Message to Google Gestapo Fuhrer Eric Schmidt

...Internet users shouldn't worry about privacy unless they have something to hide...

--Google CEO Eric Schmidt

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

--Amendment IV of the U.S. Constitution

EXCERPT FROM PRIVACY: THE FINAL FRONTIER

Among the many, many, crimes being perpetrated by various agencies of the government is the unlawful domestic spying directed at designated targets, whom the perps deem to be "persons of interest."

Gone are the days of constitutional protections, such as "the right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects..."

Gone is "the reasonable expectation of privacy", the opinion issued by the Supreme Court in reference to Amendment IV.

Certainly, we have the RIGHT to such protections. The unalienable right. Trouble is, the government is flagrantly disobeying the Constitution.

Although privacy violations have now become commonplace among the general populace, the rule rather than the exception, I have been a target of unlawful domestic spying for decades, long before the advent of the unconstitutional Patriot Acts and Homeland Security, which represent institutionalized (yet unconstitutional) invasions of privacy under the completely false pretext of "National Security".

And now, here is yet another article which documents Google's unconscionable (and unconstitutional) invasions of privacy.

Following the article, I have copied Google's "Privacy Policy" taken from blogspot.

And lastly, my message to Google Gestapo Fuhrer, Eric Schmidt

Google's roving Street View spycam may blur your face, but it's got your number. The Street View service is under fire in Germany for scanning private WLAN networks, and recording users' unique Mac (Media Access Control) addresses, as the car trundles along.

Germany's Federal Commissioner for Data Protection Peter Schaar says he's "horrified" by the discovery.

"I am appalled… I call upon Google to delete previously unlawfully collected personal data on the wireless network immediately and stop the rides for Street View," according to German broadcaster ARD.

Spooks have long desired the ability to cross reference the Mac address of a user's connection with their real identity and virtual identity, such as their Gmail or Facebook account.

Other companies have logged broadcasting WLAN networks and published the information. By contrast Google has not published the WLAN map, or Street View in Germany; Google hopes to launch the service by the end of the year.

But Google's uniquely cavalier approach to privacy, and its potential ability to cross reference the information raises additional concerns. Google CEO Eric Schmidt recently said internet users shouldn't worry about privacy unless they have something to hide. And when there's nowhere left to hide...?

MESSAGE TO GOOGLE GESTAPO'S CEO ERIC SCHMIDT & ACCOMPLICES

Mr. Eric Schmidt:

Let's get one thing straight: I place no trust whatsoever in you or your behemoth surveillance operation. My friends and colleagues are all in agreement on that score. In fact, we are outraged  and mad as hell about your spying, your censorship and your manipulation of data for your own agenda, as are many others, in this country and abroad.

Note the words: "appalled" and "horrified" used by some of your critics. My sentiments exactly.

Furthermore, you, Mr. Schmidt, are a despicable liar.  You are in collusion with other liars and tyrants in government, and their minions, shills and criminal accomplices.

Who in hell do you think you are?  How dare you presume to tell Internet users what they "should" or "should not" be worried about!

I'll worry about my RIGHT to privacy all I want, and what's more, I'll continue to expose anyone who dares to invade my privacy or to trample any of my God-given rights-- including you.

And I'll expose you right here on your own 'blogspot' (which is all I can afford), that is, until you get around to axing my entire website --just as your "Blogger Team" axed one of my reports exposing demonic liars, stalkers and criminals who are invading my privacy and soliciting further crimes against me, my family and friends. What a deplorable act of censorship! One for which I hold you personally accountable, Mr. Schmidt.

Are you proud of yourself, Mr. Schmidt? Does your total lack of honesty and integrity bother you at all? I would guess it does not, as those without a conscience will do anything they please, with impunity, no matter the harm done to others.

You, Mr. Schmidt, are not only a liar and a hypocrite, but also an invader, an intruder and an aggressor. Your arrogance and hubris know no bounds.

Do you actually think you are fooling anyone with your double talk about "protecting privacy", or being a "responsible steward"?

And what kind of  so-called "meaningful choices" regarding privacy are you supposedly offering?

Oh yes, I forgot. You and your esteemed colleagues at Google have no interest in matters of privacy, nor, more pointedly, in the right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, since you  are now openly working with the NSA in the interests of "National Security".
