I have found it necessary, over the past year, to expose the plethora of wrongful actions and offenses of one Karen Melton Stewart, a former employee of NSA, in defense of my good name and in pursuit of justice.

My reports, exposing Karen Stewart, are based on facts, as the evidence has shown. The evidence I have presented is comprised of Karen Stewart's own words and the images she has published, specifically on social media, on various Facebook and Twitter accounts, which egregiously defame Barbara Hartwell and present an absolute misrepresentation (false light) of my character, my current and former professional work, background and history.

To add insult to gross injury, Stewart has promoted much false information claiming that Barbara Hartwell has associations with others, several of whom she has named, where no such associations exist, nor have ever existed at any time. The named individuals are persons I do not know, and with whom I have never had any contact. I have also been falsely accused by Stewart of being a “CIA Handler” of certain individuals.

Karen Stewart began this campaign, to my knowledge, in November, 2019, at which time I became aware of the defamation of the name of Barbara Hartwell. And she has escalated since that time, as the damages accrue in attempts to destroy my good name, by disseminating outrageous lies, defamatory, injurious falsehoods and malicious gossip, which is then further spread by her many accomplices, on a number of social media platforms, being re-posted repeatedly, parroted, exploited and embellished by like-minded low class busybodies, gossips and scandal-mongers.

As such, it has become an orchestrated black propaganda campaign, whomever may be pulling the strings behind the curtain, exploiting the many stooges doing the dirty work. I do not ever make accusations for which I have no evidence, so I will not name any government agency; but I must say that I doubt that Karen Stewart, even as evidently the most prolific liar and ringleader among them, engineered it; in my opinion, she is merely one of the many government stooges herself, and is being used by people a hell of a lot smarter than she is. But in any case, there is NO EXCUSE for her reprehensible behavior, and I guarantee she will be held accountable for it, as will any and all accomplices who have participated in this defamation campaign in any way.

As I have repeatedly stated in previous reports, I do not use any form of social media, never have done, never will do. I have no interest in engaging in public discussions, arguments, debates, or petty sniping matches, be it with persons known or unknown, be it with strangers, or with acquaintances, friends, colleagues – and especially not with my enemies, which unfortunately, are legion. I have a loathing for the utterly vulgar cesspool of social media culture, filled with ill-mannered, aggressive persons with zero respect for the privacy, personal boundaries or even fundamental rights of others.

For the record, I publish reports only on this website (Barbara Hartwell Vs. CIA), aside from occasional appearances on radio talk shows or podcasts. My reports are meant for the general public and are never located behind a pay wall, nor are they provided to a “sponsor-exclusive” audience. I do not solicit sponsors, nor provide any additional content or “special offers” to anyone. I have nothing to sell from this website, it is all free for anyone who chooses to access the content.

My reports are for information purposes only, which the reading/listening audience may make of what they will. I am entirely independent. As an independent investigator and advocacy journalist, I do not use intermediaries for any purpose and speak strictly for myself. No one speaks for me, nor has my permission to do so, either publicly or privately. As for my personal life, it is NOT and has never been, an open book, for all and sundry to peruse. The vast majority of what has been published using my name, I have never seen, due to the fact that the nature of social media is a complex network, where much of the content cannot be accessed by any person who does not have an account with various platforms. But make no mistake – it is all by law PUBLIC content and the Target of any form of defamation and exploitation has solid grounds for civil and/or criminal complaints against the offender(s).

In previous reports, I have copied what I could find of Karen Stewart's voluminous defamation, exploiting my name. I have soundly refuted many of the lies and outrageous fabrications she has promoted.

I have neither the time nor inclination to cite them all, even if I could track down every public commentary she has written. If she continues on this rampage, I will address it as it is revealed, tiresome as it has become.

was previously named: “Ramola's Sphincter” and was dedicated to the sole purpose of defamation of Ramola D and Barbara Hartwell, authored by Karen Stewart. When exposed, she has lied again and again, and denied that this was her account, hiding behind the name “Robert Sau”, but the evidence which has been collected clearly shows the truth. Some of the exact phrases used in Stewart's other Twitter and Facebook posts was repeated verbatim. It had been taken offline, after she was exposed, but now is back, using French rather than English, with entirely different subject matter. However, anyone who reads my previous reports (see them at the end of this report) may see that the link is the same, and it has been time stamped, with the dates, for evidence.

