One of the primary tactics of COINTELPRO is character assassination, accusing the target of immoral, unscrupulous, illegal activities which are in fact diametrically opposed to the REAL character of, and activities pursued by the target.

This tactic is also used in efforts to invalidate any legitimate claims made by the target; to discredit truthful, factual information exposed by the target; and to effect damage control by misdirecting attention from the facts under discussion to a sensationalist and lurid side-show, based on fabrications designed to neutralize the target's effectiveness in exposing REAL crime and corruption.

This report exposes a toxic web of absolute lunacy and infamy, embodied by the characters named herein (see title above for descriptors) who have all, at one time or another, taken it on themselves to exploit and defame the name of Barbara Hartwell, along with some of my colleagues, associates, family and friends.

Much of this report is comprised of excerpts taken from older reports, in which I have documented the events of the past quarter century, in relation to the neutralization campaign waged against me, and most specifically for this report, the smear campaigns.

My longtime, regular readers will recognize the names of some of the reprobates, loons and government stooges who have called me every vile name, and accused me of every dastardly deed imaginable.

But for any reader, no imagination is required. It's all laid out in black and white, as I quote the exact words used by these perpetrators and their accomplices, taken from their own public writings, transcripts of radio programs or video podcasts.

I have not given links to any of the reports, nor the dates of publication, as I usually do, since I have mixed and edited excerpts for relevance, clarity and brevity. The readers may use a search engine (including the search function on this site) to locate entire detailed reports exposing some of the characters named herein.

It is important to state that my policy is not to ever engage these characters in discussions, arguments or debates. I don't join discussion groups and I do not use social media (which I absolutely loathe!) and seek no interaction with strangers on the Internet. I simply document the offenders' words and actions, refuting their libelous falsehoods, false witness and misrepresentation of my name and work.

All reports are FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. The readers may make of them what they will.

It should be noted that the late FBI chief/COINTELPRO Kingpin, Ted L. Gunderson, was the ringleader, crime boss and master manipulator behind much of the disinformation promoted against Barbara Hartwell, which continues to this day, albeit with new unsavory characters joining the idiot parade.

Gunderson fans abound, the large majority of which never knew him (nor any actual facts about him) and are merely parroting the counterintelligence propaganda he disseminated far and wide during his long, infamous career. These dupes don't know what the hell they are talking about, but as usual, the more ignorant they are, the louder and more obnoxious-in-your-face they become, in their efforts to get publicity for their own sensationalist claims, as well as in their shoddy attempts to discredit Barbara Hartwell.

However, this report does not focus on Ted Gunderson. For those interested there are numerous reports on this site which expose Gunderson in great detail, along with substantive evidence.

Aside from that, MK Ultra is a focus in this report, because many of the stooges, charlatans and liars exposed here are making extravagant claims in connection with this CIA black operation. I should make it clear that I have no concern with these fraudulent claims, UNLESS the liars are exploiting and defaming MY name (or of my family, friends, colleagues) and/or trying to interject themselves, as gate-crashers and name-droppers, in any way, shape or form into a “storyline” (to be precise, mine) that has absolutely nothing to do with them.

I can guarantee that there are NO commonalities, NO similarities whatsoever between my case, my background, involving CIA operations (including MK Ultra) and theirs.

This report is lengthy, and I have covered only a small fraction of what is available on this site, where these characters are exposed.

EXCERPT FROM REPORT ON INTELLIGENCE GROUPIES

For as long as there's been an intelligence community, there have been intel groupies and camp followers. These rank amateurs, these wannabes, attempt to attach themselves to (former or current) intelligence professionals. Some of the professionals claim to be "whistleblowers", and the groupies, seeking attention and approval for themselves, and having no experience, training or background of their own, are hoping to latch on and bask in the reflected light.

What a sorry lot! Without exception, they are loud, rude and aggressive. Their methods are crude and bumbling, and their profound ignorance of the topics they address is glaringly apparent. Ignorance and arrogance: it's a bad combination and these intel groupies display it in spades.

But the bottom line is this: In their self-serving aggression, they just refuse to leave others alone, no matter how many times they are warned to stop their aggression, interference and meddling. They are gate-crashers whose aggression knows no bounds. And like their government masters, they won't stop until they are forced to stop.

