Ramola
Dharmaraj first came to my attention in 2018, when a friend contacted
me to ask if I would consider being a guest on a podcast she hosted.
My
friend, a former FBI agent, had appeared on her program, Ramola
D Reports. He
said she was interested in interviewing me, but could not find any
contact information for me.
[NOTE:
I removed all public contact info (except a PO box) from my website
in 2003, due to harassment, threats, and a large volume of unwanted
messages from busybodies, curiosity seekers, salesmen and quite a few
garden variety crazies. I am a recluse, never a participant in the
Internet culture of personal/professional networking or social
media.]
I
had mostly given up doing interviews (radio or podcasts), as they
were usually more trouble than they were worth. I decline to do live
radio/podcasts anymore, since nearly all these days have interaction
with an audience and a very active live chat section running
simultaneously. I want nothing to do with that. My policy: DO NOT
ENGAGE.
Also,
I am not seeking publicity for myself or my work. I only publish
written reports (or occasional videos) on my own website, which is
not interactive, but a closed system, very simply an archive of my
work. My purpose is to provide information, nothing more. The readers
may make of it what they will.
But,
out of character as it was, I agreed to provide my contact info to
Ramola, and I saw no harm in doing an interview, as long as it was
understood that it would not be live, but rather prerecorded, and
that the 'comments' section on any platform be shut down so there
could be no interaction with the public.
But,
Lord have mercy! I didn't know then what I know now. Unbeknownst to
me, I was dealing not with a journalist sincerely seeking the truth
about the issues she covered (in my case, counterintelligence and
psychological operations, as certain areas of my professional
expertise in which she expressed interest), but rather with an
ambitious, power hungry aggressor seeking public attention, fame and
fortune for her self-serving ends.
As
will become obvious as you read on, how wrong I was for thinking
there would be no harm. And I blame myself for my own foolishness.
I
now deeply regret ever being a guest on Ramola's show. As a result of
my injudicious decision, my professional work (both inside government
operations and afterward, as an advocacy journalist and CIA
whistleblower) was grossly misrepresented, my name was shamelessly
exploited, and I became a target of defamation and false accusations
from a mob of gossips and busybodies (Ramola's many associates and
audience, calling themselves “targeted individuals”), who
apparently had no better use for their time than breaking out the
torches and pitchforks to conduct a witch-hunt against a person they
did not know, and never will, namely Barbara Hartwell.
The
most notable (and so very typical) accusation? She is CIA! Once CIA,
always CIA! the ignorant masses of asses proclaimed. And on and on it
goes...
And
as it happened, one of the most arrogant and vociferous false
accusers to slander my good name, denouncing me as CIA, would be
Ramola Dharmaraj.
And
(oh, the irony of it all!) Ramola now features the name of Barbara
Hartwell, as if I were PUBLIC ENEMY NUMBER ONE, as the primary
“slanderer” in her special section called: SWANS AGAINST SLANDER.

Now,
as to the purpose of this particular report. To present a plethora of
evidence against Ramola Dharmaraj:
That
she is engaged in a campaign of heavily promoting her grandiose
delusions of her own importance, which she presents as “WORLD
NEWS”.
That
she exhibits the typical behavior of a person out of touch with
objective reality, otherwise known as mental illness. (I make no
claim of offering a 'diagnosis', only my observations, based on her
words and actions, which she herself has made public.)
That
she is totally and absolutely obsessed with CIA. Why, I don't know. I
can only surmise that she, like many others I have known, seems to
believe that they will be seen as “important” if they can make
claims that CIA has any interest in them.
The
evidence presented here (and in previous reports, listed below)
consists of her own words, taken from articles on her website, The
EveryDay Concerned Citizen, as
well as her videos.
As
for other evidence, it comes in the form of documents, such as
comments issued by her ex-husband (from whom she claims she is not
divorced, and whom she accuses of being a “clone”, and working
for CIA), and from official police reports, which she herself has
published.
In
one such document Ramola Dharmaraj is cited by the Quincy Police
Department for “CRIMINAL HARASSMENT”, evidently based on criminal
complaints by her neighbors, all of whom she accuses of being CIA,
FBI, Mossad, US Air Force, IDF, Kazarian Mafia, CCP...every domestic
and foreign agency imaginable...all out to get her, to “disappear”
her, to “silence her journalism”.
She,
of course (drumroll, please), being the most
important, preeminent, and primary journalist in the entire world,
who is “exposing” their crimes against her.
She
has named a number of the residents in the immediate area (some of
whom have young children) and with monstrous invasions of their
privacy, has published their street addresses on her website, leaving
them vulnerable to all sorts of further invasions of privacy by
crazies like herself. Harassment, libel, defamation of innocent
parties by this nasty, loudmouthed false accuser.
They
are all INSANE, she claims, while she is “perfectly mentally
competent” and “not mentally ill”, a condition she claims does
not exist.