Recently, I found yet another Facebook account, used by Karen Stewart:

Like the former “Robert Sau” (“Ramola's Sphincter”) account on Twitter, this Facebook page is filled with defamatory comments against Ramola D, complete with the usual vile imagery, and the name of Barbara Hartwell is again grossly exploited, awash in calumny of a most odious nature. This includes many screenshots of reports taken from my website, Barbara Hartwell Vs. CIA, as well as screenshots from Twitter and Facebook from various other individuals.

For this report, I have chosen to include some of the defamatory images Karen Stewart has created and promoted, for the malicious purpose of destroying the good name of Barbara Hartwell.

As for my friend and colleague, Ramola D, who has clearly been designated as Stewart's primary Target (including in association with my name), she has defended herself and set the record straight with the truth, facts and evidence in a number of her own articles.

 

Here is an excerpt from commentary written by Karen Stewart, taken from her “Ramola Crapola” Facebook page. This again relates to Stewart's continuing obsessive boasts of her supposed Meyers-Briggs test results.

 

Karen Stewart writes:

"She [Ramola] was also not happy to learn my Meyers-Brigg test showed INTJ (1 point from INFJ) which classically is a rare incorruptible/integrous personality... this really through a monkey wrench in her specious accusations that my account of her bullying was dushonest. Yeah, right. I was ACTUALLY THERE, remember? She tried to dismiss this mountain of evidence by getting her C(Y)A Handler Hartwell to say SHE had read a book on Jungian psychology and had acted as a “councelor” for a while (at CIA?) so Hartwell “knew better” than three forensic psychologists, an establshed independent psych eval service graded by independent psychologists, and the Myers-Briggs test used everywhere. Yeah, right. Desperate. Run to your handler for a story... pretty piss poor one though. Wow. But Ramola and her “experts” had discussed MY mental health? Lol! Like first graders discuss quantum physics."

This idiocy is merely a rehash of a rehash of a rehash....each time the story (an utter fabrication) changes, and Karen Stewart puts words in my mouth, and makes false claims about Barbara Hartwell and Ramola D.

FACT: Ramola had never asked me to say a word about the Meyers-Briggs test, as related to Stewart's boasts. I saw for myself that she was attempting to use it to falsely claim she was “supremely logical and incorruptible” (her exact words, as documented in her own public statement), and I simply stated that I had been trained as a Jungian analyst and therefore knew her statements to be rubbish. The name of Barbara Hartwell was included in the article where these statements first appeared, and I found it necessary to defend my name against such fraudulent statements.

I have never said, nor told anyone, that I “read a book on Jungian psychology”, and certainly not at Ramola's request. Nor did I ever compare myself to any psychologists, nor did I ever make such a claim that I “knew better”, nor did Ramola. These are Karen Stewart's false statements, nothing more. She only exposes herself with her malicious, lying contradictions each time she gets in front of a keyboard to spew her malicious lies.

What I actually did state was that I was on staff as a “personnel counselor” at a corporation, which was a CIA front (cut-out), NOT “at CIA”. At no time did I discuss with Ramola Karen Stewart's “mental health”. Again, baldfaced lies from Karen Stewart, in her own desperate “CYA” mode. And by the way, not only is she a malicious liar, but her spelling is atrocious!

From all that I have seen, it appears to me that, aside from being a pathological liar, Karen Stewart was merely some kind of mid-level bureaucrat at NSA. A desk jockey, at best. And as for her many boasts of a Top Secret clearance, that is nothing in any intelligence or military operations. The military people I have worked with, or known (mostly Special Forces) had at least that, or they would not have been allowed to work, especially in the Black Ops. She also displays her vast ignorance of counterintelligence operations, with every word that comes out of her mouth. Which certainly comports with the accomplices she has chosen, a gaggle of government stooges, busybodies and gossips with time on their hands, seeking public attention for their non-existent valiant deeds.