I for one, intend to stop them, by any and all lawful and ethical means necessary! Some people have asked me why I bother exposing these little nobodies (Tim White, Francine Kelly et al) when I could be focusing on those evildoers at the top. My answer: They may be nobodies, but the damage they do is not to be dismissed or forgotten. They need to be exposed and their lies refuted, from time to time, inconsequential though they may be. And like their government masters (whom I do also expose), they should be held accountable for their lies, their harassment and their wrongdoing.

Should any of them escape exposure simply because they are mere slugs, nobodies and low-level lackeys? No, no, no! Each and every one of them has exercised their free will and decided on aggression as opposed to respecting the rights of others; they have rejected the philosophy of live and let live, meaning leaving others alone to live their lives as they see fit. They have brought upon themselves any and all criticism and exposure by their innocent targets, myself included. And I have no doubt that they will certainly see God's Justice, whether in this life or the next.

Would any legitimate whistleblower tolerate the behavior of these hangers-on? Would they associate with them? Would they promote or support them? Would they call them "friends"? Would they share "inside information"? In a word: NO. In several words: no, never, not for love or money. Rather, we will expose them and warn others about their self-serving, self-aggrandizing deceit and treachery.

ELLEN ATKIN AKA “MK ULTRA GIRL”

It recently came to my attention that a woman calling herself Ellen Atkin is using a photograph which has been on the Internet for many years (identified as “MK Ultra Girl”), and has laid claim to it, stating definitively that she is the girl in the photo. She claims that she “discovered” this photo of “herself” in 2015. She exploits the photo profusely, including on a website and a Twitter account.

I had never heard of this character, Ellen Atkin, until just this week, though in reading some of her articles, I saw that in an exchange of messages with another person on Twitter, she boasted that “EVERYONE” knows who she is.

But here is the point of this FRAUD ALERT: Ellen Atkin has appropriated this image which in fact is NOT of her.

The photo in question is that of a survivor of MK Ultra who happens to be my sister. The date of birth shown on the photo is 9-17-53, which is her birthday.

Aside from my concern about her fraudulent use of this photo, I have no interest in this woman, nor in any of her other claims.

I will only add that Ellen Atkin promotes “lizard aliens” and mocks Jesus Christ and Christianity. Which is enough for me to know that, whoever she is, she entirely lacks credibility where truth is concerned, and that her moral values leave much to be desired.

No surprise then that she would be making false claim to this photo, apparently using it as click bait, in attempts to make a name for herself, or the devil knows for what other unsavory motives.

After I published the above, Ellen Atkin made a video, in which she addressed the subject of the photo. I only watched the first few minutes, as listening to this woman (or looking at her smug, arrogant face) was insufferable to me. (Barf bag alert!)

But I did hear her admit that she DOES NOT KNOW, and has no evidence that the photo is actually of her. Then, she says, “Nobody knows”, which is a patent falsehood. SHE does not know, but is presuming to speak for anyone and everyone, in an attempt to justify the unjustifiable, which is that she has co-opted this photo for her own self-serving ends. Which would mean, according to her twisted perspective, that the ACTUAL PERSON who was tortured and suffered these abominations is of no consequence.

Then, Atkin displays even worse arrogance and effrontery on a Twitter account, by this statement:

“Well, I have owned the mk ultra girl photo. You can't research it without being led to my work. I am not stupid. I know how to influence. So they all know. It is a big hush hush, but they all know me. I have forced change much of this media gong show, but few believe or support me.”

Who the hell does this sleazy reprobate, this vile opportunist, Ellen Atkin, think she is? She claims she has “owned” the photo, and even though she is an unrepentant liar (by her own admissions that “nobody knows”), she sees no problem with that, as long as she gets the publicity for perpetrating an utterly despicable fraud on the general public, at the expense of legitimate people, who are actually EXPOSING FACTS about MK Ultra, through decades of investigation, through their own blood, sweat and tears. Legitimate people, who care about TRUTH and JUSTICE.

This is the old “ends justify the means” M.O. Lie, cheat, steal, do whatever it takes. It doesn't matter how many people are harmed. The truth does not matter, as long as HER agenda is carried out. As long as she wields the “influence” she desperately craves and boasts of. It's all about HER, her ambition, and attaining the public spotlight of MK Ultra Poster Child. And she actually wonders why “few believe or support” her?

And if she thinks she is pursuing “justice” by this deceptive plot, thinking she will use it as “evidence” in some class action lawsuit, then she is not only stupid (which she denies) and evil (which is obvious), but out of touch with reality.