But
before getting to the evidence, in the form of quotes by Ramola
Dharmaraj, I need to provide some context, so that the readers may
see how her extravagant claims (especially about CIA) are in conflict
with the actual
“truth and facts”, which she boasts of reporting in the articles
promoted on her self-aggrandizing website, The
EveryDay Concerned Citizen.
Just
for the record, unlike Ramola and her ilk of ambitious amateurs and
wannabes, I know CIA inside and out. I come from a CIA family and was
trained from early childhood and recruited into their operations
without my knowledge or consent (Yes, MK Ultra), and later was
utilized for much of my adult life (1969-1994) in actual black
operations. I know what they do, and what they don't do, to whom, and
why. Suffice it to say that Ramola Dharmaraj is neither CIA material
(as the saying goes), nor would ever be considered as CIA quarry. The
very thought is ludicrous, as any former or current CIA reading this
will surely know.
Here
are some actual
facts
the reader may wish to consider, before reading her quotes, the
boastful, arrogant claims of a pretentious poseur, made by Ramola
Dharmaraj aka Ramola D aka RD.
FACT:
RD has never been involved (as victim or participant) in any part or
sub-project of CIA's MK Ultra program. She knows nothing about MK
Ultra, as is made clear in her writings.
FACT:
RD has never been involved (as victim or participant) in any “Black
Operations”, run by CIA or by any other entity, American or
foreign. Again, she knows nothing about these operations.
FACT:
RD has never, at any time, had any access to any form of “classified”
information, which she has boasted she is “exposing”. Nobody can
expose what they don't know, and of which they have no evidence
whatsoever. And that is an ironclad FACT.
FACT:
Ramola Dharmaraj is NOT a whistleblower, nor a
“Whistleblower-Journalist” as she has often boasted. She entirely
lacks the firsthand experience, the knowledge, the contacts. She has
no credentials whatsoever. She has never worked for any government
agency. A whistleblower is a person with actual credentials who has
been inside
a government entity and has documented evidence to substantiate their
claims. She has never been anything but an ambitious amateur, an
outsider, an interloper, presenting herself as something she is not.
All she has ever done is copy the work of others, and post public
documents available to anyone on the Internet on her website.
FACT:
RD has shown, by her own ignorant and often stupid comments, that she
knows nothing about any sort of intelligence operations (CIA or
otherwise). She is simply parroting what she has heard or read from
the reports of others, both legitimate and not. She throws around
terminology which it is clear she does not even understand, while
adding her own idiotic comments which only show her ignorance.
I
know for a fact that she has copied much of what I have published or
spoken about, adding her own twists and making claims about herself
which are patently false, such as having been a target of
“operations” that do not exist, and of people who have never
heard of her (especially CIA), and would have no reason whatsoever to
“target” her.
And
now for THE TRUTH. Ramola D repeatedly boasts that she is a “Truth
Journalist”. But there is a real problem here. The problem is that
she is so awash in her delusions of her own greatness, her own
“brilliance”, her own “importance”, her own imagined “fame”,
that she is completely out of touch with the real world and all the
people inhabiting it. Especially, both the actual and imaginary
agents of the Central Intelligence Agency, with whom she is so very
obviously obsessed. Obsessed to the point of lunacy in her claims of
their “persecution” of her.
The
brutal TRUTH is, she would be considered an inconsequential nobody to
anyone from CIA (current or former), even assuming they had ever
heard of her, which is unlikely. And the only reason anyone from CIA
would ever know she exists is because she has proved herself to be an
extremely aggressive intelligence groupie, who chases after any known
former intelligence professionals she can track down, in the hopes
she can latch on and make a name for herself by exploiting legitimate
persons, genuine whistleblowers, who actually know
things, from personal and professional experience. Things
she will never know, because she was never
there, not where they have been.
Most
of these people she has pursued, tried to make contact with, have
declined her invitations, or simply ignored her, as well they should
have done, just as I should have done. I won't name them, why drag
their names into this for no good reason.
And
lastly, why do I care? Why would I bother taking the time to document
the plethora of false information promoted by Ramola Dharmaraj, a
fraud desperately seeking fame and fortune, public acclaim which she
has not earned and does not deserve?
Here's
why: Because of all the decent, honorable individuals I have known,
those who are actual
survivors of government operations, CIA, FBI, DOD, DIA, Special
Forces, Military Intel et al. Persons who have sacrificed everything
in the pursuit of TRUTH and of JUSTICE.
These
people are real, they are genuine whistleblowers who lost everything
because they stood up for Liberty, to defend themselves and their
families, even the country at large, against government corruption
and tyranny.
They
matter a great deal to me. Some have lost their lives in the battle against evil.
They are fallen heroes and deserve to be remembered and honored as
such.
What
they don't deserve is to have their names and accomplishments tainted
by the sensationalist lies, the fabrications of interlopers and
charlatans, fueled by worldly ambition, who would make a mockery of
true stories of heroism in the face of real
government persecution.
Yes,
government persecution happens. It happens to people who will not
compromise with evil, or tolerate abuse and corruption. Who will
stand up to defend their freedom and sovereignty, rather than go
whining to the United Nations (a totalitarian Marxist entity) to save
them from their own cowardice and lack of integrity. Snivelling
whiners like Ramola Dharmaraj, making false accusations against
others in the hope of elevating her own public image. How shameful.
And
yes, the government has all manner of directed energy weaponry,
so-called anti-personnel electromagnetic devices, and psychotronic
technology. I have personally had it used against me, and against my
colleagues, friends and family members. I had begun my investigations
of this technology in the 1980s. Real field investigations, that is.
Collaborating with tech/surveillance experts and private
investigators to document the evidence, including at military bases
and installations.
I
have documented some of my research, but it has never been an area of
my expertise, nor even of that much interest. But I do know one
thing: Nobody in the government, not CIA, FBI, or any branch of the
military, runs the kind of massive operations this crazy woman is
claiming are being run against her.