 

Here, in this idiotic cartoon, Stewart depicts Barbara Hartwell as a drill sergeant (or perhaps, “CIA Handler”, as she has accused), using the names of Ramola, “Amy” and “Galina”. However, I have seen the name of a person, Amy Rayboun, whom it appears Stewart refers to. I do not know this woman, nor have ever had any contact with her. And yet, for some unknown reason, this Amy Rayboun has been using my name, in a false pretense of familiarity, which she has no business doing, as it misrepresents me. Here, as example, is just one of several comments I have found posted on Twitter by Amy Rayboun:

"...and progress notes.therefore; Ramola's nor anyone elses education would "benefit me" but my own! TWELFTH; i hold a high level of respect and camaraderie for Ramola,Galina,Barbara,and other true TIs who fight each day for innocent people who are being maimed,tortured,..."

Now, this comment could easily be used (and apparently has been) by anyone, including Karen Stewart, as false “evidence” that there is some association, where none exists. To claim “camaraderie” with a person who is a total stranger, as well as adding in these other names (whom I do not know), and calling me by my Christian name, is insupportable, by any standards.

For the record, Amy Rayboun does not know me. Furthermore, I do not identify myself as a “true TI”, nor any kind of “TI”. I have no dealings or commonalities with those claiming to be involved in the so-called “TI community”. I do not support or endorse anything Amy Rayboun has publicly stated on social media, or elsewhere. Here, an example of a person exploiting my name, for what purpose I do not know, or care. But the damage is done, as anyone who reads this, or believes it, could use this false claim of association to do more damage to my reputation.

 

In summary, I need to make it abundantly clear that I am in no way, shape or form involved in the so-called “TI community”, nor with any such individuals or groups.

 

I hereby direct anyone (including Karen Melton Stewart and all accomplices) who is exploiting my name, for any purpose, to CEASE & DESIST and leave the name of Barbara Hartwell OUT of all commentaries, articles, posts, on social media, websites, podcasts, and to REMOVE all such content from the Internet, post haste.

The end of 2020 finds our nation in distress! We now have what seems to be a nation willing to not only accept the results of an obviously flawed election but to reward those who created the flaws with power.

I will get into the future actions of S.T.A.B. in a couple of minutes. First let me say that as a personal action I am flying my flag in front of my house, and in my office, in the upside down ‘distress’ mode. I will not put it right side up until I am convinced that fair elections have been restored AND until those responsible for creating the fraud and the media frenzy to accept that fraud are held accountable for their actions. I encourage each of you to do as I am. It will serve as encouragement to ourselves and others as we see upside down flags at home all across the land.

As it has been stated for several months now, S.T.A.B. is setting the example of cooperating with other organizations as the first step in presenting a unified effort to make corrections in our country. I now consider S.T.A.B. to be a part of the overall plan of Friends of Liberty United. While you will not have to join FOLU in order to take part in upcoming S.T.A.B. activities etc. it would be great if you would join FOLU. Many of you have other areas of interest beyond the Sharia issue, and being plugged into FOLU will help maximize any efforts you may make in those other areas. To join go to:

As a part of demonstrating our (S.T.A.B.) commitment to unity we helped provide some of the original costs of getting FOLU up and running. While it is certainly the intention of FOLU to repay those funds, S.T.A.B. has not made any issue of the matter. As such the balance in the S.T.A.B. account is nearing critical. We have most expenses already paid for the next 4 months, and we have two donors who help cover the two monthly expenses that we do not pay on a semi-annual basis. That being said I want to let you know that the company we were using to process our donors contributions into our bank account pulled the plug on servicing S.T.A.B. It seems they went to our website and find it offensive, so they just up and stopped processing our transactions. We now have another company (Cornerstone) who is in full support of our goals. I do not know that those current monthly donor’s transactions will be automatically switched to the new company or not, time will tell. Also, since just about one third of you indicated at the time you signed up with S.T.A.B. that you would be willing to make a donation now and then…let me say now is a good time to be then.

The political mess we see surrounding an obvious fraudulent election will indubitably monopolize our attention for most of January 2021, however we cannot keep letting pressing issues sidetrack us from our mission to limit, stop and reverse the incursion of Sharia into our culture. I will need the help of each of you as 2021 progresses to develop strategies and plans to get this accomplished.

Christmas Eve, 2008

Dear family, friends and fellow Americans:

In watching “Mary, mother of Jesus” on TBN tonight I reflected on how America, a nation founded on Christian principles, has morphed into one of the most ungodly nations in history. America’s motto is “In God We Trust.” Our national hymn is “God of Our Fathers.” We pledge an allegiance to “one nation, under God…,”

Moses symbolically presides over Congress from his location across from the Speaker of the House. The Ten Commandments are displayed above the chair of the U.S. Supreme Court’s Chief Justice, and the 97th Congress declared the Bible to be the word of God in Public Law 97-280.