Of greatest import, Ellen Atkin was NOT born on September 17, 1953, the date given on the photo, taken in 1961. She is the WRONG AGE, according to the information she herself has published. Case closed.

But a fraud of her ilk will always dig in and double down when exposed and confronted with their offenses, no matter that there is evidence to clearly show that they are liars. Absolutely, positively horrifying, disgusting and despicable!

PENNY SHEPARD AKA “AGENT X”

Now, here's another character of the same damnable ilk as Ellen Atkin. Again, I never heard of her until a friend and colleague, Ramola D, informed me that this woman had contacted her in attempts to extract information about Barbara Hartwell.

I published a report exposing her, after she started exploiting and misrepresenting my name publicly on several Twitter accounts and other sites. I issued a directive for her to CEASE AND DESIST.

So, what did she do? Did she stop her exploitation and defamation? Of course not. Such characters never do. She escalated her assaults on my name, dragging in the names of family members and others, including my former colleague, Ted Gunderson.

She (like Ellen Atkin, Francine Kelly, Shirley Anderson, Brenda Negri, Barbara Harrison, Deborah Weber, James F, Marino, Chris Zucker and others) is a very aggressive gate-crasher who has constructed a false narrative in which she tries to inject HERSELF where she does not belong. AT MY EXPENSE, as they engage in injurious exploitation of my name.

Penny Shepard has called Barbara Hartwell a liar, and accused me of being COINTELPRO. She has also published false information about my family, my background and the devil knows what else. She has made the false claim that I “contradict” myself in the material on my website. And on and on it goes...

I have no intention of addressing her false accusations and will not be baited into correcting or refuting her false claims. I will not engage her in any way.

She began harassing Ramola D, with intrusive questions about Barbara Hartwell and the information on my website. Ramola, being as outraged as I am, published a notice for Penny Shepard to CEASE and DESIST, especially since she was also exploiting Ramola's name and photos of her podcast, in connection with my name, jumping to false conclusions, to boot.

I'm not seeking to address the content of @ShepardLovedMac's words on Barbara Hartwell. I stand by Barbara Hartwell: a truthtelling whistleblower who's shared her info & views on my podcasts, a brilliant writer/journalist, incisive analyst, rock-solid friend. She doesn't lie.

Subsequent to the publication of these notices, Penny Shepard (typically for her ilk) escalated her aggression by publishing numerous messages on Twitter, in an obvious attempt to bait me and Ramola into engaging her in discussions and arguments.

She was also harassing Ramola with “private” messages stating that she was “confused” and “struggling” with the information on Barbara Hartwell's website.

In one public Twitter message, she states that she is “trying to figure out Barbara Hartwell”.

(As far as I am concerned, she can keep on struggling, keep on figuring, keep on in her self-induced state of confusion, until Hell freezes over. And like anyone else who reads my website, as clearly stated in my PUBLIC NOTICES, she can MAKE OF IT WHAT SHE WILL. If she has nothing more important to do with her time than indulge her fixation on a total stranger, that's her problem, not mine.)

She tried to use Ramola as an intermediary, in attempts to get me to speak to her directly, all of which, as my friend, Ramola informed me.

I do not ever allow myself to be baited into discussions or arguments with such busybodies/gate-crashers. And why this woman thought I would have the slightest interest in talking to her, I don't know and don't care.

In a flagrant display of aggression, amounting to public harassment, Shepard continued to post her false assumptions, wild speculation, erroneous suppositions, and intrusive questions, all centered on Barbara Hartwell, Ted Gunderson and related persons, of which it is clear she knows nothing. And of course, making fraudulent connections where none exist, in attempts to insert HERSELF into a false narrative, constructed at her whim.

This injurious exploitation of my name and my work has been perpetrated countless times, by countless presumptuous fools, who seem to believe that just because I have a public website, that I am required to be at the disposal of all and sundry, to answer their questions, to accommodate their every whim. WRONG.

And, in typical passive-aggressive mode, when directed to cease and desist from such harassment, they (like Penny Shepard) feign indignation, with such attempts at justifying the unjustifiable as, “I'm only trying to find the truth”, or “I'm just doing research”. Who, me? I've done nothing wrong.

