staff at institutions, you criminal psychopaths have effectively
destroyed her ability to earn a living by your ongoing
persecution.
So here, I repeat my warning and directive to
all perpetrators, all who are involved in these criminal operations, in any way,
shape or form, all who have been tasked with perpetrating the crimes, all who
have been hired, bribed, coerced, or otherwise motivated, by malice, vendetta,
material gain (blood money), ego-gratification, political advantage or other
agenda:
CEASE & DESIST. STOP NOW. LEAVE MY SISTER IN
PEACE.
JUST GO AWAY.
Walk away, run away, drive away, fly away. Hitch
a ride on a deathmobile from your fellow terrorists. Book passage on a slow boat to China. Hop
on a freight train and get out of Dodge. Go back to the demonic realms whence
you originated. Ask your father who sits on the Throne of Hell for
political asylum.
But whatever you do, get the hell off my
sister's case and do it NOW.
May God's swift and terrible justice be visited upon you.