Today, it’s clear America is morally, philosophically, institutionally, and financially broke. Was this by accident? NO! Even a superficial look at today’s America will show a silent counter revolution has transformed America into a nation-state of a global government operating in accordance with the godless Communist Manifesto.

On 2/1/1992, President George Herbert Walker Bush announced America’s demise by saying: “it is the sacred principles enshrined in the United Nation’s Charter to which we will henceforth pledge our allegiance.”

Could it be America’s condition is the result of America being under judgment? And if it is, what has America done to deserve God’s wrath? Let us look at just a few possible reasons.

~We are told in Gal. 5:1 to “Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage.” Have we complied? NO!

~In Deut. 28:1-13, God told us of the blessings we could expect if we “…hearken diligently unto the voice of the Lord thy God” and gave us some instructions. Have we complied with them? NO!

~In Deut. 28:15-44, we find the price we would pay by failing to “…hearken unto the voice of the Lord” and that we’d be “cursed” in many ways. Can it be argued we aren’t! NO!

~Deut. 28:43-44 reads: “ The stranger that is within thee shall get up above thee very high; …He shall lend to thee, and thou shalt not lend to him; he shall be the head, and thou shalt be the tail.” Is this why we owe over $60 trillion in public and private debt and face another $55 trillion plus in unfunded obligations with only about $7.3 trillion in our money supply leaving us no way to pay our debts under current monetary policy? Is this why “the stranger” cannot be stopped from taking title to all real wealth (homes, farms, etc.) of his choice, holding a mortgage on the remainder and a claim on all future production meaning bondage for this and future generations? The answer is YES!

~Perhaps most importantly, the first Commandment says “Thou shalt have no other Gods before me.” (Exodus 20:3) Do we? Another unequivocal YES! In the interest of mammon, over 99.7% of our so called ’churches’ are incorporated businesses created by the state. Since a created cannot be greater than its creator, it’s self-evident the state is the god of these churches.

~Could America’s breakdown be the result of America being a nation of sinners and hypocrites? I suggest it’s not only possible but factual. I further suggest our problem, when distilled to its lowest common denominator, is that America has overlooked the importance of James 4:17 saying “to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin.” People are creatures of habit. So while we know change is needed, we continue doing the same thing over and over while praying for a different result. By definition, this is insanity.

Though a more knowledgeable Biblical scholar could provide many more reasons as to why America has come under judgment, I accept that we are and pray you do for the question then becomes: what can and should we, as individuals, do in an effort to return America to its moral mooring so it can again enjoy God‘s blessings?

Step 1 is to accept the truth of the thirty Republican governors who said: “Federal action has exceeded the clear bounds of its jurisdiction under the Constitution and thus violated rights guaranteed to the people.”

Step 2 is individual repentance. We must truly regret our sins, earnestly seek deliverance, discard the strange Gods so prominent within our culture, and choose to honor and serve the living God.

Step 3 is to acknowledge that “Faith without works is dead” (James 2:20) and make a commitment to practice our faith through action; the first act being to demand any ‘churches’ (businesses) we support un incorporate and preach the full Gospel if they hope to continue to receive our support.

Step 4 is to accept the “Federal Action” alluded to by the Republican governors would be impossible if those in government believed in God. They don’t! This was made clear on 11/12/2003 by Alabama Attorney General Pryor when questioning Alabama’s former Chief Justice Roy Moore before the Court Of The Judiciary. AG Pryor asked Justice Moore: “And your understanding is that the Federal Court ordered that you could not acknowledge God; isn’t that right?” Judge Moore said, “Yes.” AG Pryor continued, “And if you resume your duties as Chief Justice after this proceeding, you will continue to acknowledge God as you have testified that you would today?” Judge Moore replied: “That’s right.” AG Pryor continued: “No matter what any other official says?” Judge Moore replied “Absolutely.”

On the basis of his testimony, the Alabama Court of the Judiciary removed Chief Justice Moore from office and had the Ten Commandments Monument removed from the Alabama Supreme Court Building. And while God may continue to live in the hearts and minds of some of us, we are being denied the right to openly practice our faith and to live under the biblical principles reflected in our Constitution; principles that are the foundation of liberty.