For the record, so my position is crystal clear: I have NO interest in Penny Shepard. I have NO interest in any of her outlandish claims, nor her beliefs, nor her viewpoints, nor who she knows, or who or what she thinks she knows.

My ONLY concern with this obnoxious woman is that she is engaging in harassment, injurious exploitation of my name, my website and my professional work. That she is cyber-stalking my friend, Ramola, in connection with my name, thereby damaging her reputation as well.

And so, for the second time, I issue a directive to Penny Shepard:

GET THE HELL OFF MY CASE AND LEAVE ME ALONE.

KATHERINE HORTON AKA TIN FOIL PRINCESS

QUESTION: Would you buy a used car from this woman?

Horton has placed the name of Barbara Hartwell on her website (STOP 007) under a category she titles, BLACKLIST: BLOOD ON THEIR HANDS. She has slandered me on her videos, making numerous fraudulent claims and false accusations. In each mention of my name, in print or on video, Horton has stated that “Barbara Hartwell is CIA”. AS IF this were an irrefutable fact, written in stone. And she claims to “know” this, how?

No evidence has ever been presented. No facts have ever been stated. Katherine Horton does not know me. But her hatred is palpable, as she spews invective, clearly only parroted from others among my enemies in the intelligence community and their many stooges and sycophants. As is always the case with her ilk, they have nothing, so they will say anything. She parrots and adds her own (very unoriginal) fabrications, based only on wild speculation, erroneous suppositions and false assumptions.

A fanatical supporter and promoter of Katherine Horton, who has (no surprise here) taken it upon herself to eagerly join the defamation campaign against Ramola D and Barbara Hartwell.

As with Katherine Horton, I never heard of this woman until I saw her slinging my name around, making ignorant, libelous comments on social media and in the comments section of You Tube videos.

From what I've seen, she is a certifiable whackjob, and like Horton, a self-aggrandizing wannabe who inflates her own importance with tales of her family connections to Paperclip Nazis and government officials, whining constantly about her victimhood at their hands. Like Horton, she promotes lawless violence, terrorism and murder.

I have exposed FACTS, backed by evidence, regarding Gunderson's involvement in various criminal activities, during his FBI service and in the years after.

In December 2001 I first exposed a criminal psychopath by the name of Brenda Negri, a woman who was posing on the Internet as a male FBI agent.

Negri, calling herself "Ranger Rick", "Ace G-Man", was perpetrating various scams and crimes against former intelligence, military and law enforcement persons, those who are legitimate whistleblowers and expositors of government crimes and corruption. In a nutshell, Negri stalked, harassed and libeled those of us whom the government had targeted for neutralization.

Brenda Negri is a law enforcement/intelligence groupie and G-Man wannabe who worships government authority figures and who desperately wants to be one of them. Having been summarily rejected by every government bureau and agency whose gates she tried to crash, and having incurred the righteous outrage and wrath of those she targeted for harassment (including sexual harassment where several men were concerned), in 2003 Negri finally landed a low-level menial government job, working as a baggage screener for TSA.

But Brenda Negri didn't last long at TSA. Negri, a pathological liar, claimed she had "resigned" from TSA in May, 2003, but the truth is that Negri was terminated as a result of formal complaints made by some of Negri's targets, including former CIA whistleblower Barbara Hartwell, former LAPD officer and military black ops whistleblower Ed Schooling, and ONI whistleblower Al Martin.

But it's not only the feds that are involved here. No indeed, there are many others: government operatives (including of the nefarious COINTELPRO); and then there are the numerous amateurs, the wannabe sleuths, the government stooges, the accomplices of Tim White, who all want to get in on the action, so they can boast of their delusions that they too, are "players".

DOUG MILLAR

WHO IS DOUG MILLAR? AND WHO DOES HE REALLY WORK FOR?

Millar is a government plant, a low-level penetration agent (Millar reputedly works for DCS) and FBI/CIA stool pigeon —a seedy character known to hang out on the fringes of patriot, militia and Christian groups. As I learned from several witnesses, Millar was something of a fixture at the Global Sciences meetings and conferences in Denver, peddling his anti-government wares (blurred and barely readable photocopies of documents such as the Church Committee hearings on MK Ultra and poor quality videotapes featuring the testimony of black ops survivors) --and spouting hackneyed anti-government propaganda to the attendees while acting as a sort of all-purpose factotum and gofer for ex-FBI agent Ted Gunderson, a frequent speaker at the conferences. As a finishing touch, Millar touted and sold his own little newsletter, called EXPOOOOOOOOSED!!!