And
before I forget, one last thing. One of the false accusations by
Ramola Dharmaraj against Barbara Hartwell is that the reason I broke
off my association with her has to do with some shady,
cloak-and-dagger CIA operations, in which she claims I am in
collusion with her neighbors, whom she also accuses of being CIA.
IN
FACT, nothing could be further from the truth. My reasons were
totally mundane. Just so it is on the record, I posted this
disclaimer on every report on my website that involved Ramola. Read
it and know the truth. The truth and the facts Ramola Dharmaraj does
not want you to know.

This
disclaimer is being added to every report which addresses my former
association with Ramola Dharmaraj. Rather than delete the reports, I
have left most of them up, as evidence, and as an opportunity to
expose the truth.
FOR
THE RECORD:
I
had an association with Ramola Dharmaraj (aka Ramola D) from 2018 to
2021. I had been invited as a regular guest on her podcast, and she
promoted my work on her website, The Every Day Concerned Citizen.
I
broke off the association in mid-2021, for cause. She showed herself
to be an extremely aggressive busybody, who meddled in my business,
appointed herself as an unwanted intermediary (with both total
strangers and my friends – now former friends due to her gossip and
meddling), and I realized that she was exploiting my name in efforts
to make a name for herself.
I
quietly walked away, after I saw that she had no respect whatsoever
for my privacy and personal boundaries, and after she disregarded my
polite requests that she mind her own business and stop interfering
in mine.
She
then started pursuing me, and when I ignored her attempts to contact
me, she began to send defamatory messages to my (then) friends,
behind my back, in attempts to recruit them as allies against me.
Finally,
she began publicly slandering me on her website and on social media,
even after I issued a public warning that there would be consequences
for her unscrupulous, dishonorable actions.
Ramola
D has proved herself to be a habitual liar, a hypocrite, a
self-serving grandstander, boasting with her self-aggrandizing,
preposterous claims, and fabricating libelous falsehoods, accusing me
of being paid by CIA, and of “slandering” her. Nothing could be
further from the truth!
My
concern is only that she continues, in her malicious attempts to
discredit me, and to destroy my good name, with idiotic, wild
accusations with no basis in fact.
For
the record, I ask that my readers disregard anything connected
to the name of Barbara Hartwell, which comes from the mouth of this
dishonorable woman.

for the quotes. The actual words, the claims, the sensationalist
boasting and the false accusations she makes, especially against CIA.
Pay special attention, and see how many times she names them. I was
astounded as I went through so many of her almost daily “reporter's
notes”, and I have only copied a small fraction of what is there.
Mostly,
I will just let her quotes speak for themselves, but in certain cases
I will add my comments, preceded by my initials, BH, if I think it will clarify the issues. I have
also highlighted the word, CIA, where it appears, just to show the
frequency of its use. I have not used quotation marks, as it was just too much work.
There
is a lot of material here, and it may bore you to tears, as it did
me, as I was sifting through the material on her site. But my purpose
is to document the lunacy of her false claims, not to entertain my
reading audience.
Assuming
you are a person of reasonable intelligence and even rudimentary
awareness of what is real in the world, and what is not, I'm sure you
will easily reach your own conclusions about the credibility (or lack
thereof) of this woman.