Step 5 is to recognize the bad news and act on the good news. Our nation’s founders left us the tools with which to peacefully put a stop to this criminal “Federal action” and Take America Back to its lawful, biblically inspired foundation. Our need is to use them!

The effective use of these tools demands unity of spirit and action by millions of people! None are in a better position to foster unity than pastors and veterans. They are geographically dispersed, have the numbers, needed facilities, and most importantly, the obligation. We can improve the probability of realizing our goal if we follow Medori Severi’s advice saying: “until we abandon our manifold private agendas and unite, we will merely be hapless observers standing at the bottom of a dark, deep pit, wistfully hoping to save the world, but really doing little more than breaking the fall of compatriots who are pushed in on top of us…. Only by uniting in a common effort devoid of subjective paradigms will we be able to mold the human spirit upon which we may ascend to freedom…..”

The thirty governors pledged “to restore to the states and people the prerogatives and freedoms guaranteed them by the Constitution‘.” Let’s do it by creating the undeniable Take America Back (TAB) team described at:

Together we can Take America Back. Our posterity has a birthright to the Liberty only God can provide! It’s our duty to secure it for them!

I have lived in Rhinebeck, NY since January 2014. Before the panic began in March, 2020, I was a regular customer at several local stores.

 

Over the past 10 months, it has become increasingly difficult to shop for basic necessities, for those of us who refuse to be muzzled, especially we who suffer from medical conditions, whose health is at serious risk from wearing a mask. I, a disabled senior citizen, am one such person.

I have a badge, worn on a lanyard, which states:

Wearing a facemask poses a serious health risk to me

Under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA), I am not required to disclose my medical conditions to you.

I am exempt from any local or state regulation mandating facemask usage in public.

The Americans with Disabilities Act provides that organizations and businesses can be fined up to $75,000 for the first violation and $150,000 for any subsequent violation.

PLEASE PROVIDE THE NECESSARY CONSIDERATION TO AID THE BEARER IN THE UNIMPEDED EXERCISE OF THEIR LEGAL AND CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS

I have always tried to support local small businesses, when possible, wherever I have lived. Usually, the quality of the products and service are superior to the large chain stores, and you get to know the owners and employees, who express true appreciation for your patronage.

All that has changed as a result of the local, State and Fed government tyranny since the so-called “pandemic”. This is psy war and social engineering, a nefarious plot to gain total control of the populace via fear-mongering and propaganda.

Those of us who refuse to live in fear, and who stand up for our Rights are hardest hit, because we are deemed pariahs and treated as lepers by the compliant quislings who “go along to get along”, who fail to respect our Rights, and will claim they are “just following orders”. But far worse, some have become willing “enforcers” and government snitches, accosting, harassing and insulting anyone who refuses to comply with the unlawful “orders” from On High, issued by tyrants who lack the lawful authority, but abuse their position of power, simply because they can get away with it by threats and intimidation.

From my personal experience and observations, the situation, at least here in New York, has become worse and worse, by the day, since March. I have been refused admittance to, or ordered to leave, some of the small businesses which I have patronized for years. They have refused to acknowledge my lawful medical exemption when I have presented it.

So, the policy I have taken is this: Any business whose owners/employees refuse service to me, I clearly state my position and then inform them that they will lose my patronage. I will then expose them by name, including the owners/employees, in cases where I know them.

When I am accosted by employees, or patrons in the store, I will tell them in no uncertain terms to MIND THEIR OWN DAMNED BUSINESS, and in certain of the more obnoxious cases, that they can go straight to Hell.

If I am told that they are “private businesses” and so have the right to refuse service to me for not wearing a mask, I say that I will be leaving, never to darken their door again.

But I will not be treated as a leper, and so I would rather starve to death than be accosted, harassed and insulted by these cowardly little minions of Governor Cuomo's Communist Police State.

We, as New Yorkers, should support those businesses which respect our Rights. We should boycott the hell out of those who don't. They deserve to be shut down, as they have brought it on themselves by aiding and abetting the tyrants.

Here is a list of businesses whose owners/employees have used their masked-moron slaves in attempts to intimidate/control patrons of their establishments.

If anyone reading this is a local resident in or near Rhinebeck, NY, I hope you will join me in boycotting these businesses, on principle, and in defense of Liberty and God-given Unalienable Rights for one and all.