I first encountered Millar in 1997 when I was a speaker at the annual Global Sciences Congress in Denver. My first memory of this sleazy con man was when he approached me with his burning questions about my experiences of being persecuted by the government in their attempts to neutralize me, the topic I had chosen for my lecture at Global. Millar's affected persona is that of an outraged zealot; a fierce advocate of human and Constitutional rights, crusading to expose the corruption and egregious abuses perpetrated by the U.S. government.

But unfortunately for Millar and his overlords, he lacks the inner fire to pull off the act. Any real patriot or sincere human rights advocate can see him coming a mile away.

At one conference in Daytona Beach, Florida, Millar followed me around like a puppy dog, begging for video interviews about my experiences with mind control and asking me to "step up to the mike" onstage during breaks between the scheduled events to tell more of my "tragic story", while he acted as master of ceremonies. Millar asked stupid questions; repeatedly interrupting me with his spurious interpretations of my comments; and referring to me as a "tragic victim" of CIA mind control, rather than a "survivor "...which makes all the difference in the world.

I later found out that Millar was selling videotapes of my impromptu testimony at other meetings and conferences around the country, complete with copyright violations, just as a number of others have been doing for years.

The only reason I gave Millar the time of day, or the benefit of the doubt, was because he was an associate of Ted Gunderson, with whom I was working at the time. (I have since distanced myself from Gunderson. My compelling reasons for changing my mind about the credibility of Ted Gunderson will soon become clear.)

In the course of my later investigation, I learned that Millar would routinely show up at various meetings, gathering names of participants and skulking around in the parking lot, taking license plate numbers of those in attendance, which he then turned over to various Federal agencies engaged in COINTELPRO-type operations.

In the Spring of 2009, it came to my attention that notorious career criminal, fed snitch, psycho stalker (and on and on it goes...), Timothy Patrick White, had enlisted yet another government stooge and delusional whackjob (just like himself) to assist him with his dirty work of harassing/stalking, threatening (and on and on it goes...) legitimate journalists, investigators, activists, patriots, etc.

Francine Kelly, I later learned, was a psychiatric patient living in a facility for the mentally impaired (and how!), Ranier House, in Seattle. Several of my associates sent me letters and articles written by Francine Kelly, all of which contained extremely libelous (and bizarre) references to Barbara Hartwell. I was accused of being involved in her “abuse”, and it was clear she had developed some sort of fixation on me.

Francine Kelly, just like her "mentor", Tim White, is a meddlesome busybody, a CIA wannabe, a name-dropper and gate-crasher, desperately seeking attention and approval from government authority figures and from the public audience interested in the issues she addresses.

Now, I cannot begin to imagine how anyone could actually WANT to be CIA. They should thank their lucky stars that CIA has left them alone. But then, that's not surprising, considering the fact that CIA looks for brains and talent they can exploit, and in the case of these two, White and Kelly, there's simply nothing to work with.

DEFAMATORY PSEUDO REPORT

This report was written in 2007. Since that time, the COINTELPRO black propaganda against Barbara Hartwell has completely saturated the World Wide Web. Anyone who puts my name in a Google search will be assaulted with the most vile and outrageous of lies --lies fabricated by government agents and their minions, stooges, toadies and lackeys.

One particular smear piece, STEW WEBB, BARBARA HARTWELL, AL MARTIN---ALL CONNECTED (2004), has probably done more severe damage than any other. This piece of filthy trash actually comes up in a Google search in the list of categories connected to my name.

The lying gutter trash lowlifes who have been involved in the fabrication, the publication and distribution of this pseudo report are too numerous to mention.

Who is responsible for disseminating this outrageous libel against Barbara Hartwell? Mainly, three individuals, all stooges and lackeys of COINTELPRO: Brenda Negri (who fabricated the piece under a pseudonym, "James L. Choron"), Timothy Patrick White (who took it upon himself to post/forward it to hundreds of people and message boards) and Ken Adachi aka Peter Boudreau, who memorialized it on his high-traffic, New Age, government disinfo website, where it remains to this day.

Ken Adachi, a malicious liar and diabolical caluminator, who serves as the primary PR shill for Ted Gunderson, I consider most culpable, as he has made this smear piece a permanent part of a special section of his website, Educate-Yourself, called: Barbara Hartwell CEO of Liars, Inc., dedicated solely to libeling Barbara Hartwell.

These libel campaigns have resulted in massive damages to every area of our lives, our family/personal relationships, our professional reputations, our ability to earn money to survive, our general finances, our health and well-being, our security and safety, and have fomented tremendous pain and suffering, severe emotional distress. They are destroying lives with their malicious and criminal operation and those of us targeted find it necessary to use up much time, energy and resources in simply defending ourselves against these vicious assaults.

For the KILLER disinfo he [Ted Gunderson] has his minions promote the outrageous lies (complete with gory details -- but with NO BASIS IN FACT) written by others.

In such a way, Gunderson cleverly distances himself from the fallout of the disinformation spread against his targets. That's the tactic of COINTELPRO: Use disposable, dispensable, expendable useful idiots to promote the most outrageous of lies. The hired liars take the heat and Gunderson gets to enjoy the benefits, without getting his own hands dirty --or so he thinks.

REFUTING DEFAMATORY FALSEHOODS

I have never filed any lawsuit against anyone. Therefore, a non-existent lawsuit could not possibly be "heavily funded" by the "powers that be", nor anyone else. Nor has any person or entitly ever donated money to me in connection with any lawsuit.

Therefore, these claims are absolutely false. It also follows that the liars making these claims have no evidence whatsoever to support them.

"James L. Choron", the purported author of this report is Brenda Negri, the pathological liar who has been caught in one lie after another, including her claims of being a "Federal agent"; a "spook"; a "mole inside the DHS".

And who, in fact, has been terminated from at least two (2) menial jobs (the only kind Negri has ever held) --one as a secretary, and the other as a low-level baggage screener at LAX airport, working for TSA.

Aside from the crimes of cyber-stalking and threatening targets from her employers' computers, in large measure, she was fired BECAUSE of her lies, which included furnishing false information on her application forms. Negri has been a "mental patient" in more than one psychiatric hospital, and that is a verifiable FACT.

Now, we come to some of the most outrageous lies about Barbara Hartwell ever to be promoted: "former CIA prostitute" and "mind-controlled honeytrap". Brenda Negri has been spreading these vile lies all over the World Wide Web, since 2001, after she was exposed (by Barbara Hartwell) as a criminal fraud, running scams, posing as a Federal agent named Ranger Rick, harassing and threatening legitimate government whistleblowers.

Brenda Negri is a CIA/FBI/Cop wannabe and camp follower. Her malicious envy of anyone who was ever 'the real thing', whose background and training in these areas is legitimate, fuels her spiteful actions when she is rejected by those she approaches. And the only former or current government operatives who will NOT reject her are those who can find some way to exploit her, namely as a minion to spread lies, stalk, harass and threaten targets of COINTELPRO.

I, Barbara Hartwell, have never, at any time during the course of my life, engaged in any form of "prostitution."

At no time while I was utilized by CIA (1969-1994) in various operations, did I engage in any form of "prostitution."

Never, at any time, while connected to CIA operations, have I been utilized as, nor regarded by, my handlers, fellow intelligence operatives, nor any person or entity, as a "honeytrap."

In a professional capacity, I worked for CIA as an intelligence operative, under Non-Official Cover (NOC). I was involved in INTELLIGENCE WORK, NOT "PROSTITUTION."

My professional background and training, in large measure, pertained to Psychological Operations, which included (but was not limited to) counseling, profiling and debriefing military/intelligence personnel.

None of Brenda Negri's filthy lies about a "CIA prostitute", "honey trap", nor those being disseminated by her criminal cohorts, can change the facts, regarding my professional background, nor any other area of my life, personal or professional.

Until the criminal perpetrator, Brenda Negri (in December, 2001) began to disseminate these outrageous lies, no one (either inside a government agency, nor outside) had ever made such a vile false allegation against Barbara Hartwell, publicly (to my knowledge) nor even privately.

This tactic is used in efforts to invalidate any legitimate claims made by the target; to discredit truthful, factual information exposed by the target; and to effect damage control by misdirecting attention from the facts under discussion to a sensationalist and lurid side-show, based on fabrications designed to neutralize the target's effectiveness in exposing REAL crime and corruption.

As for the "connections to Wackenhut", this absurd lie was concocted by Brenda Negri, in 2002. The long and short of it is that Brenda Negri falsely accused a friend of mine, an attorney named Marcy Gordon (of New York City) of having "connections to Wackenhut", simply because this idiot, Negri, found a different attorney with the same name (Marcy Gordon) living in Florida, whose office was simply located NEXT DOOR to Wackenhut.

From this, Negri spawned another outrageous lie which has now been disseminated all over the World Wide Web and repeated by numerous other disinformers and morons. Negri also promoted the lie that Marcy Gordon is my "attorney" and that the two of us were involved in some nefarious plots with Wackenhut.

Regarding "black ops rogue intelligence factions connected to child porn and drug smuggling, illegal arms trafficking, and terrorism", this comes straight from Negri's bag of dirty tricks and filthy lies as well.

Fact: I, Barbara Hartwell, have never, at any time, been involved in any of the following "black ops rogue intelligence factions":

Child porn -- an absolutely SICKENING FALSEHOOD. Which, I might add, is exactly what some of Negri's criminal cohorts ARE in involved with, including Tim White, a collector of child porn.

Drug smuggling --I don't use drugs, nor have I ever been involved in smuggling, or selling drugs. Once again, check with Tim White for that one.

Illegal arms trafficking --Never involved in that myself, but interesting that this is Ted Gunderson's province.

Terrorism --Never involved in that either, though I have been falsely accused of it, by CIA agents [Ronald and Mary Ann Cerra] who filed a "criminal complaint" against me in North Carolina, for "inciting violence and terrorism" and also threatened to sue me.

In fact, Brenda Negri was in collusion with these CIA criminals and liars, Ronald and Mary Ann Cerra, to destroy Barbara Hartwell. Why? Because Barbara Hartwell exposed their crimes (individually and collectively) and had evidence to substantiate their criminal activities, which included, breaking and entering, criminal harassment and stalking.

All named here were part of a criminal conspiracy, also involving racketeering.

In 2003, I was fifty-two (52) years of age. So, I was certainly not in my "late 50s" as Negri alleges. Everyone ages, so what's her point here?

Never, at any time, have there been any photos of me on my website which could possibly be interpreted as "posing provocatively", unless by a spiteful woman like Negri who clearly is envious of any woman who might be deemed physically attractive, unlike Negri herself, who is repeatedly rejected by the men she makes sexual advances to.

As for a so-called "aged photo, taken when she was much younger", such a photo was never posted on my website. The primary photo which was displayed on the front page, was taken in 1998, by a photographer from Hudson Valley Magazine. That photo would have been only five (5) years old in 2003.

Negri is trying to paint a totally false picture of Barbara Hartwell. I have never lied about my age (I was born in 1951); nor have I ever misrepresented myself, nor my appearance, in any way. The photo of myself and my son, Keith, on my new website (Barbara Hartwell vs. CIA) was taken in October, 2004.

So much for Brenda Negri's malicious lies about my character and my appearance.

Be warned of COINTELPRO. Be warned of those who run it and those being exploited (useful idiots) to disseminate it. Be warned of editors of websites who spread outrageous lies, promote libelous falsehoods and disinformation, sponsored by their corrupt government masters.

Be warned of criminals who have made a deal with corrupt Feds and their cronies. Be warned of liars, identity thieves, psychopaths and stalkers. Be warned of them all.

The next target(s) could be you, your family, friends, loved ones and colleagues.

The criminals running COINTELPRO belong in jail. May they all end up exactly where they belong.

They will publish your UNLISTED, PRIVATE street address, along with photos of your house, soliciting crimes by their lowlife criminal accomplices, so that you will become a victim of vandalism, theft and criminal harassment, even in what you have every right to consider the sanctuary of your own home.

For these odious aggressors, nothing is sacred. They have ZERO respect for the God-given rights and liberties of others. ZERO respect for (nor even acknowledgment of) your privacy or personal boundaries.

Make no mistake: They are MAKING MONEY off their totally unscrupulous offenses, as they solicit donations from the general public to fund their filthy scams and exploits.

They also solicit “supporters” who will back them up by parroting their vile false accusations against their targets, in every venue available.

I don't have to wonder what these reprobates would do if they had any access to more contact information than a PO box (which is posted on this site). I've already experienced the worst, being harassed, threatened and inundated by e-mails from curiosity seekers, busybodies, snake oil salesmen, perverts and crazies (like some exposed in this report).
